군장교의 윤리적 성향과 업무환경 지각이 조직의 보안정책준수에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Military Officer's Ethical Disposition and Perceived Work Environment on Organizational Security Policy Compliance)

  • 본 연구는 사회통제이론적 틀을 적용하여 조직구성원의 정보보안정책 준수에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 도출하고, 군 조직구성원의 정보보안 관련 태도와 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 탐색한 것이다. 육군장교 195명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 윤리성향(도덕성, 책임감, 윤리교육의 가치)과 업무환경(상사와의 관계, 업무과다, 임금만족)이 보안정책준수태도 및 의도와 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 PLS 구조방정식 모형으로 검증하였다. 연구 결과 윤리성향 요인은 보안정책준수태도에, 업무환경요인(임금만족 제외)은 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 보안정책준수태도는 윤리성향과 보안정책준수의도를, 상사와의 관계와 보안정책준수의도를, 이직의도와 보안정책준수의도를 유의하게 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 윤리성향이 개인의 보안의식수준을 예측할 수 있는 변인이고, 보안정책준수태도가 조직 보안 맥락에서 주요한 변인임을 시사한다.

윤리적 패션 소비행동과 영향 요인에 대한 비교문화 연구: 한국과 독일의 소비자를 중심으로 (Cross-Cultural Comparison on Ethical Fashion Consumption Behavior and Related Factors: Focusing on Consumers in South Korea and Germany)

  • This study analyzes the relation of the consumption values and ethical fashion consumption behavior as well as other influential factors between Korean and German ethical consumers based on the 'Modified Theory of Planned Behavior.' A survey was conducted on female consumers in their 20s and 30s, who experienced ethical fashion consumption in Seoul and Berlin. A factor analysis, reliability analysis, F -test and multiple regression analysis were performed for model verification. The research results indicated that emotional value (in case of Korea) and functional value out of consumption values (in case of Germany) have significant effects in regards to the influence of consumption values on ethical self-identity. The effects of ethical self-identity on ethical fashion consumption behavior indicated that Korean ethical self-identity influenced the ethical fashion consumption behavior of moderating and simplicity and eco-friendly certification versus local consumption as well as above factors (in case of Germany) explained by ethical self-identity. Both variables had a negative moderating effect in Korea in regards to the moderating effects of social comparison and materialism in the relations of ethical self-identity and ethical fashion consumption behavior; however, only materialism was an influential factor in Germany. The results of the research variables by individualism/collectivism indicated that the horizontal-collectivism group showed the highest ethical self-identity along with the lowest materialism tendency that had a high point of consumption behavior towards local consumption. However, the vertical-individualism group was outstanding. The consumption behavior aimed at moderating and simplicity.

간호학생의 간호관련 특성과 윤리적 가치관 (Ethical Value of Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: To identify nursing students' ethical value associated with the course of theories and practice which they are taking in their school, this study was conducted. Method: A research design of this study was a survey design with a convenience sample of 1030 nursing students attending two diploma degree nursing programs in Korea. Questions about their ethical value were asked the students from May, 1st 2005 to June, 30th, 2005, and collected data were analyzed on SPSS Win 11.0. Result: Mean score of ethical value of nursing students' was $88.03{\pm}9.46$. In addition, on such subcategory area as human-life, relationship with nursing client, relationship with collaborator, there were statistical differences according to their grade. Ethical value of nursing students satisfied with nursing showed meaningfully higher than that of nursing students unsatisfied with nursing. Conclusions: The finding of this study, consequently, showed that nursing students' ethical value can be changed through nursing education. Especially, clinical practice conducted on actual clinical setting, which give nursing students opportunities for direct contact with patients, is likely to influence the development of ethical values more than theory or practice in a school practice room.

