병원건축의 변화과정에 관한 연구 - J대학부속병원을 대상으로 - (A Study on the Changing Process in Hospital Architecture - A Case Study on the J University Hospital -)

  • Domestic hospital architectures were developed with the nation's industrialization after 1960s. Particularly, with the rapidly growing healthcare demands according to The National Health Insurance Plan which was introduced in 1977 and expanded to entire nation in 1989, the number of healthcare facility is also increasing according to the expansion of the existing facilities and construction of new buildings. Now, twenty to thirty years were past since that growing period of healthcare architecture. Many hospitals are facing on the phase of restructuring and modernization for their resources. J university hospital is a representative case of hospital development which the growth of facility was stopped by insufficient site area. This study, analysing its past statistics and drawing data of that hospital, presents the characteristics of the changes and basic data of the master planning for the future hospital development.

  • 우리나라는 시설 재배 작물의 생산성이 농업 선진국인 네덜란드에 대비하여 낮고, 이상기후에 따른 일조부족, 이상 저온, 고온 등으로 시설재배작물의 생육부진 및 생산성 저하를 극복하기 위해 시설 현대화 및 복합 환경조절 기술이 필요하다. 한편, 국내의 시설원예 복합 환경 제어는 스마트폰으로 비닐하우스 내부 상황을 확인하고 스프링클러 보온덮개 커튼 환풍기 등을 원격으로 작동시킬 수 있는 기계자동화 수준이다. 따라서 본고는 시설원예 최적 복합 환경제어의 자동화를 실현하고, 시설 재배 작물의 품질 및 생산성 향상에 기여하기 위하여 생육모델과 재배 기술 지식베이스에 기반한 시설원예 최적 복합 환경 제어 기술 개발 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

진주시 전통시장 개선방안 연구 -중앙시장과 서부시장을 중심으로- (A Study on Activation methods of Traditional Market in Jinju City -Focused on Joongang and Seobu Market-)

  • The purpose of this study is to consider activation methods of traditional markets in Jinju city through questionnaire and field survey. Research framework is summarized into two categories: physical environment and operation program. The results are as follows: 1) the gross profit on sales has been decreased continuously and the main causes of that have been recognized as insufficiency of parking lots and convenient facilities and deterioration of environment in spite of facilities modernization project; 2) consumers visited a traditional market because of proper price and reliance on goods, etc. However, they were not satisfied with the physical environment such as parking lots and resting spaces and the operation program such as cultural event and performance. In conclusion it was thought that activation methods of traditional market would be related to the improvement plan in the physical aspect such as parking lots, walkway, convenient and crime prevention facilities and in the operation program aspect such as cultural event, marketing, management consulting, information infrastructure, and delivery system.

The evolution of the Human Systems and Simulation Laboratory in nuclear power research

  • The events at Three Mile Island in the United States brought about fundamental changes in the ways that simulation would be used in nuclear operations. The need for research simulators was identified to scientifically study human-centered risk and make recommendations for process control system designs. This paper documents the human factors research conducted at the Human Systems and Simulation Laboratory (HSSL) since its inception in 2010 at Idaho National Laboratory. The facility's primary purposes are to provide support to utilities for system upgrades and to validate modernized control room concepts. In the last decade, however, as nuclear industry needs have evolved, so too have the purposes of the HSSL. Thus, beyond control room modernization, human factors researchers have evaluated the security of nuclear infrastructure from cyber adversaries and evaluated human-in-the-loop simulations for joint operations with an integrated hydrogen generation plant. Lastly, our review presents research using human reliability analysis techniques with data collected from HSSL-based studies and concludes with potential future directions for the HSSL, including severe accident management and advanced control room technologies.

전통시장 점포모듈 사례분석 연구 (Store Module Case Study of Traditional Market)

  • 본 연구에서는 전통시장과 시장현대화사업과 관련한 선행연구를 분석하여 연구의 경향과 전통시장과 관련한 연구내용을 분석하였다. 이후 전국 각지의 시장현대화사업이 추진된 전통시장 4곳을 선별하여 점포모듈과 동선, 시설 구성과 영업형태에 대하여 현장조사 및 관계자 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 건축 하드웨어적인 현황에 대하여는 실측 및 관찰을 통하여 실증적인 비교분석을 실시하였으며, 영업환경 및 업종별 요구특성에 대하여는 해당 시장 상인회와의 인터뷰를 통해 데이터를 수집하였다. 가능한한 일관된 기준을 적용하여 4개의 시장현대화사례를 비교 분석 하였으며, 개별 시장만이 가지고 있는 고유한 특성에 대해서는 그 원인을 사업추진과정의 히스토리와 지역적 특성과 관련하여 파악하도록 하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 전통시장의 업종별 점포모듈의 가이드라인을 제시를 위한 기초데이터를 확보할 수 있었으며, 향후 시장현대화사업에서 필수적으로 고려해야할 시설설비 기준을 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 통해 향후 시장현대화사업의 시행착오를 최소화하고 사업의 효율성을 담보할 수 있는 정책적 시사점을 도출할 수 있을 것이다.

