  • As a rational decision-making process of county-level area development, this study designed 3-step framework : function-giving(areal analysis) on unit planning area by decision matrix of land suitability, check of typical characteristics of each function area and formulation of its future development strategies. Two alternatives were suggested as the areal analysis method, of which one is equal ordering / valuing technique of checking indices for land suitability classfication and the other preferential weighting technique. And then, under the algorithm specially defined in this study, land suitability maps(Fig.2,3) of the case study area (Seungju-county area, Chonnam-province, Korea) were drawn from the areal analysis results. By use of land suitability classification results, unique characteristics of typical function areas were defined (on 7 types of alternative 1 , 8 types of II ) and their future development strategies were formulated in the case study area, According to the categorization criteria in this study, all the villages of the case area were classfied as a suitable type of function areas illustrated in this study.

  • Rapid developments around the world have resulted in urban expansion, habitat destruction, habitat fragmentation, and pollution problems, which are the main reasons for the decline in biological diversity. The United Nations warns that many animals and plants will die out in the near future if this continues. This study was performed to propose a map of eco-corridor suitability analysis of Korean water deer(Hydropotes Inermis) to enhance biodiversity in Chuncheon city. Eight factors affecting habitat suitability were elevation, aspect, slope, forest type, distance to the road, distance to the stream, land use and green connectivity. Previous study analysis on the mobility behaviour of the Korean water deer(Hydropotes Inermis) produced a habitat suitability map by determining the threshold and assigning a value between 0 and 1 depending on the habitat suitability using the fuzzy function. A method of analysis was proposed for a number of eco-corridor through comparative analysis of the data from the produced habitat suitability map and the road-kill point. The previous studies were focused on Backdudaegan region and national parks except for urban cities. The potential habitat map of Korean water deer could be helpful as a way to prevent habitat disconnection and increase species diversity in urban areas.

  • 본 연구는 퍼지개념을 적용한 GIS 공간분석법을 도입하고 이를 통해 쓰레기 매립장 입지 평가를 수행하였다. 기존 연구는 GIS의 공간 중첩 분석법을 적용하여 입지분석이나 적지선정 등을 수행하였으나 공간 중첩분석은 보통집합의 불린 논리를 바탕으로 공간자료를 처리하였기 때문에 공간자료의 불확실성과 자료분류 기준의 부적합성을 고려하여 분석할 수 없었다. 그러므로 신뢰할 수 있는 분석결과를 제시할 수 없어 실제 문제에서 적극 활용되지 못하였다. 본 연구는 쓰레기 매립장을 대상 시설로 선정하고 객관적인 접근법으로 퍼지 공간분석 법을 적용하였으며, 구체적인 적용과정으로서 연속형 공간자료에 대한 소속함수의 정의방법과 퍼지분석을 위한 퍼지입력값의 생성, 그리고 쓰레기 매립장 입지평가를 위한 분석인자의 선정기준 및 자료분류기준을 검토하여 이것으로부터 소속함수를 결정하는 매개변수를 추출하는 방법을 제시하였다.

사이클 웨어의 만족도에 대한 연구 (A Study on Wearing Satisfaction of Cycle Wear)

  • The purpose of this thesis is to conduct research on the degree of satisfaction (for both wearing and functioning) of cycle wear; to present the basic data to develop cycle wears which can lesson the trouble for human body and have an excellent feeling in wearing. To inquire the degree of satisfaction, the method of questionnaire was used for 100 peoples consisted of male cycling players. As the result of the satisfaction degree in wearing, it can be certain that the users are satisfied overall and yet they express the lowest satisfaction at material among material, design, color and function. When it comes to unsatisfactory factors of wearing cycle wear, the most unsatisfactory one is the poor function of clothing on the whole. As the result of the site suitability of cycle wear, we can find the problems on the girth of neck and armhole of the upper garment, and on the part from waist to hip length and the girth from thigh through knee to calf of lower garment. As the result of the motion suitability of cycle wears, we can acknowledge that there are problems on the part of neck, armpit, and abdomen of the upper garment rather than the lower one.