원굉(袁宏)과 갈홍(葛洪)의 유도(儒道)관계론 연구 (A study on the perspective of relationship between Confucianism and Taoism of Yuan-hong & Ge-hong)

  • 중국철학을 대표하는 가장 영향력 있는 학파는 유가(儒家)와 도가(道家)이다. 두 학파는 각기 다른 방식을 통해 현실의 갖가지 문제를 해결하고자 했고 이러한 문제의식 아래 상이한 이론체계를 세운다. 다만 중국철학의 발전을 살펴보면 이러한 상이한 이론을 하나의 체계 속에 엮으려는 다양한 시도가 전개되었다. 대표적으로 위진(魏晋)시기 현학(玄學)에서는 자연(自然)과 각수(名敎)의 관계를 토론하며 유도(儒道) 두 학파의 관계 설정에 골몰한다. 동진(東晋)시기의 지식인들은 바로 전대(前代)의 이러한 정신을 이어서, 직접적 방식으로 유도(儒道) 두 학파의 관계 설정에 대한 다양한 이론을 펼친다. 본 논문은 동진(東晋)시기 유도(儒道)관계론의 대표적 학자로 원굉(袁宏)과 갈홍(葛洪)의 이론을 살펴본다. 원굉(袁宏)은 명교(名敎)의 효용성과 가치를 충분히 긍정하면서, 다만 명교(名敎)의 근본과 근거 찾기에 골몰하여 전대(前代) 자연(自然)과 명교(名敎)의 관계 문제를 적극적으로 수용한다. 동시에 한 걸음 더 나아가 '도본유용(道本儒用)'의 관점을 제시한다. 갈홍(葛洪)은 신선도교(神仙道敎)의 입장에서 유도(儒道) 두 학파의 관계 및 두 학파 이론의 직접적 비교를 통해 '도본유말(道本儒末)'의 이론을 정립한다. 이들의 이론은 근본과 작용, 근본과 말단의 관계 설정으로 유가와 도가 두 학파의 관계를 설정하는 동시에, 자연(自然)과 명교(名敎)의 관계 문제를 보다 심층적 방식으로 이론적 접근을 꾀함으로써, 향후 중국철학에서 유가와 도가의 상호 보완이라는 문제의식에 상당한 공헌을 했다고 평가할 수 있다.

윤리적 풍토가 윤리적 리더십, 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 연구 (The Effects of Ethical Work Climates on Ethical leader ship and Organizational Citizenship Behavior)

  • 본 연구는 윤리적 리더십이 중요해 짐에 따라 윤리적 리더십에 영향을 주는 윤리풍토와 윤리적 리더십에 따른 조직시민행동에 대한 연구이다. 이를 연구함으로써 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향인 이타주의, 양심적 행동, 스포츠맨십에 대해 영향을 미치는 요인을 찾아 조직시민행동을 촉진 할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 윤리적 풍토는 이기주의, 원칙주의, 공리주의로 구분하였고, 윤리적 리더십은 분배적 공정성, 절차적 공정성, 투명성, 공헌성, 정직성으로 구분하였고, 조직시민행동은 이타주의, 양심적 행동, 스포츠맨십으로 구분하였다. 연구결과 윤리풍토와 윤리적 리더십에 대한 영향관계를 살펴본 결과 공리주의는 분배적 공정성, 투명성 영향을 주었고, 원칙주의, 공리주의는 절차적 공정성, 공헌성, 정직성에 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 윤리적 리더십과 조직시민행동에 대한 영향관계를 살펴본 결과 투명성은 이타주의와 양심적 행동에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있는데, 투명성은 이타주의에 부(-)의 영향을, 양심적 행동에는 정(+)의 영향을 주었고, 정직성이 스포츠맨십에 대한 영향도 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것을 알 수 있다.

소비자 불매운동에 대한 인식유형과 참여의도와의 관련성 (Relevance between Consumer Boycott Participation and Perception Types on the Consumer Boycotts)

