신혼기 부부관계 향상을 위한 교육 프로그램 효과성 검증 : 건강가정지원센터 신혼기 부부교육 프로그램을 중심으로 (The Evaluation of an Education Program for the Marital Relationship Enhancement of a Newlywed Couple : With a Focus on an Education Program for Newlywed Couples at a Healthy Family Support Center)

  • The goal of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of a program which can improve the marital satisfaction of newlywed couples. The program was practiced once a week for 4 weeks at K healthy family center and each session lasted for 100 minutes. The participants of the program were 5 newlywed couples who desired to increase their relationship and marital satisfaction. In order to investigate the effectiveness of the program, we used the Wilcoxen signed rank test. The results of the analyses, showed that there were significant differences of increases in the areas of the newlywed couples' marital satisfaction, communication efficiency, conflict coping strategies, and self-esteem. In conclusion, the effectiveness and utilization of the program were confirmed. Also, it was verified that the program can be an important tool for strengthening healthy family functioning through a study on newlywed couples in the field of community-based family work practice.

농촌가정생활의 질 진단을 위한 일 연구 (A study on the Measurement of the 『Quality of Life』 of Korean Farm household)

  • This study was carried out in an attempt to establish a preliminary scale for measuring $\boxDr$Quality of Life$\boxUl$ of Korean farm households, Data from randomly selected 318 farm households through our the country were analysis. The main results of this study were summarized as follows; 1) The objective levels of living conditions were relatively low in dietary life, healthy & sanitation, and financial stability and were relatively high in family relationship, household work and housing environment. 2) The subjective satisfaction level was lowest in leisure and were relatively high in family relationship and health & sanitation. 3) A comparison of objective level of living conditions and subjective satisfaction level suggested th score of the latter were higher than the former in dietary life and health & sanitation. In the contrary to this, the scores of the former were higher than the latter in housing environment, household work, child education, leisure and family relationship. In particular, the score of the subjective satisfaction level were much higher in housing environment and household work.

Causal Relationships of Organizational Work-Family Support with Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, and Turnover Intention

  • The aim of the present study is to investigate the structural relationships of organizational work-family support, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention among Korean hotel employees. In order to achieve the study goal, frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and covariance structure analysis were undertaken using SPSS(18.0) and AMOS(18.0). The result shows that organizational work-family support has a significantly positive effect on job satisfaction and it also positively impacts on organizational commitment. However, it doesn't have any significant effect on turnover intention. This study also suggests that each of job satisfaction and organizational commitment has a significantly negative effect on turnover intention. Through the abovementioned results, we can find out that each of job satisfaction and organizational commitment can completely mediate the relationship between organizational work-family support and turnover intention.

장애인의 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 가족문제해결, 가족관계만족도, 가족생활만족도의 차이 분석 (Analysis of Differences in Family Problem Solving, Family Relationship Satisfaction, and Family Life Satisfaction According to Demographic Characteristics of the Disabled)

  • 본 연구는 한국복지패널(KOWEPS) 15차 연도(2020년) 자료를 활용하여 장애인의 인구사회학적 특성인 성별, 연령, 교육수준, 혼인상태에 따라 가족문제해결, 가족관계만족도, 가족생활만족도에 대하여 어떠한 차이가 있는가를 분석하고, 이를 장애인 복지 정책 기초자료로 활용하는데 목적을 두었다. 연구대상은 한국복지패널 15차 년도 전체패널 27,447명에서 2021년 현재 장애인으로 등록된 1,281명중 80세(1942년생) 이상 422명을 제외한 859명으로 하였다. 연구결과 성별, 연령, 교육수준에 따른 가족문제해결, 가족관계만족도, 가족생활만족도의 평균값이 대부분 유의미한 차이가 없는 양상으로 나타났으나 가족문제해결, 가족관계만족도, 가족생활만족도의 3개변인 모두에서 결혼 상태에 따른 평균의 차이는 각각 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 유배우자의 경우는 그렇지 않은 결혼 상태에 비해 가족관계가 원만하게 이루어지고 있는 것으로 나타나 장애인들의 경우 가족 간의 순기능적 의사소통과 사회적 지지가 반드시 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

