In this thesis, general method using autoregressive model in the functional separation of the myoelectric signal of human arm movements are suggested. Covariance method and sequential least squares algorithm were used to determine the model parameters and the order of signal model to describe six arm movement patterns` the forearm flexion and extension, the wrist pronation and supination, rotation-in and rotation out. The confidence interval to classify the functions of arm movement was defined by the mean and standard deviation of total squares error. With the error signals of autoregressive(AR) model, the result showed that the highest success, rate was abtained in the case of 4th order, and success rate was decreased with increase of order. This technique might be applied to biomedical-and rehabilitation-engi-neering.

This manuscript addressed, the existence and uniqueness result for random impulsive stochastic functional differential equations with finite time delays. The study of random impulsive stochastic system is a new area of research. We interpret the meaning of a stochastic derivative and how it differs from the classical derivative. We prove the existence and uniqueness of mild solutions to the equations by using the successive approximation method. We conclude the article with some interesting future extension. This work extends the work of [18, 12, 20]. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the theoretical result.

The mucosal bridge of the vocal fold is an arch of mucosa, formed by some portion of the vocal fold mucosa which is detached in various extension and length. The etiology is uncertain but some is related to vocal sulcus. Because it affects the voice with variable impact, it must be differentiated from functional voice disorder. We report a case of a mucosal bridge of vocal fold with a vocal polyp treated by microlaryngeal surgery and voice therapy.

The Support Vector Machine(SVM) is very functional and efficient classification method to any other classification analysis method. However, its optimal extension to more than two classes is not obvious. In this paper several multi-category SVM methods are introduced and compared using simulation and real data sets. Also comparison with traditional multi-category classification and SVM based methods is performed.

This paper presented the development trend of UPS and SPS system has focused on large scale system and more convenient system to maintenance and management. In this paper, we proposed low price and high performance SPSs which can de voltage regulation, harmonic reduction, and capable capacity extension in power. These SPSs are composed by two SPSs in their functional structure, one is power control part including voltage regulation and instant voltage compensaton. The others part is web based monitoring and trend management part for more convenient to SPS operator.

In this paper we designed a service composition architecture which enables the functional extension of existing service or the creation of new service by combining more than one service. The designed composition architecture is based on the service architecture of the TINA-C. It is designed by extending TINA information model and computational model. Composition related object, relations and interface between objects are defined in the information model and the computational model. And we tested the designed architecture by implementing two multimedia service and composition the services.

In this note, we show that Theorem 2.1[Kybernetika, 28(1992) 45-49], a result of a functional relationship between the membership function of LR fuzzy numbers of T-sum and T-product, remains valid for convex additive generator and concave shape functions L and R with simple proof. We also consider the case for 0-symmetric R fuzzy numbers.

The family of q-Konhauser matrix polynomials have been extended to Konhauser matrix polynomials. The purpose of the present work is to show that an extension of the explicit forms, generating matrix functions, matrix recurrence relations and Rodrigues-type formula for these matrix polynomials are given, our desired results have been established and their applications are presented.

바닥소재에 따른 천일염의 향기성분은 네 가지 종류의 천일염에서는 4-methyl-2-pentanone, 5-methyl-3-hexanone, 4-methyl-3-penten-2-one, 2-hexanol, benzothiazole, 2,4-bis-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-phenol, 1,3,5-tri-tert-butyl benzene 등 케톤류, 알콜류 그리고 방향족 화합물류와 같은 공통된 향기성분이 검출되었다. 친환경소금으로 알려진 토판염, 일반적으로 알려져 있는 천일염인 PVC 장판염과 그리고 친환경소재의 PP 장판염의 차이를 구별할 수 있는 향기성분은 검출되지 않았으며, 신안군에서 생산된 천일염에서만 methyl isobutyl ketone 성분이 검출되어 생산지역에 따라 차이가 있었다. 편백나무에 보관했던 천일염의 향기성분은 오동나무와 소나무에 보관했던 천일염의 향기성분보다 다양한 종류가 검출되었으며, 이는 저장용기의 나무소재에 따라 천일염에 이행된 향기성분이 다르기 때문으로 생각된다. 이와 같이 독특한 향기성분을 천일염에 부여하는 것은 천일염 산업에 새로운 고부가가치를 창출할 수 있는 방법이라 판단되며, 소금 유통시장에서 적용가능성이 높은 연구가 수반되어야 할 것이다.

Purpose: The aims of this study were to determine if game-based training with constraint-induced movement therapy (CIMT) is effective in improving the balance ability in female patients with a total knee replacement, and to provide clinical knowledge of CIMT game-based training that allows the application of total knee replacement. Methods: Thirty-six patients who had undergone a total knee replacement were assigned randomly to CIMT game training (n=12), general game training (n=12), and self-exercise (n=12) groups. All interventions were conducted 3 times a week for 4 weeks. All patients used a continuous passive motion machine 5 times a week and 2 times a day for 4 weeks. The visual analog scale (VAS), muscle strength of knee flexion and extension, and range of motion (ROM) of knee flexion and extension were assessed, and the functional reach test (FRT), and timed up and go (TUG) test were performed to evaluate the balance ability. Results: All 3 groups showed significant improvement in the VAS, knee flexion and extension muscle strength, FRT, and TUG test after the intervention (p<0.05). Post hoc analysis revealed significant differences in FRT, and TUG of the CIMT game training group compared to the other group (p<0.05). Conclusion: Although the general game training and CIMT game training improved both the knee extension muscle strength and dynamic balance ability, CIMT game training had a larger effect on dynamic balance control.
