The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of 2015 revised mathematics curriculum. This study focused on issues raised from the implementation. The teaching-learning methods for enhancing mathematical competencies, the amount and difficulty of mathematics in the 1st and 2nd grade, the level of vocabulary and sentence for students in the textbooks, and the support for successful implementation of the curriculum were collected and analyzed through questionnaires and interviews. As a result of the research, most of the teachers tried to improve the teaching and learning method considering mathematical competencies, but had difficulty in connecting contents and competencies. They also recognized that the amount and difficulty in the 1st and 2nd grade math, and the level of vocabulary and sentences presented in math textbooks were generally appropriate. However, they pointed out that the textbooks were over-emphasized in various ways out of basic calculation methods, and that the long sentences, which are not easy to read and understand by students who are not familiar with reading Korean, are included in the . They recognised that there is a large difference in level of reading Korean and understanding math among students. So we suggest that more active support is needed for the students who are learning slowly and the students who are having difficulty in reading Korean.

The ultimate goal of health promotion programs is to improve the quality of life through promoting community health. Since the performance of health promotion programs are greatly affected by the quality of the planning and implementation process of the programs, the proper quality assessment of the program process is very important. According to existing literature, the tool for assessing the quality of the process and implementation as well as the outcome. However, no assessment tool for the quality of the process of health promotion programs has been developed in Korea. The purpose of the study is to develop a quality assessment tool for the process of health promotion programs being conducted at public health centers in Korea. The quality assessment tool developed in the study consists of the following four domains： strategic planning (14 items), program management (11 items), monitoring and evaluation (13 items), and resources and information (15 items). The strategic planning deals with the function of the planning staff and committees, community data analysis, the feasibility of the program, and the approach methods for attaining the goal of the program. The program management includes items on the qualification and power of the program staff. Monitoring and evaluation deals with the planning and education for monitoring, reporting and communication among program units, and feedback after monitoring. Finally, the resource and information covers the planning and activities for obtaining resources and information, community networking, beneficiaries' response, and consulting activity of the staff.

Though the 'Program Educational Objectives' is the first and important criterion in ABEEK's engineering education accreditation, exact meaning and implementation methods have not been understood well. It was often confused with 'Program Outcomes' and its implementation and evaluation methods do not reflected well on the concepts of "outcomes based and demand driven education". A new implementation model for 'Program Educational Objectives' has been developed using step by step application. The model explains the meaning of every step (phase), and key constituents in each phase. The specialization and CQI of the program could be satisfied by applying the model properly.

In order to improve business competency by the IS(Information Systems), every enterprise needs to evaluate the current level of IS performance and their utilization. The evaluation that measures the performance of enterprise information systems and diagnoses their effectiveness of business goals and efficiency of resources should represent the useful informations based on sustainable goal-oriented viewpoints to managers. This work develops an integrated evaluation system for continuous maturity of information systems performance, enabling enterprises to achieve their goals of information systems and related business strategies. The integrated evaluation system has been applied to performance measurement of information systems with a huge set of real data from domestic industries for three years, and proven reliable and practical.

The subjective-type evaluation can estimate the high-recognition ability, but has the problem of the objectivity and reliability of the evaluation, and the difficulty of Korean language processing. To solve the problem, this paper designs and implements a subjective-type evaluation system using syntactic and case-role information. This system can reduce the time and endeavor for evaluation and provide the objectivity of the evaluation. The system results the 75% success rate to the instructor evaluation and gets the better precision and recall than the word extraction evaluation system. We expect that this system will become a basis of the research on the subjective-type evaluation.

This study focuses on the design of a GPT-based system for relatively rapid technology credit assessment of SMEs. This system addresses the limitations of traditional time-consuming evaluation methods and proposes a GPT-based model to comprehensively evaluate the technological capabilities of SMEs. This model fine-tunes the GPT model to perform fast technical credit assessment on SME-specific text data. Also, It presents a system that automates technical credit evaluation of SMEs using GPT and LLM-based chatbot technology. This system relatively shortens the time required for technology credit evaluation of small and medium-sized enterprises compared to existing methods. This model quickly assesses the reliability of the technology in terms of usability of the base model.

