의복구매 의사결정과정의 가격관련반응에 따른 단계적 구분과 특성에 관한 질적 연구 (The Qualitative Study on Consumers' Price Related Response in Clothing Purchase Decision-Making Process)

  • Consumers' price related response in the clothing purchase decision-making process includes their expectation of price, price perception, attitude toward price and consequent behaviors. The purposes of this research are to systematically organize consumers' price related responses in the clothing purchase decision-making process, and to explain the effect of price on their purchasing. The qualitative research including shopping observation and in-depth interview was conducted. The result identified stages that showed different price related responses in clothing purchase decision-making process, and clarified each stage's characteristics. In the internal search stage, consumers recalled price information from memory and had a specific expectation about the price. This set a direction for the external search. In the external search stage, consumers selected brands or stores by a non-compensatory evaluating with an expectation of the price, and narrowed these down to several determinant alternatives by actively evaluating the products. In case a sufficient amount of price information was not recalled, the consumer established reference price through the external search. Finally, in the purchasing stage, consumers evaluated the determinant alternatives based on their compensatory evaluation. When perception of price was negative, consumers evaluate price combined with the higher criteria of clothing benefits, such as symbolic value and usability. The research is expected to contribute to predicting consumers' responses to price, and to establishing an effective pricing strategy.

EM 알고리즘 및 메타휴리스틱을 통한 다이나믹 환경에서의 베이지안 네트워크 학습 전파 프레임웍 (Learning and Propagation Framework of Bayesian Network using Meta-Heuristics and EM algorithm considering Dynamic Environments)

  • 기 구축되어있는 베이지안 네트워크에서 다이나믹한 환경 변화가 발생 할 때, 관련된 베이지안 네트워크의 파라미터는 새롭게 형성된 데이터의 패턴에 적응하여 새로운 파라미터로 변경되어야 한다. 이때, 새로운 파라미터는 베이지안 네트워크의 인과관계를 고려하여 변경되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 Expectation Maximization(EM)알고리즘과 Meta-Heuristics 기법 중 하나인 Harmony Search(HS)알고리즘을 이용한 다이나믹한 파라미터 업데이트 프레임웍을 제안한다. 일반적으로, EM 알고리즘은 숨겨진 파라미터를 추정하는데 유효한 알고리즘이지만 지역 최적값에 수렴한다는 단점을 가지고 있다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해서 본 논문은 Maximum Likelihood Estimator(MLE)의 파라미터가 글로벌 최적값을 지향하도록 하기위하여 메타휴리스틱 방법론의 하나인 HS를 적용한다. 제안된 방법은 EM 알고리즘의 단점을 보완하고 글로벌 최적값에 수렴하는 MLE의 파라미터를 추정하여 다이나믹하게 변화하는 환경에서도 사용 가능한 베이지안 네트워크의 학습 및 전파프레임웍을 제시한다.

가치사슬분석을 통한 지식정보보안산업의 애로사항 분석 (Value Chain Analysis on Business Difficulties of Information Security Industry)

  • The information security industry market is sluggish despite high expectation for its growth, and thus policies are required to define the causes and to address these issues. The policy formulation requires various historical market and human resource data for analyzing the industry, which cannot be guaranteed secured. This study executed face-to-face in-depth interviews with the frontline businesses in order to gather live opinions and to analyze industry's value chain, problems, and difficulties with a view to defining policy tasks for the development of the industry. The findings of the study revealed the current technical level of the information security industry, the frontline difficulty, and industrial ecosystem status. Based on these findings, the industry revitalization policy was devised and proposed. Objectives of the policy included the fostering of capacity to conceptualize, plan, and design industrial strategies based on the analysis of the industry's value chain and ecosystem, the expansion of the industry's value-added through the enhanced securing and management of the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and the nurturing of the security Human Resources (HR) in line with the industrial demand.

모바일 간편결제 서비스의 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 : 정보시스템 후기수용모델과 가치모델의 통합 (A Study on Factors Influencing the Continuous Use Intention of Mobile Easy Payment Service: Integration of information system Post Acceptance Model and value model)

  • Purpose As the mobile easy payment service grows fast, competition in the payment service market is getting stronger. On the other hand, there are few studies on the users' utilization results. Therefore, this study explains the continuous use intention of mobile easy payment Services based on PAM and value model. Design/methodology/approach This study proposed an extended model by integrating PAM, which is a representative model of continuous use intention in IS field, and value model of mobile field. Also this study empirically tested 298 users who have experience of mobile easy Payment service. The structural equation model was used to verify the research model and hypotheses. Findings According to the empirical analysis result, this study verifies that perceived usefulness and satisfaction were determinants of continuous use intention in mobile easy Payment services. Expectation confirmation has been proved to be a positive predictor of satisfaction and perceived usefulness. Also, among the value factors, perceived ease was not a valid predictor of satisfaction, and the remaining factors were positive predictors of satisfaction.

