The purpose of this study was to examine the cases of the head family's costume culture and to apply them to field experience education of adolescent's home economics subject. To examine costume culture, women in the two head families in the Hampyeong area, Jeollanam-do were interviewed. The findings had unique shroud making and custom in the Mo's head family of Hampyeong. Also it was found that the eldest daughters-in-law of the Lee's of Hampyeong have horizontally exchanged the information of the head family's costume with village women of the same family. They have initiated their costume culture directly through their daughters and it had the great influence on after-ages. The Spot experience program for adolescent to experience the head family's costume culture and life culture consisted of four subjects:(l)Educating the head family's traditional living culture including etiquette training, (2)head family village walk, (3)experiencing the head family's clothes life including natural dyeing and sewing, and (4)a field trip of Hampyeong Local Life Culture Museum. For a model experience of the head family's costume and life culture, three families with middle and high schoolers participated in 8- hour experience learning program.

산업기술 변화에 능동적으로 대처할 수 있는 현장중심의 공학교육을 위해서는 현장경험이 풍부한 강사, 교재, 교육콘텐츠와 더불어 현장과 연계된 교육장비의 활용이 반드시 필요하다. 기존의 교육장비는 현장중심이 아닌 해당 기술을 쉽고 편리하게 교육하기 위한 보편적인 장비가 주류를 이루고 있다. 이는 산업기술 변화에 따라 관련 공학교육이 뒷받침되고 있지 못하고 현장교육과 점점 멀어져가는 이유이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 공학교육에 있어서 중요한 역할을 하고 있는 교육훈련 장비의 개발사례를 살펴보고 이들 장비를 실제 교육에 활용하였을 때의 만족도 조사를 분석하여 향후 현장중심의 공학교육에 적합한 교육장비 개발 및 활용 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Purpose: This study aimed to provide basic data for infection control education plans based on infection control awareness and performance of paramedic students during clinical field training. Methods: Data were collected from paramedic students with experience in clinical field training. The data collection period was from May 4, 2023, to June 4, 2023, and 132 copies of the collected survey were analyzed using the SPSS27.0 program. Results: Infection control awareness and performance were 4.80±0.24 points and 4.49±0.55 points out of 5, respectively. The infection control awareness of the participants according to clinical field training-related characteristics differed significantly in university education before clinical field training (t=2.100, p=.038). In addition, there were significant differences in performance in the number of clinical field training sessions (F=9.149, p=.000), hospital education before clinical field training (t=5.365, p=.000), and hospital education during clinical field training (t=3.094, p=.002). Conclusion: Before clinical field training, schools should provide infection control education that combines theory and practice suitable for hospital practice so that students can complete the infection control education organized by the hospital. Furthermore, if a university develops infection control in the clinical field training guidelines, it will have a positive impact on students' infection control performance through prior education.

The main objective of this study was to find participant's recognition about and meaning of stream trekking activities by analyzing their reports after visiting Gumgang, which was a kind of field experience combined with environmental education programs. In addition, this work suggested a few points that might help improve trekking programs, trail establishment and the overall field activities along the river. Eighty reports were collected from the participants who had joined in the Gumgang trekking programs organized by both Green Korea United in Daejeon and Gumgang Basin Environmental Office of Korean EPA. A database of texts in the reports was created for the preliminary analysis and then the results were further examined in a qualitative methodology. The results of qualitative analysis demonstrated that before experiencing the trekking activities in the Gumgang, many participants seemed uninterested in a river itself, objectified it, or simply recognized functional roles. It is found that most participants preferred crossing rapids to other activities. Crossing rapids has the eleven positive aspects as follows. First of all, crossing rapids is fun and scary experience at the same time. Secondly, it is painful, but makes people feel happy ironically. Third, rapids themselves make people reminisce about their childhood and feel freedom. Fourth, they make people feel comfortable. Fifth, crossing rapids is addictive. Sixth, rapids have life. Seventh, people can learn how to adapt to nature through the experience in them. Eighth, they can make people cooperate. Ninth, they can make people recollect their old friends. Tenth, people can extend their experience near rapids to rivers. Eleventh, they can make people reflect themselves. There ere three remarkable findings about experience in rapids. Crossing rapids was an activity that most participants preferred and could make the goal of trekking in the Gumgang effectively achievable. By crossing rapids participants can understand both lively and painful parts of the river. Participants think tour guide was an essential part to trekking along the Gumgang.

