An analytical method was developed and optimized for the quantification of a plant growth regulator, 2,6-diisopropylnaphthalene (2,6-DIPN), in agricultural products using gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The samples were extracted, partitioned, and were purified using a Florisil® cartridge. To validate the analytical method, its specificity, linearity, limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ) of the instrument, LOQ of the analytical method (MLOQ), accuracy, and repeatability were considered. The method displayed excellent results during validation, and is suitable for the determination and quantification of the low residual levels of the analyte in the agricultural samples. All of the results with the optimized method were satisfactory and within the criteria ranges requested in the Codex Alimentarius Commission guidelines and the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety guidelines for pesticide residue analysis. The developed method is simple and accurate and can be used as a basis for safety management of 2,6-DIPN.

교육과학기술부와 한국연구재단은 창의적 도전적 연구를 적극 장려하고자 2012년 기초연구사업 중점 추진방향으로 '한국형 그랜트' 지원 방식을 도입하였으며, 이에 따라 연구자가 추후 과제 신청시 기존 연구수행 성과를 집중적으로 평가 받게 되었다. 이에, 선정평가에서 과제관리 및 종료평가에 이르는 전주기적 성과관리 시스템의 필요성이 크게 대두되었다. 본 연구에서는 전주기적 성과관리 시스템의 첫 단계로 분야별 연구실적의 정량적 가이드라인를 제시하여 연구역량평가의 보조적 수단으로 사용할 방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 상위그룹 간 비교 시에는 순위보정영향력지수(Ranked Normalized Impact Factor, rnIF), 하위그룹 간 비교 시에는 영향력지수(Impact Factor, IF) 또는 rnIF를 정량가이드라인으로 제안하였다. SCI급 논문 수는 동일 분류 내 위상비교 또는 동일 위상내 분류별 비교 등에 사용할 것을 제안하였다.

본 연구는 중환자 첫 발열 평가 가이드라인에 대한 간호사의 지식과 수행 정도를 확인하고자 수행된 연구이다. 대상자는 2개 병원 내 외과병동 및 중환자실에서 근무하는 총 145명의 간호사를 대상으로 하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 19.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였고, 중환자 첫 발열 평가 가이드라인의 지식과 수행의 평균 평점은 각각 0.70점과 3.08점이다. 가이드라인의 근거수준 1영역은 지식과 수행 상위군에서 하위군보다 유의하게 높은 수행 점수를 나타냈고, 근거수준 3영역은 지식 상위군보다 지식 하위군이 더 높은 수행 점수를 나타냈다. 대상자의 가이드라인에 대한 지식과 수행은 유의한 상관관계를 나타냈다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 중환자 첫 발열 평가 가이드라인에 대한 간호사의 지식과 수행력을 향상시키고 근거기반실무를 개선시킬 필요가 있음을 제시하였다.

도서관 장애인서비스의 중요성이 확산되는 상황에서 수요자 중심의 도서관 장애인서비스 제공을 위해 현실적인 운영기준 마련이 시급하다. 따라서 이 연구는 국내 외 도서관 장애인서비스의 운영기준 등을 조사하여 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 국내 외 도서관 장애인서비스 운영기준을 분석한 결과 법적 기준과 관련 기관의 운영기준 모두 현실을 반영한 실질적인 기준으로서 개정이 시급한 상황이었다. 본 연구에서 도출한 과제는 우선 도서관 장애인서비스의 최소기준과 세부기준을 별도로 고려하는 것이다. 그중에서도 최소기준으로 활용할 수 있는 도서관법 시행령의 조속한 개정에 대한 필요성을 제기하였다. 또한 이와 같은 기준이 현실적으로 적용되기 위해서는 도서관장애인서비스 통계 및 평가지표와 연계되어야 하며, 평가업무 연계에 공감대를 형성하기 위해서 기준 적용의 당사자인 장애인도서관 및 장애인이용자의 의견 수렴이 1차적으로 선행되어야 함을 제시하였다.

이 연구는 하지에 장애가 있는 사람들의 보행 보조기기인 목발과 목발을 이용한 보행에 관한 것으로 인간의 보행특성에 적합한 합리적인 목발 개발을 위한 장기 연구의 일부분이다. 연구에서는 선행연구에서 개발된 목발디자인의 가이드라인을 활용하여 현재 널리 사용되고 있는 3종의 겨드랑이 목발을 비교 평가 하였다. 목발 사용 경험이 없는 성인 남녀 31명이 참가한 목발의 비교 평가 실험에서는 선행 연구에서 도출된 10가지의 목발 디자인 가이드라인으로 겨드랑이 목발 3종에 대하여 각각 평가하였다. 실험 결과, 각 목발에 대한 가이드라인별 사용자 평가의 전체 평균에서 Mobilegs-ultra와 In-motion Pro는 KM Crutch에 비해 현저하게 높게 나타났다. 하지만 Mobilegs-ultra와 In-motion Pro 사이에는 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 가이드라인별로 보면, 6가지의 가이드라인에 대하여 Mobilegs-ultra와 In-motion Pro는 KM Crutch보다 월등히 높게 나타났으며, 목발의 경량성과 경제성 및 시장성에 대해서는 세 목발 사이에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 목발디자인 가이드라인에 대한 기존 목발의 사용자 인식수준을 규명하고자 한 이 연구의 결과는 후속연구인 목발을 이용한 보행평가실험의 결과와 종합적으로 분석되어 가이드라인이 합리적인지 평가하는 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

Purpose: This study aimed to develop an evidence-based extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) nursing protocol for critically ill patients receiving ECMO treatment by using an adaptation process, and to verify the effects of the protocol. Methods: The protocol was developed according to the adaptation guidelines. A non-randomized controlled trial was conducted to test the protocol's effects. Data were collected between April 2019 and March 2021. The differences in physiological indicators and complication rates between the two groups were investigated using a chart review to evaluate patient outcomes. The nurses' outcome variables were evaluated using a questionnaire. Results: First, after reviewing 11 guidelines by appraisal of the guidelines for research and evaluation collaboration II, 5 guidelines with a standardization grade of over 50 points were selected. An ECMO nursing protocol was developed based on these guidelines. Second, there were no statistically significant differences in physiological indicators between the two groups of patients. However, the experimental group showed a statistically significant decrease in the infection rate (p = .026) and pressure injury rates (p = .041). The levels of satisfaction with ECMO nursing care, and empowerment and performance of the nurses who used the ECMO nursing protocol were higher than those of nurses who did not (p < .001). Conclusion: This protocol may help prevent infections and pressure injuries in patients, and improve nurses' satisfaction and empowerment. The nursing protocol developed for critically ill patients receiving ECMO treatment can be utilized in evidence-based nursing practice.

A checklist of dietary behavior items for the elderly was developed based on Korean dietary guidelines. First, a literature review was conducted, and 63 preliminary items, including 30 items on food intake, 12 on eating habits, and 21 on dietary culture, were obtained to evaluate the dietary guidelines. The preliminary items were evaluated by experts using Lawshe's method to verify the content validity. They were then revised, resulting in 52 items: 25, 11, and 16 in the food intake, eating habits, and dietary culture domains, respectively. A face-to-face survey was conducted on 331 people over 65 years of age in the metropolitan area, and their one-day food intake was surveyed using a 24-hour recall method in August 2022. The 48 items, including 24, 11, and 13 items on food intake, eating habits, and dietary culture, respectively, correlated significantly with the evaluation indicators of nutrient intake, such as mean adequacy ratio, dietary diversity score, and nutrient intake density. These items were considered suitable for evaluating the elderly's compliance with dietary guidelines.