  • In the past the pattern of business down-trend usually appeared in the form of, first, decrease in facility investment, then decrease in inventory level, followed by reduced level of consumption. But the pattern nowadays is becoming just the opposite, that is, first, consumption decrease, then inventory level increase, followed by restriction of facility investment. Also in the past, the greater effort was placed in strengthening of hardware areas through optimization and modernization of production means on the premise of sales. But lately software areas take most of the main effort to establish production mean with sales as its objective. Under these circumstances one of the real problems facing production activities today is the conflicting relationship between sales and production functions. This occurs due to differences of their view points. Then, in order to achieve maximum profit at the least cost, which is the ultimate objective of a production activity, the need arises to effectively coordinate sales demand and plant production capacity. For this purpose strong control means and function must be devised. In our case study example we illustrate a management technique for a combined planning function, of optimal coordination of product mixes utilizing a computerized linear programming model as control means of attaining maximum profit. It is hoped that this example help achieve some of corporate objectives.

주요 사례를 통한 재래시장의 전기화재 위험성 및 안전대책에 관한 연구 (A Study on Electric Fire Risk and Safety Measures in Traditional Markets through the Significant Fire Events)

  • 재래시장은 전국적으로 약 1,550여개에 달하며 이들 대부분은 임대형식으로 운영되고 있기 때문에 영세하고 공간 또한 협소한 상태이며 다양한 종류의 전기제품이 내재되어 있기 때문에 화재 위험성이 높다. 근래에 들어 국가적 차원에서 재래시장의 현대화를 독려.지원하고 있지만 현대화 시설이 완료된 곳은 약 50%에 불과하다. 또한 현대화 시설중 전기설비는 '전기설비 기술의 판단기준'에 부합되지 못하여 화재위험성이 상존하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현대화 시설이 완료된 곳과 그렇지 못한 재래시장의 전기설비의 설치와 사용 실태를 알아보고 이에 따른 전기 화재 위험성을 분석하였다.

  • It can be said that refrigeration and air-conditioning technology in Korea dates back to the ancient Shilla dynasty, all the way up to the Sokkuram(700s) and Seokbinggo(1700s). But modem refrigeration and air-conditioning technology was first developed in and introduced to Korea in the 1960s with the modernization of Korea. Today it is at a level which meets that of advanced countries in both the industrial and domestic fields. 62 million units of refrigeration and air-conditioning machinery and equipment were produced in 2003, worth a total of 7.7 trillion won(about 7.7 thousand million US$). As of 2003, there were about 700 companies that owned cold storage / freezing / refrigeration facilities, with cold storage capacity of about 2 million ton and capacity per company of about 3 thousand ton. This facilities most are continuously expanding and automatizing their facilities.

유럽 종합병원(綜合病院)의 건축적(建築的) 특성(特性)과 경향(傾向)에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Architectural Characteristcs and Trends of General Hospital in Europe)

  • This study is intended to understand the architectural characteristics and trends of general hospitals in Europe. The Observations, interviewes with the staff, and analyses of related materials were executed through the study-visits of sample hospitals. Some results of the study could be summarized as follows : (1) The architectural characteristics of sample hospitals could be described as the realization of horizontal design concept, application of urban design method, specialization of service departments, intergration of facility design, and planning for the emergency & disaster. (2) The architectural trends of sample hospitals could be suggested as the decentralization of functions, promotion of building standard, enhancement of interior space, consideration of environment, and autonomous management & operation of facilities. (3) The humanistic and environmental approaches from european hospitals would be preferably applicable rather than the popular concept of automation, ultra-modernization and mega-structure in Korea. First of all, the bed-center and proper facilities for disaster should be considered.

  • 센서 기술 및 농업 현대화의 발전에 따라서 센서가 시설 농업 중에 응용 상황을 더욱더 넓어지고 있다. 무선 센서 네트워크는 온 농업 생산 체계의 변혁에게 엄청난 큰 영향을 미칠 것이다. 본 논문은 아두이노 기반에서 온습도 센서랑 LCD결합하여 모니터링 시스템을 설계한다. 농작물의 생장환경을 감시 및 제어한 목적에 이르게 한다.
