복합 문화공간 구조에 따른 실내환경이 이용객의 선택에 미치는 영향 (Indoor Environment Due to Multi-cultural Complex Space Structure Impact on the Choice of Guests)

  • Today, people are becoming more conscious regarding environmental-friendliness, and the society as a whole is becoming more aware of it. With such phenomenon, the purpose of this research is to examine how comfort and pleasantness of indoor environment influences when selecting a place for multi-cultural complex. To demonstrate the stated hypothesis, I have preceded the experiment by selecting the C multi-cultural complex of closed-type structure and T multi-cultural complex of open-type structure. The next step I took, in order to validate the public's awareness of environmental-friendliness, was conducting a survey. I then deducted a conclusion through comparison and analysis of experiment measures with survey result. As a result of the research, the experiment measures of each air, light, heat condition of the T multi-cultural complex of open-type structure had a higher measurement for the comfort and pleasantness than the C multi-cultural complex of closed-type structure. Moreover, after validating the consciousness of the public through the survey, they had a tendency preferring T multi-cultural complex of open-type structure over C multi-cultural complex of closed-type structure in terms of comfort and pleasantness. To summarize, it is proper to conclude that the criteria - comfort and pleasantness of indoor environment - has influenced significantly when it comes to selecting a multi-cultural complex through both the experiment and the survey result.

  • 저탄소 녹색성장 및 친환경 트렌드는 미래 지구환경 보존의 핵심 개발지표이며, 정부도 제3차 건설환경기본계획을 발표하면서 녹색건설기술 및 고품질 건설환경 구현을 위해 체계적이고 다양한 추진방향을 제시하고 있다. 그러나 아직까지도 생산단계인 건설과정에서의 저탄소 및 친환경적 노력은 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공공 주택건설 현장의 친환경성 제고를 위해 기본적으로 시행되어야 할 활동인 현장의 환경관리 업무요소를 도출하고, 각각의 업무요소에 대한 합리적 수행주체와 프로세스를 제시하였다. 본 연구결과는 향후 체계적인 현장 환경관리를 위해 필요한 수행업무를 파악하고, 수행주체 및 역할분담, 업무수행 프로세스를 합리화하는데 매우 유용한 자료가 될 것이다. 본 연구결과를 실무에 적용하기 위해서는 연구결과로 제시하고 있는 단위업무의 수행주체 및 수행프로세스별 명확한 업무분장에 대한 협의가 반드시 필요하며, 이와 아울러 환경관련 각종 제도 및 기준 현실화가 필수적이다. 이러한 적극적 이행노력과 더불어, 향후 환경관리활동 수행과정 및 결과에 대한 평가방법, 환경요인별 환경문제 발생 시의 기술적 해결방법에 대한 검토도 추가적으로 연구되어야 할 것이다.

개발사업 유형별 환경친화적 입지 및 검토기준 연구 (A Study on Environment-friendly Location & Review Criteria by Development Project Types)

  • and to provide (case example-focused) guidelines for environment-friendly oriented plans. Key findings of this study are as follows : first, a total of 2,465 development projects covering $173km^2$ were undertaken in Gyeonggi province in last three years. Second, based on the analysis of 16 development projects in four types, about 20 alternative environment-friendly location were suggested. Thirdly, 56 environment-friendly criteria were suggested for the environmental assessment items by setting at least three alternatives. Going forward, if discussion case examples by project type, environment-friendly location criteria by project type, and environment friendly review criteria by assessment item suggested in this study are fully utilized when initiating or approving various development projects in the future, environment-friendliness will be enhanced in development projects.

