The Effect of Learning Support Leadership on Learning Agility and Job Satisfaction of Organizational Members

  • We study is to confirm the influence of the manager's learning support leadership perceived by the organizational members of small and medium-sized ICT companies on the learning agility and job satisfaction of the organizational members. In addition, this study was to confirm the relationship between learning agility and job satisfaction and the mediating effect of learning agility. To this end, the statistical package program SPSS 24.0 and SPSS PROCESS Macro Model were used for 352 copies. In other words, the results of analysis through frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis, and bootstrapping method to verify the established research hypothesis are as follows. First, the leadership of the manager's learning support showed a positive effect on job satisfaction. Second, the leadership of the manager's learning support showed a positive effect on learning agility. Third, learning agility was statistically significant in job satisfaction. Fourth, learning agility showed a mediating effect between learning support leadership and job satisfaction. As shown in the results of this study, it was shown that in order to improve the job satisfaction of organizational members, the learning support leadership of the manager and the learning agility of the members can be systematically improved. In other words, in terms of strategic human resource management and strategic human resource development, the organization was required to establish systematic systems and continue to implement them. In particular, there was a need for the development and operation of programs that could develop and improve competency for learning support leadership and learning agility.

사회복지사의 임파워먼트가 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (Empowerment of the Social Worker Effect on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment)

  • Purpose : Delegating authority to employees exerts a positive effect on the efficient operation and service of a company. In particular, investigating how the delegation of authority granted to social workers, who have a greater workload compared with those of other occupations, influences job satisfaction and commitment to the organization is meaningful. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the impact of the empowerment of social workers on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Methods : Toward this end, surveys were distributed to social workers employed at social welfare facilities in Daegu metropolitan city. Prior to the study, the researcher visited the institutions in which the social workers were working, explained the content in person, and conducted the self-administered survey accompanied by two research assistants who received prior training. Out of the 233 collected responses, those with unreliable responses and missing data were excluded, which left a sample of 224 for analysis. Data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0. Results : First, social workers who were older, had higher positions, and with longer years of service exhibited higher levels of empowerment in terms of differences in empowerment according to general characteristics. Second, for job satisfaction and organizational commitment according to general characteristics, the longer the period of employment, the higher the level of job satisfaction. Third, empowerment exerted an effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and a positive correlation was found. Conclusion : The empowerment of social workers exerted a positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Therefore, to improve service quality and the efficient operation of social welfare organizations in this practice, improving the empowerment of social workers is necessary by providing appropriate treatments, improving working environments, and providing appropriate discretion and decision-making authorities that are considered necessary for work performance.

MBTI 성격유형, 직무만족, 고객지향성 및 이직의도 간의 관계에 관한 연구 - 영남지역 H사 보험설계사를 대상으로 - (A Study on the Relation among MBTI Personality Types, Job Satisfaction, Customer Orientation, and Willingness to Change Job)

  • 본 연구는 영남지역 H사 전속보험설계사를 대상으로 MBTI 성격유형에 따른 직무만족의 차이와 직무만족이 고객지향성과 이직의도에 미치는 영향, 그리고 고객지향성과 이직의도에 미치는 직무만족의 영향이 MBTI 성격유형에 의해 조절되는지를 살펴보았다. 자료수집은 2014년 3월 20일부터 4월 20일까지 약 4주간에 걸쳐서 실시되었다. 총 120명의 영남지역 H보험설계사들을 대상으로 MBTI 테스트를 실시하였고, 본 논문의 가설관련 문항들이 포함된 120부의 설문지를 배포하여 일관성 및 성실성이 떨어진다고 판단되는 14부를 제외한 106부가 가설검증에 이용되었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, MBTI 성격유형(심리적 기능과 태도지표)에 따른 직무만족은 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무만족은 고객지향성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이직 의도에는 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, MBTI 성격유형의 조절효과 분석결과는 심리적 기능과 태도지표로 구분하여 정리할 수 있다. 먼저 심리적 기능의 조절효과는 직무만족과 고객지향성 간의 관계에서만 유의한 것으로 나타났고 직무만족과 이직의도 간의 관계에서는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 태도지표의 조절효과는 직무만족과 고객지향성, 직무만족과 이직의도 간의 관계 모두에서 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 MBTI 성격유형에 따른 직무만족과 고객지향성, 직무만족과 이직의도간의 관계에 존재하는 MBTI 성격유형의 조절효과를 검증함으로써 학문적 실무적 시사점을 제시하였으며, 직무만족을 통한 고객지향성 향상과 이직의도 감소노력에 있어 MBTI 성격유형을 고려한 맞춤전략을 수행할 수 있게 될 것으로 기대된다.

