바람통로 예측모델링을 통한 바람통로 계획전략 - 성남판교 신도시 개발지구를 중심으로 - (Air Corridor Planning Strategy based on the Wind Field and Air Corridor Simulation - A Case Study of Pan-Gyo New Town Development Area -)

  • This paper presents the air corridor planning strategy based on simulation with MUKLMO_3 (Micro-scale Urban Climate Model) to investigate the wind field and air corridor caused by the land-use change of the New Town Development Area in Pan-Gyo. In the first part, the most frequently observed wind field in the New Town Development Area was measured and used as an initial value to simulate a more realistic wind field and air corridor. Several experiments with different initial values of wind fields were carried out to investigate the wind field change affected by the New Town Development. The results show the features of the wind field of the neutral stability condition in the urban canopy layer with a high resolution near the ground. The wind speed is weakened at this level due to the New Town Development. It was found that the wind field and air corridor are influenced by the land-use change. After the development of the New Town, the speed of the wind field decreased and the main wind directions and air corridor changed. In this study, this model is found to be a useful tool for evaluating air corridor and change of wind field in speed and direction.

  • The driving force of the manufacturing field is members' mind-set and activity. However, there is no appropriate program of change management for workers who work in the manufacturing field. Most of the small group activities were focused on the fixed tools and processes to make improvement only, not the change itself. Therefore, it was difficult to have self generating energy without actually motivating people of change. Study of IFI(Integrated Field Innovation) means change of management. This study will introduces IFI which is a new methodology of change and innovation of workers, and will describe how workers participated in the activities voluntarily. The principle of IFI is that letting employees to find the problems of the sites -anything that makes employees considering as the problem while they are working- and solve those problems through any tools own their own. Workers do not have to waste their time on bounding by unnecessary tools and processes. There are several cases that company "D" has been actually applied the IFI methodology in 2008. Through these cases, IFI proved that it was a optimized methodology for workers who work in the manufacturing field.

예비사서의 도서관실습을 위한 저널피드백 프로그램의 개발 및 적용 사례 연구 (A Case Study on the Development & Application of Journal Feedback Program in Pre-librarians' Library Field Experience)

  • 본 연구는 예비사서의 도서관실습 교과목에 적용할 저널피드백 프로그램을 개발하여 실제로 적용해 봄으로써 도서관실습에 참여한 예비사서들의 저널피드백이 도서관실습에 도움이 되었는지를 탐색해보기 위한 것이다. 저널작성과 초록작성의 원리에 기초하여 저널피드백 프로그램을 개발하였고 실제 현장에 적용한 후 저널의 질적 수준 평가, 설문지 조사, 그리고 개별면담을 통해 효과 분석한 결과, 인지적 사고수준은 피드백이 일정한 수준이 경과한 후에 의미 있게 향상되었으며, 저널피드백 프로그램이 예비사서의 효과적인 도서관실습과 도서관 실습문제 해결에 효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다.

자료처리과정(資料處理過程)에 대(對)한 통계학적(統計學的) 검토(檢討) -일부(一部) 의학잡지(醫學雜誌)에 게재(揭載)된 논문예(論文例)를 중심(中心)으로- (Statistical Resumption for Health Articles in One Series of Medical Journals)

  • One hundred and thirty one health articles (as 'original articles') reported in medical journals published in Korea during the period from Jan. to Dec. 1971. were selected as the study materials for tile purpose of resumption and criticism. Of a total of 131 articles, thirty-nine were not required the statistical application for the data processing and drawing their conclusions and ninty-two, 70.2%, were needed to apply. The 92 articles were divided into three groups by the types of study: 54 for experimental study, 30 for clinical case analytic study and 8 for field study. Each report was resumed and criticised under the statistical aspects in terms of data processing and the validity of the conclusions. The results of resumption of the 92 articles needed statistical application are summarized as follow; 1. Of the 54 articles of experimental studies resumed, thirty-one articles, 57.4%, were considered acceptable. Among the 38 articles classified as clnical case analytic and field studies, only 28.9 per cent were considered acceptable. In total 45.7 per cent or less than half were considered acceptable. 2. Types of errors encountered are as shown in Table 3. 3. The most frequently encountered error was that the conclusions were drawn without having made any statistical test. This type of error was found in 14 out of 35 errors presented in experimental studies, 11 of 35 in clinical case analytic studies and 5 of 9 in field studies and 30 out of 97, 38.2%, in total.

  • Free-field ground motion during earthquake is significantly affected by the local site conditions and the behavior of structure is influenced by ground motion, it is essential to perform the reliable site characterization and to determine the site specific earthquake response. In this study, case study of site specific ground response evaluation was performed at Inchon area. Step by step procedures for site characterization and one-dimensional site response analysis were introduced and the importance of site specific analysis was verified.

지구과학 교사 연구 모임 참여 교사의 야외 지질 학습 지도에 대한 인식과 실행에 대한 사례 연구 (Perceptions and Practices of Teachers in an Earth Science Teachers' Research Group About Teaching Geologic Field Trip: A Case Study)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 지구과학 교사 연구 모임에 참여하고 있는 교사의 야외 지질 학습에 관한 인식과 실행을 조사하는 것이다. 연구 참여자는 은대리 지역의 야외 지질 학습에 지도 교사로 참여한 지구과학 교사 4명이다. 자료 수집은 야외 지질 학습 수업 관찰 및 녹화, 학생들과 교사들을 대상으로 한 반구조화된 심층면담, 야외 지질 학습 수업 자료 및 학생 보고서 등을 통해 이루어졌으며, 야외 지질 학습 수업 및 면담 자료를 전사한 후 질적 분석을 하였다. 연구 결과에 의하면 연구 참여 교사들은 대체로 야외 지질 학습의 목적으로 심미적인 측면을 중요시하고 있었고, 실제 연구 참여 교사들의 야외 수업에서 학생들이 과학적 탐구에 참여할 수 있는 다양한 교수 방법과 전략이 활용되고 있었지만, 각 관찰 지점에서의 제한된 시간 등으로 인하여 학생들의 활동보다는 교사의 설명이 더 많은 야외 강의의 측면이 보였다. 연구 참여 교사들은 교사 연구 모임과 야외 지질 답사 참가, 대학원 진학 등을 통해 야외 지질 학습 지도를 위한 전문성 개발에 계속적인 노력을 해오고 있었다.