응급실 실습을 경험한 응급구조학 전공 학생의 5요인 성격특성, 스트레스 대처방식이 임상실습스트레스에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Five Personality Traits and Stress Coping Methods of Paramedic Students Who Experienced Emergency Room Practice on Clinical Practice Stress)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of paramedic students' five-factor personality characteristics and stress coping behavior on the stress of emergency room practice. Methods: This study conducted a survey targeting 2 grade - 4 grade paramedic students who had experience practice at emergency room at N University and B University located in Cheonan, South Chungcheong Province. Results: 'Agreeableness' was the highest at 33.88±6.31 and 'Neuroticism' was the lowest at 27.82±7.43. Among stress coping methods, 'active coping' was higher at 3.39 than 'passive coping' at 3.21, and the subarea with the highest score was 'wishful coping'. When looking at clinical practice stress by sub-domain, 'practical training environment' was the highest at 2.96, and 'interpersonal conflict' was the lowest at 2.14. There was a negative correlation between clinical practice stress and friendliness (r=-.220, p=.014) and a positive correlation with active coping (r=.210, p=.019). The influential factors were friendliness (β=-.267) and active coping (β=.258). Conclusion: The paramedic students who participated in this study showed a high level of agreeableness among the five personality traits and used a active coping style to cope with stress. Agreeableness has been shown to lower clinical practice stress, and active coping is classified as the most appropriate coping style, so research is needed to guide people to utilize friendliness and active coping well.

유기농 커피 선택 동기가 소비자태도 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향 - 서울 지역 유기농 커피 전문점을 중심으로 - (Impact of Choice Motives on Consumer Attitudes and Purchase Intentions regarding Organic Coffee - Study Performed at Organic Coffee Shops in and around Seoul -)

  • This study aimed to examine the choice motives for organic coffee and investigate how these motives influence consumer attitudes and purchase intentions regarding organic coffee. A survey was administered to people visiting organic coffee shops in Seoul. Analyses of frequency, descriptive statistics, factor and reliability, ANOVA, correlation, and regression were conducted using SPSS 20.0. Six factors were demonstrated as motives for choosing organic coffee: health, price, reliability, familiarity, sensory appeal, and environment friendliness. Among six factors, "reliability" and "environment friendliness" were positively associated with consumer attitudes, which had a significant impact on purchase intentions. This study is one of the first to examine the relationship between consumer attitudes and purchase intentions focusing on organic coffee. Although the organic coffee market has high potential, its theoretical background has been under developed. By revealing choice motives for organic coffee, this study could provide basic information on how to satisfy consumer needs and promote purchasing. In addition, by understanding needs of diverse and specific coffee consumer groups, effective marketing strategies can be developed with a focus on organic coffee. Especially, environment-friendly and reliable organic coffee can satisfy consumers, maximize profits, and improve brand value.

LEED인증 건축물 분석을 통한 실내공간의 친환경성 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Eco-friendly Indoor Space of Domestic Eco-certified (LEED)Building through the Cases Analysis & User's Satisfaction)

  • The building construction sector has been blamed as the main culprit of environmental contamination worldwide. So, there shall be some constructive alternatives in architectural engineering. As one of the alternatives, the LEED ("Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design") has been introduced since 1990s and has been well recognized in saving the resources and energy. "LEED" has also been introduced in Korea since 2002 but it has not put priority on the eco-friendliness of indoor space. In this study, the international and domestic green systems were analyzed and compared in order to restructure the checklist for indoor space. Using the restructured checklists, the questionnaire were sent to 180 people using 6 office buildings which passed the domestic "LEED" certification. LEED certification system put priority on the air quality and heating/cooling environment in its evaluation section and items. However, according to the results of the study, it was found that the people using the buildings were not satisfied enough with the air environment of buildings along with their other indoor environment items. This shows that even though the office buildings are designed according to the requirements of LEED, the buildings do not meet the occupier's needs. In addition, it showed that the evaluation items should be improved so that they are useful to enhance the satisfaction of the occupiers' needs. The paper could be useful in establishing standard for eco friendliness of indoor space of office buildings which pass the LEED certification as the basic data for increasing energy efficiency and working efficiency of occupiers of the buildings.

