주 5일제 시행 후 일 지역 응급실 환자 특성 변화 (Changes of Characteristics of Patients in Daily Regional Emergency Room after Execution of Five-day Workweek System)

  • Purpose: Ths study aims to examine characteristics of patients using emergency room after execution of five-day workweek system by government and provide basic materials for operation of efficient emergency room. Methods: Data were collected tbrough medical records of patients visiting emergency room from July of 2004 to October of 2006 and they were analyzed with SPSSlPC 10.0. Conclusion : 1. The number of patients visiting emergency room was average 16.7 persons a day in 2004, 17.5 in 2005 and 18.6 in 2006 and it was found that it was increasing every year since the execution of five-day workweek system 2. Gender distribution of subjects using emergency room was higher in male than in female every year. 3. Means of transport to emergency room were mostly private car and others(public transport or on foot), but use of ambulance was increasing. 4. Residential areas of subjects were mostly 'Myeon area' in 2004~2005, but it was changed to residents at 'Eup area' in 2006. 5. Distribution of patients by medical departments was highest in internal medicine and surgery in 2004~2006 and rate of visiting pediatrics was increasing every year. 6. Time to stay at emergency room was most at 'below 30 min'. in 2004~2006, but cases of stay for 'more than 2 hours' were increasing every year. 7. On presence or absence of trauma in patients visiting emergency room, rate of visit to emergency room with 'no trauma' was higher and this result was increasing every year. 8. As a result of classifying severity of patients visiting emergency room, use rate of emergency room by 'non-emergency' patients was over 90% in 2004~2006 and such a phenomenon was deepened in 2006 compared to that in 2004. 9. Measures after emergency care of patients were most in case of 'discharge' in 2004~2006, but cases of admission to hospital after emergency care were increased every year. 10. According to use of emergency room by a day of the week, use on Sunday was most frequent in 2004~2006, but use on Friday the day before holiday was increasing. 11. According to distribution by age, use by those between '40~49' was most in 2004~2005, but use by those 'below 10' was most in 2006. 12. According to time to visit emergency room, using emergency room at "15:31~23:30 was most in 2004~2006, cases of visiting emergency room at day working hour were decreased every year and those at evening and night working hours were increased. Conclusion: In sum, it was found that characteristics of patients visiting emergency room and their actual status were changed after the execution of five-day workweek system and efforts to rearrange emergency medical system are required.

주 5일 수업제에 대한 부모의 인식과 실태, 양육분담 및 양육스트레스 (State and Perception of Five-day School Week System, Parenting Role-sharing and Parenting Stress)

  • This study aimed to identify parents' experiences of child-rearing on Saturday with no class as well as their perceptions and demands on the Five-day School Week system. The study participants were 640 parents with first to second grade children. The major results were as follows: First, parents were generally satisfied with the Five-day School Week System. Second, the Five-day School Week System increased fathers' role-sharing on the Saturday with no class. It was also related with some of the demographic variables and the Five-Week Workweek System of the father and the mother. Third, both the fathers and mothers had more parenting stress on Saturdays with no class than on Saturdays with classes. Their parenting stress on Saturdays with no class was related with some demographic variables and work flexibility.

남성패션지 광고분석을 통해 본 남성의 소비트렌드 변화 - GQ를 중심으로 (Changes in Consumption Trends of Men As Conveyed in Advertisements in 'Gentlemen's Quarterly', a Men's Magazine)

  • Male consumers, who had largely been overlooked in comparison to their female counterparts, are recently emerging as a major target of marketing. The five-day workweek system and shifts in the expectation of traditional sex roles have brought about this change. This study examined changes in consumption pattems of men and analyzed relevant trends and meanings. Advertisements were chosen as data for analyses in this study because they are the most fundamental tool to stimulate consumption and also because they are the media that convey the culture of the times in the most compressed form. One thousand four hundred and seven advertisements appeared in the 19 volumes of 'Gentlemen's Quarterly,' a men's magazine, that were published between March 2001 and October 2005. These advertisements were analyzed using both quantitative and qualitative methods. From the analyses of this study, six different kinds of trends were found. In each trend, important values sought after by men through consumption, and the meanings of consumption for male consumers were explained.