스마트 가전 사용자는 스마트 세탁기에 무엇을 기대하는가? -스마트 세탁기에 대한 예측적 기대 탐색을 위한 질적 연구- (What do Smart Home Appliance Users Expect from Smart Washing Machines? -A Qualitative Exploration of Predictive Expectations for Smart Washing Machines-)

  • Laundry has traditionally been regarded as one of the most demanding household chores, but the introduction of smart washing machines is changing this perception. Although smart washing machines have been on the market for several years and consumers' perceptions of washing machines have changed, little is known about consumers' perceptions of smart washing machines. The purpose of this study is to determine what users expect from smart washing machines. We conducted two focus group interviews with sixteen participants who had used smart home appliances to acquire qualitative data. Stimuli created by the interviewees were applied in the focus group interviews to collect more insightful data. We analyzed the data using the three-step method and QSR NVivo. Analysis revealed ten categories of predictive expectations, including seven utilitarian attributes (i.e., smart functionality, smart user interface, reliability, controllability, interactivity, functional value, and economic value) and three hedonic attributes (i.e., fashionable value, psychological value, and social value). The results of this study have implications for the development of smart washing machines that would satisfy consumers by taking user expectations into account.

반부패경영시스템 인증(ISO 37001)에 대한 국내 기업의 기대 및 인지도 연구 (A Study on the Expectation and Awareness of Anti-Bribety Management Systyem Certification in Korea)

  • Bribery is one of the world's most destructive and challenging issues. Yet despite efforts on national and international levels to tackle bribery, it remains a significant issue. Recognizing this, ISO has developed a new standard to help organizations fight bribery and promote an ethical business culture, which is "ISO 37001 - Anti-bribery Management Systems" in 2016. ISO 37001 can provide the tools and systems to greatly reduce the risk and help organizations deal with it effectively if it does arise. It is a flexible tool, which can be adapted according to the size and nature of the organization and the bribery risk it faces. After enforcing the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act, Korean government standardized ISO 37001, one of the Business Ethics of Global Standard, harmonizing International Standards into Korean Industrial Standards (KS) in 2017. It is meaningful in that Korean companies have localized regulation which applies to global standard anti-bribery management systems. Only about 100 organizations, however, have adopted ISO 37001 so far. The primary purpose of this paper is to examine the expectation and awareness of ISO 37001. Results show that still many organizations lack of awareness of ISO 37001 and it is implicated that much promotion and education will be necessary. This study has originality and value in that it can provide the guidelines for activation of ISO 37001.

푸드 코디네이터 역할에 대한 여성 고객들의 기대 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Expectation Factor of Female Customers about the Role of a Food Coordinator)

  • This study is intended to be used as basic data to understand the role of a food coordinator who creates an environment for eating and to develop menus by studying the expectations of female customers about the food coordinator's role. The reported concepts of the role of a food coordinator were divided into six factors-food(Eigen value 3,181), seat, cutlery, atmosphere, convenience, and sanitation. According to an analysis of the expected factors concerning the role of a food coordinator in terms of the amount paid, when women visited any restaurant once, the factors of "food" and "atmosphere" showed a significant difference(p<0.05) while the other factors did not. According to an analysis of the recognition of a food coordinator in terms of the number of visits, the questions concerning recognition of the job of "food coordination," the necessity of the role and the expectations of the role showed a significant difference (p<0.05). The question on willingness to pay, in relation to the role of a food coordinator, showed a negative response about the direct payment of guests regardless of the number of restaurant visits.

언택트 쇼핑의 고객경험이 기대일치 모델을 통해 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Untact Shopping Customer Experience on Continuous Use Intention through Expectation-Confirmation Model)

