We explore the impact of individuals'network position toward knowledge sharing intention. In order to identify network positions, we utilize three centrality measures (degree/closeness/betweenness) of individual network participants. The research findings show that the individual network positions significantly affect knowledge sharing intentions. Since an individual with high degree centrality might be the leader or the hub, one makes considerable effort to maintain the network position by actively participating in intra-team and inter-team knowledge sharing, A participant who can quickly interact with many other participants within a team (high closeness centrality) is more interested in intra-team knowledge sharing than inter-team knowledge sharing. Unlike degree centrality and closeness centrality, the betweenness centrality provides a participant with diverse resources located in multiple sub-groups. Although an individual with high betweenness centrality is not at the center of the networks, one plays a crucial role in disseminating and regulating information. Therefore, the individual is likely to have more positive intention toward inter-team knowledge sharing than intra-team knowledge sharing.

This study was carried out to establish a spatial decision support system for evaluating climatic aspects of a given geographic location in complex terrains with respect to the quality apple production. Monthly climate data from S6 synoptic stations across South Korea were collected for 1971-2000. A digital elevation model (DEM) with a 10-m cell spacing was used to spatially interpolate daily maximum and minimum temperatures based on relevant topoclimatological models applied to Jangsoo county in Korea. For daily minimum temperature, a spatial interpolation scheme accommodating the potential influences of cold air accumulation and the temperature inversion was used. For daily maximum temperature estimation, a spatial interpolation model loaded with the overheating index was used. Freezing risk in January was estimated under the recurrence intervals of 30 years. Frost risk at bud-burst and blossom was also estimated. Fruit quality was evaluated for soluble solids, anthocyanin content, Hunter L and A values, and LID ratio, which were expressed as empirical functions of temperature based on long-term field observations. AU themes were prepared as ArcGlS Grids with a 10-m cell spacing. Analysis showed that 11 percent of the whole land area of Jangsoo county might be suitable for quality 'Fuji' apple production. A computer program (MAPLE) was written to help utilize the results in decision-making for site-selection of new orchards in this region.
This paper discusses the validities of insulating curing of cold weather concreting at early stage by applying insulation forms. Tests were carried out using modified insulating form combining existing insulating form and various other insulations in order to develop improved insulation form. Temperature history of concrete using various insulating forms and insulation was measured to determine most effective combination of insulting form. According to results, as for the wall form, under the curing temperature of $-10^{\circ}C$, the temperature of concrete using Euro form drops sharply before 24 hours and lasts below $0^{\circ}C$ for 7 hours. The temperature of concrete using the form combining Polypropylene panel, styrofoam and plywood panel keep above $0^{\circ}C$. And, it is confirmed that the form mentioned above has a favorable effects on enhancing strength development of concrete and the cost to make the forms shows more reasonable than that of existing forms. However, as for the combination methods of insulation form for slab, which is composed of insulating form at the bottom of slab and various surface curing materials at the top of slab, in case of exposed condition at the top of slab, temperature history of concrete goes below $0^{\circ}C$ after 10 hours. In case of the combination of vinyl sheet and curing blanket, it drops below $0^{\circ}C$ after 42 hours. However, in case of the combination of vinyl, styrofoam and curing blanket, it does not go below $0^{\circ}C$ until 55 hours. Accordingly, compared to the case of exposure and the combination of vinyl and curing blanket, it indicates that the combination mentioned above has more effective insulating performance.
In this study, the physical, mechanical, structural, and environmental performances based on field measured data were evaluated to check the suitability of concrete for ecological preservation and cultivation of a hydrophilic environment. More specifically, the study is focused on developing an environmentally friendly functional concrete with river ecology restoration and natural river early formation capabilities. The mechanical performance evaluation results showed that the increase in mix rate of the PVA (Poly Vinyl Alcohol) reinforcement fibers and silica fume caused an increase in the strength. The optimal mix rate was found to be 0.05 volume % PVA fiber and approximately 10% silica fume. The frost resistance evaluation showed that superior performance was gained when 0.05 volume % PVA fiber and 15% silica fume was mixed simultaneously. In the structural performance evaluation, the bending strength was improved by 47.7% compared to plain concrete when mixed with 0.05 volume % PVA fiber. The flexural toughness also saw significant improvement. The environmental monitoring of field performance showed that grasses germinated most rapidly, but the growth of red poppies, a plant that germinates in the spring, was most active with passing of time. Coverage measurements in all of the monitoring locations found favorable coverage of over 95% after 12 weeks. The study results showed that the environmentally friendly functional concrete had outstanding environmental performance.

Recently early strength concrete has been required for economical assurance and the prevention of frost damage in winter through air reduction in construction of concrete structures. This study presented the optimum condition revealing compressive strength 5MPa which has the possibility of removal of form in 24 hours, and researched the changes of unit weight of cement types of high early strength AE water reducing agents, characteristic of compressive strength expression as cure temperature conditions and slump or airspace. Test results showed at $15^{\circ}C$ with compressive strength of 5MPa that premature removal of form was possible in case of using highly early strength PC water reducing agent with unit weight of cement 360 ; 22hours faster than 10, unit weight 360 ; 20hours faster than 7, unit weight 390 ; 18 hours faster than 4 comparing with OP water reducing agent. And at $5^{\circ}C$ in case of using highly early strength PC water reducing agent with unit weight of cement 330 ; 32hours faster than 10, unit weight 360 ; 30hours faster than 7, unit weight390 ; 27hours faster than 4 comparing with OP water reducing agent. Therefore as the temperature rises $10^{\circ}C$, compressive strength of 5MPa reaching hour shortens 10 hours.

