요추추간판탈출증의 동·서의학적 협진연구 (Collaborative Study of Oriental-Western Medicine on HIVD)

  • Herniated lumbar intervertebral disc(HIVD) is the most common reason causing low back pain and leg radiating pain. The purpose of this study is to see the good of Oriental-Western medicine on HIVD. In order to this syudy, HIVD patients divided into two groups: Group with Oriental medicine(GOM) and Group with Oriental-Westem medicine(GOWM). The results of treatments were summarized as follows. 1. If We investigate a state of patients, GrIII type is 17 cases in GOM and is 16 cases in GOWM. In the GOM, Gr II shows better than the others and in the GOWM, GrI, III shows better than the others. 2. The results of treatments in GOM and GOWM is the good in a general way. It shows excellent type at 10 cases in the GOM, and shows excellent type at 14 cases in GOWM. 3. In Acute stage(in one month), subacute stage(one month~six months) and chronic stage(over six months), the therapic point of GOM and GOWM is 2.9~3.5 on the average. 4. If we notice the effect point of HIVD, in GOM, the point of bulging type is 3, protruded type is 3.5 extruded type is 3. But in GOWM, the point of bulging type is 3.7, protruded type is 3.5 extruded type is 2.7.

제면 적성 시험을 위한 쌀국수 제조 방법 (A Rice Noodle Making Procedure for Evaluating Rice Flour Noodle-Making Potential)

  • 국내에서 육종된 쌀 품종들의 제면성을 시험하기 위하여 실험실 규모의 소규모(시료 쌀가루 100 g 이하)로 실험이 가능한 표준화된 쌀국수 제조 방법을 개발하였고, 이 방법에 따라서 제조된 국수의 품질을 평가하여 제면성이 우수한 품종을 판별하였다. 쌀국수를 제조하는 두 가지 방법 가운데 압출 면은 반죽의 수분 첨가량에 비교적 예민하지 않아서 수분 첨가량 결정이 용이한 방법이었으나 세절 면은 수분 첨가량에 따라서 제조과정에서 면대 형성이 달라지므로 수분 첨가량을 가루의 수분 흡수력에 따라서 조절해야 한다. 제조방식에 따라서 국수의 물성에는 차이가 있지만 Chenmaai가 두 가지 방법 모두에서 가장 우수한 제면 적성을 나타내었다. 제면성이 우수한 품종일 경우 제분 방법에 비교적 영향을 적게 받으며 제면 방법에 관계없이 우수한 품질의 면을 만들 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. Chenmaai는 두 가지 제면방법에 따라서 제면하였을 때 조리 손실률이 가장 낮고 조리된 면의 탄성이 높아서 우수한 제면 적성을 나타내었다. Goamibyeo는 제면용으로 국내에서 널리 사용되고 있어 익히 잘 알려져 있으나(8,13), 초 다수성인 Chenmaai도 제면용으로 사용하면 경제성과 더불어 우수한 제면용 쌀로서 사용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

BiTeSe 합금의 열적성형방법에 따른 열전특성 (Comparative Studies of Different Thermal Consolidation Techniques on Thermoelectric Properties of BiTeSe Alloy)

  • In this research, we produced polycrystalline n-type $Bi_2Te_{2.7}Se_{0.3}$ powder using water atomization. To obtain full benefit through water atomized powder, we have implemented spark plasma sintering and hot extrusion for powder compaction. The microstructure and thermoelectric properties were investigated and compared. The average grain size of SPS and extruded bulks were 3.08 and $3.86{\mu}m$ respectively. The extruded material microstructure contains layered grains with less grain boundaries and its counter-part SPS displays dense packed grains with high grain boundaries. Among both bulks, extrusion sample exhibited high power factor (PF) of $2.96{\times}10^{-3}Wm^{-1}K^{-2}$ which is 38% higher than SPS ($2.14{\times}10^{-3}$) bulk sample. Due to variations in grain size and grain boundaries, the SPS bulk shows low thermal conductivity than extruded bulk. However, the extruded bulk sample exhibited a peak ZT of 0.69 at 400 K, which is 19% higher than SPS bulk sample, due to its higher power factor.

고속전철 내·외장재용 알루미늄 합금의 압출 금형 개발 및 압출 조건의 제어 (Extrusion Die Development of Interior & Exterior Parts for High Speed Train on Aluminum Alloys and Controls of Extrusion Conditions)

  • 압출기술에서 중요한 것은 금형의 설계 및 제작이며, 원하는 형태의 압출이 원활히 이루어지는 동시에 금형의 수명을 최대한 연장하고 효율성을 높이기 위한 금형의 설계가 필수적이다. 압출 온도, 압출 속도 등이 압출시의 주된 변수이며, 압출비 및 재료의 물성, 압출 형태에 따라 각기 다른 조건이 부가되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 고속전철 내외장재 부품용 알루미늄 6xxx 계열 주조 합금의 압출공정에 대해 연구하였다. 6063, 6061, 6N01, 6005, 5083 and 6060 알루미늄 합금의 압출 금형 단면을 설계하였으며 이에 대한 실험을 실시하였다. 또한, 빌렛온도, 압출온도 및 재료의 변화에 따른 압출 압력과 같은 압출 조건들을 분석하였다. 6063 알루미늄 합금이 가장 낮은 온도와 압력에서 압출이 가능한 반면 6061 합금은 가장 높은 온도와 압력에서 압출이 가능하였다. 이들 실험결과로부터 수립된 조건들을 이용하여 성공적인 압출제품을 제조할 수 있었다.