골프의 대중화에 따른 라이프스타일 특성연구 (A Study on a Special Lifestyle and Population of Golf)

  • According to a rise in leisure time thanks to a five-day workweek system, the population of golf tends to rise day by day as exercise not extreme and doing together with nature, and as a sport with high concentration degree, by virtue of people who have an interest in health care and who strive to enjoy a leisure life. This study targeted the whole male and female golfers who reside in the areas of Seoul and Gyeonggi-do and are now playing golf, carried out sampling, and finally used 485 sheets for analyzing data. The study results were as follows; First, as a result of analyzing the whole lifestyle propensity depending on golfers' gender, it was shown that, as a result of making it type by factor, a male golfer was classified into shopping intention, fashion intention, family intention and tradition intention, and a female golfer was divided into shopping intention, fashion intention, family intention and man-and-woman equality intention. Second, as a result of analyzing a characteristic of gender depending on the standard of selecting goods, it showed the difference between genders as for the standard of selecting goods in case of purchasing golfwear, and it showed the difference in style/design, physique fitness, wearing of a famous golfer, convenience of laundry and management, and functionality, and male golfers were shown to select after seeing the clothes which a famous golfer did wear, compared to female golfers. Also, it could be seen that there was difference depending on the standard of selecting goods and the purchasing propensity in case of buying golfwear.

  • 금융권의 주 5일제 근무에 따른 무인 현금 인출기의 사용 확대와 함께, 타인의 신용카드를 이용하여 무인 현금 인출기에서 돈을 인출하는 금융 범죄에 대한 원천적인 예방 대책이 필수적으로 요구되고 있다. 특히 무인 현금 인출기 부근에는 감시용 CCTV Camera가 설치되어 있으나, 지능적인 범죄자들은 이러한 사실을 인식하고 선글라스, 마스크 등을 착용하여 이러한 감시 시스템을 피해가고 있다 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 무인 현금 인출기에 설치되어 있는 카메라를 통해 입력된 사용자의 얼굴 및 얼굴 특징점을 영상 신호처리 방법과 SVM(Support Vector Machine)으로 분석하여 향후 얼굴이 식별 가능한 경우에만 금융 거래를 할 수 있도록 하는 시스템을 개발하였다. 실험결과, 학습 데이터에 대해서는 약 1%의 오 인식율과 2%의 오 거부율을 나타냈으며, Test 데이터에 대해서는 약 2.5%의 오 인식율과 1.43%의 오 거부율을 나타냈다.

우리나라 해양관광산업 육성을 위한 정책 개선방향에 관한 고찰 (A Study on the Improvement of Legal System for the Revitalization of Korea's Marine Tourism)

  • 관광산업은 단일산업으로는 세계 최대의 산업이며, 동시에 높은 고용효과를 가져오는 산업으로 평가되고 있다. 특히, 해양레저스포츠, 크루즈관광 등 해양관광산업은 고부가가치를 창출할 수 있는 산업으로 그 중요성이 더욱 강조되고 있다. 우리나라는 3천여 개의 도서와 약 12,000 km의 해안선, 드넓은 갯벌, 수려한 해양경관 등 천혜의 해양관광자원을 갖추고 있으며, 주 5일 근무제 정착, 교통수단의 발달로 해양관광에 대한 국민의 정책수요가 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 상황이다. 그러나 현재 우리나라는 해양관광산업을 신성장동력으로 육성하기 정책적 제도적 기반이 미흡하고, 관광자원을 충분히 활용하고 있지 못한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 국내 해양관광산업의 현황과 제약요인을 고찰하고, 현행 국내 해양관광 관련 법제도의 한계를 분석해 보고자 한다. 이를 통해 향후 해양관광산업을 육성하기 위한 정책적 개선방향을 제시하였다.

