A classical result of A. Cohn states that, if we express a prime p in base 10 as $$p=a_n10^n+a_{n-1}10^{n-1}+{\cdots}+a_110+a_0$$, then the polynomial $f(x)=a_nx^n+a_{n-1}x^{n-1}+{\cdots}+a_1x+a_0$ is irreducible in ${\mathbb{Z}}[x]$. This problem was subsequently generalized to any base b by Brillhart, Filaseta, and Odlyzko. We establish this result of A. Cohn in $O_K[x]$, K an imaginary quadratic field such that its ring of integers, $O_K$, is a Euclidean domain. For a Gaussian integer ${\beta}$ with ${\mid}{\beta}{\mid}$ > $1+{\sqrt{2}}/2$, we give another representation for any Gaussian integer using a complete residue system modulo ${\beta}$, and then establish an irreducibility criterion in ${\mathbb{Z}}[i][x]$ by applying this result.
As the Ubiquitous times approach, an interest regarding a Ubiquitous sensor network to be the only during key technology is rising. Specially, rise and development of the radio communication technique which is various from environment monitor ring field makes to be improved about sharp curtailment of establishment and logistics relation expense, and collection period of the data which occurs real-time from site, reliability and delivery characteristic. But continuous application and the success about the environment monitor ring field of radio communication technique will be able to trust And It is important to provide time information which is appropriate real-time.
Chemoattractant receptor homologous molecule expressed on Th2 cells (CRTh2) is a G-protein coupled receptor targeted for inflammatory diseases such as asthma, allergic rhinitis and atopic dermatitis. In this study, pharmacophore modeling and comparative molecular field analysis (CoMFA) were performed on the series of 2-(2-(benzylthio)-1H-benzo[d]imidazol-1-yl) acetic acids derivatives. Five highly active compounds were used for generation of pharmacophore models using GASP module. The best pharmacophore model was selected and used as template for the alignment of compounds which was used for CoMFA analysis. The best predictions obtained for CoMFA was $q^2=0.545$, $r^2=0.756$. The predictive ability of the model was investigated using 15 test set compounds. Contour maps suggested that presence of bulky substituents at $5^{th}$ position of benzene ring connected to suphur atoms attached to imidazol ring will increase the activity of the compounds. The results obtained from this study will be useful to design more potent CRTh2 antagonists.
The paper introduces a new product of polynomials defined over a field. It is a generalization of the ordinary product with inner polynomial getting non-overlapping segments obtained by multiplying with coefficients and variable with expanding powers. It has been called 'Ordered Power Product' (OPP). Considering two rings of polynomials $R_m[x]=F[x]modulox^m-1$ and $R_n[x]=F[x]modulox^n-1$, over a field F, the paper then considers the newly introduced product of the two polynomial rings. Properties and algebraic structure of the product of two rings of polynomials are studied and it is shown to be a ring. Using the new type of product of polynomials, we define a new product of two cyclic codes and devise a method of getting a cyclic code from the 'ordered power product' of two cyclic codes. Conditions for the OPP of the generators polynomials of component codes, giving a cyclic code are examined. It is shown that OPP cyclic code so obtained is more efficient than the one that can be obtained by Kronecker type of product of the same component codes.
This paper presents simulation results of particle transport in low-pressure, low-temperature plasma environment. The size dependent transport of particles in the plasma is investigated with a two-dimensional simulation tool developed in-house for plasma chamber analysis and design. The plasma model consists of the first two and three moments of the Boltzmann equation for ion and electron fluids respectively, coupled to Poisson's equation for the self-consistent electric field. The particle transport model takes into account all important factors, such as gravitational, electrostatic, ion drag, neutral drag and Brownian forces, affecting the motion of particles in the plasma environment. The particle transport model coupled with both neutral fluid and plasma models is simulated through a Lagrangian approach tracking the individual trajectory of each particle by taking a force balance on the particle. The size dependant trap locations of particles ranging from a few nm to a few ${\mu}m$ are identified in both electropositive and electronegative plasmas. The simulation results show that particles are trapped at locations where the forces acting on them balance. While fine particles tend to be trapped in the bulk, large particles accumulate near bottom sheath boundaries and around material interfaces, such as wafer and electrode edges where a sudden change in electric field occurs. Overall, small particles form a "dome" shape around the center of the plasma reactor and are also trapped in a "ring" near the radial sheath boundaries, while larger particles accumulate only in the "ring". These simulation results are qualitatively in good agreement with experimental observation.
Security in wireless sensor networks (WSNs) is an upcoming research field which is quite different from traditional network security mechanisms. Many applications are dependent on the secure operation of a WSN, and have serious effects if the network is disrupted. Therefore, it is necessary to protect communication between sensor nodes. Key management plays an essential role in achieving security in WSNs. To achieve security, various key predistribution schemes have been proposed in the literature. A secure key management technique in WSN is a real challenging task. In this paper, a novel approach to the above problem by making use of elliptic curve cryptography (ECC) is presented. In the proposed scheme, a seed key, which is a distinct point in an elliptic curve, is assigned to each sensor node prior to its deployment. The private key ring for each sensor node is generated using the point doubling mathematical operation over the seed key. When two nodes share a common private key, then a link is established between these two nodes. By suitably choosing the value of the prime field and key ring size, the probability of two nodes sharing the same private key could be increased. The performance is evaluated in terms of connectivity and resilience against node capture. The results show that the performance is better for the proposed scheme with ECC compared to the other basic schemes.

