  • Let R be a commutative ring with identity, X the set of all nonzero, nonunits of R and G the group of all units of R. We will investigate some ring theoretic properties of R by considering $\Gamma$(R), the zero-divisor graph of R, under the regular action on X by G as follows: (1) If R is a ring such that X is a union of a finite number of orbits under the regular action on X by G, then there is a vertex of $\Gamma$(R) which is adjacent to every other vertex in $\Gamma$(R) if and only if R is a local ring or $R\;{\simeq}\;\mathbb{Z}_2\;{\times}\;F$ where F is a field; (2) If R is a local ring such that X is a union of n distinct orbits under the regular action of G on X, then all ideals of R consist of {{0}, J, $J^2$, $\ldots$, $J^n$, R} where J is the Jacobson radical of R; (3) If R is a ring such that X is a union of a finite number of orbits under the regular action on X by G, then the number of all ideals is finite and is greater than equal to the number of orbits.

  • Consider the $L^2$-adjoint $s_g^{'*}$ of the linearization of the scalar curvature $s_g$. If ker $s_g^{'*}{\neq}0$ on an n-dimensional compact manifold, it is well known that the scalar curvature $s_g$ is a non-negative constant. In this paper, we study the structure of the level set ${\varphi}^{-1}$(0) and find the behavior of Ricci tensor when ker $s_g^{'*}{\neq}0$ with $s_g$ > 0. Also for a nontrivial solution (g, f) of $z=s_g^{'*}(f)$ on an n-dimensional compact manifold, we analyze the structure of the regular level set $f^{-1}$(-1). These results give a good understanding of the given manifolds.

  • In this paper, we introduce a new algebraic method to characterize rational PH plane curves. And using this method, we study the algebraic characterization of generic strongly regular rational plane PH curves expressed in the complex formalism which is introduced by R.T. Farouki. We prove that generic strongly semi-regular rational PH plane curves are completely characterized by solving a simple functional equation H(f, g) = $h^2$ where h is a complex polynomial and H is a bi-linear operator defined by H(f, g) = f'g - fg' for complex polynomials f,g.

  • A tournament is an orientation of a complete graph, and in general a multipartite or c-partite tournament is an orientation of a complete c-partite graph. In a recent article, the authors proved that a regular c-partite tournament with $r{\geq}2$ vertices in each partite set contains a cycle with exactly r-1 vertices from each partite set, with exception of the case that c=4 and r=2. Here we will examine the existence of cycles with r-2 vertices from each partite set in regular multipartite tournaments where the r-2 vertices are chosen arbitrarily. Let D be a regular c-partite tournament and let $X{\subseteq}V(D)$ be an arbitrary set with exactly 2 vertices of each partite set. For all $c{\geq}4$ we will determine the minimal value g(c) such that D-X is Hamiltonian for every regular multipartite tournament with $r{\geq}g(c)$.

  • In this paper, Completely V-Regular on semiring is defined and used to derive new theorems with some of its properties. This paper also illustrates V-Regular algebra and Completely V-Regular Algebra with examples and properties. By extending completely V-Regular to fuzzy, a new concept, fuzzy V-Regular is brought out and fuzzy completely V-Regular algebra is introduced too. It is also developed by defining the ideals of Completely V -Regular Algebra and fuzzy completely V-Regular algebra. Finally, this fuzzy algebra concept is applied in image processing to detect edges. This V-Regular Algebra is novel in the research area.

  • Let (2,2,2,2) be ramification indices for the Riemann sphere. It is well known that the regular branched covering map corresponding to this, is the Weierstrass P function. Lattes [7] gives a rational function R(z)= ${\frac{z^4+{\frac{1}{2}}g2^{z}^2+{\frac{1}{16}}g{\frac{2}{2}}$ which is chaotic on ${\bar{C}}$ and is induced by the Weierstrass P function and the linear map L(z) = 2z on complex plane C. It is also known that there exist regular branched covering maps from $T^2$ onto ${\bar{C}}$ if and only if the ramification indices are (2,2,2,2), (2,4,4), (2,3,6) and (3,3,3), by the Riemann-Hurwitz formula. In this paper we will construct regular branched covering maps corresponding to the ramification indices (2,4,4), (2,3,6) and (3,3,3), as well as chaotic maps induced by these regular branched covering maps.

  • Let X,Y be connected, locally connected, semilocally simply connected and $f,g : X \to Y$ be a pair of maps. We find an upper bound of the Reidemeister number R(f,g) by using the regular coverig spaces.

  • Background: The purposes of this study is to analysis the differences of the job satisfaction between regular and non-regular workers in hospitals. Methods: The samples used for data analysis are 632 workers of 6 hospitals using a standardized questionnaires in B, C, D, and G provinces. In research methodology, all the data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson's correlation, and multiple linear regression analysis. Results: In case of regular workers, communication, working conditions and employee benefit, and education were found to have a significant positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. In case of non-regular workers, empowerment, reward systems, communication, working conditions, and employee benefit had a significant positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. Conclusion: These results showed that hospitals needed to reinforce communication, working conditions and employee benefit to regular and non-regular workers in order to improve job satisfaction. Especially, more empowerment, working conditions, and employee benefit should be given to non-regular workers.