본 연구는 전문대학교 부사관과 학생의 병영현장실습과 전공만족도와의 관계를 알아보는 서술적 연구이다. 전국 전문대학교 부사관과 학생 370명을 대상으로, 자료 수집은 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2015년 4월 6일에서 4월 10일까지 시행되었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS/WIN 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 frequency, t-test, ANOVA와 scheffe's test Pearson' correlation coefficients로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 병영현장실습 성과 정도는 안보관련 교육, 전공선택 동기, 졸업 후 희망 진로분야에서 유의한 차이가 있었고, 전공만족도 정도는 안보관련 교육, 전공선택 동기, 졸업 후 희망 진로분야, 원하는 병영현장실습 대상에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 병영현장실습 성과 정도와 전공만족도간의 관계는 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계(r=.59, P<.001)를 나타냈다. 본 연구는 선행연구가 미흡했던 부사관과 학생의 병영현장실습, 전공만족도과의 관계를 확인하여 합리적인 교수학습 전략 및 교육과정 개발에 근거자료를 제시하였다는 점에서 그 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to develop the 'Engineering Team Mission Project Education Program and Textbook', which is improved creativity and creative problem for Juniors(middle school students) that is in the growth stage to become the leading role in future society. This can be applied the creative experience activities time of revised curriculum in 2009 being implemented to secondary education by 2011. The results of this study are as follows. The formation of Team Mission Project Education Program is the big field 2 project, lower field 8 module and 38 total lessons. This education program has secured the validity of the SME(Subject Matter Expert) expert conference. Actually, by putting the education program and textbook to the invention talent class formed by middle school students and by normally analyzing, it has been analyzed as very satisfying result. Therefore, the "Engineering Team Mission Project Education Program and Textbook" can be provided as a practical education course of new talent training and engineering talent model of the nation's knowledge property education. And it can perform as an education program using usefully in the creative experience activity education course in middle class education stage. Also, it is concluded to become the basis of engineering design education's high grade education and department of engineering's creative engineering.

In this paper, we survey and analyze the characteristics of the special health and safety education in the construction industry, and provides a few solutions. In particular, the implementation of special safety and health education conducted a study to target the construction site of heavy chemical plant many domestic. If you look at the results of research and analysis, problems of special health and safety education that are currently being conducted in many cases, the proportion of respondents who do not know the special safety and health education is very high, workers of the scene, this education it is possible to know that the proportion of respondents answered to have the experience that are submitted to the work while not subject to are operated poorly in the field of special health and safety education high. Finally, improve the quality of the most important education has to be done on a priority basis that fixing the safety education system systematically in line with the actual situation in the field and the use of specialized external agency.

The construction industry highly depends on each specialized manager which is essential to successful project. However, a new employee, who has just graduated from architectural engineering college, is requested additional education for 1~2 years such as On-the-Job-Training (O.J.T) to perform his/her professional job in construction site. It is wasteful for both construction company and the employee in terms of time and cost. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the required abilities and analyze the gap of demanded abilities between field managers and students. To collect data for analysis, questionnaire which uses Likert Scale has been performed to both parts. As a result, the analysis show that the graduate's abilities related to field experience get especially low degrees in compare with non-field experience factors. These results will contribute architectural engineering education in college to make more realized.

The purpose of this study is to extract a skill level of human resource in the field of science and technology. To accomplish the goal of this study, precedent research was conducted and then, the draft of skill level for Human Resource in the field of Science and Technology (HRST) was created by wrap-up meeting. The skill level of the HRST was finalized after confirming verification of 20 SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) from January to February 2016 by two times. The conclusions are as follows; First, the skill level of the HRST consists five categories. Each of the level has educational background, work experience, certification, duty, major and so on. Second, the contents of the skill level were found to be mostly valid.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among experience, perceived value, and satisfaction of rural tourists based on the experience economy(Pine, & Gilmore, 1998; 1999). In addition, this study included the moderating effect of length of stay on the proposed relationships. This study was attempt to develop measurement scales based on the theory of experience economy(Pine, & Gilmore, 1998). Data were collected from 481 visitors by field survey from the 10 rural tourism communities. SPSS 20.0 and Amos 18.0 statistical package were used for frequency, reliability, confirmatory factor, and structural equation modelling analysis. The results of a confirmatory factor analysis yielded four dimensions of experience(esthetics, education, escape, and entertainment). The results of structural equation modeling indicated that entertainment, esthetics, and education had positive effects on perceived value, which in turn had a positive effect on satisfaction. In addition, length of stay moderated the relationships among experience, perceived value, and satisfaction. The entertainment and esthetics among experience factor had an effects on perceived value in the group of day visit group, and the entertainment, education, and esthetics among experience factor had an effects on perceived value in the group of stay night group. And the perceived value had a positive effect on satisfaction in the all group. Therefore, in order to increase rural tourists' satisfaction effectively, practitioners needs to develop rural tourism products by considering area of experience economy including tourists' length of stay.
