Railway dedicated frequency bandwidth allocation matters are being discussed actively before an introduce of wireless communication based train control system to korean railway industry. Allocating the frequency band, which has great value as a public resource, for suitable use with right amount is particularly important, because of equity in other fields and valuable use of limited resources. In this paper, the feasibility about stable railway communication network operation based on LTE in diverse frequency bandwidth will be discussed with solicitous simulation.

We propose an algorithm which can classify the system should use a PI controller, which have a weak high frequency attenuation characteristics near the critical frequency. To classify the system, we use a time delay element to calculate a gain attenuation rate near the critical frequency. The proposed algorithm also can design PI controller with the given magnitude margin and phase margin specification. The proposed algorithm uses time delay element and saturation function to identify the one point information in frequency domain. We justify the proposed algorithm via the simulation.

RFID technology is one of the verification technology that use radio frequency. Use and study of RFID are on the increase because RFID is a one of main technologies in ubiquitous. In this paper, we address to develop a Record Processing System using RFID. The purpose of this paper is improvement of accuracy and efficiency on Record Processing System by applying RFID. Later, This paper will be able to help to establish of u-Campus.

Recently use of RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) tends to be rapidly increased and will be also extended throughout the whole life. Using radio-frequency data can be recognized automatically in the RFID system is vulnerable to personal information protection or security. And passive tags have a hardware problem is the limit for applying cryptographic. This paper presents an authentication protocol using AES and Nounce. After completing mutual authentication server to access and strengthen security vulnerability to the use of the Nounce, because safety in denial of service attacks.
The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the extent of information search on consumer satisfaction and to provide, ultimatly, effective consumer search for consumer satisfaction. Data for this study were collected from 452 computer purchasers who living in Seoul. This study has focused on new computer purchasers. The amount of internal information was measured by three categories, such as the number of computer purchase, the frequency, duration of computer use and the degree of computer education. In addition, the amount of prepurchase search was measured by threecategories, such as neutral information, commercial information and private information. The research results shows that the variables affecting on the level of consumer satisfaction are objective search, the degree of computer education, the frequency and duration of computer use, the number of computer purchase. Meanwhile, commercial information search and private information search are not significant affecting variables on the level of consumer satisfaction.
To investigate recognition and use of nutrition labeling on eating-out menus, self-recorded questionnaire was surveyed for 641 consumers who visited hamburger and pizza restaurants in Daejeon from May to July, 2010. Subjects were women of 51.3% and 92.9% aged 10s or 20s. Use frequency of hamburger and pizza restaurants was 2-3 times a month with 56.9%. Of subjects 41.0% knew nutrition labeling mandates of eating-out menus, 64.6% have seen nutrition labels of menus, and 44.5% read nutrition labels when purchasing. Among subjects who read nutrition labels, 67.0% (29.8% of total) referred to it when menu purchase and 60.4% (26.9% of total) experienced changing menu. The ratio of reading nutrition labels was different among gender, diet trial frequency and monthly eating-out cost. Reasons for not reading labels were "not interested in" or "never heard about" for 57.0%, and "not noticeable" for 28.7%. The ratio who read correctly all 3 pieces of information, such as calorie amount, daily value, and way of using daily value was 39.2%. Average number of correct reading was 2.13, which was different among gender, marital status, having children, diet trial frequency, monthly eating-out cost, the restaurants use frequency, and accompanying person. Many subjects wanted to be additionally provided with cholesterol and transfat. Therefore, practical and differentiated consumer educations considering consumer features are required for better nutrition labeling usage. Government's regulatory efforts and voluntary effort of eating-out companies, such as adding nutrients on labels and improving labeling places, are also necessary.

The current Private 5G use procedure goes through the step of application examination, use and usage inspection, and can be divided in to application, examination step as a procedure before frequency allocation, and use, usage inspection step as a procedure after frequency allocation. Various types of documents are required to apply for a Private 5G, and due to the document screening process and radio station inspection for using Private 5G frequencies, the procedure for Private 5G applicants to use Private 5G is complicated and takes a considerable amount of time. In this paper, we proposed Frequency Allocation Process for Private 5G using a blockchain platform, which is fast and simplified than the current procedure. Through the use of a blockchain platform and NFT (Non-Fungible Token), reliability and integrity of the data required in the frequency allocation process were secured, and security of frequency usage information was maintained and a reliable Private 5G frequency allocation process was established. Also by applying the RPA system that minimizes human intervention, fairness was secured in the process of allocating Private 5G. Finally, the frequency allocation process of Private 5G based on the Ethereum blockchain was performed though a simulation.
Purpose The purpose of this study is to identify the determinants of non-use and the dynamic nature of non-use by the qualitative research methodology, grounded theory methodology, as part of identifying the nature of non-use. Design/methodology/approach We applied the grounded theory methodology to a total of 23 college students, including non-users who are not currently using them, users with low intention to use them, and users with high intention to use. We extracted the codes related to the use and proposed the non-use dynamics conversion process based on the coding results. Findings First, the use of information technology can also promote the frequency of use, but can also lead to the use of negative attitudes which would fall in the state of non-use. Second, the user may have both positive and negative attitudes toward the current information technology. Third, if usage is dominated by habits, it is not so easy to change persistent use into an unused state. Fourth, factors that determine the use of specific information technology can be a factor in determining nonuse. This study has contributed to understand the essence of non - use as well as the nature of use, overcoming limitations of quantitative research approach and confirming possibility of grounded theory method in information system research.
This study explores the effects of various factors on the use of nutrition information on food away from home (FAFH). Consumer groups were classified into groups according to their perception of being overweight and obese (correctly perceiving, underestimating and overestimating weight). For this, frequency analysis, a chi-square test, and an ANOVA were conducted to determine any differences between factors, and a logit analysis (SPSS 18.0) was conducted to identify those factors influencing the use of information. Information recognition, intentions to use information and the use on FAFH showed significant differences across the groups. In addition, health inspection, the perception of the intrinsic quality of restaurants, labeling, FAFH expenditure, and some individual characteristics showed significant differences between groups. The information recognition of FAFH had a significant positive effect on information use in all groups. In all groups, labeling had a significant positive effect on information use, and family health concerns had a significant positive effect on information use in the group correctly perceiving weight. The price of domestic food items, household head and household income had significant positive effects on information use in the group overestimating weight.

This paper will look at some grammatical phenomena which will illustrate some of the questions that can be addressed with a corpus-based approach. We will use this approach to investigate the following subjects in English grammar: number ambiguity, subject-verb concord, concord with measure expressions, and (reflexive) pronoun choice in coordinated noun phrases. We will emphasize the distinctive features of the corpus-based approach, particularly its strengths in investigating language use, as opposed to traditional descriptions or prescriptions of structure in English grammar. This paper will show that a corpus-based approach has made it possible to conduct new kinds of investigations into grammar in use and to expand the scope of earlier investigations. Native speakers rarely have accurate information about frequency of use. A large representative corpus (i.e., The British National Corpus) is one of the most reliable sources of frequency information. It is important to base an analysis of language on real data rather than intuition. Any description of grammar is more complete and accurate if it is based on a body of real data.
