The results of this study on problems and activation plans of venture business are as follows. Second. to prepare investment base for venture business 1) To induce the enlargement of venture investment unions. 2) To ensure the sound trust of KOSDAQ. 3) To permantly setup angel capital investment market. 4) To ensure joint system for R&D and knowledge management, and so forth. Third, to promote environment for the founding of venture business 1) To enlarge and roar business incubator (BI) 2) To establish acts of venture complex. 3) To uplift creative tension feeling and entrepreneurship. 4) To maximum the support for adminstration approvals, and so forth. Fourth, to make global strategy for venture business 1) To furnish oversea venture chances for globaligation to venture business. 2) To operate information network. 3) To establish integrating system of oversea support offices. Fifth, to support capital and tax 1) To activate functions of investment organs. 2) To increase the number of venture investment company. 3) To permanently organige angel capitalists. 4) To reduce and exampt the corporation tax, and the like. Above mentioned results of this study have to be practiced, and in future, subdivided studies will be needed.

Since the late 1990s, the Korean Venture Capital Industry has been remarkably grown in the aspect of quality and quantity. Korean government expects that the Venture company and Venture Capital Industry would contribute to the recovery of depressed Korean economy and restructuring of the high cost and low efficiency economic structure. Korean government reinforces supporting policies for the Venture Capital and Venture Business. Venture Capital is defined as the form of high risk and high profit investment capital growing the small & medium enterprises to competitive ones through capital and management support and collecting the capital. According to the Gompers and Lerners the venture capital cycle consists of raising investment capital, screening the investment opportunity and invest the money. And later, sold the retained stock to the other investor or to the company. This stage called EXIT Consequently, the function of the venture capital, which supply the fund and the business consultation to venture business, have been emphasized and how to effectively run this capital have been recognized as the way to develop the venture business. In this regard, the problem in Korean Venture Capital Market is as follows. First, most of the sources of fund depends on the government support and this conflict with the nature of risk capital because the government capital emphasis the stability than profitability. And secondly, the efficiency of the venture capital system in Korea do not reach that of the advanced countries due to many kinds of restriction and the rack of support. Consequently, the Activation Schemes for Korean Venture Capital Firms are as follows. First, the sources of venture capital need to diversify from angels to institutional investors such as banks, pensions, fund of fund. And Lastly, the internal management and operational system of venture capital companies should be strengthened by quality to that of global Venture Capital Firms.
Purpose - Research on the ability of domestic public institutions to conduct business is being conducted. Research on government support policy for public technology projects, emphasizes technology creation. Public agencies are encouraging evolutionary barriers at the stage of realistic business. This paper presents the policy possibilities by presenting policies and strategies based on corporate public policy. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study, we surveyed the actual state of public technology commercialization based on the data on state of technology commercialization of public institutions. We collected and analyzed the literature data to enhance the competitiveness of technology commercialization by identifying success cases of public technology commercialization. In Korea, there are not many research papers that provide policy alternatives for technical commercialization of public research institutes. Therefore, in this paper, we review various government policies and check the status of technology commercialization to increase its value. Results - As a result of this study, it is suggested that various policy development is necessary for the commercialization of public technology, because it is important to increase the value of technology users, suppliers, investors and customers through various network activation. In particular, it is necessary to establish differentiated Korean public technology commercialization model for the proliferation of public technology commercialization by presenting methodical model of technical commercialization. Conclusions - Through this study, it is important to raise the competitiveness of domestic public technology commercialization, to create economic value, and to improve the performance of technology commercialization. Therefore, it is necessary to contribute to the creation of research achievement, research method of excellent technology, and method of commercializing technology, and to create achievement of technical commercialization in the future. In addition, from the viewpoint of commercialization of technology, strategies for creating value through utilization of public technology should be prepared, and a plan for mutual prosperity among domestic companies should be prepared. Policy alternatives of various public technology commercialization to build national competitiveness have been developed, and various examples of performance for the performance of public technology commercialization should be derived.

This aim of study is to offer three way(the E-commerce operations site, electronic catalog site, the E- commerce function improvement, the off-line E-biz revitalization) for E-commerce revitalization of business incubator center's resident enterprise through interview with business incubator center's resident enterprise, business incubator center's manager and the operation company of the COBIAN as E-commerce site of business incubator center. Solutions presented by business incubator center are considered from various angles to improve law perception in the COBIAN and to exchange contact information among BI companies in the COBIAN. And The solution emphasize an efficiency as well as an absolute investment to present the solutions that are able to do better important function as business incubator center than any other. furthermore, a business incubator center presents solutions for solving problems with small and medium enterprises as well as the COBIAN, which is doing E-commerce operation.
A change in industrial education has been demanded with the emergence of rapidly changing knowledge-based society. Keeping pace with the current trend, the Specialized High Schools should analyze what their students need and suggest what they should do to be qualified for work. Even though the education paradigm is in the process of change from traditional industrial society to knowledge-based society, the Specialized High School still focuses on the out-of-trend traditional curriculum. Now, it's a time to introduce new curriculum which analyzes on-the-spot tasks and enhances students' creativity and capability to solve problems. For this study, new '3-Type school curriculum' models are examined. Furthermore, the on-the-spot based curriculum, which nurtures students' creativity and capability to take care of things should be adopted. This paper showed a direction toward the activation and generalization of the industrial education by specifying to which direction the 3-type curriculum-based the Specialized Vocational High School should move.
Chemical modification of titanium/titanium oxide (Ti/$TiO_2$) substrates has recently gained a great deal of attention because of the applications of Ti/$TiO_2$-based materials to biomedical areas. The reported modification methods generally involve passive coating of Ti/$TiO_2$ substrates with protein-resistant materials, and poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) has proven advantageous for bestowing a nonbiofouling property on the surface of Ti/$TiO_2$. However, the wider applications of Ti/$TiO_2$ based materials to biomedical areas will require the introduction of biologically active moieties onto Ti/$TiO_2$, in addition to nonbiofouling property. In this work, we therefore utilized surface-initiated polymerization to coat the Ti/$TiO_2$ substrates with polymers presenting the nonbiofouling PEG moiety and subsequently conjugated biologically active compounds to the PEG-presenting, polymeric films. Specifically, a Ti/$TiO_2$ surface was chemically modified to present an initiator for atom transfer radical polymerization, and poly(ethylene glycol) methacrylate (pEGMA) was polymerized from the surface. After activation of hydroxyl groups of poly(pEGMA) (pPEGMA) with N,N'-disuccinimidyl carbonate, biotin, a model compound, was conjugated to the pPEGMA films. The reactions were confirmed by infrared spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, contact angle goniometry, and ellipsometry. The biospecific binding of target proteins was also utilized to generate micropatterns of proteins on the Ti/$TiO_2$ surface.

