Objective: To investigate interferon (IFN) alpha 2 b for treating patients with JAK2V617F positive polycythemia vera (PV) and essential thrombocytosis (ET). Methods: Interferon alpha 2 b was used to treat patients with JAK2V617F positive PV and ET. In control group, hydroxyurea was used. Endpoint of study was to compare rates of hematological and molecular remission. Results: Patients in the interferon alpha 2 b group achieved higher rates of hematologic and molecular remission than patients in the hydroxyurea group, with a lower incidence of thrombosis. Conclusion: Compared with hydroxyurea, interferon alpha 2 b could reduce JAK2V617F load for patients with PV and ET, and achieve higher molecular remission, improve treatment efficacy and reduce complications.

Recently, the grain boundary diffusion process (GBDP), involving heavy rare-earth elements such as Dy and Tb, has been widely used to enhance the coercivity of Nd-Fe-B permanent magnets. For example, a Dy compound is coated onto the surface of Nd-Fe-B sintered magnets, and then the magnets are heat treated. Subsequently, Dy diffuses into the grain boundaries of Nd-Fe-B magnets, forming Dy-Fe-B or Nd-Dy-Fe-B. The dip-coating process is also used widely instead of the GBDP. However, it is quite hard to control the thickness uniformity using dip coating. In this study, first, a $DyF_3$ paste is fabricated using $DyF_3$ powder. Subsequently, the fabricated $DyF_3$ paste is homogeneously coated onto the surface of a Nd-Fe-B sintered magnet. The magnet is then subjected to GBDP to enhance its coercivity. The weight ratio of binder and $DyF_3$ powder is controlled, and we find that the coercivity enhances with decreasing binder content. In addition, the maximum coercivity is obtained with the paste containing 70 wt% of $DyF_3$ powder.

Let ${\mathcal{P}}[f]$ be the Poisson-$Szeg{\ddot{o}}$ integral of f and $\tilde{\mu}$ be the Berezin transform of ${\mu}$. In [8], we introduce the relative root Nielsen number N(f;X, A, c) for maps of pairs of spaces $f : (X, A) \to (Y, B)$. From it, we obtain some immediate consequences of the definition and illustrate it by some examples. We consider the question whether there exists a map $g : (X, A) \to (Y, B)$ homotopic to a given map $f : (X, A) \to (Y, B)$ which has precisely N(f;X, A, c) roots, that is, the minimum theorem for N(f;X, A, c).

연근해 어업용 낚시 6가지형에 대하여 만능실험기로 인장속도를 290mm/min와 780mm/min로 하여 실험한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 낚시의 직경은 d, 미늘 기부에서 허리굽이까지의 거리를 w라 하면 낚시의 파단하중은 $B={\alpha}\;wd^2+\beta$ (단, B는 kg, w와 d는 mm)로 나타내며, 인장연도가 290mm/min 일 때의 $\alpha,\;\beta$는 둥근형 낚시 $SR_{p}-F_{1}B,\;SR_{p}-F_{1}S$는 $\alpha_{s}=0.5,\;\beta_{s}=1.6$, 모난형 낚시 $SA_{a}-F_{1}S,\;SA_{a}-F_{1}S_k,\;LA_{a}-F_{1}S_{k}$는 $\alpha_{s}=1.1,\;\beta_{s}=2.0$긴 낚시 $LA_{p}-F_{1}S$는 $\alpha_{s}=0.4,\;\beta_{s}=1.5$정도이다. 2) 인장속도가 780mm/min 일 때 윗식에서 $\alpha,\;\beta$는 둥근형 낚시는 $\alpha_{f}=0.4,\;\beta_{f}=1.4$모난형 낚시는 $\alpha_{f}=1.0$ 일본산은 $\beta_{f}=0.9$, 국산은 $\beta_{f}=-2.5$ 긴 낚시는 $\alpha_{=}0.6,\;\beta_{f}=0.4$ 정도이다. 3) 낚시의 파단변형률은 $40\sim60\%$ 정도이며, 인장속도가 빠를 때의 변형률은 느릴 때에의 $95\%$ 정도이나, 빠를 때의 파단하중은 느릴 때의 $80\%$ 정도이다. 4) 낚시가 파단되는 부위는 인장속도에 관계없이 거의 모두 허리굽이 부분이며 꼭지 기부에서 파단점까지의 거리는 낚시 길이와 거의 같다.

