묶음제품 가격 할인 제시 프레이밍 효과: 지각된 소비 혜택과 품질 불확실성의 영향을 중심으로 (Discount Presentation Framing & Bundle Evaluation: The Effects of Consumption Benefit and Perceived Uncertainty of Quality)

  • 묶음제품의 매력도를 증가시키기 위해 소비자들이 번들 오퍼에서의 가격 제시 프레이밍(framing)에 민감하다는 것을 이해할 필요가 있다. 동일 가격을 할인하더라도 묶음제품 요소 중 어느 요소에 가격할인을 표시하느냐에 따라 소비자의 묶음제품에 대한 지각된 매력도를 바꿀 수 있기 때문이다. 선행연구는 더 중요한 제품 요소에 할인이 할당될 때 효용이 증가한다는 주장과 덜 중요한 제품 요소에 할인을 위치시키는 것이 선호를 증가시킨다는 주장을 동시에 보이고 있다. 본 연구는 선행연구를 보완하여 묶음제품 가격 할인 제시 프레이밍효과에 대한 새로운 기제를 제시한다. 그리고 선행연구에서 믹스드(mixed)된 결론을 보이는 이유를 분석하여 밝힌다. 본 연구는 현실적인 번들링 전략 사용 상황을 고려하였으며, 좀 더 리얼한 번들링 세팅을 이용하여 가격 할인 제시 프레이밍 효과를 조사하고, 순수번들 및 혼합번들을 포함한 다양한 묶음제품을 이용하여 품질 불확실성 지각에 따른 조절효과를 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과, 소비자들은 높은 소비 혜택(high consumption benefit)보다 낮은 소비 혜택(low consumption benefit) 요소에 가격 할인을 위치시키는 것을 더 선호하였다. 가격민감성(price sensitivity)이 주요혜택에서는 낮고, 낮은 혜택에서는 높기 때문에 동일 가격이 할인될 때 낮은 혜택을 할인한 매장 제품에 대한 평가가 더 높게 나타났다. 또한 구매 시점에서 품질의 불확실성(perceived uncertainty of product quality)이 높을수록 가격민감성이 혜택 지각에 가지는 효과가 더 커지고 있었다. 본 연구의 공헌은 소비 혜택 지각 및 가격민감성 기제와 지각된 품질 불확실성의 조절효과를 통해 선행연구를 통합하고, 가격 제시 형태의 프레이밍 효과를 명확하게 설명하였다는 점이다.

  • This study aims to discuss the characteristics on marketing distribution of landscape materials after consideration in the side of cognition on the present condition of marketing which is important factors for analysis in understanding the market of landscape materials. To do this, the investigation of marketing distribution are to collect data refer to purchases and sales reports and questionnaires, these results are used to analyzed the operative factor of forming market structure and problematic, improvement spot of marketing distribution. The periodic range of this paper is limited on 609 landscape materials and examination was performed from 21.Feb. to 15.Mar, in 2002. The results of the whole prices trends and marketing distribution survey can be summarized as follows : 1. Differences of cognition on marketing distribution among four group toward problematic spot on product and marketing of landscape materials was summarized as follows : 1) Group of landscape design : Interest of government, Various articles. 2) Group of landscape construction : Communication of marketing information, Role of intermediary ecc. 3) Group of landscape materials and cooperation between company and university : Interest of government ecc, 2. Differences of cognition on marketing distribution among four group toward improvemental spot on product and marketing of landscape materials was summarized as follows : 1) Group of landscape design and construction : Network of marketing distribution on landscape materials, Criterion of articles, Quality adiministration through establishment of sale level ecc.. 2) Group of landscape materials : Employment of specialist education program ecc.. 3) Group of cooperation between company and university : Conscious reformation of comsumer ecc.

인도네시아 신재생 에너지 잠재력 및 보급 정책 (Renewable Energy Potentials and Promotion Policies in Indonesia)

  • For Indonesia, sustainable energy supply is an important factor to preserve the stable economic growth. One important strategy is development of renewable energy, which has not been fully exploited yet. The paper examines the potency of renewable energy in Indonesia. Currently, biomass composes 23% of total primary energy supply, while geothermal and hydropower has a combined share of 3%. But according to the overall potency of renewable energy, hydropower is found to have the highest available resource of 76 GW, followed by biomass and geothermal by 49.81 GW and 28.53 GW, respectively. Although the solar radiation is only at modest level ($4.80kWh/m^2/day$), the tropical all year sunlight can boost the competitiveness of solar photovoltaic and thermal application. As for wind energy, the average speed of 3-6 m/s requires the development of low speed wind turbine. The examination of electricity and petroleum product prices through international comparison for non-OECD countries shows fifth lowest price level for both of petroleum products and electricity for industrial use. As for household electricity price, Indonesia is placed the second among all the countries compared. The energy subsidy and price structure are examined in detail because it could be a source of hindrance to renewable energy promotion. The examination of renewable energy potency in this study could provide insights about recent development of renewable energy in Indonesia. As an outcome of policy examination, the price comparison analysis suggests Indonesia to reduce or even remove the energy subsidies in the long run. These findings can be utilized to formulate effective policies for renewable energy promotion.

