본 연구는 고속도로 휴게시설 이용자측면에서 평가할 수 있는 서비스 평가모형을 개발하여 고속도로 노선별 휴게소를 평가하고 향후 모니터링 시 활용하고자 하였다. 평가지표 개발방향은 휴게소 이용자들의 필요성, 시대여건 반영, 종합 평가지표 구축, 관련연구 검토와 같이 크게 4가지 관점으로 정립한 후 기존문헌 검토 및 전문가 심층면접 토론(FGI)을 통해 1차 평가항목을 선정하고, 평가지표의 적합성 검증을 통해 최종평가지표를 도출하였다. 이용자 설문인 AHP분석을 통하여 도출된 평가항목 중요도 분석결과는 시설물 측면(0.31), 서비스 측면(0.29), 운영적 측면(0.21), 환경적 측면(0.19)순으로 가중치가 도출되었다. 본 연구결과에서도 알 수 있듯이 정량적, 정성적인 인자가 함께 고려되어 실질적인 고속도로 휴게소 평가가 가능하고, 휴게소별 맞춤형 휴게소 향상 방향 제시 및 향후 모니터링을 위한 기초연구가 될 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the work environment and job satisfaction of hospital workers and to assess their effects on quality of services under the national long-term care hospital evaluation (hereafter, national evaluation), which has implemented since 2008. Methods: A self-administered survey was conducted on 178 hospital workers' at 18 hospitals in Chungcheong province, Korea. Survey questionnaires include questions about respondent' awareness of the national evaluation and any change in work environment and job satisfaction under the national evaluation. We used a path analysis to assess the effects of work environment and job satisfaction on quality of services. Results: Results showed that the effects of the national evaluation on work environment and job satisfaction were positive, which, in turn, leads to better quality of services. Improvements in the work environment under the national evaluation have resulted in increased job satisfaction. High scores for job satisfaction showed a significant association with the quality of services provided in long-term care hospitals. In addition, the national evaluation itself had a positive effect on improving quality of services. Conclusions: In order to facilitate quality improvement activities under the national evaluation, it is suggested that workers be provided with education and training. Continuous efforts to improve work environment and to enhance job satisfaction would lead to provision of better quality of services in long-term care hospitals.

본 연구는 K-12의 구성원 및 관계자들에게 교수학습 자료를 제공하고 있는 시 도 교육청의 교수학습지원센터에 대한 웹 접근성 준수 실태 분석을 통해 웹 접근성 향상을 위한 방향을 제안하기 위한 목적이 있다. 목적 달성을 위해 9개의 교수학습지원센터를 대상으로 평가하였다. 평가는 전문가 2명에 의한 1차 전문가 수동평가와 18명의 사용자가 진행하였다. 사용자 평가는 청각장애인, 시각장애인, 뇌병변 장애인, 고령자, 다양한 브라우저 사용자, 다양한 운영체제 사용자 등으로 구성되었다. 분석 결과, 전문가와 사용자 평가에서 웹 접근성을 준수하고 있는 교수학습지원센터는 1곳도 없었다. 전문가 평가 결과, 웹 디자인 개선, HTML 소스 오류 수정, 장애인을 위한 대체 수단 제공 등에 대한 오류가 발견되었다. 본 연구는 개선한 웹 접근성 평가 방법을 통해 향후 국내 웹 접근성 평가 연구의 방향성에 대한 다양한 논의를 제공하였다는 점에 의의가 있다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to find a linkage between mobile bathing services and service learning, and a method to activate mobile bathing services. Method: As a descriptive research, it selected evaluation factors from the aspects of structure, process, and result and analyzed 25-month activities. The data analysis was done with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and contents analysis. Result: The mobile bathing services were performed for 67 days during the evaluation period and it was 88.2% of the number of expected activity days. The volunteers participated in the activities were 293 and they provided the service for 124 people. The expense per service provision was 97,771 won. Both recipients and volunteers were highly satisfied with this service. Also, the broadcasting on the activities and awards enhanced volunteers' pride. Conclusion: The mobile bathing services linked with the service program as a part of major course. In particular, the service strengthens problem-solving abilities of nursing students, so it is necessary to develop the mobile bathing services into the service program in pursuit of learning by action.

