As the protein drug industry is growing, protein informations are indispensable for the protein drug development. NCBI and PDB in the U.S., the EMBL in Europe and the DDBJ in Japan are the representative centers for bio information and each center provides specific data for protein information. To obtain specific protein information, users are to be collect them from the service sites of each center and then combine or analyze for their purpose. To facilitate the accessibility to bio data, various R&D activities are running for development of diverse web services relevant to bio data in major data centers or small-scale projects. With the recognition of protein information as pivotal for the protein drug development, DrugBank in Canada, GDSC in the U.S. start to provide integrated informations between drugs and proteins. However, those service does not meet users' demands due to lack of diversity. In Korea, infra structures for bioinformatics are limited and the current services for protein drug information are providing only basic information of the drug including distribution data. This is a pilot study to construct a specialized service for protein drug information in Korean style breaking through the limitations of current services. This study proposed new fields for protein characterization information which had not been provided by current services and evaluated their effectiveness and usability by comparing them to the existing fields with expert survey. As a result, the newly proposed fields for protein characterization have been proven to be useful data fields for the service of protein drug information.

The apartment' share of the housing has steadily increased and property assets have been valued in importance as the one of asset value. Information retrieval system using internet is particularly active in the real estate market. However, user satisfaction on real estate information system is not very high, and there is a lack of research on real estate retrieval to increasing efficiency until now. This study presents a new knowledge information system developed to consider region-related factor and individual-related factor in the real estate market. In addition it enables a real estate knowledge system to search various preferential requirements for buyers such as school district, living convenience, easy maintenance as well as price. We made a survey of the search condition preference of experts on 30 real estate agents and then analyzed the result using AHP methodology. Furthermore, this research is to build apartment ontology using semantic web technologies to standardize various terminologies of apartment information and to show how it can be used to help buyers find apartments of the interest. After designing architecture of a real estate knowledge information system, this system is applied to the Busan real estate market to estimate the solutions of retrieval through Multi-Attribute Decision Making(MADM). Based on the results of the analysis, we endowed the buyer and expert's selected factors with weights in the system. Evaluation results indicate that this new system is to raise not only the value satisfaction of user, but also make it possible to effectively search and analyze the real estate through entropy analysis of MADM. In this study, with the problem of "What is the desirable illustrations?", the problem points of the existing textbooks were analyzed, and the opinions of experts concerning desirable illustrations were examined through questionaire survey, and by developing 'Analysis Framework of Illustrations', and Korean-Japanese 'science' textbooks were analyzed and compared with. The conclusions for the direction of korean 'science' textbooks are summarized as follows : 1) The numbers of korean illustrations should be more about two than one of per one page of the existing textbooks. 2) The korean illustrations for the 6th grade should be more largely inserted. 3) The more econmic space utilizing measure should be groped for looking at from the such side. 4) Though the kinds of Korean illustrations are mostly composed of photographs, pictures, illustrations, cartoons, etc. should be positively utilized. and the shapes of photographs should be diversified by such as square, round shape,omissions of background and others. 5) The distribution of players by sex should be considered envenly for male and female from the ascendency of male (1.5: 1). 6) It was found that it is desirable for the formation of role of illustrations of 20% for motive inducement, 45% for guidance for experimentation, 30% for presentation of data, and 5% for presentation of the results of experimentation. 7) The illustrations for guidance for experimentation should present important stages of experimentation process regardless the number of illustration. 8) It would be advantageous for motive induction to find the subject matters as possible as from the children's close actual life. 9) It is necessary to induce more freely method in utilizing Printing plate for inserting illustrations. 10) It is the result of research that the existing Korean textbooks are not suitable in inducing interest, and the positive strategy to induce interest is demanded. 11) It is required to select their location freely in accordance with the content regardless the. 12) In order to develop such illustrations, it is required to cultivate expert illustrators, and more economic investment is required for development of illustrations. The emphasis matters of revision of the 6th educational process of 'Inducement of study motive and emphasis on interest' is the change of presenting form and method of illustrations, which is expected to be rewarded with much good fruits.
The purpose of this study is to present improvement measures for youth activity policies that can change the youth activity programs, equipment and facility operation and leaders in order to cultivate youth capacities suitable for the intelligent information society. For this purpose, we conducted a literature study on the direction of youth activity policy changes with the forecasted social changes in the intelligence information society and an online survey and expert opinion surveys to identify how youth activity facilities are currently coping with the changes and to explore measures to improve youth activity policies. The research identified 17 policy tasks - 9 tasks for the program area, including 1) increase of intelligent information technology related programs, 2) increase of contents related to career resilience in career experience and training programs, and 3) systematic introduction and diffusion of STEAM and Maker education programs; 5 tasks for the equipment and facility operation area, including 1) strengthening cooperation network with external organizations related to the intelligent information technologies, 2) expansion of AR and VR technology application in activity program development, improvement and operation, and 3) big data building in the field of youth activities; and 3 tasks for the leaders area, including 1) extension of information provision on the intelligent information society to the leaders of the activity facilities, and 2) development of job models related to the intelligent information society and job training.
The author of this study conducted a survey with the expert groups who are currently handling hands-on works in convergence cities, ordering organizations, construction management companies, contractors, schools and research institutes, etc. The results of empirical analysis can be summarized as follows: First, there is no difference in distribution among the problems with position and the bidding system of private contracts. Second, there is relevance between position and the adequacy of current design VE ordering system, indicating different recognition. Third, there is no difference in distribution between organizations and the adequacy of current design VE ordering system. Fourth, there is difference in distribution between organizations and service price adequacy and there is difference in recognition by organization when organizations mutually recognize the service price adequacy. Fifth, there is difference in distribution between career and the necessity of the participating companies' qualification. Sixth, there is difference in distribution for the adequacy of career and the adequacy of participating companies' requirements. No problems have been found with the adequate service period according to private contract bidding system, but the necessity of participating companies' qualification and participating companies' requirements.
The purpose of this study was to confirm the extent of the reduction in the total cost of ownership of the open source software in comparison to the commercial software installed for information system, PC and cloud computing. Accordingly, the actual reduction rates in the total cost of ownership, when open source software is installed in the information system, PC and cloud computing, were computed and analyzed for 51 companies in the area of information system, 18 companies in the area of PC and 6 companies in the area of cloud computing, which included government institution, educational institution and private enterprises. The results of expert survey illustrated that the reduction rates are (1)63.3% on the average for the 4areas of information system, namely, DBMS, WAS, Web and OS, (2) 59.4% on the average for the 6 areas of PC, namely, OS, Documentation Program, Back-up and Restoration, Screen Capture, Vaccine and Others and (3) 61.2% on the average for the 6 areas of cloud computing, namely, Virtualization, OS, WEM/WAS, DBMS, DFS and Cloud Management.
Nowadays, within the paradigm shift of e-learning, MOOCs service has been expanded among a number of global leading universities and this has affected our domestic universities' e-learning to look for different possibilities and new challenges. In consideration of our domestic educational condition, it is required to contemplate how university e-learning can be changed and developed with focus on MOOCs from the perspective of convergence development. This study suggests plans for convergence development in university e-learning based on MOOCs with conceptual model. We conducted the studies on relevant literature of university e-learning and MOOCs, expert consultation, SWOT analysis, survey for those involved of e-learning centers, etc. Through this process, we developed a final plan which integrates 'open advanced education course service', 'teaching and learning curation service', 'teaching and learning practice service', 'creative teaching and instruction method development and sharing service', and 'cloud based educational platform support service', etc with the perspective of convergence development. Also we designed convergence development plan based on MOOCs. It is assumed that the result of this research provides advanced plans for development of university e-learning and the base for further discussion of introduction and application of MOOCs service in domestic university.
Groundwater management vulnerability was assessed using TOPSIS (Techniques for Order Performance by Similarity to Ideal Solution) for 21 administrative districts in Nakdong river basin. Ten indicators were selected for 21 administrative districts in the Nakdong river basin by collecting natural, human, and social data sets. The selected indicators were standardized using rescale method, and each indicator was weighted by considering the questionnaire of expert group. The results of the weights determination survey showed that the annual average groundwater level index was 0.157 and this is the highest value. The annual average precipitation index was 0.154 and the annual groundwater recharge index was 0.152. The lowest weighted index was 0.043 for population density. Finally, the result of assessment of groundwater management vulnerability showed that Sangju-si was the most vulnerable to groundwater management among 21 administrative districts in Nakdong river basin because the annual average precipitation, annual average groundwater recharge, and annual average groundwater use indicators were highly vulnerable. The second and the third vulnerable regions were Yecheon-gun and Haman-gun respectively. The assessment of groundwater management vulnerability for the five major river basins in Korea can be a essential basis for the establishment of groundwater management policy.