기업개성이 직원의 직무만족과 기업 이직률의 관계에 미치는 영향 : 잡플래닛 기업 리뷰를 중심으로 (Impact of Corporate Personality on the Relationship between Job Satisfaction and Turnover Rate : Based on the Corporate Review of Job-Planet)

  • The purpose of this study is to measure corporate personality by analyzing the internal employees' corporate reviews and to identify the impact of the representative corporate personality on the relationship between job satisfaction of internal employees and the turnover rate of the company. To this end, we first created a dictionary of words representing the corporate personality with a Word2vec method based on words explaining five corporate personalities, such as reliability, initiative, practicality, activism, and femininity, obtained from the preceding study. Next, we analyzed reviews which were written by internal employees on their companies to measure the score of corporate personality at a review level, aggregated the review level scores for each company to calculate the company level score of corporate personality, and assigned to each company the corporate personality with the maximum score among the five such scores. Also, job satisfaction and turnover rate were measured from internal employees' corporate evaluation scores and the percentage of former employees of each company who left a review on the company, respectively. This study collected datasets of corporate reviews, employee information, and corporate information from Job-Planet from 2014 to 2017, conducted a technical statistic check and correlation analysis to confirm the suitability of the datasets, and performed linear regression analysis to evaluate the research model and verify hypotheses. As a result of the analysis, the job satisfaction of the internal staff has a significant negative impact on the corporate's turnover rate. In addition, companies having a personality of reliability, initiative and femininity also showed a significant cause-and-effect relationship between job satisfaction and turnover rate and among them, job satisfaction of companies having a personality, initiative, showed a greater impact on turnover rate. In sum, we not only proposed a novel method of measuring corporate personality, but also showed that corporates need to identify its corporate personality and to utilize a different strategy to reduce their employee's turnover rate depending on the corporate personality.

병원 내부고객 만족경영이 구성원의 직무만족에 미치는 영향 - 조직지원 인식과 조직공정성 지각의 조절효과를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Effects of the Internal Customer Satisfaction Management on Job Satisfaction at General Hospital - Focused on the Moderating Effect by the Organizational Support Awareness and Organizational Justice -)

  • The purpose of this study is proving the effects of the internal customer satisfaction management on worker's job satisfaction at general hospital. In the relationship between the management and the satisfaction, the study also finds the moderating effect of the organizational support awareness and the organizational justice. For this study, it was surveyed targeting 270 employees who work in seven general hospitals in Busan. As the result, 246 questionnaires returned. All of these questionnaires were used in the final analysis. The method of analysis is descriptive statistics using SPSS VER. 18.0, correlation analysis, regression analysis, factor analysis and reliability analysis. The main results of empirical analysis were as follows: First, in the effect of the internal customer satisfaction management to worker's job satisfaction, it has positive effect to internal communication and the commission of authority and it has positive effect to worker's job satisfaction. Second, the organizational support awareness & the organizational justice have moderating effect on the relationship between the internal customer satisfaction management and worker's job satisfaction. Third, the study proves that supporting management hierarchy shows positive effects for all socio-demographic characteristics in the organizational support awareness and the organizational justice.

근로 장애인의 자기효능감이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 : 직무만족도의 매개 효과 (Effect of Self-efficacy of the Disabled Workers on Life Satisfaction : Mediated Effects of Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 근로 장애인의 자기효능감이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향에서 직무만족도의 매개 효과를 규명을 목적으로 하며, 이를 위한 연구방법은 장애인고용패널 2차 웨이브 1차-4차(2016-2019)의 근로 장애인 1,604명의 자료를 SPSS V22.0과 AMOS 22.0으로 분석한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 연구결과는 첫째 근로 장애인의 자기효능감은 삶의 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 둘째 근로 장애인의 자기효능감은 직무만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 셋째 직무만족도는 삶의 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 넷째 근로 장애인의 자기효능감과 삶의 만족도 관계에서 직무만족도는 매개 영향을 미치는 것을 밝혔다. 이런 연구결과를 토대로 장애인 복지실천을 위한 시사점과 연구한계 및 제언을 제시하였다.

