The purpose of this study is to suggest a Promotion for the Korean convention industry by analyzing the current status and problems in the Korean convention industry. Its fostering plans as follows; 1. Provide educational program such as meeting planners institute (MPI) in the United Statesproduces a range of training program for convention management, together with a certification when a certain level is reached. 2. Construct multiplex-convention center and convention facilities propelling by demand analysis. 3. Strengthen gather information and investigation. 4. Establishment of Korea convention bureau. 5. Strengthen overseas publicity activities through Korea National Tourism Organization and activate the inducement of international convention from the public organizations and institutions. 6. Increased financial and legal support for convention center developers and convention organizers. 7. The rapid growth of convention industry tourism combined with increasing competition, makes integrated networking an imperative tool for ensuring international competitiveness.

Promoting Rural industry development projects with the support of the Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries had elapsed about 5 years old. Agency selected 30 municipalities they annually promoting business, its performance will be examined. The alternative analysis of the business problem and seeks to provide policy direction. Superior rural enterprises to build business through fostering rural industry than what the system of rural industries in the region to want to foster entrepreneurship, 6th industrialization area industrial structure for each of the items, and not continue to make policy judgments about the point of needis. Therefore, in this paper, so far, through the analysis of the performance of alternatives by sector presented.

The current research investigates the strategies for fostering service industries from the service's nature perspectives. Because the service industry is broad and heterogeneous in nature, if service's nature is not considered in building strategies for developing service industries, it would have a limited perspective, and thus, it would be difficult to foster large growth in service industries. In addition, not considering service's nature would not encourage synergy among service sectors nor encourage innovative development among individual sectors. Therefore, we need to understand that different service sectors are all under the umbrella for service industries, and consider the service's nature. The current research considers the service's relational, bidirectional, horizontality, and harmonization nature of services, and also, intangibility, inseparability, heterogeneity, perishability were considered in suggesting strategies for fostering service industries. These results can be used to developing governmental policies for developing service industries.

The purpose of this paper is to enrich storytelling contents for culture and tourism industry and provide the implication for carrying out governmental policy by estimating economic value of storytelling using a Contingent Valuation Method. The empirical result shows that the economic value of storytelling development in culture and tourism industry is annually estimated 16,000 won per person, resulting from logit model and WTP mean method. The willingness-to-pay, degree of support and perception of the policy and culture contents expenditure have meaningful effects on probability of supporting and participating in execution of the policy. The findings imply that the economic value of storytelling development highly increases as the interest and expenditure of culture contents increase. Futhermore, informing storytelling related policy and business to the people will increase economic value of fostering storytelling-based culture and tourism.

Purpose: Convergence and social ripple effects caused by the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which encompasses new technologies in various fields, will have a great impact on the beauty industry structure and market economy. This review reviewed the literature on the changes in the employment environment of the Korean beauty industry due to the 4th industrial revolution and the countermeasures of the beauty industry accordingly. Research design, data and methodology: Using the October 2022 PRISMA flowchart, it is a review of changes in the employment environment of the beauty industry, the need for human resource management of beauty workers, and the employment environment to be applied to the beauty industry in the future. Results: Changes in the employment environment in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the current state of the beauty industry, and reviews on beauty industry workers were collected, and a direction for training beauty industry workers was presented. Conclusions: This study presented the direction of the beauty industry in preparation for changes in the employment environment of the 4th industrial revolution and suggested that research is needed to actively establish human resource management (HRM) to overcome the problem of fostering talent in the beauty industry.

Fire industry has been an important role in from the fire and disaster to protect life and property of citizens. In recent years the national fire industry in Japan and the United States Fire industrialized countries with respect to the fire industry in quality and technology challenges facing the competition, and fire Industry for China and other poor countries and vulnerable to the price competition in the fire industry's difficulties with this study is necessary. The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of the fire industry, the development is aimed to provide direction. The proposed development direction for the future industrial development of the fire, setting goals, fostering the promotion of industrial development direction, running through the fire in the actual application will be available.

