Stilbenquinone이 도핑된 고분자 박막의 전자 이동도 (Electron Drift Mobility in Stilbenquinone-Doped Polymer Film)

  • The electron drift mobilitity of poly(4,4'-cyclohexylidenediphenyl carbonate)(PC-Z) doped with 3,5-dimethyl-3',5'-di-t-butylstilbenequinone(MBSQ) was measured by the time-of-flight technique. Energy gap of the polymer doped with 25wt% of MBSQ was 3.1 eV. The electron drift mobility was 2.98${\times}$10$\^$-6/$\textrm{cm}^2$/V$.$s at 293K. The electric field and temperature dependences of the electron drift mobility were discussed with Poole-Frenkel and Arrhenius formulations. The activation energy(E$\_$0/), Poole-Frenkel coefficient(${\beta}$) and effective temperature(T$\_$eff/) of the mobility are 0.815 eV, 1.73${\times}$10$\_$-4/ eV$.$cm$\^$1/2//V$\_$1/2/ and 6.43${\times}$10$^2$K, respectively.

  • We developed phosphorescent white OLEDs with high efficiency and color stability. By engineering device architecture in which confined excitons within the emissive layer by using adequate interlayer and balanced recombination of charge carriers by using stepwise hole transporting layer system, these WOLEDs showed power efficacy of 43.6 lm/W with CRI = 62 and 36 lm/W with CRI = 72 at $100\;cd/m^2$ without outcoupling enhancements.

  • This paper compares theoretical wave profile and particle kinematics with experimental results generated by a 2 D wave tank. Particle velocity fields of compound waves were acquired using a PIV technique. Synchronization was applied to acquire images of the wave fields, and the time gap between these images was controlled by the user. This technique was applied to investigate the wave breaking mechanism, and the wave profile and velocity distribution in a wave breaking field was obtained.

  • Multipactor-free S-band duplexer based on inter-digital cavity type filter is proposed and demonstrated by in-house mulitpactor test facility for satellite RF components. Multipactor sensitivity of designed duplexer is analyzed by checking it out the maximum field accumulated region inside duplexer and calculating the electric field intensities at each resonator using 3D EM simulation in order to restrict the minimum gap distance as 2.5 mm which handles 43.13 dBm RF input power. Multipactor threshold was finally detected at 44 dBm in experiment for pulse mode test. The developed multipactor test method is cost effective, simple structure and gives a good agreement compared with the previous high cost MP test methodologies.

  • This paper deals with a study on characteristic of inductance on spoke type motor. The rotor and stator is redesigned as rounding teeth of stator and pole surface of rotor. Result, a shape of air-gap is changed and the cogging torque is reduced greatly. In consequence, the inductance of spoke type motor is changed. The Finite Element Analysis(FEM) is used to characteristics.

  • 태양전지용 III-V족 화합물 반도체 물질인 GaAs는 1.42eV의 Energy Band-gap (Eg)을 가지고 있기 때문에 이론적으로 단일접합 태양전지로는 가장 높은 수준의 광-전 변환효율 달성이 가능하다. 비록 emitter의 조건 가변으로 설정을 했음에도 불구하고, 처음 기본적인 구조였던 emiier 두께 75 nm, 도핑농도 상에서 효율이 24.53%가 될 정도로 큰 효율이 나오게 되었다. TCAD simulation을 이용하여 emitter의 도핑농도와 두께를 가변하여 가장 높은 효율이 나오는 emitter 조건을 찾는 실험을 진행하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 emitter두께 100 nm에서 도핑농도가 인 경우에 Voc=28.43, Jsc=25.84, Jph=29.12, FF=87.76%, 효율은 25.84%가 나오는 것을 확인 수 있었다.

  • A horizontal mantle heat exchanger for a thermosyphon-driven SDHW(solar domestic hot water) was numerically simulated and fluid flow and heat transfer in the annulus of the mantle heat exchanger were quantitatively investigated. The Reynolds number, the location of the inlet, and the gap of the annulus were selected as the important design variables. The effects of the design variables on the heat transfer characteristics were thoroughly studied. Based on the numerical results, a correlation for predicting the heat transfer coefficient was suggested as the conclusion of this study.

  • Amorphous silicon thin film was deposited by Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PECVD). Each films were prepared in different dilution in the chamber gas. As a result, silicon crystallites and crystal volume fraction was increased with raising the hydrogen dilution in the gas and optical band gap was decreased. Increasement of the hydrogen contents in the chamber affected on surface roughness. In this study, thickness and surface roughness of the a-Si thin film by different hydrogen dilution was investigated by various techniques.

  • This paper deals with the combined levitation and guidance EDS(Electrodynamic Suspension) Maglev system. Levitation and guidance forces generated in figured-of-eight coil are examined. End effect of Superconducting magnets is considered in that the air gap flux has been calculated using the finite number of magnets. Induced emfs and currents of ground coils are given as results. Eletromagnetic forces vary according to the built-in position of magnets. Levitation forces of the first magnet pair are the smellest and those of the second one are the largest. This result shows that the end effect of SCMs should be considered in a concentrated magnet system.

자성유체에 잠긴 비자성체 부상현상의 다중물리수치해석 및 실험 (A Multi-physics Simulation and Measurement for Buoyancy of Nonmagnetic Solid Object Submerged in Magnetic Liquid)

  • In this paper, magnetic buoyancy force on nonmagnetic solid object submerged in magnetic liquid was simulated and measured. For the evaluation of the force, a multi-physics approach of hydrostatic equilibrium considering magnetic body force as well as gravity is presented. The magnetic body force should be regarded as an additional forcing term in the momentum equation of hydrodynamics. It is also shown that the virtual air-gap based Kelvin's force formula is a useful method for the calculation of force distribution in the magnetic liquid. The experimental result which was performed by a load-cell measurement system agreed quantitatively well with the numerical one.