지역사회 민간사례관리자의 실천 성공 경험의 내용과 의미 (Content and Meaning of case Management Practice Success Experience of Regional Society Civil Case manager)

  • 이 연구의 목표는 사례관리자들의 사례관리 성공경험을 탐색하여 현장에서 활용 가능한 목표를 도출하는 것이다. 이 연구의 방법은 자료 수집을 위해 전문 사례관리 사회복지사 20명에 대한 각 2회의 초점집단 인터뷰(Focus group interview)와 자료 분석을 위해 Glaser의 근거이론 방법(Grounded theory method)중 사건코딩을 사용하였다. 분석결과 4개 범주, 10가지 하위범주, 25가지 요소가 도출되었다. 성공경험의 내용은 다음과 같다. [1범주] 클라이언트의 만족과 능력, 하위범주는 (1)역량강화의 시작, (2) 변화의 목표 찾기,(3) 변화의 달성, (4) 클라이언트 주도의 성공, [2범주] 사례관리자의 능력, 하위범주는 (5) 균형있는 인간관 형성, (6) 기술과 능력 향상, [3범주] 조직과 환경, 하위범주 (7) 실천 지원체계확립, [4범주] 신뢰관계 (8) 사례관리자와 클라이언트의 신뢰향상, (9) 지역사회와 클라이언트의 신뢰향상, (10) 사례관리자와 지역사회의 신뢰향상. 이 연구의 결과는 현장의 사례관리 실천 목표를 분명히 하도록 하였고, 향후 기관평가, 사례관리영역에 반영하는 대안으로 제시했다.

상세 해수면 온도자료의 반영에 따른 국지 기상정 개선에 관한 수치연구 (Numerical Study on the Impact of SST Spacial Distribution on Regional Circulation)

  • Numerical simulations were carried out to understand the effect of Sea Surface Temperature (SST) spatial distribution on regional circulation. A three-dimensional non-hydrostatic atmospheric model RAMS, version 6.0, was applied to examine the impact of SST forcing on regional circulation. New Generation Sea Surface Temperature (NGSST) data were implemented to RAMS to compare the results of modeling with default SST data. Several numerical experiments have been undertaken to evaluate the effect of SST for initialization. First was the case with NGSST data (Case NG), second was the case with RAMS monthly data (Case RM) and third was the case with seasonally averaged RAMS monthly data (Case RS). Case NG showed accurate spatial distributions of SST but, the results of RM and RS were $3{\sim}4^{\circ}C$ lower than buoy observation data. By analyzing practical sea surface conditions, large difference in horizontal temperature and wind field for each run were revealed. Case RM and Case RS showed similar horizontal and vertical distributions of temperature and wind field but, Case NG estimated the intensity of sea breeze weakly and land breeze strongly. These differences were due to the difference of the temperature gradient caused by different spatial distributions of SST. Diurnal variations of temperature and wind speed for Case NG indicated great agreement with the observation data and statistics such as root mean squared error, index of agreement, regression were also better than Case RM and Case RS.

Dynamic interaction effects of buried structures on seismic response of surface structures

  • This study presents an investigation of the dynamic interactions between a surface structure lying on two different soil deposits and a square-shaped buried structure embedded in the soil. To this end, a large number of numerical models are generated by using a well-known Finite Element Method software, i.e., OpenSEES. The interaction phenomenon is assumed to be affected by six different parameters. In the parametric study, these parameters are assumed to have various values in accordance with the engineering practices. A total of 1620 possible combinations of the parameter values are addressed in this study. 30 different numerical models are also generated as the 'free-field cases' to set a reference. The surface structure drift and acceleration amplifications are used as a measure to evaluate the dynamic interactions. The response (i.e., drifts and accelerations) amplifications are calculated as the ratio of the maximum surface structure response in any 'case' to the maximum surface structure response in corresponding free-field case. Variation of the response amplifications with any of the investigated parameters is addressed in this paper. The results obtained from the numerical analyses clearly reveal that the presence of a buried structure in the vicinity of a surface structure can cause both amplification and de-amplification of the surface structure responses, depending on the case parameters.

  • 최근 정보통신 산업에서 일어나고 있는 기업 및 국가 간 기술(제품) 경쟁은 표준화 경쟁이라고 해도 과언이 아닐 정도로 표준은 시장을 선점하기 위한 핵심 요소로 정보통신 기술 변화의 흐름은 표준화를 지향하고 있다. 더욱이 WTO TBT의 발효로 범세계적으로 하나의 표준을 지향해 나아감에 따라 국제 표준의 중요성은 크게 증대되고 있다. 이에 따라 각 국가는 표준을 생존과 성장을 위한 핵심 전략으로 인식하고, 다양한 전략적 접근을 통하여 표준 획득을 위한 치열한 경쟁을 하고 있다. 이에 본고에서는 정보통신 표준화 경쟁의 대표적 유형에 대하여 살펴보고, 최근 정보통신 분야에서 일어나고 있는 주요 표준화 경쟁의 사례를 분석해 보고자 한다.