중고령자의 경제활동상태와 정신건강: 소득수준과 가족관계만족도의 매개효과 검증 (Economic Activity Status and Mental Health among Middle and Older Adults: The mediating effects of income level and satisfaction in family relationship)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 중고령자의 경제활동상태(취업과 은퇴)가 정신건강에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 하였으며, 경제활동상태가 정신건강에 미치는 영향에서 소득수준과 가족관계만족도가 매개적 역할을 하는지를 이론적 모형을 통해 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 고령화연구패널(Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing) 자료 중 과거 노동경험이 없는 사람과 구직자를 제외한 취업자와 은퇴자 중, 현재 배우자와 자녀가 모두 있는 45세 이상의 중고령자를 분석대상으로 선정하였다. 이들의 경제활동상태(취업, 은퇴), 소득수준, 가족관계만족도(부부관계만족도, 자녀관계만족도), 정신건강(행복감, 우울감)을 살펴본 결과, 취업상태에 있는 중고령자의 비율이 은퇴상태에 있는 비율보다 높았고, 부부관계만족도와 자녀관계만족도는 전반적으로 높은 수준인 것으로 나타났다. 정신건강의 경우 행복감은 높은 편이며 우울감은 낮은 편이었다. 중고령자의 경제활동상태가 정신건강에 미치는 영향의 경로를 분석한 결과, 경제활동상태는 정신건강에 직접적인 영향을 줌과 동시에, 소득수준과 가족관계만족도를 매개로하여 정신건강에 간접적인 영향을 미치기도 하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 취업상태는 소득수준과 가족관계만족도 수준을 높이고, 정신건강에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 비해 은퇴상태는 소득수준과 가족관계만족도의 수준을 낮추고, 정신건강에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

소비자 지각 및 성향이 만족도와 전환의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Consumer Perception and Propensity on Satisfaction and Switching Intention)

  • Research has emphasized that relationship marketing programs enhance customer satisfaction and reduce switching intentions by building switching barriers. However, the psychological reactance theory demonstrates that building switching barriers can make customers fsel that the alternative not chosen is more attractive, because their freedom of choice has been deprived. It can be hypothesized that a relationship marketing program, which is intended to offer various benefits to customers, may not result in positive customer attitude and behavior. This paper examines the effects of relationship marketing programs on customers' perceptions of switching cost and loss of freedom. The effects of those perceptions on customer satisfaction and switching intentions were identified. In addition, the moderating role of personal reactance was examined. The results of this study suggest that (1) perceived switching cost has significant influence on boosting perceived loss of freedom; (2) perceived loss of freedom has no significant effects on customer satisfaction; (3) perceived loss of freedom enhances customers' switching intentions. Furthermore, psychological reactance has a significant influence on customers' switching intentions. This study concludes that the role of relationship marketing programs should be reconsidered, especially in terms of customers' switching intentions. Customer satisfaction is not the key factor of predicting customers' future behavior.

여성근로자의 일.가정 관계가 성과에 미치는 영향: 비업무적 지원제도의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effects on the Performance of Women Workers' Work-Family Relationship -Focused on Moderate Effects of Non-Occupational Supporting Systems-)