생태지역 유형에 따른 방문경험의 인식적 차이에 관한 연구 (Exploring Visitor Experiences based on Types of Ecological Sites)

  • 본 연구는 생태지역 유형에 따른 방문자의 경험에 대한 인식을 비교하는데 목적을 두고 수행되었다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 생태지역 유형을 자연생태지역과 인공생태지역으로 구분하였으며, 생태지역별 방문 경험자를 대상으로 방문경험에 대한 인식도 분석과 인식도에 따른 만족도 분석을 실시하였다. 먼저, 방문경험 인식 측정요소에 대한 분석결과, 생태체험, 환경친화, 사회성, 휴식 등의 4개 요인이 도출되었다. 자연생태지역과 인공생태지역에 따라 방문경험 요인별로 인식차이를 비교한 결과, 전반적으로 자연생태지역에서의 방문경험 인식이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 생태지역방문경험 인식이 방문자 만족도에 미치는 영향 분석 결과에서는 자연생태지역과 인공생태지역에서 휴식성이 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 자연생태지역에서는 생태체험 요인, 인공생태지역에서는 환경친화 요인이 방문자 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며, 이에 대한 계획 및 관리적 차원의 시사점을 제시하였다.

  • This study aimed not only to analyze the trend of housing environment design through the advertisements for sale of apartments to be completed after 2006 but also to discuss the future trend of housing environment on the basis of the results of analysis. Building companies used to collect data were limited to those that ranked within the 30th place in the Construction Association of Korea's Contract Ranking from 2001 to 2004. The contens of advertisements appeared on their websites were used. The contents analyzed were also limited to 1) concept and method of design and 2) main advanced systems.

온라인 패션광고의 지속가능발전 지표 평가 연구 (A Study on the Assessment of the Index for Sustainable Development of On-line Fashion Advertising)

  • The purpose of this research was to evaluate the possibility of sustainable development of online advertisements conducted by fashion companies. Factors composed of sustainable development indexes of online advertisement that had been developed in previous studies were identified, and then the relevance between purchase intention and advertisement experience was evaluated. An online survey of 573 persons in the 20 to 40 age range who own mobile phone and have experienced online advertisements of a fashion brand or a fashion company was conducted. The data collected from the survey and the results are as follows. First, the validity and reliability from confirmatory factor analysis of six factors (namely, personal information protection, web use infringement, advertisement expression harmfulness, advertisement expression objectivity, emotional responsibility, and environment-friendly) and 21 questions was confirmed. Second, it confirmed that consumers gave low points to the evaluation of sustainable development indexes of online advertisement of fashion companies. In particular, that consumers gave low points with regard to both environmental friendliness and web use infringement. Third, it was identified that personal indexes such as personal information protection, web use infringement, and indexes relating to advertisement expressions do not directly influence the consumer's purchase intention. However, social indexes like emotional responsibility and environmental friendliness do have an influence on the consumer's positive action intention.

친환경 패션 문화 조성을 위한 캠페인 티셔츠에 관한 연구 (Study on the Campaign of Using T-Shirts to Establish an Environmentally-Friendly Fashion Culture)

  • The hot-wave of campaign for fashion brands has itself become a fashion trend now. In order to participate in this popular trend, every brand has launched a new campaign of developing T-shirts each season with a social issue as the design concept. Such a campaign plan is related to the brand's image-making. Each brand has its own slogan based on various themes related to social issues. Since the environment is the hottest social issue these days, most campaigns' T-shirts also focus on the image of environmental-friendliness. The purpose of this study is to elucidate environmentally-friendly fashion culture in daily life so that "environmental-friendliness" would be positively cognized by people in everyday life. For that, the design of these T-shirts following the environmental campaign will be developed and their utilization potential will be clarified. The detail contents of the study are as follow. First, the meaning of the environmental campaign and trends of environmental campaigns in Korea and overseas will be explored in order to identify their theoretical contents. Second, the environmental campaigns will be classified by case. Analysis of the expression and characteristic of each case will determine the utilization plan. Third, design directions will be suggested based on the characteristics produced from the case study. As the study conclusion, five environmental campaign T-shirts will be produced.
