The major industrialized nations have continued to develop industrialized construction techniques based on automated production processes in factories, and are applying them to a wide range of building. However, the unit modular construction system has had a shorter history of development and application in Korea compared to advanced countries, and consequently, Korean modular builders have a relatively poor technical capacity. So this study is draw a conclusion on the target of priority improvement for idea creation. It study on the enhancement of the functionality of the tool for assemble of Unit Modular that choose the enhancement of the functionality through the analysis of function on the three-level of functional definition and classification, functional arrangement, functional appraisal.

Mapping brain structural and functional connections through the whole brain is essential for understanding brain mechanisms and the physiological bases of brain diseases. Although region specific structural or functional deficits cause brain diseases, the changes of interregional connections could also be important factors of brain diseases. This review will introduce common neuroimaging modalities, including structural magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), functional MRI (fMRI), diffusion tensor imaging, and other recent neuroimaging analyses methods, such as voxel-based morphometry, cortical thickness analysis, local gyrification index, and shape analysis for structural imaging. Tract-Based Spatial Statistics, TRActs Constrained by UnderLying Anatomy for diffusion MRI, and independent component analysis for fMRI also will also be introduced.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop evaluation criteria for conversations about medication and to demonstrate conversational analysis with actual dialogues on medication as examples. Methods: This study was a secondary analysis of qualitative research using conversational analysis which showed functional phases and patterns of dialogue about medication (greeting, identifying the patient, medicating, finishing). Nurse-patient conversations were videotaped and transcribed and 75 conversations were used for analysis. Results: Not all functional phases were showed in the conversations about medication. Therefore, conversations about medication can be considered as incomplete dialogues. The evaluation-criteria were represented in terms of the structure and content of the dialogues. Structural evaluation-criteria were the same as the functional phases, as functional stage is the standard for evaluation. The criteria of evaluation for content suggested 3 domains, content, expression, and interaction with 20 items scored on a Likert-type scale of 5-points. Finally, analysis of actual conversations about medication according to the evaluative criteria were provided. Conclusion: The results provide the basic data to develop educational programs and strategies to improve nurses’ competency in conversation about medication.

Objectives: This study examines the effect of Sagunja-tang on functional dyspepsia (FD) through a systematic review and meta-analysis of a randomized controlled trial (RCT). Methods: A search for RCTs that tested the effect of Sagunja-tang on functional dyspepsia was conducted in Medline, Embase, PubMed, CENTRAL, CiNii, CNKI, NDSL, RISS, OASIS, and KISS databases on November 8, 2020, with no limit on the year of publication. A meta-analysis was performed by synthesizing the findings, including total efficiency, clinical symptom score, myosin light-chain kinase (MLCK) level (pg/mL, and gastric half-emptying time (min). RevMan 5.4.1 software was used for data analysis. The quality of the literature was evaluated using Cochrane's risk of bias (RoB) tool. Results: A total of 14 RCTs met the selection criteria. As a result of the meta-analysis, the treatment group had higher total efficacy and MLCK levels (gastric antrum, jejunum) than the control group, and the clinical symptom score and gastric half-emptying time were lower. However, due to the low quality of the included RCT and the small sample size, the results may be slightly biased.

Objectives: To analyze the growth pattern of the functional food market in Korea, and thus produce essential information in mapping out a strategy for Korean medicine. Methods: A survey of literature or analysis reports about market changes related to functional foods in Korea was undertaken. Results: The Korean functional food market has been growing rapidly, to 1.4 trillion won in 2012 compared to 250 billion won in 2004, which is an annual growth rate of about 14%. In particular, individually-approved functional food is worthy of notice regarding its growth rate and functional position, which is similar to herbal drugs. The expanding growth of functional food affects negatively the decrease of herbal drug industry in Korea to date. Conclusions: To compete with functional foods, the Korean medicine community needs to develop patient-friendly and cost-effective herbal drugs, and strategies to adopt them as therapeutic modalities.

