This paper presents a new trust evaluation scheme in an ad hoc network. To overcome the limited information about unfamiliar nodes and to reduce the required memory space, we propose a cluster-based trust evaluation scheme, in which neighboring nodes form a cluster and select one node as a cluster head. The head issues a trust value certificate that can be referred to by its non-neighbor nodes. In this way, an evaluation of an unfamiliar node's trust can be done very efficiently and precisely. In this paper, we present a trust evaluation metric using this scheme and some operations for forming and managing a cluster. An analysis of the proposed scheme over some security problems is also presented.

온실가스 에너지 목표관리제 시행에 따라 대상기업 및 사업장에서는 온실가스 배출량 및 에너지 사용량 명세서, 목표관리 이행계획서 및 실적(온실가스 감축 잠재량 실적의 검증) 보고서 작성 등 당면과제가 놓여 있다. 따라서 관련 컨설팅 기업들이 대상기업의 감축목표를 달성하기 위하여 온실가스 감축시스템을 구축하고 실행하도록 유도하기 위한 방안의 하나로 우수기업 지정제와 같은 제도의 도입이 요청되고 있다. 본고에서는 온실가스 감축컨설팅 우수기업 지정에 관한 방안이 원활하게 시행되기 위한 제도화 방안으로 지정대상, 평가절차, 평가기준의 설정 및 평가기관의 평가위원회 구성 등 대안을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to develope energy eco-audit evaluation scheme for the sustainable energy management at schools in accordance with education for sustainable development. Energy eco-audit evaluation scheme was developed through critical review of preexisting evaluation methods, consensus searching for the process from field. The results of this study are as follows. The school energy eco-audit evaluation scheme has three criteria: data collection, energy program, and environmental review. First, criteria of data collection includes general affairs, school building construction, and energy use. Second, criteria of energy program stresses school administration system such as the democratic decision-making process and structures. Third, criteria of environmental review includes reporting process and preparing teaching/learning materials for sustainable energy management. In conclusion, school energy eco-audit evaluation scheme could find a new way to achieve extended effect for sustainable energy management in school. It also could continue to seek opportunities to raise their awareness of energy issue and environment. School committee and whole school are involved to continue to implement present action plan and prepare updated plan in order to reduce environmental impact in school. By doing so, it would be possible to play important role in both school administration and education for sustainable development.

지난 문민정부이후 지리정보시스템은 새로운 사회간접자본으로 인식될 뿐만 아니라 국가경쟁력을 제고하고 행정의 생산성을 제고하는 수단으로 인식되었으며, 국가GIS정책의 규모와 범위가 확장됨에 따라 이에 대한 평가는 중요한 과정으로 부각되기 시작하였다. 그러나 「국가지리정보체계구축및활용등에관한법률」 에 규정된 평가체계를 국가지리정보체계추진위원회에서 적용하고 있으나 국가GIS사업에 대한 종합적인 조정 및 평가를 하기에는 부족함이 없지 않다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구의 목적은 현재 국가71S평가제도를 비판적으로 검토하고 이를 토대로 평가체계의 개발방향을 모색하는데 있다

This paper describes a measurement & verification scheme for the high efferent lighting program in Demand Side Management (DSM), which was Introduced in the beginning of the 1980's in Korea With the dramatic changes in the circumstance of power industry in Korea. It is required the reviewing for the existing process of DSM programs and the development of the new process methods/standards on the evaluation of DSM programs. To design an accurate evaluation scheme for the high efficient lighting program. In this paper, we develop an evaluation prototype for the high efficient lighting program using measurements and stipulated factors. The proposed scheme is tested by practical measurements and modified stipulated factors Results from the case studios show the proposed scheme could provide the practical performance evaluation results with promising accuracy.

본 연구는 기업의 보상체계와 업무평가 투명성이 생산성에 미치는 효과를 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 호봉제와 같이 임금테이블에 기반을 둔 보상체계는 인센티브에 기반을 둔 보상체계보다 생산성이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대체로 인센티브와 생산성 간에는 양(+)의 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 인사고과를 개별적으로 공개하는 집단에서는 역U자와 같은 비선형의 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인센티브에 기반을 둔 보상체계라 하여도 평가시스템이 투명하지 않다면 인센티브가 생산성에 아무런 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 종합적으로 볼 때 본 연구의 결과들은 적절한 인센티브와 업무평가 투명성이 뒷받침될 때 기업의 생산성이 향상될 수 있음을 시사한다.

In this work, we propose a concurrency control scheme in object-oriented database (OODB). Since an OODB provides complex modeling power than the conventional relational databases, a concurrency control technique in OODB is also rather complicated and has influence on the overall performance. Thus, it is very important to develop a concurrency control technique with less overhead. The proposed scheme deals with class hierarchy that is a key concept in OODBs. The proposed scheme is developed on implicit locking scheme. Also, the proposed scheme is designed using data access frequency in order to reduce locking overhead than implicit locking. It means that, if access frequency information is not available, the proposed scheme works just like the existing implicit locking, In our work, the correctness of the proposed scheme is proved. The performance is analyzed depending on access types. Also, it is proved that our scheme performs works much better than the implicit locking does.

AR/VR 헤드셋의 대중화로 인하여 AR/VR 콘텐츠 산업이 많은 관심을 받고 있으나, 콘텐츠의 사용성을 저해하는 불편함이 산업의 성장에 나쁜 영향을 주고 있다. 본 연구는 이를 개선하기 위하여 AR/VR 콘텐츠의 사용성 평가를 위한 체계를 설계하고 해당 체계를 구동하기 위한 프로토타입 시스템의 구축을 시도하였다. 제안된 평가체계는 AR/VR 콘텐츠의 사용성에 연관된 다양한 항목을 개별적으로 평가한 후, 이를 종합하여 통합 사용성을 평가하는 체계이다. 이를 위하여 사용성에 관련된 항목을 안전성과 편의성 및 세부 항목에 맞추어 분류하고, 각 항목을 평가하기 위한 기준과 각 항목 및 요소의 중요도를 도출하는 방법, 그리고 이를 통합하여 최종 사용성을 평가하는 프로세스를 제안하였으며, 체계적 평가 수행을 위한 프로토타입 시스템을 구축하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 AR/VR 콘텐츠의 사용성 검증 기능 외에도 콘텐츠 제작 지침으로 작동하여 산업의 진흥에 크게 이바지할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

CAS란 정당한 사용자만이 방송 콘텐츠에 접근할 수 있도록 하는 하드웨어 기반 시스템이다. CAS의 경우에는, 방송사업자 교체 시 셋탑 박스를 교체해야 한다는 점, 스마트카드에 의한 빈번한 오작동과 같은 문제점이 있었다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 2009년에 XCAS가 개발되었다. 그러나 XCAS에 대한 평가체계는 현재까지 정해진 것이 없다. 기존의 평가체계는 XCAS에 그대로 적용하기에는 평가기준, 비용과 효율성 등이 떨어진다. 따라서 XCAS의 안전성 및 적합성을 검증 평가하는 체계가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 기존에 존재하는 평가체계를 분석하고, XCAS에 적합한 평가체계를 제안한다. 제안하는 평가체계는 평가목적 및 대상, 평가주체, 평가절차, 평가제출물, 평가비용으로 구성되어 있다.