온양온천관광지 방문객 만족이 재방문 및 추천의사에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the Impact Visitors' Satisfaction on Revisit and Recommend Intention to Other in Onyang Spa Destination)

  • 본 연구는 온양온천관광지 방문객 만족이 재방문 및 추천의사에 미치는 영향을 규명함에 목적이 있다. 충남 온양 온천 이용객 대상 설문조사 토대의 실증분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 온천관광지 선택속성에 대한 요인분석결과 6개 요인[온천공간 시설, 온천 접근성, 온천수 및 주변지역, 온천 비용, 쇼핑 및 친절성 및 관광공간]이 추출되었다. 둘째, 온천관광지 선택속성이 방문객 전체 만족도에 미치는 영향 요인은 요인 "관광공간", "온천수 및 주변지역", "온천 공간시설" 및 "온천 접근성"으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 방문객의 전체 만족도는 온천관광지 재방문의도 및 타인추천의사에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

일식 레스토랑의 서비스 품질평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Customer Evaluation of Service Quality at Japanese Restaurants)

  • To achieve these goals constituent dimensions and structural elements of the Japanese restaurants service quality are being investigated through the review of the food service industry and service. The survey about the importance and the Japanese restaurants was also conducted with a questionnaire to identify the tendency of customers who visited restaurants. These results and satisfactions hypotheses are being tested in the restaurant and the empirical research aye both conducted to achieve time research purposes. Japanese restaurants, located in the metropolitan area, are being selected as the object limits of the survey. Eighty-seven questionnaires are being distributed three kinds restaurants which means total 250 for all, and from which 230 are being analyzed. Frequency and $\chi$$^2$test were applied for the general matters and the conditions of object while Cronbach's Alpha coefficient and factor analysis were applied for reliability and validity. t-test was attempted to fine the importance and the satisfaction of the service quality. Also ANOVA was utilized. After examining the results of this survey, few facts were apparent. First the number of male ana female customers in the Japanese restaurants are divided evenly in about 55% of male customers and 45% of female customers. However, these people have a wide variety of jos. Another evident fact present on this survey shows that customers eating at a less expensive restaurants have a income of 1,000,000 won where as the expensive or high-end restaurants have customers with higher income than average. The price sensitive customers studied in this survey shows that they spend on average 30,000 to 70,000 won per person in the less expensive establishments. Therefore, with some service quality restructuring, application of new systems and ideas these restaurants could efficiently maximize their profit margin. Customers also showed that lower prices in lunch time would be an appealing incentive to deviate from standard lunch time 〈12:00~13:00〉and menu specials would be of interest to deviate from busy dinner time. In conclusion, since restaurants in the middle range category are not so many restaurants in lower range have a chance to maximize their profit. This study clearly shows that even the lower-end restaurants could raise their profit margin by incorporating new marketing techniques and by improving the service level of their restaurants.

여성 월간지 화장품 광고 및 홍보 유형에 따른 화장품 구매행동 (Cosmetics Purchasing Behavior by Female Consumers According to Type of Advertisement and Publicity in Women's Monthly Magazines)

  • This study compares and analyzes cosmetics purchasing behavior according to the advertising and publicity implemented in women's monthly magazines as well as determines effective marketing strategies for the cosmetics industry. First, cosmetics advertising and publicity in women's monthly magazines can be classified into conventional advertising, advertorials, beauty news based on press releases, and beauty articles written by editors. In addition, consumer purchasing behavior has been examined in terms of use of information, purchasing intention, and purchasing experience. A study was conducted on women in their 20's to 40's in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do with 289 questionnaires used in the final analysis. Data were analyzed by common factor analysis, randomized block design, Bonferroni adjusted t-test, and multiple linear regression using SPSS 12.0/Windows. The results of the study can be summarized as follows. First, there was a difference in purchasing behavior according to types of cosmetics advertising and publicity in women's monthly magazines. Second, cosmetics shopping orientations were classified into six factors (the pursuit of impulsive purchasing and trends, well-known brands, convenience, low prices, efficacy and brand loyalty). There were significant effects of shopping orientation on cosmetics purchasing behavior according to the type of advertisement and publicity in women's monthly magazines.