본 연구는 Monascus purpureus (Mp), Aspergillus oryzae (Ao), Aspergillus kawachii (Ak) 및 Rhizopus oryzae (Ro) 균주로 Cordycepin-고함유 동충하초(Cordyceps militaris)(CM${\alpha}$)를 발효시켜 수용성 추출물을 얻어 페놀화합물 및 플라보노이드 농도와 항산화 및 티로시나제 저해 활성을 측정한 결과 Ak로 발효시킨 CM${\alpha}$ (AkF-CM${\alpha}$)에서 각각 46 mg/g 및 093 mg/g과 6274% 및 7997%로 가장 우수한 효과를 나타내었다. 이러한 결과로부터 AkF-CM${\alpha}$를 선택하여 멜라닌 세포(B16F0 mouse melanoma cell)에서 미백효과를 검토하였다. 양성 대조구 arbutin 처리 B16F10 melanoma 세포는 92% 이상의 세포 생육과 43%의 멜라닌 생성 억제 효능을 보였고, AkF-CM${\alpha}$ 1, 3 및 5 mg/ml 처리 시 멜라닌 생성은 각각 35, 45 및 53% 억제되었다. 또한 AkF-CM${\alpha}$은 멜라닌 세포 내 tyrosinase 활성과 mushroom tyrosinase 활성 모두를 저해시켰고, 멜라닌 생성 관련 tyrosinase 단백질 발현량도 무첨가군에 비해 처리 농도 의존적으로 억제되었다. 이상의 결과에 따라 Aspergillus kawachii 균주로 발효시킨 Cordycepin-고함유 동충하초(Cordyceps militaris)의 수용성 추출물은 미백 화장품 소재로 개발 가능성이 높은 것으로 사료된다.

In this paper, we present some upper bounds for unitarily invariant norms inequalities. Among other inequalities, we show some upper bounds for the Hilbert-Schmidt norm. In particular, we prove $${\parallel}f(A)Xg(B){\pm}g(B)Xf(A){\parallel}_2{\leq}{\Large{\parallel}}{\frac{(I+{\mid}A{\mid})X(I+{\mid}B{\mid})+(I+{\mid}B{\mid})X(I+{\mid}A{\mid})}{^dA^dB}}{\Large{\parallel}}_2$$, where A, B, $X{\in}{\mathbb{M}}_n$ such that A, B are Hermitian with ${\sigma}(A){\cup}{\sigma}(B){\subset}{\mathbb{D}}$ and f, g are analytic on the complex unit disk ${\mathbb{D}}$, g(0) = f(0) = 1, Re(f) > 0 and Re(g) > 0.

본 논문에서는 $\psi : E \to F$가 섬유 화이버 함수일 때 후합성 $\psi :C_B(Y, E) \to C_B(Y, F)$도 섬유 화이버 함수이고, (X, A)가 닫힌 섬유 화이버 함수일 때 전합성 $\upsilon : C_B(X, E) \to C_B(A, E)$ 도 섬유 화이버 함수임을 보인다.

대두 종자크기에 대한 QTL의 consistency을 알아보기 위하여 F$_{2}$, F$_{3}$ 세대에서의 분석결과를 요약하면 댜음과 같다. 세 개의 마크 OTL09a, OPM07a, OPAC12 가 F$_{2} 세대에서 종자 크기에 대한 QTL과 높은 유의성을 나타내었고, F$_{3}$ 세애데는 네 개의 마크 OTL09a, OPG19a, OPL09b, OPP11가 유의성을 나타내었다. 두 개의 마크 OPL09a, OPL09b 가 두 세대에서 유의성을 나타애어 종자 크기에 대한 QTL의 consistency가 인정되었다.

Objectives : Pulse diagnosis by Expert is the only way to classify 8 Constitutions so the study to supplement classifying method by the questionnaire has developed and modified and ECM-32 System has designed in 2010. But analyzing with Decision tree had many nodes and 32 important questions omitted while processing the data. So this study was to classify the 8 constitution patients into 2 groups first and analyze its characters in consecutive order. Methods : The participants of this study were 1027 patients who classified into one of the 8 constitutions according to pulse diagnosis and answered 251 questionnaires in 2010. They were divided into sympathetic nerve acceleration constitution and parasympathetic nerve acceleration constitution and analyzed with decision tree. Results : The reponses of the questionnaire were analyzed with 4 methods of 5 scales interval method from 0 to 5, Na, Low(1,2), Medium(3), High(4,5), average value, Y/N dichotomy. Average Value had no significance. 1. From the 5 scale interval method 6 questionnaires with 7 nodes (F5e, B1d, F7f, F2a, F1b, C4L) were significant. The accuracy was 92.5%. 2. From L, M, H method 7 questionnaires with 7 nodes(F5e, B1d, F7f, F1a, B1c, C4L, P3d) were significant. The accuracy was 92.5%. 3. From Y/N dichotomy 9 questionnaires with 9 nodes( F5e, B1d, F7f, F1a, B1c, C4L, B1b, P1i, B2a) were significant. The accuracy was 93.18%. Conclusions : Based on this study, Yes or No dichotomy method was most significant and categorized among the 4 methods. Unlike previous studies which used interval scale method only, Y/N dichotomy method was more statistically significant with the questionnaire to supplement the method of pulse diagnosis. For further study by analyzing decision tree method in consecutive order, the patients can be divided into 8 Constitutions with higher significance with less questionnaires.
