The purpose of this study was to determine the empirical cause-effect relationships among business ethical values and person-organization fit, job satisfaction, turnover intent, and organizational performance within family restaurants and feeding facilities. Self-administered questionnaires were completed by 459 restaurant employees. The SPSS and Amos programs were then applied to the data to perform frequency, factor, reliability, correlation and SEM analyses. The primary results are as follows. First, business ethical values had a significant positive effect on person-organization fit. Second, person-organization fit had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and a significant negative effect on turnover intent. Third, job satisfaction had a significant positive effect, and turnover intent had a significant negative effect, on organizational performance. Finally, upon verifying the possible direct and indirect effects of business ethical values within family restaurants and feeding facilities, it was determined that the ethical values had significant direct and indirect effects on person-organization fit, job satisfaction, turnover intent, and organizational performance. These findings have various implications. For example, an improved in-house ethical working environment leads to greaterperson-organization fit, and having employees that feel there is better in-house ethical reliability leads to greater consistency between personal and organizational values, resulting in higher job satisfaction and ultimately organizational performance.

본 연구는 임상치과위생사들의 윤리적 가치관과 전문 직업성에 대한 인식을 파악하고자 2021년 1월 10일부터 2월 28일까지 서울, 경기 지역에 근무하는 치과위생사를 대상으로 하여 265부 설문조사를 실시하였다. 통계분석은 SPSS WIN 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 일반적 특성은 빈도분석을 실시하였으며, 대상자 특성에 따른 윤리적 가치관과 전문 직업성에 대한 인식 차이는 독립표본 T-test와 일원배치분산분석(One-way ANOVA)을 이용하였고, Scheffe test로 사후검정을 하였다. 연구결과 윤리적 가치관에서 윤리적 사고는 최종학력이 높을수록, 근무경력이 많을수록, 치과병원에서 유의한 결과가 나타났고, 윤리적 사고와 윤리적 직무행동은 공통적으로 근무만족도가 높을수록, 대학에서의 윤리교육 경험과 졸업 후 윤리교육 경험이 있는 경우 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다(p<0.05). 전문 직업성에서 자율성은 나이가 많을수록, 최종학력이 높을수록, 근무경력이 많을수록, 근무만족도가 높을수록, 대학에서 윤리교육 경험이 있을 경우 유의한 결과가 나타났고, 소명의식은 최종학력이 높을수록, 근무경력이 많을수록, 근무일수가 적을수록, 근무만족도가 높을수록, 대학에서 윤리교육 경험이 있을 경우 유의한 결과가 나타났으며, 전문조직 준거성과 공공 봉사심은 최종학력이 높을수록 유의하게 나타났다(p<0.05). 이 연구의 결과로 치과위생사에게 보수교육 등의 정기적인 윤리교육의 필요성을 확인하였으며 향후 임상에서 직무수행 시 윤리적 가치관과 전문 직업성을 유지하며 올바른 윤리적 직무판단과 행동을 도모하기 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of CEDA (Cross Examination Debate Association) debate with those of traditional lecture education on moral judgment and ethical values using the Korean version of DIT and the ethical values. Methods: The experiment was performed for 9 weeks, from September 2 to November 12, 2010. Participants were 71 undergraduate nursing students in a nursing college, assigned to an experimental group (36 students) or a control group (35 students). The design of this study was a non equivalent control group pretest-posttest design. Results: The experimental group reported significantly higher scores of the 4 stage scores of moral judgment (t=-2.19, p=.036) and ethical values (t=3.04, p=.004) than the control group. However, no significant differences were found in the P score of moral judgment between the two groups. Conclusion: The findings of this study showed the benefits of providing a CEDA debate course for nursing ethics education. Therefore, in further studies, it is necessary to develop various teaching strategies or educational programs to improve nursing ethical values and moral judgment.

Purpose: This study was conducted to explore and compare the level and type of nursing ethical values according to career and nursing units of clinical nurses, Methods: The subjects were 944 nurses working in General Hospital in Seoul and the data were collected from March 8 to August, 2007 using the nursing ethical values questionnaire, The collected data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 10.0 program. Results: The results were as follows; The level of clinical nurses' ethical values were significantly different according to career and nursing units (p<.01) and it was found that most clinical nurses had deontological ethics in the areas of professional nursing domain ($2.77{\pm}.31$), cooperative relations domain ($2.90{\pm}.26$) and customer relation domain ($3.03{\pm}.32$). but that they had utilitarian ethics in human life domain ($2.53{\pm}.32$). Conclusion: Different approaches are needed to develop to establish clinical nurses' ethical values based on career, characteristics of nursing unit and various clinical situations.

Purpose: This study was performed to investigate the effects of moral sensitivity and ethical values on biomedical ethics awareness of nursing students. Methods: A descriptive survey design was used for this study. The participants were 324 nursing students from S University located in J city. The data were collected through a questionnaire survey done from September 30 to October 18, 2014. Data were analyzed using a t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: The factors influencing nursing students' biomedical ethics awareness were identified as moral sensitivity(${\beta}=.34$), ethical values(${\beta}=.11$), awareness of Korean nurses' declaration of ethics(${\beta}=.15$), religion(${\beta}=.14$), and religious activity(${\beta}=.12$). Five factors explained 10.8% of nursing students' biomedical ethics awareness. Conclusion: The results of this study can be used to develop further educational programs on the moral sensitivity and ethical values for enhancement of nursing students' biomedical ethics awareness.