  • 본 연구는 일과 가정 간의 관계가 여성 근로자의 성과에 미치는 영향을 파악하여, 여성 근로자의 일과 가정의 원활한 관계 유지와 더불어 갈등 관계를 감소시킴으로써 일과 가정의 균형을 통해 여성 근로자의 근로생활의 질을 높이고 우수 여성인력의 효과적인 활용을 극대화 할수 있는 지원제도의 조절효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 중소기업 사무직에 종사하는 850명의 여성 근로자를 대상으로 설문조사하였으며, 연구대상이 아닌 직종과 불성실한 응답을 제외하고 최종 500부를 실증분석에 활용하였고 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일과 가정 간 조화 관계는 여성근로자의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 일과 가정간 갈등 관계에 있어서는 직무만족에 부(-)의 영향을 미치지만, 조직몰입과는 유의한 영향관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 일과 가정 간 관계와 성과를 조절하는 비업무적 지원제도의 조절효과에 대한 가설을 검증한 결과, 비업무적 지원제도의 조절효과가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 요컨대, 본 연구에서는 여성근로자의 일과 가정 간 조화 관계의 중요성을 입증하였으며, 여성근로자의 일과 가정 간 갈등 관계를 최소화 할 수 있는 지원제도의 구축, 특히 비업무적 지원제도를 기업에서 시급히 마련해야 할 것으로 연구결과는 시사하고 있다.

한국 중고령 남성의 은퇴 경험과 은퇴 후 삶의 질 (Korean Middle-Aged and Elderly Men's Experiences of Retirement and Life Satisfaction after Retirement)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the experience of retirement and how life satisfaction after retirement differs depending on the individual, family, and social characteristics of middle-aged and elderly Korean men and the experience of retirement. Data were drawn from the first wave of the Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing (KLoSA). The sample consisted of 278 retired middle-aged and elderly Korean men aged between 45 and 64. The results showed that middle-aged and elderly Korean retirees' reasons for retirement differed depending on their health satisfaction. In addition, their retirement satisfaction varied according to their education, health satisfaction, economic satisfaction, and reasons for retirement. Regarding their life satisfaction, it was predicted by their age and satisfaction with health status, economic situation, marriage, and relationship with their children.

유아기 자녀를 둔 부모의 결혼만족도와 양육효능감의 관계에서 자녀가치의 매개효과 (The mediating role of valuing children between marital relationship satisfaction and parental sense of competence in the longitudinal dyadic approach)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to examine whether the maternal and paternal value of children mediates the relationship between the marital relationship satisfaction and the parental sense of competence in the longitudinal dyadic approach. Method: The data were obtained from the Panel Study on Korean Children (PSKC) conducted by the Korea Institute of Child Care and Education. Using the Actor-Partner Interdependence Model(APIM), the author analyzed three waves (from 5th to 7th year) of the data, and the sample size was 1,773. The average age was 34.79 for mothers, and 37.26 for fathers. Their average length of marriage was 95.3 months, and their children were 51.03 months old on average. Results: The marital relationship satisfaction influenced the parental sense of competence with both the actor effect and the partner effect of mothers and fathers. The marital relationship satisfaction also influenced the value of children, with the actor effect from both mothers and fathers and with the partner effect only from mothers. The value of children influenced the parental sense of competence with the actor effect only from mothers and fathers. Also, the value of children mediated the relationship between the marital relationship satisfaction and the parental sense of competence with the actor effect from both mothers and fathers. For the partner effect, only the mediation path from fathers' marital relationship satisfaction to mothers' value of children to mothers' parental sense of competence was significant. Conclusions: These results suggest the importance of highlighting the marital relationship satisfaction and the value of children to improve the parental sense of competence.

직장인의 시간관리행동과 시간관리만족도 연구 (Workers' Time Management Behaviors and Time management Satisfaction)

  • The purposes of this study were to (1) examine the sub-dimensions of time management behaviors and satisfaction with time management, and (2) to identify the variables that can affect satisfaction with time management. Data was collected through an Internet survey answered by 611 working men and women. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. As a result of the study, the sub-dimensions of time management behaviour were extracted into three subordinate categories, which were, planning, human relation orientation, and urgency. The sub-dimensions of the satisfaction with time management were extracted into three subordinate categories, which were, satisfaction with the management results, satisfaction with time distribution, and satisfaction of spare time. Management result satisfaction displayed a positive relationship with planning and work time. The satisfaction with time distribution displayed a positively relationship with planning, relations-intention, the level of education, and sleeping time, while displaying a negative relationship with work time. Also, Women tended to be more satisfied with time distribution than men. Finally, the satisfaction of spare time was positively related with age, while negatively related to urgency and work time.
