농촌마을종합개발 항목별 중요도 분석 및 개선방안에 관한 연구 - 인제군 용대권역을 중심으로 - (Rural Village Development Itemized Study on the Importance Analysis and Improvement)

  • In 1960's, Korea had concentrated on economic development, in the meantime the existing problem which is an avoiding rural settlement phenomenon such as a farming population decrease, an unstabel income, poor surroundings, etc. could intensify. And because of an exodus from agricultural area caused by industrialization and a fall of agricultural farm price as a result of domestic agricultural market opening in accordance with FTA, in 2004 Korean government excuted the integrated rural-village development plan as a measure to provide more support for agricultural villages. The integrated rural-village development plan means that inter-connected with villages which have potnetial and developed it as a unit of small-zone, also we can assume it a Down-up development type because residents participate and lead this plan directly. But, this plan made progress rapidly as a countmeasure of government so, it needs to evaluate for completed project area and make an improvement for a sustainable undertaking. Therefore, this study categorized project contents systematically into two parts of Hardware and Software, after that composed of 4 large-parts, 13 mid-parts and 43 small-parts from Inje-Yongdai zone which was designated for an integrated rural-village development plan in 2004. And a result of analysis for project contents priorities by hierarchy analysis method showed the Regional capability reinforcement is selected for the most important project content by 3 stakeholders who are specialists (514pts.), Korea Rural Community Corporation staffs (694pts.), local government officers (688pts.)

  • For resource Recycle society, the Ministry of Environment is recently propeling the introduction of MSW(Municipal Solid Waste) pretreatment facilities(MBT) from advanced country such as Germany. On the basis of this, The Ministry of Environment plans to expand all over the country after the adaption of wide area style(Sudokwon landfill : 200 ton/day), urban communities style(Bucheon City : 90 ton/day), Semi-urban(Gangreung City : 150 tons/a day), farm village style (Buan : 30 ton/day).

  • This research recognized change of the specific yield(Sy) by groundwater level in small size tube well of the farm village area. The result research basin aquifer could quality that the specific yield according to geological quality of aquifer changes showed value of $0.0004{\sim}0.081$ extents according to groundwater level decline.

  • The aggregate materials being scottored in districts of the country were investigated to provide the data to the Consturction worker who are working without quality tests of construction materials in the small scale land consolidation, farm building construction and new village Construction projects in the country. Also results of the survey will be helpful to those who want to devise a succerrful plan in concrete execution by means of specifying a standard and technical treatment of construction materials.

  • The current rural conditions are undergoing the change from the past production-intensive structure to an integral and complex one of producing, processing, selling, touring and lodging owing to the changes of life-style, consumption trend and social environments. The rural area is developing into a community of rural tourism villages to grow into one management system along with the assistance of the government's various supporting projects. Through this, the rural designing has got to play a significant role as one of the factors of the enhancement of competitiveness and the increase of income. Therefore, those previous studies on the variety and possibility of rural development are being employed for the researches which are to develop techniques of branding, marketing and packaging. In particular, the researches for VI (Village Identity), BI (Brand Identity) and designs of landscaping, packaging of agricultural specialties and display stores, which definitely shows that the importance of rural designing, is being paid a lot more attention to. Thus, this study has verified the site commercialization and its effect by developing some practical designing with the focus of package design at rural tourism villages. The Okgye Village in Yoncheon was selected for study subject based on the result of status investigation. This study has analyzed such problems as lack of village identity, non-description of items and their indispensible marks which were seen their designs of village and packaging. The colors of major items and the village image being substituted into the image scale of IRI color were estimated so that the appropriate colors might be selected, along with which the shapes of major items were decided to be motif for the village symbol and design to be created. The designs of such major items as grains, greens and sauces were created with the consideration of the easiness of loading, the continuity of using and the aesthetics. For grains, those outer boxes which are possible for set-packaging and small-sized packaging have been developed. For greens were developed the boxes with the structure of the permeability for the persisten't quality as well as the possibility for packaging small amount. In case of sauces, those outer-boxes equipped with fixing tray were made with the transport-convenience taken into consideration. The sticker-label designs for all those three were also developed which stand for the village identity and are conveniently used in each farm family. When this development was applied at the sites, it was found that the satisfaction and reliability of consumers as well as the satisfaction of farmers were raised along with the increase by more than 30% after the improvement.

