밀 품질평가 현황과 검사제도 (Current Wheat Quality Criteria and Inspection Systems of Major Wheat Producing Countries)

  • On the purpose to suggest an advanced scheme in assessing the domestic wheat quality, this paper reviewed the inspection systems of wheat in major wheat producing countries as well as the quality criteria which are being used in wheat grading and classification. Most wheat producing countries are adopting both classifications of class and grade to provide an objective evaluation and an official certification to their wheat. There are two main purposes in the wheat classification. The first objectives of classification is to match the wheat with market requirements to maximize market opportunities and returns to growers. The second is to ensure that payments to glowers aye made on the basis of the quality and condition of the grain delivered. Wheat classes has been assigned based on the combination of cultivation area, seed-coat color, kernel and varietal characteristics that are distinctive. Most reputable wheat marketers also employ a similar approach, whereby varieties of a particular type are grouped together, designed by seed coat colour, grain hardness, physical dough properties, and sometimes more precise specification such as starch quality, all of which are genetically inherited characteristics. This classification in simplistic terms is the categorization of a wheat variety into a commercial type or style of wheat that is recognizable for its end use capabilities. All varieties registered in a class are required to have a similar end-use performance that the shipment be consistent in processing quality, cargo to cargo and year to year, Grain inspectors have historically determined wheat classes according to visual kernel characteristics associated with traditional wheat varieties. As well, any new wheat variety must not conflict with the visual distinguishability rule that is used to separate wheats of different classes. Some varieties may possess characteristics of two or more classes. Therefore, knowledge of distinct varietal characteristics is necessary in making class determinations. The grading system sets maximum tolerance levels for a range of characteristics that ensure functionality and freedom from deleterious factors. Tests for the grading of wheat include such factors as plumpness, soundness, cleanliness, purity of type and general condition. Plumpness is measured by test weight. Soundness is indicated by the absence or presence of musty, sour or commercially objectionable foreign odors and by the percentage of damaged kernels that ave present in the wheat. Cleanliness is measured by determining the presence of foreign material after dockage has been removed. Purity of class is measured by classification of wheats in the test sample and by limitation for admixtures of different classes of wheat. Moisture does not influence the numerical grade. However, it is determined on all shipments and reported on the official certificate. U.S. wheat is divided into eight classes based on color, kernel Hardness and varietal characteristics. The classes are Durum, Hard Red Spring, Hard Red Winter, Soft Red Winter, Hard White, soft White, Unclassed and Mixed. Among them, Hard Red Spring wheat, Durum wheat, and Soft White wheat are further divided into three subclasses, respectively. Each class or subclass is divided into five U.S. numerical grades and U.S. Sample grade. Special grades are provided to emphasize special qualities or conditions affecting the value of wheat and are added to and made a part of the grade designation. Canadian wheat is also divided into fourteen classes based on cultivation area, color, kernel hardness and varietal characteristics. The classes have 2-5 numerical grades, a feed grade and sample grades depending on class and grading tolerance. The Canadian grading system is based mainly on visual evaluation, and it works based on the kernel visual distinguishability concept. The Australian wheat is classified based on geographical and quality differentiation. The wheat grown in Australia is predominantly white grained. There are commonly up to 20 different segregations of wheat in a given season. Each variety grown is assigned a category and a growing areas. The state governments in Australia, in cooperation with the Australian Wheat Board(AWB), issue receival standards and dockage schedules annually that list grade specifications and tolerances for Australian wheat. AWB is managing "Golden Rewards" which is designed to provide pricing accuracy and market signals for Australia's grain growers. Continuous payment scales for protein content from 6 to 16% and screenings levels from 0 to 10% based on varietal classification are presented by the Golden Rewards, and the active payment scales and prices can change with market movements.movements.