Linear estimation in isotropic turbulence is examined to approximate conditional averages in the form of fluctuating velocity fields conditioned on local velocity. The conditional flow fields and their associated vorticity field are computer using experimental data [Van Atta and Chen] and energy spectrum model [Driscoll and Kennedy]. It appears that ring vorticies could be the dominant structure. Due to the extremely large vorticity in the viscous region of a conditional ring vortex, the energy spectrum model can be used appropriately by changing the Reynolds number. The hairpin vortex could be detected by combining vorticies in isotropic field with an anisotropic orientation imbedded in uniform mean shear flow and this is consistent with other studies [Kim and Moin].

Three-dimensional numerical simulations were performed to study the effects of flow direction and flow velocity on the flow regime behind a curved pipe represented by a curved circular cylinder. The cylinder is based on a previous study and consists of a quarter segment of a ring and a horizontal part at the end of the ring. The cylinder was rotated in the computational domain to examine five incident flow angles of 0-180° with 45° intervals at Reynolds numbers of 100 and 500. The detailed wake topologies represented by λ2 criterion were captured using a Large Eddy Simulation (LES). The curved cylinder leads to different flow regimes along the span, which shows the three-dimensionality of the wake field. At a Reynolds number of 100, the shedding was suppressed after flow angle of 135°, and oblique flow was observed at 90°. At a Reynolds number of 500, vortex dislocation was detected at 90° and 135°. These observations are in good agreement with the three-dimensionality of the wake field that arose due to the curved shape.

The direct shear test is commonly used to evaluate the shear behavior of frozen soil-structure interfaces under normal stress. However, failure criteria, such as the Mohr-Coulomb failure criterion, are needed to obtain the unconfined shear strength. Hence, the punch shear test, which is usually used to estimate the shear strength of rocks without confinement, was examined in this study to directly determine the adfreezing strength. It is measured as the shear strength of the frozen soil-structure interface under unconfined conditions. Different soils of silica sand, field sand, and field clay were prepared inside the steel and concrete ring structures. Soil and ring structures were frozen at the target temperature for more than 24 h. A punch shear test was then conducted. The test results show that the adfreezing strength increased with a decrease in the target temperature and increase in the initial water content, owing to the increase in ice content. The adfreezing strength of field clay was the smallest when compared with the other soil specimens because of the large amount of unfrozen water content. The field sand with the larger normalized roughness showed greater adfreezing strength than the silica sand with a lower normalized roughness. From the experiment and analysis, the applicability of the punch shear test was examined to measure the adfreezing strength of the frozen soil-structure interface. To find a proper sample dimension, supplementary experiments or numerical analysis will be needed in further research.

Impulsive shooting noise is basically complex phenomenon which contains the linear and non-linear characteristics. For those reasons, numerical analysis of impulsive shooting noise has the difficulties in control of the numerical stability and accuracy on the simulation. In this research, Wave-number Extended Finite Volume Scheme (WEFVS) is applied to the numerical analysis of impulsive shooting noise. In the muzzle blast flow simulation, the generation of the precursor wave and the induced vortex ring are observed. Consequently, blast wave. vortex ring interaction and vortex ring. bow shock wave interaction are evaluated on the shooting process using the accurate and stable scheme. The sound generation in the interactions can be explained by the vorticity transport theorem. The shear layer is evolved behind the projectiles due to the jet flow. In these computations, the impulsive shooting noise is generated by the complex interaction with shooting process and is propagated to the far-field boundary. The impulsive shooting noise generation can be observed by the applications of WEFVS and analyzed by the physical phenomena.