This study was conducted to assess the durability of Chloride-inhibiting Low-Heat Cement while being subjected to freezing-thawing during winter seasons. Although durability varies slightly depending on the conditions of the jobsite, frost damage to concrete resulting from repeated freezing and thawing over the course of seasonal changes is the leading cause behind lowered concrete durability. in addition, concrete that has been subjected to freezing and thawing during the winter season develops a significant amount of expansive force at the core and begins to exhibit signs of damage, such as cracking, peeling, and detachment from the aggregate. Therefore, this study fabricated test specimens using a Chloride-inhibiting Low-Heat Cement(CLC) and the widely used blast furnace slag cement(BFS) and Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) with water-to-cement ratios of 35%, 40% and 45%, respectively, to assess the durability index of the CLC as per resistance to freezing-thawing. The specimens were then tested using the KS F 2456 method (Testing method for resistance of concrete to rapid freezing and thawing) to measure the dynamic modulus of elasticity. The dynamic modulus of elasticity measurements were then used to derive the durability indices. By comparing the durability indices, it was confirmed that CLC, BFS, and OPC all had superior durability.

This study was conducted to evaluate on the freezing tolerance of introduced blueberry cultivars in Korea and to investigate availability of portable timber moisture meter for simple and rapid diagnosis of blueberry-shoot damage by freezing during wintering. Frost tolerance of blueberry cultivars showed big difference that rates of blueberry-shoot death were widely distributed from about 0% to 100% after wintering. Optical density in TTC reduction of blueberry twig treated low temperature was low in order of $-40^{\circ}C$ < $-21^{\circ}C$ < $4^{\circ}C$. Hardiness evaluation of visible injury in the cross-sectional surface color did not agree with that of rates of blueberry-shoot death during wintering. Lowest water content of blueberry stem measured by timber moisture tester during wintering was about 15%. During wintering, water contents of blueberry stems were higher at lower part of tree, but were low at end part of stems, and then when the blueberry grew again for spring, the water content gradually increased to 20~40%. Water content of blueberry stem with freezing injury during wintering decreased to under 5% by desiccation. Therefore it is assummed that the moisture content of blueberry stem injured by freezing during wintering was about under 14%, and it is expected that portable timber moisture meter could be available for rapid diagnosis of blueberry freezing injury in field.

This study conducted a series of studies to find alternative ways to use Chlorine Bypass System-dust(CBS-dust) in cement production. The results of engineering characteristics of CBS-dust are summarized as follows. First of all, the density of CBS-dust is 2.40, lighter than cement and the pH was 12.50 which was strong alkaline. In terms of particle size, it was 11.70 ㎛ which was finer than cement. With chemical properties, calcium oxide(CaO) was the highest as 35.10%, potassium oxide(K2O) was 32.43%, potassium chloride(KCl) was 19.46%, sulfur oxide(SO3) was 6.81%, and the remaining chemical components are SiO2, Fe2O3, Al2O3, MgO, and the like. Therefore, if CBS-dust is used as early-strength chemical admixtures in the concrete secondary products that use a large amount of mineral admixtures without rebar, it can be an effective method for increasing the strength of concrete as an alkali activator and preventing early-frost damage of Cold Weather Concrete.

In order to predict the risk of freeze injury for 'Changhowon Hwangdo' peach trees, we used the dormancy depth (i.e., the daily chill unit accumulation during the overwintering period) as a proxy for the short-term, physiological tolerance to freezing temperatures. A Chill-days model was employed and its parameters such as base temperature and chilling requirement were optimized for peach trees based on the 12 observational experiments during the 2008-2009 winter. The model predicted the flowering dates much closer to the observations than other models without considering dormancy depth, showing the strength of employing dormancy depth into consideration. To derive empirical equations for calculating the probabilistic freeze risk, the dormancy depth was then combined with the browning ratio and the budburst ratio of frozen peach fruit branches. Given the exact date and the predicted minimum temperature, the equations calculate the probability of freeze damages such as a failure in budburst or tissue browning. This method of employing dormancy depth in addition to freezing temperature would be useful in locating in advance the risky areas of freezing injury for peach trees production under the projected climate change.

We investigated the patterns of freeze injury in dormant 'Changhowon Hwangdo' peach fruit by observing the extent of browning and germination of the branches that were treated with freezing temperature sets simulating the process of natural freezing incidences in orchards. Under the treatment of freezing temperature of $-15^{\circ}C$, the browning ratios were 15% for flower bud and less than 3% for both leaf bud and cambium. Under the $-20^{\circ}C$ treatment, the browning ratios were 40% for both flower and leaf buds and 1% for cambium. The browning ratios were 86%, 68% and 40% respectively for flower bud, leaf bud, and cambium under the $-25^{\circ}C$ treatment. All the samples showed 100% browning ratio under the $-30^{\circ}C$ treatment. The budburst ratios of leaf buds were 85%, 66%, 32%, and 0% under the -15, -20, -25 and $-30^{\circ}C$ treatments, respectively. The branches of peach fruit treated with the same freezing temperature showed different responses depending on the sampling date. In January the browning ratio was low and the budburst ratio was high whereas in February the opposite was the case, showing vulnerability of peach trees to low temperature after endo-dormancy release.