Due to the city concentrated symptoms, high-rise building symptoms and diversity, the scale of fire disaster is increasing. So the economic expectation of fire disaster industry is growing. The domestic fire industry has an inadequate system, and hasn't a methodical system to foster the industry. And also most of the fire industry company are small and poor scale. So they haven't enough infrastructure like technical skill, manpower, marketing and so on. In order to drive fire industry from local fire protection industry to knowledge service, in this study, the items of human resources fostering, infrastructure and R&D were set and analyzed as detailed growth analysis factors. Also, the improvement plans were suggested and compared with IT industry which is defined as core industry in the 21st century knowledge-based economy in Korea.

As the transfer of cargo functions to Gwangyang Port is completed, Yeosu Port has established a vision to become a hub for maritime tourism in Korea. Revitalization of the marine tourism industry through cruise development is recognized as a major strategy. Major domestic cruise tourism ports (Busan Port, Jeju Port, Incheon Port) have established a basic plan for fostering port cruises in response to the "Basic Plan for the Promotion of the Cruise Industry" established in 2016. However, the plan for Yeosu Port is insufficient. The cruise tourism industry, which is in recession due to Corona 19, is expected to recover due to with-Corona and Post-Corona. Therefore, Yeosu Port needs to take the lead in promoting the cruise industry to prepare for this. Accordingly, this study intends to derive evaluation items for the fostering of the Yeosu Port cruise industry through prior research and the gathering of expert opinions. An IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) analysis is conducted to identify problems and suggest promoting policies for the Yeosu Port cruise industry. According to the IPA analysis results, in the major categories, the creation of cruise infrastructure, and the establishment of a support system were evaluated as weak items (high importance but low satisfaction), and sub-categories corresponding to the two major categories were identified as weak points. Based on the results of this analysis, measures to promote the cruise industry in Yeosu Port were presented as cruise infrastructure, route expansion, tourism product development, and support system. This study is expected to be utilized when establishing policies for constructing Yeosu Port as the hub port of maritime tourism in Korea.

The information security industry market is sluggish despite high expectation for its growth, and thus policies are required to define the causes and to address these issues. The policy formulation requires various historical market and human resource data for analyzing the industry, which cannot be guaranteed secured. This study executed face-to-face in-depth interviews with the frontline businesses in order to gather live opinions and to analyze industry's value chain, problems, and difficulties with a view to defining policy tasks for the development of the industry. The findings of the study revealed the current technical level of the information security industry, the frontline difficulty, and industrial ecosystem status. Based on these findings, the industry revitalization policy was devised and proposed. Objectives of the policy included the fostering of capacity to conceptualize, plan, and design industrial strategies based on the analysis of the industry's value chain and ecosystem, the expansion of the industry's value-added through the enhanced securing and management of the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and the nurturing of the security Human Resources (HR) in line with the industrial demand.

This research examined a task to foster into the export industry, through analyzing the competitiveness of the ornamental fish industry and identifying the position of Korea's ornamental industry in the world. Ornamental fish in Korea holds the world's leading aquaculture technology, but products are limited to a few species, lacking competitive products. In the case of aquarium supplies, the Korean technology level is receiving relatively positive marks in the global market, but ornamental fish products are lagging behind the global trend. In other words, Korea's ornamental fish industry has the overall technical foundation, but lacks differentiation in the global market. Meanwhile, Korea's market share of world trade market in fishery products is minimal. Growth was also analyzed not high compared to other countries. Various trade competitiveness index results rated very low in competitiveness, but it is hard to compare Korea with other countries which have already built a strong foundation in the ornamental fish industry. Therefore, for the mid to long term Korea should adapt a "Choice and concentration" strategy and focus on the production of ornamental fish and aquarium supplies, which will enable Korea to become differentiated in the global market and capture the world exports.
