The quality of building space program is a key to measure how the building performance satisfies its owner and users. However assuring its efficiency requires reliable criteria that reflect high level experience knowledge in the field. This study suggests a plan to gauge the level of building space performance using expert knowledge, which has not been utilized well enough but should play a critical role. In order to setup an expert system measuring level of the space program, we firstly optimized the space areas to the best case in a knowledgebase and use them as criteria to judge the quality of the spaces extracted from BIM model. We found the experimental results show us a promising way of measuring a relative quality of the space programs.

In order to improve water quality in drinking water sources, Ministry of Environment (MOE) was implemented total water pollution load management (TWPLM) in all the major river basins. From the experience of the application of TWPLM, we could find some problems relating the target watershed, standard operating procedure (SOP) of establishment and implementation plan, water quality and flow rate, design flow, water quality model, margin of safety (MOS), and estimation of wasteload were found. The authors were reviewed ongoing TWPLM and presented the improvement schemes for a successful TWPLM. For the application of these suggestions, further detailed studies should be done to implement TWPLM in the future.

Our platform introduced in this paper is based on DAVIC specifications which define high quality multimedia services with some extensions to provide user friendly and uniform interface to its users. We designed and implemented an integrated service platform for high quality interactive multimedia services, swithed digital broadcasting, and Internet services. The integration in terms of a service provider system, a delivery system, and a service user system is taken into account. Our research results in the development of integrated high quality interactive and digital broadcasting multimedia services with web-based common user interface and its experience will be feedback to the field trial service which will be launched from next year.

Usability assessment has been installed into a wide range of software that focuses on assessing product usage from the user's perspective. Usability assessment of the quality of life technology for individuals with disability is being discussed and tentatively designed which is also expanded to the products for non-disabled people with minor adjustment of the usability assessment protocol. Designing an appropriate usability assessment protocol by referencing the currently available international standards on software usability tests with number of modifications to produce valuable feedbacks is under evaluation process regarding product usability enhancement. The feasibility study on usability assessment protocol into quality of life technologies is presented with discussions on further research.

The purpose of this study is looking for the support policies and factors to stimulate the quality innovation movement. Kano's model proposed a two-dimensional model on quality based on customer perception and experience. And Timko developed the customer satisfaction coefficient for overcome the weak points of Kano's model. In this paper, new approach framework is proposed by integrated Kano's model and Timko's customer satisfaction coefficient. And it applied to confirm the various factors which was offered by government and major company's policies for small and medium enterprises.

The purpose of the current study was to determine whether preschoolers' attachment relationships with their parents and socioemotional behaviors are related to their day care experiences in infancy and at the present time. The participants consisted of 59 preschoolers and their mothers from 2-parent, white, middle-class dual earner families in Madison, Wisconsin. Preschoolers' attachment quality was measured by two representational instruments: the Separation Anxiety Test and "My Family and Friends". Mothers completed questionnaires about their family background and their children's day care history. The quality of current day care was obtained from directors' reports about regulatable features of the day care centers. Teachers completed the Preschool Behavior Questionnaire. Data was analyzed by hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of preschoolers' attachment relationships with parents were significantly related to the amount of day care during infancy, the quality of current care, and children's gender. In addition, the amount of infant day care appeared to have negative relations with children's socioemotional behavior problems as evaluated by teachers.

Since the most part of maintenance work for EMU depends on the worker's know-how, the quality of maintenance is different according to the worker's skill and experience. Especially EMU is composed of the various parts such as electrics, electronics, communication, signal, and machinery, etc., and performs its function by their organic work. Therefore it is very difficult to improve the quality of maintenance for EMU. In this paper we purpose how to change the know-how-based maintenance method to knowledge-based maintenance method. Consequently we can ensure the quality of maintenance for EMU, and improve the quality by continuous maintaining the knowledge.

본 논문은 A대학의 게임관련학과 게임품질관리 수업을 이론수업에서 실습수업으로 변경하기 위한 교수법을 개선하고자 한다. 이를 위해 게임 플레이 분석 시스템을 설계하고 이를 학생들이 개발하는 것이 주요 목표이다. 게임 플레이 분석 시스템 설계를 수립하고 개발함으로서 산업체의 요구사항에 맞는 게임개발의 전반적인 프로세스를 경험할 수 있도록 한다. 이와 함께 학생들이 디버깅부터 테스팅까지 경험함으로서 게임 콘텐츠에 대한 이해를 향상시킬 수 있는 시스템에 대한 설계이다.

This study aims to examine the structural relationships among leisure activity, psychological capital, and quality of life in rural healing tourists. Data were collected from 407 workers who had experience in rural healing tourism through an online survey. SPSS 28.0 and AMOS 28.0 were used for frequency, confirmatory factor, and structural equation modelling analysis. The results of structural equation modelling indicate participation in leisure activities had a positive effect on psychological capital. Psychological capital had a positive effect on quality of life. The results of this study suggest that leisure activities play an important role in improving workers' psychological capital. Through rural healing tourism, various outdoor activities, cultural activities, and social interaction with people using rural resources can help improve the psychological capital of workers.

Purpose: The primary purpose of this study is to integrate text mining and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) to automatically extract valuable information from customer reviews, thereby establishing a QFD frame- work to confirm genuine customer needs for New Product Development (NPD). Methods: Our approach combines text mining and QFD through topic modeling and sentiment analysis on a large data set of 56,873 customer reviews from Zappos.com, spanning five running shoe brands. This process objectively identifies customer requirements, establishes priorities, and assesses competitive strengths. Results: Through the analysis of customer reviews, the study successfully extracts customer requirements and translates customer experience insights and emotions into quantifiable indicators of competitiveness. Conclusion: The findings obtained from this research offer essential design guidance for new product develop- ment endeavors. Importantly, the significance of these results extends beyond the running shoe industry, presenting broad and promising applications across diverse sectors.