GSIS와 인공신경망의 결합에 의한 토지적합성분석에 관한 연구 (A Study of Land Suitability Analysis by Integrating GSIS with Artificial Neural Networks)

  • 본 연구는 도시토지이용의 적합성분석을 실시하는데 있어 GSIS와 인공신경망의 유기적인 결합을 시도해 보았다. 인공신경망은 학습이라는 과정을 통해 신경망 노드(node)간의 연결강도를 합리적으로 결정할 수 있는 이점이 있다. 이러한 점에서 공간분석에서 요구되는 인자간의 경중률과 신경망의 연결강도는 대체가 가능하리라 판단된다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 두 종류의 신경망을 구성하였다. 1차 신경망은 토지이용별 적합성 분석에 적용했으며, 2차 신경망은 최적의 토지이용패턴을 분석하기 위해 구성하였다 이들 신경망은 C++로 작성된 프로그램에 의해 구현된 최급강하법에 의한 역전파 알고리즘에 의해 학습을 실시하였으며, 활성화 함수는 시그모이드 함수를 사용하였다. 분석결과는 현행 용도지역제에서 주거, 상업, 공업, 녹지에 대한 토지이용 적합도면과 4가지 유형의 토지이용에 대한 대상지역의 최적토지이용패턴을 제시한 도면으로서 Arc/Info의 Grid 형식으로 작성하였다. 또한 토지이용별 적합도면상에 나타난 적합지역과 최적토지이용패턴은 위치적인 면과 공간 구성에 있어 실제의 도시토지이용계획의 이론적인 개념에 매우 합치되는 분포형태를 보였다.

남성정장의 의복단서와 관찰자의 자기모니터링이 직업적합성 지각에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Clothing Cues and Perceiver's Self-Monitoring on Perception of Occupational Suitability-)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate(1) the effects of clothing cues of 20s young man in business suits on the perception of occupational suitability in an office setting and (2) the effect of Perceiver's self-monitoring and sex on the perception of occupational suitability formed by the function of clothing cues. The experimental design of this study was between-subjects 23 factorial design. The experimental materials developed for the study were a set of stimuli and a response scale. The stimuli consisted of 8 color photographs of a young man wearing business suits which were manipulated at two levels for each of three clothing cues (suit color, suit style, necktie color). Each one of eight sub-samples included 14 subjects from 2 perceiver groups by sex. The questionaires used to measure perceivers' responses to the stimuli were constructed in 12 five-point likert scale representing occupational suitability and self-Monitoring was measured by the self-Monitoring Scale by Gangestad adn Snyder. The subjects consisted of 224 male and female college students in Seoul. The data was processed by ANOVA and MCA(Multiple Classification Analysis). The result were as follows: (1) The Clothing cues of young man in business suits(suit color, suit style) partially influenced the occupational suitability. (2) The perception of occupational suitability formed by the clothing cues of a young man in business suits was partially influenced by the perceiver's self-monitoring and sex. Female high self-monitoring group were more affected by the clothing cues than any other groups.

DRM 소프트웨어의 기능적합성 평가 척도의 개발 (Development of Functional Suitability Evaluation Measure of DRM Software)

  • DRM 소프트웨어가 디지털 저작권을 적절히 보호해 주기 위해서는 필요한 기능에 대한 성숙도(completeness), 정확성(correctness), 타당성(appropriateness) 등이 준수되어야 한다. 따라서 관련 표준에 입각한 DRM 소프트웨어의 기능성 평가 방법의 체계화가 필수적으로 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 국제표준의 소프트웨어 품질평가 표준을 기반으로 DRM 소프트웨어의 성숙도, 정확성, 타당성을 포괄하는 기능적합성(Functional Suitability)에 관한 품질을 측정하는 모델을 구축하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 DRM 소프트웨어의 기반 기술과 기능적합성에 관한 품질 요구사항을 분석하여 국제표준을 기반으로 한 기능적합성 평가모델을 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통해 DRM 소프트웨어의 품질수준을 높이기 위한 기능적합성 평가 기준을 확보할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 향후 평가사례의 축적을 통해 본 DRM 소프트웨어 기능적합성 평가모델의 적합성과 타당성을 제고할 필요가 있다.