Новая нормальность в АТР: Пекин между Москвой и Вашингтоном (New Normality in the Asia-Pacific Region: Beijing between Moscow and Washington)

  • Для основных ведущих стран Азиатско-Тихоокеанского региона США, Китая и России сложилась ситуация "новой нормальности". Причем для каждой из указанных стран эта "новая нормальность" имеет свои собственные особенности, характеристики и значение. Для США – это обострение военного противостояния с Китаем в Тайваньском проливе. Для Китая – обострение соперничества с Соединенными Штатами до нового уровня и, одновременно, замедление темпов экономического развития с очень высокой вероятностью их дальнейшего снижения. "Новая нормальность" для России – это почти полное свертывание отношений с США, ЕС и их партнёрами и союзниками на фоне специальной военной операции и введенных санкций. Эти нюансы, в дополнение к результатам 20-го съезда КПК, во многом и будут определять основные тенденции в китайско-американских и китайско-российских отношениях. С высокой вероятностью отношения Китая и России не претерпят серьезных изменений на фоне украинского кризиса. Пекин будет стараться сохранять позицию "доброжелательного нейтралитета" по отношению к Москве. В то же время баланс между "доброй волей" и "нейтралитетом" может варьироваться в зависимости от масштабов китайско-российского сотрудничества. Например, в экономической сфере китайские компании будут лимитировать сотрудничество с российскими партнерами, опасаясь западных вторичных санкций. Однако, в целом, Россия сохранит свое значение для Китая как сильнейший антиамериканский полюс. В отношениях с США Китай продолжит твердо отстаивать свои интересы, в то же время, не исключая нормализации отношений с Вашингтоном в определенных областях сотрудничества: стратегическая стабильность, нетрадиционные угрозы, экология и т.д. В целом решения 20-го съезда КПК не позволяют говорить ни за, ни против идеи о готовности Китая возобновить диалог с США в период после конгресса. Китайско-американские отношения, как отмечалось выше, имеют свою собственную логику и, вероятно, продолжат развиваться в ее рамках. Впрочем, как и китайско-российские отношения. В рамках этой логики Пекин, похоже, продолжает балансировать между двумя векторами своей внешней политики. С одной стороны – это развитие двустороннего сотрудничества с Россией с целью укрепления собственных переговорных позиций в противостоянии с Вашингтоном: военное сотрудничество с акцентом на совместные учения, политическое сотрудничество, основанное на антиамериканизме, экономическое сотрудничество с оглядкой на риски вторичных санкций. С другой стороны, для Китая неприемлемо, во-первых, нарушение территориальной целостности Украины, во-вторых, прямое военное столкновение с США и, в-третьих, дальнейшее обострение отношений с Вашингтоном по фактору китайской дружбы с Россией.

미니돼지에서 발치 후 즉시 임플란트 매식시 치경부 표면처리가 골재생에 미치는 효과 (THE EFFECT OF SURFACE TREATMENT OF THE CERVICAL AREA OF IMPLANT ON BONE REGENERATION IN MINI-PIG)

  • Purpose: The present study was performed to evaluate the effect of surface treatment of the cervical area of implant on bone regeneration in fresh extraction socket following implant installation. Materials and methods: The four minipigs, 18 months old and 30 kg weighted, were used. Four premolars of the left side of both the mandible and maxilla were extracted. ${\phi}$3.3 mm and 11.5 mm long US II plus implants (Osstem Implant co., Korea) with resorbable blasting media (RBM) treated surface and US II implants (Osstem Implant co., Korea) with machined surface at the top and RBM surface at lower portion were installed in the socket. Stability of the implant was measured with $Osstell^{TM}$ (Model 6 Resonance Frequency Analyser: Integration Diagnostics Ltd., Sweden). After 2 months of healing, the procedures and measurement of implant stability were repeated in the right side by same method of left side. At four months after first experiment, the animals were sacrificed after measurement of stability of all implants, and biopsies were obtained. Results: Well healed soft tissue and no mobility of the implants were observed in both groups. Histologically satisfactory osseointegration of implants was observed with RBM surface, and no foreign body reaction as well as inflammatory infiltration around implant were found. Furthermore, substantial bone formation and high degree of osseointegration were exhibited at the marginal defects around the cervical area of US II plus implants. However, healing of US II implants was characterized by the incomplete bone substitution and the presence of the connective tissue zone between the implant and newly formed bone. The distance between the implant platform (P) and the most coronal level of bone-to-implant contact (B) after 2 months of healing was $2.66{\pm}0.11$ mm at US II implants group and $1.80{\pm}0.13$mm at US II plus implant group. The P-B distance after 4 months of healing was $2.29{\pm}0.13$mm at US II implants group and $1.25{\pm}0.10$mm at US II plus implants group. The difference between both groups regarding the length of P-B distance was statistically significant(p<0.05). Concerning the resonance frequency analysis (RFA) value, the stability of US II plus implants group showed relatively higher RFA value than US II implants group. Conclusion: The current results suggest that implants with rough surface at the cervical area have an advantage in process of bone regeneration on defect around implant placed in a fresh extraction socket.