This study is designed to evaluation of the Community based Opthalmologic Health Services(CBOHS) for elderly carried out for last three years from 1994. The subjects were total 236 aged over 57 in Chuncheon city. Kangwon province. and the period of data collection was from Feb. 24th. 1996 to Feb. 27th. 1996. For evaluation of CBOHS. the questionnaire was consisted of participation rate. and perception about the service. the level of satisfaction and things to improve. Result were obtained as follows: 1. The number of participants was $95(40.3\%)$ among total subjects. The places provided services were the health service center of Seoul National University in Chuncheon city and community health center. The participants were known from announcements of community staff$(66.3\%)$. 2. Non participants were $59.7\%$ among total subjects. mam causes of missing wasn't known'. 3. The services that participants screening test$(41.2\%)$. provided provided operation$(45.5\%)$. 4. The question about things to improve were continuous follow up and more many glasses provision These fingings may indicate that the CBOHS need more announcement. continuous follow up and provide more many glasses. As proved the satisfaction of CBOHS for elderly. the next study can be performed about the relevant factor of the services.

This study aims to clarify differences among the responses of users depending on variations in audio-visual landscape elements used to create amenities in residential areas. For the purpose, a laboratory experiment was performed to evaluate the emotions of subjects. As a result of subjective evaluation, it was found that the emotions of subjects were more significantly promoted in providing both sounds and images at the same time, than in providing images alone. In addition, as a result of comparing the variables of relativistic energy alpha waves have by measuring their brain waves, it was seen that alpha waves increased when providing harmonious sound sources with images, except for specific sound sources. Thus, it is considered that provision of sound sources capable of promoting human emotions can contribute greatly to improving the value of space for the sake of comfortable housing environment.

This study intends to provide foundational data for enhancing the welfare of customers purchasing digital products through analyzing the notes from written on-line reviews. The data used for the analysis are 6,342 on-line reviews for cell phones and digital cameras released from November, 2007 until April, 2008, which was posted on Naver Knowledge Shopping from November, 2007 until June, 2008. Through the on-line reviews, this article analyzed the evaluations on the digital products' hardware, software, design, service, price, and other criteria and the customers' emotional experience in the process of purchase, use, and possession. According to the results of the analysis, negative evaluation and emotional experience were originated from the company's information provision methods and purchase process. In addition, insufficient information searches in the process of online purchases, consumers' low right consciousness, and impolite on-line reviews were also problematic. Customers' evaluations and emotional experiences on digital products were conducted in a complex way. Based on that, this research makes suggestions in the company's marketing, customer education, and theoretical aspect.

This study was performed to determine the quality characteristics of lemon pyun with various kinds of getting agents: agar, gelatin, sweet Potato starch, corn starch and Potato starch. Lemon Pyun was made with lemon juice(21.4％), gelling agent(6.7％), water(53.3％), sugar(13.3％) and honey(5.3％). The quality characteristics of the sample were estimated in terms of pH, color difference, texture profile analysis and sensory evaluation. (Ed- as this is an abstract this introductional clause is unnecessary) The PH of lemon pyun showed no significant difference among the different gelling agents. Lightness was significantly(p＜0.05) lowered in the agar and gelatin groups, a value was significantly(p＜0.05) lowered in the sweet potato starch and potato starch groups, and b value was significantly(p＜0.05) lowered in the sweet potato starch group. In texture profile analysis, chewiness, gumminess and hardness were significantly(p＜0.05) increased in the sweet potato starch group. According to sensory evaluation, elasticity and hardness of the sweet potato starch and cornstarch groups were stronger(p＜0.05) than of other gelling agent groups. Lemon pyun containing sweet potato starch was most preferable in terms of Vitamin C provision.