농촌마을 빈집의 활용방안에 관한 연구 - 김제 하천마을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Utilization of Empty Houses in Rural Village - Focused on the Hacheon Village in Gimje City -)

  • Currently the population of rural areas in Korea continue to decline due to low birth rate, aging population, and migration. This phenomenon is accelerated over time. And as a result, there are some declining phenomenon in rural society. And it is same in the residential and basic living conditions of rural villages. The increase ratio of empty houses exacerbates the rural landscape, acts as a cause of crime and bring out various social and economic problems such as worsening settlement conditions and local slums. The study is carried out to prevent this phenomenon by investigating the architectural contents of empty houses in the village, surveyed residents and owners and finally analyzed and synthesized to make a plan to utilize empty houses in the village. This study was conducted from June to December 2021. The conclusions are followings: 1. The empty houses in Korea were 1,511 million in 2020, 8.2% of the total number of houses, whereas those in Jeollabuk-do were 95,412, 12.9% of those of houses, and those in Gimje-city, the subject of this study, were 5,944. It is up to 15.8%. In particular, empty houses in Hacheon village, the site of this study, accounted for the highest ratio, with 25% of the total number of houses. 2. To understand the utilization and improvement of empty houses, surveys and interviews were conducted to residents and owners of Hacheon village in Gimje, and most of the residents submit proposals that empty houses were not desirable in terms of village landscape and safety. The owners don't have intentions of selling or leasing them. They want to remodel them and rent for a specific period. 3. As the physical condition of the empty houses(9empty houses) 6 empty houses of them are good. 4 of them are in poor condition. 4. By synthesizing these contents, nine empty houses in Hacheon village will be remodeled as the space for those of rural start-up young people, smart farm area, community space and rental housings for rural returnees.

도시주민(都市住民)과 농촌주민(農村住民)의 호흡기증상(呼吸器症狀) (Comparison of Respiratory Symptom between Urban and Rural Residents)

  • 대기오염(大氣汚染)이 비교적 심각(深刻)하다고 생각되는 도시와 농촌과의 호흡기증상을 비교(比較)해 보고자 대구 주민 470명, 포항 364명, 농촌지역인 의성군 주민 472명을 대상(對象)으로 호흡기증상에 대한 설문지를 만들어서 1984년 4월 10일에서 4월 30일까지 각 지역 중 고학생들을 통하여 그들 가족에게 설문하였다. 각 지역에 따른 증상호소율을 볼 때 대체로 도시가 농촌보다 높았는데 특히 ${\ulcorner}$목이 부었다${\lrcorner}$고 느끼거나 ${\ulcorner}$가래${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$천식${\lrcorner}$ 증상이 농촌에 비해 도시가 높게 나왔으며(p<0.05), 다만 여자에서 ${\ulcorner}$감기를 심하게 앓는다${\lrcorner}$는 경우는 농촌이 높았다. 연령군(年齡群)에 따라 도시, 농촌을 비교(比較)해 보면 남자 19세 이하군에서 ${\ulcorner}$목이 부었다${\lrcorner}$고 느끼는 경우가 농촌에 비해 포항이 높았으며(p<0.05), 남자 40대에서는 ${\ulcorner}$식은땀${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$목의 이물감${\lrcorner}$이 오히려 도시에서 농촌보다 낮게 나타났다. 학생들에게서는 도시, 농촌간의 차가 거의 없었고, 직업인에서 ${\ulcorner}$목이 부었다${\lrcorner}$고 느끼는 예가 포항이 농촌보다 높았으며(p<0.05), ${\ulcorner}$감기${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$잔기침${\lrcorner}$은 포항이 농촌보다 낮았다(p<0.05). 이상에서 몇 항목에 대해 농촌이 더 높은 것은 농부(農夫)들의 심한 피로(疲勞)와 농약 등에 의한 것으로 생각되나 전반적(全般的)으로 볼 때 ${\ulcorner}$천식${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$가래${\lrcorner}$ 등 도시가 농촌보다 많은 항목에서 호소율이 높았다. 이는 산업연료(産業燃料), 차량(車輛)의 배기(排氣)가스, 먼지 등의 영향이 아닌가 생각된다.