독신 미혼와 기혼의 세탁기 사용 형태 비교 분석 (An Analysis and Comparison of the Single and the Married: Their form of Using the Washing Machine)

  • 주5일제 근무 및 다양한 문화가 급격히 도입함에 따라 가치관이 변하고 있으며 이는 제품사용행태에도 영향을 미치고 있다. 본 연구는 독신 미혼 과 기혼을 대상으로 세탁기 사용 행태와 세탁기 구입 시 주요요인을 비교 분석하여 새로운 소비자로 급부상하고 있는 독신 미혼들을 위한 세탁기 상품개발에 있어 중요한 기초 자료로 활용 할 것을 목적으로 한다. 설문지를 조사도구로 사용하여 빈도분석과 요인분석(Factor Analysis)을 실시하였다. 독신 미혼의 세탁기 구입 시 중요요인으로는 기술 중심의 경제성, 용량, 디자인, 종류, 브랜드, 기능, 6가지가 있음을 알았으며, 기혼은 가격과 기술 중심의 경제성, 사용 편의성, 용량, 기능, 종류에 따른 색상, 광고에 따른 특별 기능, 6가지 중요요인이 있음을 알았다. 경제성 부분에서 기혼은 독신 미혼 보다 더 세탁기의 가격을 중요시하고, 전체적인 경제성의 수치도 미혼은 기혼에 비해 낮은 편이고, 독신 미혼은 세탁기의 특정한 브랜드를 기혼 보다 선호하는 것으로 나타났으며, 기혼의 경우는 광고 및 선전을 통해 여러 상황에 맞춰 구입하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 향후 세탁기 상품개발에 있어 특정소비자를 위한 중요한 자료로 활용 가능하다.

가족 여가 활용을 위한 주말농장 연계형 스마트TV 콘텐츠 제안 (Weekend Farm-linked Smart TV Content for Family Leisure Activity)

  • 주5일제의 도입으로 가족이 함께할 수 있는 여가시간이 대폭 늘어났으나, 정작 가족을 위한 여가수단은 마땅히 제시되지 않아 여가의 공급과 수요가 불균형을 이루게 되었다. 지금까지 가족 매체로서의 역할을 공고히 해왔던 TV는, 스마트 TV의 등장으로 새로운 TV 인터랙션의 가능성을 제시하며 다시금 각광받고 있다. 이에 스마트TV를 활용하여 주말 가족 여가를 건강하게 보내기 위한 방안의 모색이 필요한 시점이 되었다고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 온-오프라인 연계 가족형 농장관리 콘텐츠 '우리농장(Our Farm)'을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 기존 연구와 선행 개발된 가족형 게임을 분석하였으며, 일가족을 대상으로 한 FGI를 통해 연구의 필요성과 당위성을 확립하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 조사 결과에 따라 화면 UI를 제안하는 단계까지의 연구를 진행하였다.

직장인들의 여가제약이 여가태도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Leisure Constraint on Leisure Attitude of Workers)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand which factors affect on the leisure constraint and leisure attitude of workers, to observe how the factors of leisure constraints affect on the leisure attitude. The subjects of this study were 267 urban workers who are older than 20 years old and resident in Seoul. The periods of this study was from November 15 to December 5. The modified versions of leisure constraint scale and leisure attitude scale were utilized for this study. The results of this study are as follows : First, as a result to compare the average of leisure constraint factors, intrapersonal constraint, which are individual mental status as interest, self-consciousness, uneasiness et at., was founded generally less than interpersonal constraints as personal relationship for leisure activity, or structural constraints as financial, time, information et at., Secondly, it was found that interpersonal constraint was statistically different in age, and that structural constraint was statistically different in sex, education, health status, marital status, income, and career. Thirdly, there were statistically different in cognitive leisure attitude, feeling leisure attitude, and behavioral leisure attitude according to the average monthly income and career. But, it was found that marital status and the five-day workweek system were not statistically different in 3 leisure attitude factors. Finally, 3 leisure constraint factors(intrapersonal, interpersonal, structural) had statistically significant effect on cognitive leisure attitude. Also, intrapersonal leisure constraint and interpersonal leisure constraint had statistically significant effect on feeling leisure attitude and behavioral leisure attitude