This study examines the characteristics and recent changes of the Hanbok industrial cluster in Gwangju Metropolitan City, in order to understand the problems in the activation of the Hanbok industry and to seek future policies. A total 32 companies comprise the 'Small Manufacturer Specialized Support Center of Hanbok' and were surveyed with a 41 questions with questions in four categories. The Gwangju Hanbok area has been in existence for more than 40 years and was composed of small groups of one or two manufacturers. They are experiencing the same difficulties as other Hanbok clusters, such as the aging of workers, the downturn of dress culture, and changing consumption paradigms. However, since 2015, various efforts have been made in order to seek countermeasures to cope with such difficulties, particularly with the foundation of the 'Small Manufacturer Specialized Support Center of Hanbok' with the support of the Ministry of Small Venture Business. This study focuses on the alterations in the current Hanbok industry due to the IT industrialization as well as the changes in the locations of the Hanbok clusters due to the revitalization of old towns by local governments., The results providing an opportunity to appreciate the problems therein and seek the solutions. Small manufacturers of the Hanbok cluster are trying to improve their entrepreneurship, digital technology application, and knowledge in accordance with the socio-economic trends, but they have limitations to practically apply it to business, barely keeping the minimum production base. The central government and the Gwangju should reinforce and expand the support for marketing and public relations for the Hanbok to foster the designer population, to establish mutual brands, to raise brand awareness, and to promote the technological perfection of the individual businesses, to allow them to cope with the current market trends, in order for the technological development and firm settlement of the local Hanbok industrial cluster.

The importance of digital economy and platform firms in the Korean economy is growing. However, the concept and definition of platform firms are still in vague. In addition, the construct of platform firms in ecosystem has not yet investigated. In this paper, we attempt to define the platform firm and to classify the platform depends on the attributes of firms and business. We find 552 platform firms compose Korean platform ecosystem. From this study, the understood of platform concept can be accurated. Specifically, from the perspective of a 'firm' rather than a business-oriented attribute, and furthermore, the type of platform firm and detailed classification of industries and services were proposed for empirical analysis in the future. In addition, through the analysis of the current status of the platform ecosystem, policy recommendations for the future development and activation of the ecosystem were presented.

Venture company refers to technology-intensive start-ups which is characterized by high high returns and risks to challenge new business to have new ideas and technology. These venture companies, ripple effect on the competitiveness of the national industry is large, and has emerged as a new industry that is able to overcome the difficulties of low growth, as an important element in regional development strategy, urban economy of not only activation, with a large impact on the regeneration and revitalization of the city that has lagged behind, has been recognized its importance. In this study, by investigating the influence of the Anyang city development strategy based on the location factor of venture companies for the activation of Anyang City urban development in satisfaction as an intermediary, empirically location of venture companies factor is trying to analyze the effect of parameters of Anyang city development strategy in relation to the satisfaction. Analysis method is to distribute the questionnaire were analyzed using the SPSS statistical program, the results are as follows. Location factors of venture companies, government support, transportation accessibility, venture integrated factors, it appears as four factors factors of support facilities, the analysis result venture firm location factors found to affect positive satisfied (+) It was. Secondly, in order to verify the parameter effects the result Anyang urban development strategy of using three steps regression analysis, as there is influence of the positive (+) mediated effect was investigated. These results, in order to increase the satisfaction of Anyang City, is not only the physical environmental elements, it is necessary to make the urban development strategies.

The welfare system and the direction of the welfare policy have been unable to escape greatly from the frame of the past against the facts that the external environments of the national economy of the world including Korea have been changing in quick and rapid speed. Such results have caused the issues related with the welfare, economy and society ended in the ideological collision in connection with the goals of the policy, the right agreement between the policies lacked, and the intervention and conflict between the interest group concerning the policy continued. Social policy of Korea in the past had the level of complementing the parts which could not be solved through the growth. Employment creation had been achieved continuously backed up by the high rate of growth. And the low aging level, the young population structure, and the high rate of childbirth had been the structures that made such achievement possible. New economic, social and welfare environment at home and abroad has been requesting new change in welfare policy. Goal of the economic and social policy is to construct the safe economic and social system. And what has been requested has been the formation of the economic and social policy orienting the welfare nation in form of social investment and welfare expansion. Also the direction in strengthening the welfare system of Korea shall have the balance between the protection and activation strength with the necessity of converting to the prevention welfare from the post welfare. Also the public part, market, the 3rd sector and the share of the role of an individual shall be achieved. And what is needed is the achievement of the transfer from the paradigm of residual welfare to the universal welfare. And such improvements of the welfare system will be able to elevate the possible continuity of the system in long term basis through the improvement of the welfare system.