Microstructures and Mechanical Properties of Extruded Al 7050 Billet and Ring Forged One with Large Scale

  • The manufacturing process of large scaled Al 7050 alloy is difficult for the occurrence of solidification crack during casting. The aims of this study are the evaluations of microstructure and mechanical properties of extruded Al 7050 billet and ring forged one with large scale. Large scaled Al 7050 billet was casted by direct-chill casting process. The extruded and ring forged specimens were prepared from the casted ingot after residual stress relief and homogenization heat treatment, respectively. Microstructures, hardness and tensile test of the surface, middle and center part of each specimen were performed at room temperature. Sheared and elongated type grains were observed at the edge parts of surface and center area and its aspect ratios of grains were low and similar as 0.21 while that of middle area was closed to 0.92 value in ring forged Al 7050 alloy. The mechanical properties of extruded Al 7050 alloy were superior than those of ring forged one. The hardness values of surface and center part were slightly higher than that of middle part in ring forged Al 7050 alloy.

넙치 배합사료 및 생사료의 경제성 비교분석 (An Economic Feasibility Comparison of the extruded pellets and moist pellet on the Oliver flounder Culture Farms)

  • This study is aimed to analyze the economic feasibility comparison of the extruded pellets and moist pellets on the Oliver flounder culture farms in Jeju Island. In order to do this, we selected 2 farms (M and S farms) in Jeju Island as a sample. In the study, various analyses including productivity analysis, cost structure analysis, profitability and economic feasibility analysis by feed type were conducted for two sample farms of Oliver flounder culture. The results of economic analysis by feed type on the Oliver flounder culture can be summarized as follows; First, there were not significant differences in productivity by feed type. Second, results of the profitability analysis on farm M by feed type showed the profitability was estimated to be 15.52% and 9.83% in EP and MP, respectively. In addition, the profitability of farm S was estimated to be 28.37% and 33.72% in EP and MP, respectively. Third, results of the economic analysis on farm M by feed type indicated that an internal rate of return(IRR) was 8% and 7% and a benefit-cost ratio was shown to be 1.64 and 1.11 in EP and MP, respectively. Furthermore, the economic analysis of farm M by feed type showed that an IRR was 19% and 24% and a benefit-cost ratio was calculated to be 1.4 and 1.51 in EP and MP, respectively. In summary, it is especially emphasized that economic valuation is not related to feed types (EP and MP). Finally, in order to improve the economic feasibility, it should be more focused on the efficient business management of the Oliver flounder aquaculture.

  • During the past five years a very successful effort has been made to improve existing and develop new aluminium alloys. The progress achieved has been possible because of the development of new production methods, such as powder metallurgy and spray/deposition. These methods make use of rapid solidification process which alloys compositions other than those achieved by conventional ingot metallurgy. The ingot metallurgy of the 2000 and 7000 series used thus far, as well as the age hardening Al-Li alloys, show several disadvantages caused by the production process. Such problems are primarily coarse intermetallic constituent phases, coarse grains and macrosegregation, resulting in low fracture toughness. The present contribution reports results of an experimental investigation performed on a modern high strength spay deposited aluminium alloy of the Al-Zn-Mg-Cu (7075 and the modified 7150X) type. Results are given in terms of its microstructural characterization by using X-ray diffractomertry and transmission electron microscopic. The mechanical propierties of those alloys in the as-extruded and extruded+aged condition were evaluated by using microhardness Vickers, tensile test and fracture toughness measurements.

  • We proposed the laminate thin film asymmetric Extruded-closed-polygon diffusion pattern that was able to improve the performance of back light unit. Developed a pattern of brightness and bright line, half-power angle attribute the improved performance in the uniform, and through the formation of a thin film stackable diffusion layer 970% improved perpendicularity brightness, and 580% improved horizontality brightness.

  • The purpose of this paper is to introduce the concept design and the structural strength of the double-deck rolling stock vehicle. Aluminum is very useful material for the carbody structure due to its characteristic of light weight. Large alumillum extrusion profiles(panels) have toe of merits such as easy production of complicated shapes, reduction of welding and cutting lines, and cutting down the labor cost. AED type is being applied to the standard EMUs and the EMUs Kwangju subway in Korea. Light material recommended the double-deck rolling stock vehicle because the center of gravity of the train is higher and its weight is heavier than those of the normal vehicle. So we applied the technology of the large aluminum extrusion profiles(panels) to the double-deck vehicle. We performed the structural strength analysis and examined its safety.

알루미늄 튜브를 이용한 액압성형품 특성연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Aluminum Tube Hydroformed Products)

  • In this study, the characteristics of aluminum tube hydroformed products at different extrusion type and heat treatment conditions were investigated. For the investigation, as-extruded, full annealed and T6-treated Al 6061 tubes at different extrusion type were prepared. To evaluate the hydroformability, free bulge test was performed at room temperature to $300^{\circ}C$. Also mechanical properties of hydroformed products at various pre- and post-heat treatments were estimated by hexagonal prototype hydroforming test at $250^{\circ}C$. And the tensile test specimens were obtained from hexagonal prototype hydroformed tube. As a results, hydroformability of full annealed tube is $5{\sim}8%$ higher than that of extruded and T6-treated tube. The tensile strength and elongation of T6-post heat treated indirect extrusion tube were more than 330MPa and 12%, respectively. However, T6 pre treated hydroformed product represents high strength, 330MPa and low elongation, 8%. Therefore, Hydroformability of Al6061 tube showed similar value for both extrusion types. However flow stress of direct tube showed $20{\sim}50MPa$ lower value than indirect tube.
