본 논문은 인터넷과 데이터베이스를 이용한 온라인/오프라인 통합 야외 조명시설 관리 시스템의 개발하고, 제어함과 조명등을 위한 데이터베이스의 구축에 관하여 연구한 내용이다. 또한 연구 결과물의 효용성을 높이기 위해 기존에 사용하는 양식을 기초로 개발하여 새로운 시스템의 적용 시 적응이 용이하도록 하였다. 따라서 온라인/오프라인 통합 야외 조명시설 관리를 통하여 조명시설 정보의 효과적인 운용이 가능하도록 개발하였으며, 이 시스템을 통하여 인력 및 유지보수비를 줄이는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 논문은 조명시설 관리에 따른 유형을 파악하고 이에 맞는 관리 모델을 제안하며, 각 관리 모델에 적합한 온라인/오프라인 조명시설 관리 시스템의 개발에 관하여 연구한 내용이다. 또한 연구 결과물의 효용성을 높이기 위해 실제 사용하는 양식을 기초로 개발하여 새로운 시스템의 적용시 적응이 용이하도록 하였다. 제안된 관리 모델에 따른 온라인/오프라인 조명시설 제어를 통하여 조명시설 정보의 효과적인 운용이 가능하게 하였으며, 인력 및 유지보 수비를 줄이는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This paper concerns developing a integrated online/offline light facility management system for light facility using internet and building a database system for control box and street light. Also, we designed the system to minimize the disparity with the conventional management system by referring to a old management ledger format. Thus, the proposed method may enable the system manager to administer the light facility efficiently and to reduce the manpower cost, and time economically.

This study is researched to provide design guidelines of service facilities and programs that apartment residents want along with the increased quality of life. This study is signifiant because it sought effective methods to activate the com-munity culture through service facilities in apartment complexes and the design standard and planning direction for residents. The study results are as follows. In the result of the correlations analysis and multiple regression analysis for the importancy of service facilities in apartment complexes, the following orders were considered as important factor; man-ager office, open space, resident community facility, elderly people meeting and activity facility, walking paths, resident athletic facility, a children's playground, library, and rest areas in the complex. and result of the correlations analysis and multiple regression analysis is the following: service facilities whole importance (y) = 1.413$+0.262^*{\times}1$ (manager office importance)$+0.271^*{\times}2$ (open space importance) $+0.185^*{\times}3$ (resident community facility importance) $+0.136{\times}4$ (elderly people meeting and activity facility importance)$+0.036^*{\times}5$ (walking paths importance) $+0.031^*{\times}6$ (resident athletic facility importance) + $(-0.042)^*{\times}7$ (a children's playground importance) + $(-0.045)^*{\times}8$ (library importance) + $(-0.0097)^*{\times}9$ (rest areas importance).

대학 시설은 다수의 건물들로 구성되어 많은 유지보수항목이 있고 한정된 기간 내에 처리해야 하는 관리상의 제약사항이 있다. 대부분의 유지보수 작업은 규모가 작으며 방수공사 등 다수 공종이 동시에 진행되는 특성을 가진다. 시설관리자는 유지보수업체와 연간단가계약을 맺고 공사를 추진하지만 기존 유지보수공사는 일정 및 인력투입계획 없이 공사가 진행되어 공사지연과 다수의 재작업이 발생하고 있다. 본 연구는 시설관리자가 다수의 대학 시설물 유지보수공사들을 프로그램 레벨로 관리할 수 있도록 지원하는 일정계획 모델을 제안하였다. 모델은 순차적으로 진행되는 3단계로 구성된다. 대상 분석단계에서는 수량산출서를 바탕으로 유지보수항목들의 세부공종을 분석하고 수량을 산출한다. 자원 분석단계에서는 효과적인 전문기능공의 투입을 위해 세부공종별 전문기능공 및 공사기간을 도출한다. 일정계획 수립단계에서는 공종별 우선순위와 최적 투입인력이 도출되고 적합도에 따라 일정계획 최적안을 선정한다. 사례적용결과 프로그램 레벨에서 다수 대학시설물 유지보수공사 간의 효과적인 인력투입이 가능하며, 노무비가 감소되어 모델 적용 전 보다 많은 수의 공사를 완료할 수 있었다. 실무자 면담을 통해 모델의 적용성 및 효과성을 평가한 결과 관리자의 유지관리공사 일정관리를 지원할 수 있는 효과적인 도구로 평가되었다.