Study on Optimal Working Conditions for Picking Head of Self-Propelled Pepper Harvester by Factorial Test

  • Purpose: Pepper prices have risen continuously because of a decrease in cultivation area; therefore, mechanical harvesting systems for peppers should be developed to reduce cost, time, and labor during harvest. In this study, a screw type picking head for a self-propelled pepper harvester was developed, and the optimal working conditions were evaluated considering helix types, winding directions of helix, and rotational speeds of the helix. Methods: The screw type was selected for the picking head after analyzing previous studies, and the device consisted of helices and a feed chain mechanism for conveying pepper branches. A double helix and a triple helix were manufactured, and rotational speeds of 200, 300, and 400 rpm were tested. The device was controlled by a variable speed (VS) motor and an inverter. Both the forward and reverse directions were tested for the winding and rotating directions of the helix. An experiment crop (cultivar: Longgreenmat) was cultivated in a plastic greenhouse. The test results were analyzed using the SAS program with ANOVA to examine the relationship between each factor and the performance of the picking head. Results: The results of the double and triple helix tests in the reverse direction showed gross harvest efficiency levels of 60-95%, mechanical damage rates of 8-20%, and net marketable portion rates of 50-80%. The dividing ratio was highest at a rotational speed of 400 rpm. Gross harvest efficiency was influenced by the types of helix and rotational speed. Net marketable portion was influenced by rotational speed but not influenced by the type of helix. Mechanical damage was not influenced by the type of helix or rotational speed. Conclusions: Best gross harvest efficiency was obtained at a rotational speed of 400 rpm; however, operating the device at that speed resulted in vibration, which should be reduced.

문화콘텐츠로서 뮤지컬의 선택 및 만족요인 (Choice & Satisfaction Factors of Musical as Culture Contents)

  • 본 연구는 뮤지컬의 선택요인 및 만족요인을 규명하고, 이 두 요인 간 관계에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 뮤지컬 <김종욱 찾기>의 관람객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 선택요인과 만족요인에 대한 요인분석 및 선택요인이 만족요인에 미치는 영향에 대한 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 뮤지컬 선택 요인으로는 가격 및 시설, 제작연출, 마케팅, 작품성, OSMU 등 다섯 개의 요인이 추출되었다. 뮤지컬 만족 요인으로는 제작사 및 광고신뢰, 예술적 표현, 출연진의 조화, 주연배우의 수준 등 네 개의 요인이 추출되었다. 뮤지컬 선택요인이 만족요인에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석한 결과, 관람객은 공연 가격 및 시설수준이 적합하다고 생각할수록 해당 공연에 대한 높은 만족을 기대한다는 점이 밝혀졌다. 그리고 제작연출 및 작품성을 기준으로 공연을 선택한 관객일수록 예술적 표현을 중요한 만족요인으로 고려하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 공연의 품질에 비해 과장된 마케팅은 만족도에 부정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있음이 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 뮤지컬 공연의 기획 및 제작, 마케팅에 있어 중요하게 고려되어야 할 점이 무엇인지를 시사한다고 하겠다.

노년(老年) 남성(男性)의 슬랙스 패턴설계(設計)를 위한 하반신(下半身) 체형(體型) 분석(分析) (Lower Body Analysis for Pattern Design of Elderly Men's Slacks)

  • This study held a questionnaire for men in their 60s or above to analyze the market research of slacks, understand the characteristics of their lower body types, and provide the basic data for the slacks pattern-making fitting the body types of senior citizens. The findings are as follows. According to the results of a questionnaire, elderly men preferred order-made slacks for better fitness, but they favored ready-made owing to the matter of prices. In particular, the girth of waist was the most considered when purchasing. However, as most customers tended to repair slacks length and the waist part, their unsatisfaction with sizes was rather high. In body measurements, elderly men had higher variable coefficients or more individual differences in the items of thickness and angles than in those of height, length, and girth. Factor analysis revealed 5 front and 6 side factors. According to the results of front-side somatotype analysis, pimento-flat, trapezoid-flat, and bent-flat types require narrower pattern designs in down-upper width than the middle-aged class. In addition, pimento-protruded hip and straight-jar types need to be designed in the same amount as in the middle-aged class. Based on the questionnaire results, down-upper length as 1cm above real dimensions was analyzed to have superior sense of wearing.

스크린골프의 서비스품질이 고객만족 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Service quality on Customer satisfaction and Behavior intention of Screen Golf)

  • 국내 스크린골프의 서비스품질이 고객만족 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향력을 이론적으로 규명하여 서비스품질에 대한 중요성을 강조하는 한편, 서비스품질과 행동의도 간에 고객만족이 어떠한 매개적 역할을 하는지를 확인하고자 하였다. 따라서 스크린골프 경험이 있는 20세 이상 성인을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였으며, 총 485명의 자료를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS statistics 20 통계분석 프로그램을 이용하여 조사대상자 특성을 파악하기 위한 빈도분석, 조사도구의 타당도 및 신뢰도 검증을 위한 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 요인 간의 관계 및 영향력을 알아보기 위한 상관분석, 단순회귀와 다중회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 스크린골프 서비스품질은 시설, 서비스, 인적 자원, 가격 순으로 고객만족 요인에 통계적으로 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스크린골프 고객만족은 행동의도 요인에 통계적으로 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 스크린골프 서비스품질은 시설, 가격, 서비스, 인적 자원 순으로 행동의도 요인에 통계적으로 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다.
