The use of acupuncutre has been increased worldwide, and large number of researches on acupuncture with improved quality has been conducted. Nevertheless, results of acupuncture treatment in those research tend to show mixed results, while many patients continuously seek acupuncture treatment as an adjuvant or alternatives for their health. Researchers and clinicians relevant to acupuncture are faced at this problematic discrepancy between the results of acupuncture in clinical trial including an randomized controlled trial and those of day-to-day clinical practice. The methodology of pragmatic clinical trial seems to be one of the promising research tools administering this problem especially in the area of complementary alternative medicine and traditional Korean medicine. In this study we first reviewed articles on the pragmatic clinical trial, summarized the essential concepts of 'explanatory' clinical trial 'pragmatic' clinical trial and then presented recent recommendations and arguments on this issue. We also analyzed and compared two similar pragmatic clinical trial protocols to show the readers the complexity of research designing. We hope more researchers in traditional Korean medicine will be interested in the methodology of pragmatic clinical trials and this study will serve to produce various high-quality clinical trials.

School health aims to guide and manage growing students in order to grow healthily through the formation of healthy life habits, the self-control health management guide and the making of pleasant school health environments. The purpose of this study is to clarify the concepts, to draw common features, and develop a new approach for school health diagnosis through literature review. School health diagnosis is defined as the identification of actual and potential health problems in school health problems in population. It is a label that both describes a situation and implies an ethiology. Although it is widely acknowledeged that school health diagnosis is an essential precursor to school health nursing intervention, it still has ambiguous definition, unmeasurable goal. and a tenuous structure. In addition, the eclipse of school health diagnosis theory in the literature is so complete that some texts even exclude diagnosis as a stage of the nursing theory has not developed sufficiently to guide school nurses in the application of the nursing diagnosis with in the school. The Neuman's systems model provided the conceptual framework for this study and offered school health nursing the sort of clear structure that will assist them to clarify their work to nursing colleges and also to the client group with whom they will work. The Neuman model is fully congruent with today's health care philosophy by taking a wellness-orientaed approach, involving clients III their health care with prevention as intervention.

In order to understand meaningful customer experience in social media, this study profiles customer engagement by exposing the essential brand experience rooms in hyper-reality contexts. This study selects Snuggie as a target brand as it uses multiple contact points, including social media, to provide meaningful experience to customers. With their unique marketing strategy, Snuggie became a popular brand among the U. S. customers beyond just a wearable blanket. Upon analyzing a total of 364 customer reviews about Snuggie in Amazon.com, five experience rooms were exposed; "Physical artifacts" and "customer involvement" are influential experience rooms which signify interactions between products and customers, while "intangible artifacts", "technology" and "customer placement" reflect a lower degree of experiential engagement. This approach suggests a theoretical foundation in understanding the customer engagement concepts by the means of brand experience dimensions in social media. The ability to create compelling engagement in social media depends on the successful facilitation of relationships and information, which lead to a creative, communicative and interactive experience.

본 연구의 목적은 학생들이 수학적 모델링 활동을 통해 미분계수를 재발명하는 과정을 분석하여 학교현장의 미분계수 지도에 의미 있는 시사점을 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위해 고등학교 2학년 문과 학생 2명을 대상으로 모델링 과정과 그 과정을 통해 나타나는 수학적 개념 변화를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 학생들은 할선의 극한으로 접선을 재구성하고 접선의 기울기와 순간속도를 연결하기 위해 미분계수를 재발명하였다. 이 과정을 통해 학생들의 접선 개념과 시간-속도 그래프에 대한 개념이 변화되었음을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 모델링 과정에서는 학생들의 시각적인 이해를 돕고, 수학적인 개념을 탐구하는 본질적인 사고에 집중할 수 있도록 테크놀로지를 활용하였다.

공대생들에게 미적분은 산업현장에서 발생하는 현상에 대한 수학적 안목을 형성해 주는 수학적 모델이자 지식이며 기능이다. 하지만 공대생들의 미적분학 학습은 기계적인 계산과 수학적 결과만을 적용시켜 문제를 해결하려는 경향을 보인다. 이에 본 연구는 실제적인 상황에서 수학적 개념과 원리를 적용하여 문제를 해결할 수 있는 문제를 제시하고 공대생들에게 이 문제를 풀게 하였다. 산의 경사도 그래프로부터 원래 산의 모양을 알아내는 문제에서 학생들은 주어진 그래프를 도함수의 그래프로 인식하고 역도함수의 그래프를 추측하였다. 그래프 해석에서 오류를 보이기도 하였는데 이는 미적분의 내용을 이해하지 못해서라기보다는 문제를 제대로 파악하지 않고 해결하려는 학습 방식에 기인한 것이었다. 경사도 문제 해결을 통해 공대생들은 수학이 자신이 공부하는 전공의 기초이자 실세계에 활용 가능한 유용성을 갖고 있으며 사고력을 향상시켜준다고 하는 인식의 변화를 경험하였다.