본 논문에서는 자가용 전기설비에서 전기안전관리자의 PL인식과 전기설비의 사고발생에 관한 것을 조사하였다. 설문대상은 자가용 수용가 450호를 선정하였으며, 이중 154호가 설문에 응신하여 35.8[%]를 차지하였다 전기안전관리자의 58[%]는 PL에 관해 잘 알고 있었으며, 42[%]는 인식하고 있지 않았다. 이들 중 82.4[%]는 전기설비에 PL법이 적용되어야 된다고 하였으며, 5.8[%]만이 PL법의 적용이 필요 없다고 대답하였다. PL적용의 이유로는 전기설비와 제품의 안정성을 위한 것이 64[%], 동일사고의 방지가 19[%]를 차지하였다. 또한 변압기 사고가 가장 많은 부분을 차지하였으며, 케이블 사고가 그 뒤를 따랐다. 설문조사 결과로부터, 전기안전관리자들은 PL내용에 많은 관심이 있었으며, 그들은 전기사고에 관한 PL적용의 필요성을 기대하고 있었다.

The elder population is growing rapidly in Korea nowadays. Therefore, a demand for adaptable installation standard of residential space for the elderly is increasing with growth of the elder population. This study analyzed actual state by interviewing manager, surveying actual measurement and using draft of Elderly nursing facility which is for senile patients. As a result of the survey for size and facilities, facilities for elderly safety, accommodation per a person and room size per a person are below to standard. Therefore, establishing adaptable design standard is needed which is to make safe and fresh living environment for the elderly.

The purposes of this study were: a) to develop the a quality measurement tool for the contract-managed hospital foodservice, and b) to evaluate their performance with the developed quality measurement tool, and c) to verify the reliability and validity of the quality measurement tool. The developed quality measurement tool comprised two parts, which were foodservice management and medical nutrition care service. The foodservice management part was classified into six functional categories which were Menu, Procurement and Storage, Production and Distribution, Facility and Utility, Sanitation and Safety, and Management and Evaluation. The medical nutrition care service part indicated the medical nutrition care provided. Quality measurement tool had 91 standards and 324 indicators. The quality measurement tools were distributed to the hospital foodservice manager employed by the foodservice company. The 324 indicators were measured by foodservice manager on the 5-Likert-type scales, and then adapted to a 100 point scale. The SPSS Ver. 11.0 was used for statistical analysis. The categories whose scores were evaluated as being high were Procurement', General Sanitation', Personal sanitation' and Waste' and the categories whose scores were evaluated as being low were Diet Order Manual', Standard Recipe', Appropriateness (Facility and Utility)', Check (Facility and Utility)'and Information Management'. All the categories of medical nutrition service were evaluated as having seriously low scores. Therefore, it was necessary for the contract-managed hospital foodservice to improve its performance in the area of medical nutrition care service. For the verification of the developed quality measurement tool, the reliability obtained by calculating Cronbach's α was 0.8747, and the content validity was also proved by scrutiny of the modification of the Professional group's techniques. 현재 국내의 시설물의 점검 및 관리 시스템은 대부분 수작업으로 이루어진다. 이런 수동적인 관리에서는 데이터베이스로의 입력이 필요하여 인력이 낭비되고 시설물의 변화에 실시간으로 대응하지 못함으로서 여러 사고를 초래하기도 한다. 하지만 사람이 일일이 체크하는 수동적인 시설물 관리에서는 이런 문제점을 완벽히 해결할 수 없다. 이 문제점들을 해결하기 위해서는 다음과 같은 조건을 필요로 한다. 첫째, 자동화된 시스템을 바탕으로 변화된 정보를 실시간으로 인식할 수 있어야 한다. 둘째, 데이터를 정확히 기록하여 점검시간의 조작 등이 발생하지 않아야 한다. 셋째, 관리자를 통한 관리가 용이하도록 이동성이 보장되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위하여 이동성을 지니면서 여러 시설물에 관한 관리 및 점검을 편리하게 할 수 있는 이동형 RFID 시설물 관리 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 이 시스템을 사용하게 되면 기존의 시스템에 비해 점검 작업의 정확성 향상과 시간을 단축시킬 수 있으며, 고장 빈도를 줄여 비용을 절감할 수 있음을 확인하였다.