  • 기존 유통기업과 플랫폼을 중심으로 한 신생기업들이 언택트 쇼핑에서 만나면서, 언택트 쇼핑 안에서 기업들의 경쟁이 더욱 치열해지고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 기업들은 자사만의 확실한 전략이 필요하다. 언택트 쇼핑에서 전략을 수립하기 위해서는 '고객경험'을 살펴보는 것이 매우 중요하다. 고객경험은 소비자가 기업이나 브랜드 등을 서비스 접점에서 만나 경험하는 모든 과정을 의미한다. 이 과정에서 소비자는 해당 기업과 브랜드를 지속이용 할 것인지를 판단한다. 본 연구는 언택트 쇼핑의 고객경험을 경험 품질을 통해 살펴보고, 기대일치 모델에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 중요한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 상호작용품질, 정보품질, 결과품질이 기대일치에 영향을 미치는지 살펴본 결과 상호작용품질을 제외한 모든 품질이 기대일치에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째 상호작용품질, 정보품질, 결과품질이 지각된 유용성에 영향을 미치는지 살펴본 결과 역시, 상호작용 품질을 제외한 모든 품질이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과를 살펴보면 정보품질이 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 언택트 쇼핑을 이용하는 소비자의 기대일치, 지각된 유용성 등을 충족하기 위해서는 정확하고 적합한 정보를 제공하는 것이 가장 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있다. 다음으로 기대일치 모델 내에서 기대일치가 지각된 유용성에 영향을 미치는지 살펴본 결과, 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있다. 또한 기대일치가 이용만족에도 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있으며, 지각된 유용성이 이용만족에도 지지 되는 것을 확인 할 수 있다. 따라서 언택트 쇼핑에 관련된 고객경험 전략을 수립할 때 정보품질, 기대일치, 지각된 유용성이 가장 중요한 요인이기 때문에 이를 중심으로 관련된 전략을 수립하는 것이 필요하겠다.

소비가치 이론에 의한 병원선택 요인 연구 (A Study of Hospital Choice on the Basis of Consumption Values Theory)

  • This research is based on the Consumption Values Theory proposed by Sheth(1991). The purpose of this research is finding the factors related to the process of hospital choice. The expectation of six hospital outpatients 600 was analyzed by six consumption values categories: functional value, social value, emotional value, rarity value, condition value, health related values. The main results of this research is as following; 1. In the result of factor analysis 22 consumption value factors which affect the hospital preference were extracted; kindness/clearness, service speed, comfort of space, technical competence in functional values, high income/active social life, low income/blue collar unmarried/man, middle aged/big family, woman/married, introvert in social values, high-class, comfort, reliability in emotional value, newness, classiness in rarity value, social relationship, close to residence, social reputation in conditional values, priority on health, health behavior, active sense of value on health in health related values. 2. The difference of consumption values among hospital types were analyzed. The critical factors in reference for corporate hospitals newly established were kindness/clearness, service speed, convenience, classiness, comfort, and newness. University hospitals were preferred by the factors of reliability, and social reputation. In general hospital, convenience and close to residence were critical factor. 3. In logistic regression, age, marital status, education level and income as socio-demographic variables were significantly related to general hospital choice. Also service speed and close to residence were positively and high income/active social life and high class value were negatively related to general hospital choice. On university hospital choice, age and marital status, education show posive relationship whereas income showing negative relationship. Kindness/clearness, service speed, comfort of space, unmarried/man, comfortable feeling, newness and close to residence showed negative relationship with university hospital selection whereas technical competence, reliability in emotional value, classiness in rarity value, social relationship in functional values showed positive relationship. Lastly kindness/clearness, comfort of space, high income/active social life, unmarried/man, high-class, comfort and newness were positively related to corporate hospitals newly established choice in contrast to negative relationship in reliability in emotional value and classiness. In summary, we found that hospital user also choose to hospital in base of various consumption value. Further studies to investigate the hospital consumer behavior will be needed.

문화예술교육 공감기대가치와 사회적 성향이 통제된 기제 해소에 미치는 영향 (The Effect that Empathic Value Expectation of Culture & Art Education and Social Intention have on Eliminating Controlled Mechanism)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 문화예술교육에 대한 공감기대가치와 사회적 성향이 학습자의 통제된 기제 해소에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 살펴보는데 있다. 4050세대 대상의 정량적 조사가 실시되었다. 연구 결과, 목표지향 공감기대가치-개인주의, 관계지향 공감기대가치-집단주의 간의 상관관계가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 아울러, 목표지향 공감기대가치는 자아효능감 현실화에, 즐거움 공감기대가치는 유보된 욕망 재점화에, 관계지향 공감기대가치는 탈고립 실제화에, 개인주의는 자아효능감 현실화에, 집단주의는 탈고립 실제화에 상대적으로 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 문화예술교육 공감기대가치와 학습자의 사회적 성향, 그리고 학습자의 심리적 기제에 대한 학제적 융합적 이해의 필요성을 환기시키고, 나아가 이에 기반 한 프로그램 개발, 사회적 요구에 대처한 질적 양적 적합성 확보, 호혜성을 고려한 운영, 평가, 관리 등과 연계된 후속 연구와 실무적 적용이 지속적으로 필요함을 제시하고 있다.
