간호대학생의 생명의료윤리의식과 윤리적 가치관이 심폐소생술금지 태도에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Biomedical Ethics Awareness and Ethical Values in Nursing Student on Their Attitudes towards DNR)

  • 목적: 간호대학생의 생명의료윤리의식과 윤리적 가치관이 심폐소생술금지 태도에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 방법: 충북과 경북 소재 2기관의 대학교 간호학과 학생 275명을 대상으로 자기 기입식 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 서술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 상관관계와 단계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과: 심폐소생술금지 태도는 윤리적 가치관과 정(+)의 상관관계, 생명의료윤리의식과는 부(-)의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 총 설명력은 20%로 학년, 윤리적 가치관, 생명의료윤리의식이 심폐소생술금지 태도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다(F=13.01, P<0.001). 결론: 이러한 결과는 간호대학생의 생명의료윤리의식과 윤리적 가치관이 심폐소생술금지 태도와 관련이 있음을 시사한다. 생명의료윤리의식과 윤리적 가치관을 확립할 수 있는 교과과정 편성 및 다양한 교육프로그램을 개발하여 적용해야 할 것이다.

윤리적 소비의 개념 및 실태에 대한 고찰 (Study on the Concept and Practice of Ethical Consumption)

  • Nowadays, ethical consumers are increasing and they consider social values such as worker's human rights, environment and animal's welfare as key criteria in purchasing products. This study focused on the academic and practical research of ethical consumption, in which the needs and interests are now growing globally. This study addressed the concept, trend and practices of ethical consumption as well as seeking methods to support and promote ethical consumption. It examined the concept and types of ethical consumption from the perspective of the philosophy on ethical consumption. Ethical consumption was defined as a behavior that intended to improve the environment and the welfare of people and animals by purchasing products produced according to sound ethical principles and avoiding products that are made through the exploitation or the damage of people, animals and the environment. It also dealt with the practices of ethical consumption such as the fair trade movement, Clean Clothes Campaign, boycott, local food movement, animal's welfare movement. In conclusion, I suggested that consumers, companies, governments, and NGOs should make an effort to promote ethical consumption.

'소비와 윤리' 교과목 수강 대학생의 윤리적 소비에 대한 인식과 실천행동의 변화 (A Study on Changes in Cognition and Practice of Undergraduate Students After Taking the Course 'Consumption and Ethics')

  • The purpose of this research is to investigate changes in ethical consumption practices after taking an undergraduate course 'Consumption and Ethics'. Through Qualitative & Quantitative research methods, students' pre-course and post-course attitudes were compared to understand changes in behavior. Before taking the course 'Consumption and Ethics', undergraduate participants displayed little regard for ethical consumption, instead displaying primary sensitivity to price and values based on self-centered and conspicuous consumption. After taking the course 'Consumption and Ethics', participants displayed a more altruistic awareness of consumption on society and the environment. In addition, participants displayed a stronger sense of pride as ethical consumer. These emerging values were contrasted with conflicting feelings resulting from the higher prices often associated with ethical products, feelings of regret resulting from ethically-based impulse purchases, and an inability to categorically evaluate the reliability of available information on the ethical products. However, participants demonstrated a willingness to practice ethical consumption and recommend ethical consumption to their friends and neighbors. Overall, participants in the study demonstrated a strong shift to be an ethical consumer as a result of taking the course 'Consumption and Ethics'.

윤리적 소비와 소비가치의 관계에 대한 소비자 인식 변화: 소셜 빅데이터를 활용한 윤리적 소비와 소비가치의 키워드 변화 분석을 중심으로 (A Study on the Changes in Consumer Perceptions of the Relationship between Ethical Consumption and Consumption Value: Focusing on Analyzing Ethical Consumption and Consumption Value Keyword Changes Using Big Data)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze big data to identify the sub-dimensions of ethical consumption, as well as the consumption value associated with ethical consumption that changes over time. For this study, data were collected from Naver and Daum using the keyword 'ethical consumption' and frequency and matrix data were extracted through Textom, for the period January 1, 2016, to December 31, 2018. In addition, a two-way mode network analysis was conducted using the UCINET 6.0 program and visualized using the NetDraw function. The results of text mining show increasing keyword frequency year-on-year, indicating that interest in ethical consumption has grown. The sub-dimensions derived for 2014 and 2015 are fair trade, ethical consumption, eco-friendly products, and cooperatives and for 2016 are fair trade, ethical consumption, eco-friendly products and animal welfare. The results of deriving consumption value keywords were classified as emotional value, social value, functional value and conditional value. The influence of functional value was found to be growing over time. Through network analysis, the relationship between the sub-dimensions of ethical consumption and consumption values derived each year from 2014 to 2018 showed a significantly strong correlation between eco-friendly product consumption and emotional value, social value, functional value and conditional value.

비건 패션제품 구매의도 결정요인 - 수정된 계획행동모델의 적용 - (Determinants of purchase intention for vegan fashion products - Application of the modified planned behavior model -)

  • This study explores determinants of purchase intentions for vegan fashion products based on the modified planned behavior model. Survey data from 434 university students were subjected to an analysis using descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. The results showed that almost half of the consumers surveyed recognized vegan fashion products and a little more than a half of consumers surveyed had purchase experience for vegan fashion products. Clothing, bags, and shoes are the most frequently purchased vegan fashion product categories. From the results of the model test, purchase intentions on vegan fashion products were determined by attitude, subjective norms, ethical responsibility, and ethical identity of the consumers. When consumers have a more positive attitude, have higher subjective norms, stronger ethical responsibility, and stronger ethical identity regarding the purchase of vegan fashion products, they are likely to have a greater intention to purchase vegan fashion products. The findings contribute to the literature by adding test results for vegan fashion products among the ethical product categories, highlighting the importance of the consideration of product category, which can give somewhat different results when exploring ethical consumption. Based on these findings, marketers need to use special tags or signage highlighting the ethical values and meanings of vegan fashion products to better communicate with target consumers with a high level of ethical responsibility and to help increase consumers' control over purchase behaviors through reducing barriers generated by insufficient product information.