The number of construction management firms has been increased as construction management delivery system has been active in Korean construction market. the capability of leading construction management professional, who is responsible for managing project administration, is important for commissioning construction management contracts. The quality of project proposal and the capability of leading construction management professional, which are assessed by the board of contract awarding committee, are the major contributors for commissioning the public construction management projects administered by the Korean public procurement service for contracting. Therefore, employing a very competent leading construction management professional is the critical strategy for awarding contract to the construction management firms' part. That is why the firms should secure a fixed number of leading construction management professional in a waiting list to proceed the contract commissioning process for expectant candidate projects, even if there is no project assignable to the leading construction management professionals. However, a measure that makes effectively use of the leading construction management professional in a waiting list has not been systematically implemented in the firms. In turn, the firm suffers considerable loss in a project personnel supply and demand plan. Expert opinions were obtained by the survey questionaries administered to top management of the construction management firms which are engaged in the construction management contracts for commissioning the public construction management projects administered by the Korean public procurement service either as principal or co-principal deliverer. This paper presents the findings obtained by investigating the actual employment state of the leading construction management professional in the waiting list and by analyzing the issues involved in mobilizing and demobilizing them. It contributes to implement a practical guide for searching effective solutions to the issues.

Construction management performs a variety of tasks, and the buildup of the WBS and OBS is one of the core tasks. However, the practical utilization of WBS and OBS is low in the current construction management work. In this study, we conducted a survey of related experts to analyze the understanding, utilization level, application effect, and connectivity of WBS and OBS. As a result, it was identify that the standardization and linkage of WBS and OBS should be secured so that the construction manager (CMr) could apply it. Therefore, we extracted management control factors through expert in-depth interviews and workshops and conducted AHP importance analysis. Analysis results of importance shows that there is a high importance of strengthening the link between WBS and OBS and updating OBS due to changes in WBS. The results presented are not direct solutions, but are expected to provide a standard for construction managers to consider.