주민참여에 의한 농촌관광마을 만들기 : 장흥군 진목마을을 사례로 (Rural Tourism Village Building with Residents' Participation : In Case of Jinmok Village in Jangheung County)

  • 본 연구는 농촌관광마을 만들기에 있어서 주민참여 확대를 위한 시사점을 제시하고자 농림부의 녹색농촌체험마을사업이 진행중인 전남 장흥군 회진면 진목마을을 사례로 주민참여가 어떤 형식과 수준으로 이루어지고 있는지 주민참여의식의 실태를 고찰하였다. 연구의 결과, 농촌관광마을 만들기의 궁극적인 목표와 방법론 등 인식의 전환이 필요한 것으로 나타났으며, 마을주민 모두를 공동체로서의 '마을'로 인식시키고 공동작업 속으로 이끌어내는 것이 중요하게 대두되었다. 이를 위해 사업초기에 소규모라도 주민들에게 이익이 돌아갈 수 있는 사업의 발굴 및 실행이 필요하고, 사업단계별 주민의 적극적 참여와 역할이 요구되었다. 민박이나 숙박시설의 운영도 검토되어야 할 사항으로 나타났으며, 사업에 부정적 견해를 가지거나 방관자적 입장을 취하는 마을주민들에게 주민교육을 통한 참여의식 고취가 시급한 과제로 밝혀졌다. 끝으로 주민참여 활성화 방안으로 교육, 견학 기회 확대를 통한 주민교육 및 능력개발이 중요하며, 마을주민 스스로가 자립할 수 있는 동기부여가 매우 중요함을 알 수 있다. 과소화 노령화된 우리나라의 농촌현실을 감안하면, 농촌관광은 지속가능한 농촌발전을 위한 현실적인 대안이 될 수 있다.

수도권과 농어촌 주부들의 선호식품에 대한 조사연구 (Survey on the Favorite Food of Housewives Lived in the Metropolitan Area and Rural Area)

  • 수도권과 농어촌 주부들 677명을 대상으로 하여 선호식물을 조사한 결과와 이 결과에 따른 수도권과 농어촌간의 상관관계는 다음과 같다. 수도권과 농어촌 주부들 간에 가장 선호하는 주식은 밥류중 쌀밥이었고, 국수류중 냉면이었으며, 부식은 쇠고기국, 된장찌개, 갈비구이, 쇠고기, 깻잎장아찌, 새우튀김, 배추김치 등이었으며, 음료는 수정과, 차류는 코피, 과자류는 약과, 건강식품류중에서는 인삼이었다. 수도권과 농어촌 주부들 간에 장아찌류는 완전상관 관계에 있는 반면, 빵류, 과실류, 나물류 그리고 탕류 등은 역상관계에 있었다. 그외 차류, 건상식품류, 볶음류, 과자류, 국수류, 찜류, 튀김류, 밥류, 김치류, 떡류, 조림류 및 음료류는 대체로 선호식품에 대하여 상관관계가 있었다.

농촌마을 소택형습지 실태 분석을 통한 관리 및 활용방안 연구 (The Study on the Management and Application through Analysis of Actual Condition of Palustrine Wetland in Rural Area)

  • This study was accompanied to develop the management and application plans as resources for rural tourism through the analysis of distribution characteristics, inhabitants' practical use, need item for management and application, and aesthetic/recreation function of Palustrine wetland in rural area. The 2.3 Palustrine wetland per farm village were located, and 77.5% of total wetland was used by agricultural water, landscape, rural tourism The management and water quality were steadily getting better in used wetland than in unused wetland. Also, 91.8% of respondents answered that there is a practical use plan afterward, and much preferred the mode of ecotourism through restoration of ecological wetland. As the results from the appropriateness evaluation of management and application in used wetland for ecotourism, improvement item was required in observation deck, entrance lane, guidance facilities etc. And, insufficient result was deduced in appropriateness of operation program and special learning course, and in participation of inhabitants and experts. The result of evaluation of the aesthetic and recreation functions generally appeared high, but the need improvement item was required in artificial water wall and plantation base that deteriorate biological diversity. These results will be used to data for conservation, management and practical use of wetland, an important natural resource in farm village, which are confronted in crisis of land reclamation by use reduction of use and false management.