일부 대학생들의 노인에 대한 지식과 태도 및 행동에 관한 연구 (A study on the knowledges, attitudes and behaviors of some university students about the old)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data for searching for the method to induce more positive knowledges and attitudes about the old from the university students majoring in dental hygienics, health and social welfare university students majoring in the old, who will face the change of aging society directly. Methods : The study selected 1 school in Busan and Daegu respectively with convenience sampling from September 2010 to October 2010, performed questionnaire(self administered questionnaire) to 401 students majoring in dental hygienics, health and social welfare and achieved following conclusions. Results : 1. When the students without the education experience about the old have negative experiences, the degree of interest in the old was high and when they have positive experiences, the attitude score about the old was high(p<0.001). 2. For education experience about the old, the students majoring in dental hygienics have the lowest experiences(p<0.001). 3. For knowledge, attitude and behavior about the old depending on major, the students majoring in social welfare have the highest interest and for the knowledge about the old in physical area, the students majoring in health have the highest knowledge(p<0.01).4. The area related with the knowledge about the old showed significant correlation in all of physical, psychological and social area(p<0.001). 5. The factors giving effects to the attitude about the old were gender(p=.006), experience(p=.003) and education experience related with the old(p=.022) and the factors giving effects to the behavior about the old were experience(p=.036) and attitude about the old(p=.000). Conclusions : It is necessary to develop actual education program that can provide preliminary dental hygienists with positive attitude about the old and reflect a lot of matters related with psychological area and social area about the old. In addition, it is necessary to establish the opportunity to understand the old through voluntary service activity related with the old in connection with local community. It is necessary to recognize the old positively by showing the positive figure.

의류 패션산업에서 순한글과 외래어 용어에 대한 감성비교 (Emotion and Sensibility Comparison between Loanword and Hangul Label in Fashion Industry)

  • 본 연구는 패션산업에서 상품라벨과 패션용어의 형태, 즉 한글과 외래어, 외국어 등 표기 종류에 따라 소비자의 감성이 어떻게 다르게 나타나는지 분석한 것이다. 20대 소비자 200명을 대상으로 패션아이템 1종에 대한 라벨 1종과 3종 패션용어에 대하여 설문조사를 실시하였는데 외래어 영어표기, 외래어 한글표기, 순한글표기 등 3가지 형태에 대해 15개 형용사로 구성된 감성 척도를 이용하여 감성을 측정하였고 또한 선호도와 상품에 대한 예상가격을 질문하였다. 결과로는 소비자들은 라벨에서 한글보다 외래어를 선호하였으며 외래어 라벨 중에서도 한글표기보다 영어표기를 선호하였다. 외래어 라벨을 볼 때 소비자들은 패션 제품이 더 '긍정적이고 세련되고 화려하며 우아하다'고 평가하고 있었으며 또 상품의 가격을 더 높은 것으로 예상하였다. 즉 외래어 영어표기 라벨이 모든 평가에서 가장 높은 점수를 받았고, 외래어 한글표기가 다음 순이었으며, 순한글 라벨은 가장 낮은 평가를 받았다. 소비자들은 자신의 유행 몰입도에 따라서 감성 평가를 부분적으로 다르게 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 유행 몰입도가 높은 소비자들은 낮은 소비자보다 외래어를 볼때 '세련된 우아한 화려한' 등에 대해서 더 높게 평가하고 있었다. 또한 유행몰입도가 높은 소비자들은 낮은 소비자보다 순한글표기 라벨을 볼 때 '친근한, 안정된' 등에 대해서 더 높게 또는 외래어와 유사하게 평가하고 있었다.