  • This study analyzed domestic consumers' perceptions of and participation in consumer boycotts and its relation to ethical consumerism by surveying 1,000 people aged 20 or more with an on-line questionnaire. Collected data were analyzed in terms of frequency, factor analyses, cluster analysis, ${\chi}^2$, and one-way analysis of variance. The research findings are summarized as follows. First, consumers had an average (or higher) perception level of consumer boycotts and were categorized into consumer boycott groups of pursuit of self-realization, achievement of results, and pursuit of rationality according to perception patterns of consumer boycotts. Second, the consumer boycott group of self-realization exhibited a high intention for participation in economic and ethical consumer boycotts and was active in all aspects compared to other groups; in addition, the consumer boycott group of results achievement was in the lowest level of ethical consumerism with a low intention for participation in consumer boycotts and ethical consumer boycotts along with the lowest perception level for consumer boycotts as ethical consumption. The consumer boycott group of rational pursuit was comparatively skeptical about the influence of consumer boycotts and with a low level of deontological ethical consumerism. They had additional doubts about the effectiveness of consumer boycotts despite being active participants. The study contributes to the establishment of an ethical consumer behavior theory by investigating connections between the perception patterns of and participation in consumer boycotts as well as ethical consumerism as consumer boycotts conceptually expand as a form of ethical consumption.

공학 분야의 윤리적 문제해결방법: 매트릭스 가이드 (Ethical Problem Solving in Engineering: Matrix Guide)

  • The core issue of ethical problem solving in engineering is to understand what exactly happened and to define its nature. Problems often arise mostly in morally complex situations. Traditional philosophical theories usually focus on extreme conflicts of interest and suggest moral theory-centered problem solving methods. However, these methods are not only difficult to specifically apply to real situations, but also are likely to fail to deal with actual moral issues in engineering fields. This study aims to develop more desirable ethical problem solving methods, based on STS (Science and Technology Studies) and engineering ethics combined. First, we have examined the engineering ethics with implications of an STS perspective, then have analyzed traditional ethical problem solving methods in a critical point of view. This study will suggest a new ethical problem solving method named Matrix Guide, based upon those analyses. Specifically, this study classifies four stages of problem definition, analysis, solving, and feedback. Here, we focus on how to combine technological and non-technological factors in each stage, when we are facing morally complex situations in engineering sectors.

간호에서의 감성과 타자를 위한 책임의 윤리;레비나스(E. Levinas)의 윤리에 기초하여 (Sensibility and ethics of responsibility for the other in nursing;Based on E. Levinas's ethics)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this paper was to inquiry a philosophical foundation for the nursing ethics according to the Levinas' ethics which had emphasis on face to face interpersonal relationship and responsibility for the vulnerable other. Method: First of all, for the foundation of nursing ethics, a understanding of human vulnerability was a starting point; the nurse's bodily sensibility was regarded as a basis for the possibility of the ethical interpersonal relationship. Then, based on Levinas's ethics, it was explained how the moral responsibility for the calling of the suffering other could occur in nursing situation. Result: Nursing implied the altruistic ethical dimension on the subject of the responsibility for the vulnerable other. A nurse as ethical subject in her sensitive passivity is affected by the suffering other and exposed to the other. A nurse herself/himself has to response to the ethical demand of suffering other and to take responsibility for it. After all, based on the Levinas's ethics, the ethical interpersonal relationship could be characterized as the face to face relation, and responsibility for the suffering other. Conclusion: In view of that, his ethical approach could be a proper theory for the explanation of the face to face relationship and altruistic feather of the nursing ethics based human bodily sensibility.

Charles Ess's Pros Hen Ethical Pluralism: An Interpretation

  • This paper proposes an interpretation of Charles Ess's pros hen pluralism, especially concerning what constitutes the single end point (hen) toward which the pluralistic viewpoints converge (pros). The single end point, I argue, is constituted by an empirical social reality that obtains in the world at a particular period. In other words, it is the fact that we happen to agree largely and broadly on several ethical issues that serves as the end point in Ess's theory. The reason is that humans happen largely to share the same goals and values qua human beings, such as the desire for communication and cooperation with one another. It is not their rationality, or any other permanent and ideal characteristic, that serves as the source of normativity for human beings, but rather the contingent facts that obtain at a particular place and time, facts that humans happen to agree on. This raises an obvious objection of what to do with those who might cherish a very different set of values. The answer is that the globalized nature of the world today, especially deepened by information technology, makes it increasingly difficult for any groups to remain isolated. This does not imply, however, that disagreements are not possible. On the contrary, disagreements are a part of the whole process from the beginning. At the theoretical level, there is always a need for those who disagree on the theoretical issues rationally to persuade one another. This is also part of the empirical reality referred to earlier.