치위생(학)과 학생을 위한 치위생윤리 교과목 콘텐츠 개발에 대한 연구 (Development of contents for dental hygiene ethics subjects for dental hygiene students)

  • Background: This study aimed to create and present content that can be used in the dental hygiene ethics process to help dental hygiene students develop desirable work ethics and ethical values. Methods: In order to operate the dental hygiene ethics course in all academic systems, one three-year dental hygiene professor and one four-year dental hygiene professor participated in setting core competencies and learning goals for the dental hygiene ethics course. The class consisted of two credits, two hours of theoretical classes, and class activity sheets developed according to the learning contents and learning topics for each week that can be operated for 15 weeks. Results: The contents of the dental hygiene ethics subject were developed to be conducted as theoretical education and case-oriented discussion classes. The 15-week class consisted of a theory lecture on dental hygiene work ethics (eight weeks), discussions and presentations for ethical decisions based on actual cases related to dental hygiene ethics (four weeks), and the design and presentation of individual professional mission statements and codes of conduct (three weeks). The class data for each week consisted of four stages: "Learning goal-thinking," "open-thinking," "learning content-thinking," and "according to learning goal." Conclusions: In order to establish desirable workplace ethics and ethical values for dental hygiene students, it is necessary to approach education in a way that values understanding and application of dental hygiene practices, legal and ethical standards, ethical decision-making models, and ethical principles.

간호대학생의 생명의료윤리 의식에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting the Consciousness of Biomedical Ethics of the Nursing Students)

  • Objectives: This study sought to provide basic data for the establishment of a desirable sense of ethics in medical service by analyzing the consciousness of biomedical ethics of nursing students. Methods: Subjects were nursing students selected from four-year and three-year nursing colleges (n=355 and 360, respectively) in D city and G buk-Do region. The Data was analyzed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression. Results: The average point of the consciousness of biomedical ethics was 2.99. As result of analyzing general and specific aspects of the consciousness of biomedical ethics, statistically significant differences were found in age, religion, participation in religious activity, kinds of student group activity in subjects, ethical values, experience of hearing for biomedical ethics, quantity and quality of biomedical ethics in the current curriculum, the experience of conflict for biomedical ethical problem in subjects. The predicting variables that influence the consciousness of biomedical ethics, ethical values, quantity and quality of biomedical ethics in the current curriculum, religion, age, and experience of hearing for biomedical ethics. Conclusions: An arbitration program that could promote either changeable or controllable ethical values must be considered with attention to the significant variables that can promote the consciousness of biomedical ethics of nursing students.

사회복지윤리교육의 현황 및 효과에 관한 연구 - 윤리적민감성을 중심으로 - (The Present and Effects of Korean Social Work Ethic Education - Focused on Ethical Sensitivity -)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지 안팎의 윤리에 대한 관심이 고조되는 현실에서, <사회복지윤리와철학>교과목으로 대표되는 사회복지 윤리교육의 현황과 그 효과성을 조사해 보기 위해 진행되었다. 윤리교육 현황파악을 위해서는 사회복지교육협의회 회원교들을 대상으로 윤리와철학 교과목 개설현황 및 운영 방법을 조사하였고, 윤리교육의 효과성은 윤리적 민감성에 초점을 두어 윤리와철학 교과목 수강 여부와 수강전후의 차이를 비교하였다. 그 결과, 사회복지 제도교육 체제에서 윤리교육에 큰 비중이 주어지고 있지는 않지만, 이런 상황 속에서도 실제 이뤄지는 윤리교육은 윤리적 민감성을 제고하는 효과가 높으며 이는 여타 요인들에 비해 윤리적 민감성에 더 큰 차이를 가져오는 것으로 조사되었다. 이러한 결과는 사회복지 교육에서 사회복지윤리와철학 교과목의 위상 강화와 사회복지윤리와 관련된 인력 양성 및 연구의 필요성을 제시해 주는 것이다.

간호대학생의 윤리적 가치관이 환자안전에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향 (Influences of Ethical Value on Attitude toward Patient Safety in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 윤리적 가치관이 환자안전에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 S지역 2개 대학의 간호학 전공 4학년 학생 179명이며, 2017년 8월 21일부터 9월 15일까지 설문조사 하였고. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0 Version을 이용하여 분석 하였다. 연구결과 연구대상자의 환자안전에 대한 태도 수준은 3.74점으로 중간단계였다. 윤리적 가치관의 대상자관계영역과 간호업무영역, 협동자관계영역은 환자안전에 대한 태도와 양의 상관, 인간생명영역은 음의 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 환자안전에 대한 태도에 유의하게 영향을 미치고 있는 변수는 일반적 특성의 학업성적, 전공만족이며 윤리적 가치관의 하위영역인 대상자관계영역, 인간생명영역, 간호업무영역이었고 이들 변수의 설명력은 38.6% 이었다. 이러한 결과가 간호대학생의 교육 정책 개발 시 고려되어야하며 추후 효과 검증을 위한 연구가 요구된다.