고용형태별 직무만족도 차이 및 결정요인 (Differences and Determinants of Job Satisfaction by Employment Type)

  • 본 연구는 한국노동패널데이터(5차~13차)를 사용하여 고용형태별 직무만족도 차이 및 결정요인을 분석하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정규직이 비정규직에 비해 직무만족도가 유의미하게 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 비정규직을 고용형태별로 세분화하여 직무만족도를 분석한 결과, 비정규직 내에서는 한시적 근로가 가장 높았으며, 장기임시직이 가장 낮았다. 그리고 직업선택 방식에 따른 고용형태별 직무만족도 차이를 분석한 결과, 자발적으로 직업을 선택한 경우가 비자발적으로 직업을 선택한 경우에 비해 직무만족도가 높았다. 둘째, 고용형태별 직무만족도 결정요인을 분석한 결과, 정규직은 모든 변수가 종속변수인 직무만족도에 대해 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 반면, 비정규직은 고용유형에 따라 제한적으로만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 직업선택 방식에 따른 직무만족도 결정요인의 경우, 자발적으로 직업을 선택한 그룹은 경력변수를 제외한 모든 변수가 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 반면, 비자발적으로 직업을 선택한 그룹은 성별, 임금 등 일부변수에서만 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 고용형태별 직무만족도를 분석할 시에는 정규직과 비정규직으로만 구분하는 것보다 고용형태별로 세분화하여 분석하는 것이 더 의미가 있으며, 직업선택 방식(자발적/비자발적) 또한 고려될 필요가 있다.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze whether leadership of team leaders and trust of team members have an effect on job commitment and satisfaction in fashion companies. A survey was conducted from December 8 to 22 in 2008, among team members of fashion companies. The data was collected with 464 subjects, the statistical analysis methods were frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows; first, contingent reward, intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration of leadership had an effect on all factors of trust. Charisma of leadership had an effect on calculus-based trust and identification-based trust, but management by exception had an effect on knowledge-based trust. Second, calculus-based trust and identification-based trust about team leaders had an effect on job commitment and satisfaction of team members. Third, charisma, contingent reward and intellectual stimulation of leadership had an effect on job commitment and satisfaction of team members.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of self-leadership and self-efficacy on organizational performance, or more specifically, job satisfaction, organizational concentration and organizational citizenship behavior and then the effects of hospital organization members' job attitude on organizational performance, helping strengthen capability that individuals of the members have and ultimately improve that performance. Findings of the study can be summarized as follows. First, self-leadership has statistically significant effects on organizational citizenship behavior. Second, self-leadership has statistically significant influences on self-effectiveness, especially job satisfaction and organizational concentration. Third, how self-efficacy influences organizational effectiveness was examined to find that self-efficacy has significant effects on organizational concentration, but not on job satisfaction. Fourth, self-efficacy has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Fifth, how organizational effectiveness influences organizational citizenship behavior was investigated to find that effectiveness has statistically significant effects on organizational concentration, but not on job satisfaction.

수사경찰의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Criminal Investigators' Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment)

  • 수사경찰은 과중한 직무와 위험한 직무환경, 낮은 보수수준 등으로 인해 직무만족의 수준이 낮다는 문제가 지적되어 왔다. 따라서 우리나라에서는 경찰의 수사부서 기피문제의 심각성과 수사경찰의 자질부족 문제를 해결하고자 2005년 1월부터 수사경과제를 시행하고 있다. 이 연구는 현시점에서 범죄수사를 담당하는 수사경찰의 직무만족과 조직몰입의 정도와 그 영향요인을 조사하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이 연구에서 제시한 독립변수로서 영향요인은 직무자체, 성취감, 책임감, 안전성, 안정성, 조직원간의 관계, 인정감, 감독, 성장발전기회이다. 그리고 매개변수는 직무만족이고 종속변수는 조직몰입이다. 조직몰입의 경우에는 그 유형을 감정적 몰입, 계속적 몰입, 규범적 몰입으로 구분하였다. 조사결과, 책임감은 직무만족에 영향을 미치고, 직무만족은 조직몰입 즉, 감정적 몰입과 계속적 몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 따라서 조직몰입도를 높이기 위해서는 직무만족도를 높이는 전략이 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 특히 직무만족도를 높이기 위해서는 책임감을 향상시키는 방안이 필요하다. 2005년 이래로 수사경과제가 시행되고 있음에도 불구하고, 수사경찰의 직무환경은 큰 변화가 없는 것으로 조사되었다. 실제로 이를 반영하듯 안전성, 안정성, 성장발전기회에 대한 수사경찰의 인식은 낮은 것으로 조사되었으므로 이 연구는 다음과 같이 그 개선책을 제시하였다. 첫째, 경제적여건의 개선을 위해 수사에 소요되는 제반비용을 지급하는 실비보상 방안을 제시하였다. 둘째, 안전성 향상을 위하여 다양한 경찰장구의 개발과 장비의 충분한 지급을 제안하였다. 셋째, 직무수행 시의 원활한 직무수행과 신체적 활력의 제고하기 위하여 근무시간을 하향 조정하는 방안을 제시하였다. 넷째, 책임감 향상을 위한 전제조건으로서 수사권 현실화를 제안하였다.