재래 초·목본 식물 위주의 비탈면녹화 시공지에 대한 식생 변화에 관한 연구 -모니터링 조사를 중심으로- (Study on the Vegetation Change of the Road-side Slopes Restored by Native Herbs and Woody Plants - Centered with Monitoring Survey -)

  • Aiming at nature's early restoring needs to select plant species harmonizing with surrounding environment that fits to restoring goal of ultimately aiming at woody plants dominant vegetation that protect and stabilize surface parts of bared slopes. And it is important to make it assimilated with surrounding natural vegetation by differentiating planning of seed mixtures. Natural Ecological Restoring Construction Methods (JSB Method) was developed to increase the effect of landscape change according to seasons not to simple hydro-seeding by reducing rate of foreign grasses while raising rate of wild flower using. It was considered that using wild flowers that bloom on each season solved the problems of slope landscapes that looks artificial and uninteresting. After researching environmental condition of the slopes, JSB Method has shown that, as of wet-type method, soil is relatively soft and the difference of thickness of plant base soil media affects on the difference of soil hardness. In case of soil hardness of 8.8~17mm, there's dangerousness of slope's collapsing, but it has shown that growth of plant was favorable. For the acidity of soil, most of them are in the type of neutralized soil of more than pH 6. And after analyzing the degree of woody plants dominance, it had shown that lower part was occupied with wild flowers and other herbaceous species like China pin, golden phesant mum, pitcher plant, and middle and upper part was occupied with woody plants like silk-tree, sumac forming multi-layer structure. It can be concluded that the restoration objects of the woody plant vegetation on the roadside slopes can be accomplished successfully by Natural Ecological Restoring Construction Method (JSB method).

수치해석을 이용한 연약지반 성토 안정관리법 평가 (Evaluation of the Stability Management Methods for Embankments on Soft Clay Using Numerical Analysis)

  • 현재 국내에서는 연약지반의 성토를 실시할 경우 성토사면의 안정을 관리하는데 있어 외국의 기준에 의존하는 경향이 있다. 현장에서 일반적으로 사용되고 있는 방법으로 곡선안정관리법, 변위속도안정관리기법, 직선안정관리기법, 성토하중관리법 등이 사용되고 있다. 본 연구는 수치해석을 통해 사면안정과 성토 안전관리법의 적용성을 검토하였다. 연구결과 곡선안정관리법은 다소 과대한 것으로 평가되었으며 직선안정관리법은 갑작스런 파괴의 위험이 있는 것으로 계측관리에 세심한 주의가 필요할 것으로 평가되었다. 그러나 변위속도 안정관리법은 과소평가되는 경향이 있으나 이는 현장의 불확실성을 고려할 때 현장적용에 적합한 것으로 평가되었다. 성토하중관리법은 파괴기준 값이 ${\Delta}_q/{\Delta}{\delta}$의 값보다 클 경우 안정하다고 평가하는 방법으로 실무에 적용할 경우에는 파괴기준 값의 산정에 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 성토하중에 대한 ${\Delta}_q/{\Delta}{\delta}$값이 계속적인 증가 경향을 보일 경우 안정한 것으로 평가되었다.

  • 국내 진단용 방사선 발생장치는 3년 주기로 시행되는 정기적인 정도관리 검사에 앞서 일별, 주별, 월별, 분기 반기별로 시행하는 수시 정도 관리에 대한 항목 및 규정이 명확하게 지정되어 있지 않다. 미국과 유럽 등의 선진국에서는 정도 관리 항목에 대해 검사를 수행하는 검사자를 구분하여 국가 기관에 보고하도록 되어 있으므로 체계적인 검사 수행과 더불어 검토가 가능하다. 그러므로 의료 장비의 현대화가 이루어지는 시점에서 국외의 주기별 정도관리 시스템을 국내 진단용 방사선 발생 장치에 적합하도록 도입하여 정도관리 항목과 기준의 재정립이 반드시 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 진단용 방사선 발생장치 중 가장 빈번히 사용되고 있는 일반 X선 촬영 장치의 3년 정기점검 사이에 주기적인 수시 정도 관리 검사 항목과 방법 및 기준 수립을 위해 미국, 캐나다 등의 국외 문헌 조사 및 국제 전자 기술 위원회(International Electro-technical Commission, IEC)의 규정 항목과 비교하였다. 이를 바탕으로 국내 수시 정도관리 항목 신설 시 필요한 검사 항목 및 기준 설정을 위한 기초 자료로 제시하고자 하였다.