Decision Making Method based on Function and Performance Matrix Assessment Considering Design Change

  • A comprehensive understanding of functions and performances enables a selection of appropriate alternatives to the existing design and can prevent defective design. A performance-based design quality management can ensure successful project completion. This study proposes a new model for design quality management in order to prevent defective design and to minimize design change. The new quality management model defines the requirement about function and performance based on technical characteristic, and assesses suitability for design alternatives. This study attempts to propose a quality matrix assessment method that can compare the alternative design and requirements defined with the new quality management model. This method can judge conformity and suitability of design quality in accordance with the requirements configured.

Development of Management Guidelines and Procedure for Anthropometric Suitability Assessment: Control Room Design Factors in Nuclear Power Plants

  • Objective: The aim of this study is to develop management guidelines and a procedure for an anthropometric suitability assessment of the main control room (MCR) in nuclear power plants (NPPs). Background: The condition of the MCR should be suitable for the work crews in NPPs. The suitability of the MCR depends closely on the anthropometric dimensions and ergonomic factors of the users. In particular, the MCR workspace design in NPPs is important due to the close relationship with operating crews and their work failures. Many documents and criteria have recommended that anthropometry dimensions and their studies are one of the foremost processes of the MCR design in NPPs. If these factors are not properly considered, users can feel burdened about their work and the human errors that might occur. Method: The procedure for the anthropometric suitability assessment consists of 5 phases: 1) selection of the anthropometric suitability evaluation dimensions, 2) establishment of a measurement method according to the evaluation dimensions, 3) establishment of criteria for suitability evaluation dimensions, 4) establishment of rating scale and improvement methods according to the evaluation dimensions, and 5) assessment of the final grade for evaluation dimensions. The management guidelines for an anthropometric suitability assessment were completed using 10 factors: 1) director, 2) subject, 3) evaluation period, 4) measurement method and criteria, 5) selection of equipment, 6) measurement and evaluation, 7) suitability evaluation, 8) data sharing, 9) data storage, and 10) management according to the suitability grade. Results: We propose a set of 17 anthropometric dimensions for the size, cognition/perception action/behavior, and their relationships with human errors regarding the MCR design variables through a case study. The 17 selected dimensions are height, sitting height, eye height from floor, eye height above seat, arm length, functional reach, extended functional reach, radius reach, visual field, peripheral perception, hyperopia/myopia/astigmatism, color blindness, auditory acuity, finger dexterity, hand function, body angle, and manual muscle test. We proposed criteria on these 17 anthropometric dimensions for a suitability evaluation and suggested an improvement method according to the evaluation dimensions. Conclusion: The results of this study can improve the human performance of the crew in an MCR. These management guidelines and a procedure for an anthropometric suitability assessment will be able to prevent human errors due to inadequate anthropometric dimensions. Application: The proposed set of anthropometric dimensions can be integrated into a managerial index for the anthropometric suitability of the operating crews for more careful countermeasures to human errors in NPPs.

확률밀도함수를 고려한 서식처 적합도 지수에 의한 피라미 생태유량 산정 (Estimation of ecological flow rate for Zacco platypus based on habitat suitability index considering probability density function)

  • 본 연구에서는 확률밀도함수의 서식처 적합도 지수를 사용하여 도심하천구간과 자연하천구간에서 유량점증방법론(Instream flow Incremental Methodology, IFIM)을 토대로 피라미 서식처의 생태유량을 모의하였다. 이와 같은 방법을 적용하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 PHABSIM 모형을 사용하였다. 본 연구에서는 서식처 적합도 지수(Kang, 2010)를 기초로 확률밀도함수의 매개변수를 조정하여 확률밀도함수의 서식처 적합도 지수를 개발하여 생태유량을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 도심하천구간에서는 정규분포가 자연하천구간에서는 2변수 log-pearson 분포가 Kang (2010)의 생태유량에 가장 근접하는 경향을 보였다. 확률밀도함수에 의한 서식처 적합도 지수와 하천구간별로 생태유량을 모의하여 확률론적 방법을 적용한 생태유량 산정기법을 제안하였다.