As the ultimate goal of the Aeronautical communication is delivery of information, it is essential to communicate via accurate use of language; there are possibilities of errors occurring as the exchange of information between pilot and air traffic controller is conducted through radio communication. Especially, there are frequently reported errors in radio communication in the event that two or more aircrafts using similar call-signs are operated in one sector. In this paper, a list of errors, which can possibly caused by air traffic controllers when controlling airplanes using similar call-signs, was derived through preceding researches and theories related to similar call-signs and human errors. Based on this list, an experiment was conducted on 52 air traffic controllers working at "J" international airport. For this experiment, ATC2K which is a simulated approach control radar developed in Korea, was used; and a regression formula was derived by analyzing the quantity of frequency change in error occurrence when controlling two or more airplanes using similar call-signs base on a premeditated scenario.The data presented in this research has useful findings and concepts for understanding the errors that can possibly occur while controlling airplanes using similar call-signs.

본 연구는 도시 재래시장의 기능과, 시장이 점유하는 공간을 도시의 다른 활동과 공유할 수 있는 가능성을 고찰하고 이를 위하여 필요한 계획요소와 공간계획방법을 바탕으로 성남시 모란 민속5일장 계획안을 제시하고자 하는 연구이다. 이를 위하여 기존의 재래시장이 갖고 있는 문제점과 그 개선방안을 살펴보고, 이를 건축 프로그램과 공간구성요소로 정리하며, 본 연구의 대상인 성남 모란시장의 특성인 5일마다 열리는 정기시장으로서의 시장의 기능과 시장이 열리지 않는 기간 동안의 공간 활용을 동시에 만족시킬 수 있는 계획요소를 구체화하여, 도시 공공공간으로서의 모란 민속5일장 계획안을 제시한다.

Nash Equilibrium(NE) is essential to investigate a participant's bidding strategy in a competitive electricity market. Congestion on a transmission line makes it difficult to compute the NE due to causing a mixed strategy. In order to compute the NE of a multi-player game, some heuristics are proposed with concepts of a key player and power transfer distribution factor in other studies. However, generation capacity constraints are not considered and make it more difficult to compute the NE in the heuristics approach. This paper addresses an effect of generation capacity limits on the NE, and suggest a solution technique for the mixed strategy NE including generation capacity constraints as two heuristic rules. It is reported in this paper that a role of the key player who controls congestion in a NE can be transferred to other player depending on the generation capacity of the key player. The suggested heuristic rules are verified to compute the mixed strategy NE with a consideration of generation capacity constraints, and the effect of the generation constraints on the mixed strategy NE is analyzed in simulations of IEEE 30 bus systems.

When we make a place for people, interior space and exterior space are always connected, each influencing the other. To create a better space or increase the quality of an existing space, it is essential to look at the relationship of inside and outside and their boundaries. Without consideration of the landscape, the building itself gives only limited satisfaction to people. This is an important issue for anyone who deals with space. This study intends to explain the important need for a change in attitude towards our built environment and its intrinsic relationship with its natural context. In the study, I try to find design concepts for integration of inside and outside which have accumulated since early Modernism designers and consider cases with different solutions and approaches that make total design sense when looking at the inside and outside as a whole, then, through observation of the cases, I find 5 design methods(Opening, Continuing, Insulting, Wrapping, Interpreting) in connecting the two spaces and analyze the solutions. The various examples which are shown in each patterns will help us to find ideas for the best solutions of integration of inside and outside. It is true that the idea of integration of inside and outside will increase the quality of our environment and it comes with the current thoughts of ecological and sustainable design. Thereby, I suggest designers to change their manner to continuous and integrated point of view in dealing with built environment.

This study aims to establish the foundation for a simultaneity research, draw the potential through Bergson's simultaneity, and explore a space with the possibility of a continued change, focusing on the simultaneous process, in which physical mobility and consciousness of space last together. First, this study was focused on understanding Bergson's simultaneity, on the basis of the perspective that space needs to have more active, dynamic mobility. For understanding Bergson's simultaneity, the understanding of Bergson's duration conception, memory and perception was preceded. After that, the characteristics of simultaneity were extracted from the concepts of duration, change, memory and perception and its characteristics, which are connected to space, were analyzed. As a result, the study on simultaneity that was intensively analyzed, based on diverse cases, re-awakened the basis of value or thought, which we must aim at, in space design of the present time. This shows the possibility of another creative form that can be found in spaces of the present time and serves as the foundation to discover an essential and potential value of space in space design. Moreover, the combination of space with science, humanities, art and digital media technology demonstrated once again that there is a good possibility of approaching non-representational space that is pursued today and it is anticipated that using Bergson's simultaneity as a medium for spatial combination in their relationship would help in drawing deeper internal meaning and potential of space.