This study was to identify the factors of ethical values in nursing students. The survey was conducted in two nursing colleges (n=180) using self-reported questionnaire. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression analyses using SPSS/WIN 21 software. Influencing factors of ethical values were empathy(t=3.436, p=.001), teaching method except lecture(t=3.037, p=.003), and curriculum track at high school(t=2.309, p=.022). The model was statistically significant explaining 16.2% of the variance (F=11.185, p<.001). This study suggests that strategies for increasing nursing students' ethical values include reinforcing empathy, utilizing various type of teaching method except lecture in nursing ethics class, and allowing high school students applying to college of nursing regardless of their curriculum track.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to elucidate clinical nurses' ethics germane to information literacy and perception of patient data privacy and thus help nurses to develop more positive and consolidated ethical values. Methods: For this study a descriptive survey design was used. Participants were 142 nurses who worked in a hospital and completed self-report questionnaires. Data were collected from August 1 to 5, 2016 and were analyzed using independent t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS 22.0. Results: Ethical value had a positive correlation with information needs (r=.25, p=.002) in information literacy as well as in direct patient care (r=.27, p=.001), shift work (r=.20, p=.016), patient information management (r=.39, p<.001), and communication (r=.24, p=.004) in perception of patient data privacy. Patient information management, educational background, and age were significant variables predicting the level of ethical values and accounted for 21% of the variance. Conclusion: Ethical values education with particular emphasize on managing patient information should be encouraged for nurses who are younger and have a lower education level. Findings indicate a need for education programs to guide clinical nurses to utilize appropriate information when solving ethical challenges in every day nursing practice.

본 연구는 보건행정 전공 대학생들의 윤리적 가치관이 환자 개인정보 보호 인지에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 교육프로그램 개발에 중요한 기초 자료를 제시하고자 C지역과 G지역 대학생 820명을 대상으로 조사하였고 SPSS/WIN 18.0 Program을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과 보건행정 전공 대학생들의 개인정보 보호인지에 대한 평균은 2.04 ± 0.24으로 낮은 수준으로 나타났고, 윤리적 가치관은 이상주의 성향 2.51 ± 0.32점, 상대주의 성향은 2.34 ± 0.34점으로 이상주의적 성향이 높게 나타났다. 윤리적 가치관이 환자 개인정보 보호에 대한 인식수준과 환자 개인정보 보호노출에 대한 인식에서도 이상주의적 윤리성향과 상대주의적 윤리성향에서 유의한 관련이 있었다. 따라서 보건행정 전공대학생들의 환자 개인정보 보호인지를 높이기 위해서는 올바른 윤리적 가치관이 확립되어야 하며, 이를 위한 체계적이고 지속적인 교육이 필요하다고 판단된다.

본 연구는 간호학생의 윤리적 의사결정 역량 강화 방안으로 2013년 3월 4일에서 6월 3일까지 간호대학 4학년 82명을 대상으로 실시한 비동등성 대조군 사전 사후 유사실험연구이다. 토론식 수업을 적용한 실험군과 전통적 강의식 수업을 적용한 대조군 간의 윤리 지식, 수업만족도 및 윤리적 가치관 차이를 확인하였다. 토론식 수업은 공리주의, 의무론에 기초한 3단계 수정모형과 Value-Be-Do 모형을 포함한 윤리적 의사결정 모형을 적용하였다. 연구결과 수업 후 윤리 지식 점수는 실험군이 유의하게 높았다. 윤리적 가치관은 두 군 모두 수업 전 후 차이가 없었다. 두 군은 수업 전 후 협동자관계 영역, 대상자관계 영역에서 의무론적 성향을 보였지만, 인간생명 영역에서 공리주의적 성향을 보였다. 수업만족도는 내용이해와 실무적용 가능성 영역에서 실험군이 유의하게 높았다. 결론적으로 본 윤리적 의사결정모형 기반 토론식 수업을 효과적인 간호윤리 의사결정 훈련 방안으로 활용할 것을 제안한다.

본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 윤리적 딜레마 토의 프로그램을 적용하여 대상자의 인권감수성, 윤리적 가치관에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위한 비동등성 대조군 전후설계이다. G도, C대학교 대학생을 대상으로 윤리적 딜레마 토의프로그램을 8주간 제공하고 그 효과를 검증하였다. IBM SPSS 24.0을 이용하여 자료 분석하였다. 변수들의 정규성 검증은 Shapiro-Wilk 검증, 동질성은 실수와 백분율, Fisher's exact probability test와 Independent t-test, 프로그램의 효과검정은 paired t-test를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 실험군은 윤리적 딜레마 토의 프로그램 후 인권감수성(t=-2.32, p=.025), 윤리적 가치관(t=-2.43, p=.020)이 대조군보다 통계적으로 유의하게 높았다. 본 연구의 윤리적 딜레마 토의 프로그램은 대상자의 인권감수성, 윤리적 가치관 향상에 유의한 효과를 나타냈다. 추후 다양한 계층의 대상자를 대상으로 윤리교육의 효과를 검증하는 추후 연구가 필요하리라 생각된다.