발달장애인의 커뮤니티 케어 실현방안에 대한 연구 (Research on Ways to Promote Community Care for People with Developmental Disability)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 최근 정부에서 취약계층의 돌봄 체계를 시설보호(Institution Care) 중심에서 커뮤니티 케어체계로의 전환을 목표로 추진하고 있는 발달장애인의 탈시설화를 위한 커뮤니티 케어의 성공적인 정착을 위한 방안과 대안을 제시하는데 있다. 연구방법으로 커뮤니티 케어의 궁극적 목적인 일상적 삶에 있어서 주도적이고 참여적인 삶을 실현하기 위해 외국의 발달장애인 커뮤니티 케어 정책들을 알아보고 추진 과정상의 주요 쟁점과 문제점을 탐색하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 탈시설화와 커뮤니티 케어 관련법의 정비·제정, 정책 시행상의 주체와 수행 과제, 소요재정 추계와 조달계획 및 예산확보 방안 등을 구체화 시켜야 할 것이다. 또한, 발달장애인의 주거공간 형태와 서비스 이용의 주체성을 명확하게 하는 것, 발달장애인의 특성과 장애정도에 대한 신뢰성 있는 통계 마련, 탈시설화 후 커뮤니티 케어에서 발생할 수 있는 인권유린 요인에 대한 고민, 지역사회의 공감대 형성 등 다양한 과제를 동시다발적으로 진행해 나가는 것, 커뮤니티 케어 정책의 성공을 담보하는 데 있어서 핵심요소 등이 필요하다는 것을 정책적 차원에서 제언하였다.

수산계 고등학교 수산물유통과 교육과정 개발 (Curriculum Development for the Department of Marine Products Marketing in Fisheries High Schools)

  • The purpose of this research was to develop curricula for the department of marine products marketing in fisheries high schools. The specific objectives were as follows; 1) To investigate the demand of students, teachers in fisheries high schools, and workers in marine products marketing for the educational program. 2) To analyze the jobs of the marine products marketing fields. 3) To develop curricula for the department of marine products marketing on the basis of the theoretical background and the result of the objective 1) and 2). In order to achieve these objectives, domestic and foreign literatures, research reports, and theses were referred to in order to know the academic classification of fisheries economics and curricula of junior colleges and universities were collected and analyzed. To achieve the first objective, the degree of the students' knowledge of marine products marketing through fisheries management textbook was investigated. And the questionnaire survey of the demand was conducted on the subject of professors at the departments of fisheries management, teachers in the charge of the related courses and those who work for marine products marketing-related firms. The questionnaire was composed of 22 items about the knowledge of marine products marketing and 27 items about the job capacity. To achieve the second objective, the occupations were surveyed on the subjects of the works who work for marine products marketing. They were sampled randomly among the marine products buyers, wholesalers, auctioneers and salespersons. The results of this research were as follows; Taking grades and credits at each subject were made out on the consultation of the experts in marine products marketing. The curriculum of the professional subjects related to marine products marketing in fisheries high schools is suggested as follows; General Fisheries(10th grade, 6 credits, curricular discretionary class), General Oceanography(10th grade, 4 credits, curricular discretionary class), Fisheries Marine Transportation Information(11th grade, 8-12 credits), Marine Products Marketing(11th grade, 8-12 credits), Fishery Sale and Management(11th grade, 8-12 credits), General Fisheries Management(11th grade, 6-8 credits), Accounting Principle(11th grade, 4-6 credits), Marine Products Processing(12th grade, 4-8 credits), Commercial Law(12th grade, 4-6 credits), Management Practice(12th grade, 4-6 credits), Computer Practical Business(12th grade, 4-6 credits), Marketing(12th grade, 4-8 credits), General Marketing Management(12th grade, 6-8 credits), Marketing Information Practical Business(12th grade, 4-6 credits) Marketing Management I(12th grade, 4-6 credits), Marketing Management II(12th grade, 4-6 credits). If this curriculum is adopted, it will meet the demands of the educational aims and the industrial society.