This paper presents an efficient implementation of the 2.4 kbps EHSX(Enhanced Harmonic Stochastic Excitation) speech coder on a TMS320C6701$^{TM}$ floating-point digital signal processor. The EHSX speech codec is based on a harmonic and CELP(Code Excited Linear Prediction) modeling of the excitation signal respectively according to the frame characteristic such as a voiced speech and an unvoiced speech. In this paper, we represent the optimization methods to reduce the complexity for real-time implementation. The complexity in the filtering of a CELP algorithm that is the main part for the EHSX algorithm complexity can be reduced by converting program using floating-point variable to program using fixed-point variable. We also present the efficient optimization methods including the code allocation considering a DSP architecture and the low complexity algorithm of harmonic/pitch search in encoder part. Finally, we obtained the subjective quality of MOS 3.28 from speech quality test using the PESQ(perceptual evaluation of speech quality), ITU-T Recommendation P.862 and could get a goal of realtime operation of the EHSX codec.c.

Purpose: This study aims to make suggestions for the implementation of the job-based dental technician practical exam. Methods: The duties of dental technicians and the recent trends in the dental technician field were defined and identified, respectively, to achieve the purpose of the current study. The practical test system of domestic and foreign national tests was comparatively analyzed to seek improvements. Additionally, the direction of the practical test to be taken in the future was investigated through a public hearing of domestic experts. Results: As a result of this study, the job site of dental technicians was recently found to be undergoing many changes, and it can be observed that related laws and the work site have already changed. Comparison of overseas test systems showed that Korea was limited to a rather small evaluation range; in general, the scope of the evaluation of the practical tests in foreign countries was widely conducted. In the results of the public hearing, opinions exist that the evaluation range of the practical test was expanded and that new subjects were needed, but the opinion on the existence of practical difficulties was mainly mentioned. Conclusion: The evaluation range of the current practical examination subjects should be expanded and the evaluation of digital dental engineering subjects should be added to proceed with the job-based practical examination. However, it seems that efforts should be made gradually through various efforts in the future due to practical difficulties.

This study looked into the procedures of and the status on the implementation of the new 7th national curriculum at the secondary school level. It examined the processes taken by the local boards of education in due course of facilitating the schools with the new curriculum implementation. More specifically the study examined, 1) the degree to which the particular innovation(i.e., student-centered, flexible and autonomous school-based curriculum, etc.) is being implemented as planned; and 2) how it is being implemented. It conducted a situation-oriented analysis in cooperation with three local boards of education. Classroom observations, teacher interviews, questionnaires for teachers and supervisors were utilized and the three major criteria of interpreting the result were the three core concepts of the 7th national curriculum, that is, the degree of '(1)reorganization, (2)student-centeredness and (3)diversification/ specialization' of the curriculum. Detailed documentation on the processes of the local bureaus of education and on the classroom practices are made in order to provide schools and policy makers with relevant and practical suggestions for further improvement of curriculum implementation. Ultimately, The greater the awareness of the intention of the new curriculum on the part of both the staff at the local school boards and teachers, the greater the degree of implementation. And the higher the quality of planning to meet problems, the greater the degree of implementation. Continuous efforts are needed to involve teachers in the process of curriculum implementation. The greater the active support of the teachers, the greater the degree of implementation.

Appropriate performance evaluation is a key successful factor for continuous improvement and systematic management support in the implementation of quality management. This research deals with the development of a computer support system for performance evaluation of quality management and its application to a real world problem. It, first, investigates existing performance evaluation methods and classifies them into three styles. A number of key factors for designing computer support systems are then elicited by analyzing the characteristics of the existing methods in terms of the requirements needed for a successful evaluation tool. The computer support system is designed by incorporating the key factors in the system design process and it is implemented as a network version. Finally, a case study is performed in order to verify the proposed support system. The pros and cons of the system are also discussed.