In the course of screening for the melanogenesis inhibitors, aspochalasin I was isolated from solid-state culture of Aspergillus sp. Fb020460. Its structure was determined by spectroscopic analysis including mass spectroscopy and NMR analysis. Aspochalasin I potently inhibited melanogenesis in Mel-Ab cells with an $IC_{50}$ value of $22.4{\mu}M$ without cytotoxicity.

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to identify the sequential mediating effects of grit and depression on the relationship between negative parenting style and functional somatic symptoms. Methods: This was a secondary analysis of data from the 2018 Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS). Mediation analysis was conducted using the PROCESS macro model 6. Results: The mediating effects of grit and depression between negative parenting style and functional somatic symptoms were significant. A negative parenting style was found to significantly affect functional somatic symptoms going through sequential mediating effects of grit and depression. Conclusion: To alleviate functional somatic symptoms in adolescents, it is necessary to provide interventions for developing grit that could reduce depression.

함수 데이터는 다양한 분야에서 수집되고 있으며, 집단 간의 함수 데이터를 비교해야하는 경우가 종종 발생한다. 이럴 경우 점별 분산분석 방법을 이용하여 설명하기에는 무리가 있으며, 통합된 결과를 제시할 필요가 있다. 이에 대한 다양한 연구가 제안되었으며, 최근에 R 패키지 fdANOVA로 구현되었다. 이 논문에서 우선 분산분석 및 다변량 분산분석을 설명하고, 최근에 제안된 다양한 단변량 및 다변량 함수 데이터 분산분석을 설명하고자 한다. 또한 R 패키지 fdANOVA의 사용 방법을 설명하고, 이 패키지를 이용하여 서울과 부산 지역의 주별 기온을 단변량 함수 데이터 분산분석을 통해 비교하고, 손글씨 이미지를 다변량 함수 데이터로 변환하여 다변량 함수 데이터 분산분석을 이용하여 비교하고자 한다.

In this study, the effect of wearing functional compression pants is verified using a lower-limb wearable robot through a bio-signal analysis and subjective fit evaluation. First, the compression area to be applied to the functional compression pants is derived using the quad method for nine men in their 20s. Subsequently, functional compression pants are prepared, and changes in Electroencephalogram (EEG) and Electrocardiogram (ECG) signals when wearing the functional compression and normal regular pants inside a wearable robot are measured. The EEG and ECG signals are measured with eyes closed and open. Results indicate that the Relative alpha (RA) and Relative gamma wave (RG) of the EEG signal differ significantly, resulting in increased stability and reduced anxiety and stress when wearing the functional compression pants. Furthermore, the ECG analysis results indicate statistically significant differences in the Low frequency (LF)/High frequency (HF) index, which reflect the overall balance of the autonomic nervous system and can be interpreted as feeling comfortable and balanced when wearing the functional compression pants. Moreover, subjective sense is discovered to be effective in assessing wear fit, ease of movement, skin friction, and wear comfort when wearing the functional compression pants.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the information search behavior in functional sportswear purchasing by clothing and sports concern variables. Functional sportswear means sportswear made of functional clothing materials. The information search behavior in this study included information sources, information seeking attributes, information search differences between when consumers buy functional sportswear and when they purchase nonfunctional sportswear, and information characteristics. For this purpose, 500 questionnaires had been distributed to university students and 409 of which were used in the study. For data analysis, frequency, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and t-test were used. The results were as follows: first, the friends showed to be the most effective information source of functional clothing materials sportswear and internet revealed to be the information source that made the most frequent use of. The experts appeared to be the most reliable information source. Second, the more the students were concerned about clothing and sports, the more important they considered information seeking attributes. Third, in the aspects of information search differences between when consumers bought functional sportswear and when they purchased nonfunctional sportswear, only sports concern variables showed to be significant. The last, regardless of clothing and sports concern variables, it was found that customers considered all the information characteristics important.
