Korea is one of low-ranked countries in women's economic participation rate among OECD nations because well-educated females are not participating in economic activities. Regardless of current state of our society, opening a business is being considered as a effective method for job creation. Also, increasing the number of female business founders can lead to female job creation which promotes even growth of foundation and job creation and augments women's economic activity rate. Therefore, this study suggests the direction of foundation and inspires foundation factors and aims at increasing social re-participation through vitalization of business foundation by women in career discontinuity. For this study, I carried out a survey targeting career interrupted women who have attained entrepreneurial education using five- point scale by Likert and analyzed with SPSS Windows 18.0. The analysis set up 3 hypotheses with independent variables of psychological traits, entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial environment and the dependent variable of entrepreneurial intention of the career interrupted women. Also, I looked if there is the modify effect when psychological traits and entrepreneurial education affect the entrepreneurial intention with entrepreneurial environment as a moderating variable. To summarize the positive analysis result, Firstly, all psychological traits, entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial environment had similar positive affects on career interrupted women's entrepreneurial intention. Secondly, when psychological traits and entrepreneurial education affect the entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial environment had similar effects as a moderating effect. This study implies that psychological traits, entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial environment are all important for the career interrupted women's entrepreneurial intention. There are so many women who are going through both professional experience and personal network's severance. Therefore, optimized entrepre neurship education must be provided to help those women return to economic activity considering their psychological traits. Additionally, we should put emphasis on producing the entrepreneurial environment that can positively convert others' perceptions and construct those women's personal network. There seems to be more productive information for the strategies which can induce those women's actual business foundation if the social problems of the women who have highly willing to open a business are treated in the future. Also, considering that psychological traits, entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial environment all have effect on entrepreneurial intentions, there should be more related follow-up study on this.

The study aims to investigate the effect on Philippine occupational choice of House Bill No.7787, also known as the National Wage Law, which was filled by the Philippine Congress that mandates the implementation of an across the board minimum daily wage of Php750.00 to all workers in the Philippines. This study had used the Computable General Equilibrium-Top-Down Behavioral Microsimulation approach to determine the effect of National Wage Law on occupational choice. The results of the study revealed that the implementation of said National Wage Law would affect the distribution of labor force across occupational classification such as wage workers, entrepreneurial farming activities workers, and entrepreneurial non-farming activities workers. This has resulted from a higher utility that will be derived from the wage working sector once the National Wage Law will be implemented. Further, among regions in the Philippines, the Calabarzon, National Capital Region, and Central Luzon had recorded the highest number of workers who prefer the wage income sector. The findings of the study also suggest that the Philippine agricultural sector will be greatly affected by the National Wage Law due to the preference of workers to shift from the entrepreneurial farming sector to belong to the wage sector.

This research examined the relationship between entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition and university students' entrepreneurial potential in the entrepreneurship of university students. Accordingly, this research confirmed the significant influence between the awareness formation of entrepreneurial opportunities and the attitude toward entrepreneurial, which affect the improvement of the entrepreneurial potential of university students, and analyzed the influence relationship between the variables according to the start-up education and the role model. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, creativity, leadership, and individual control have a significant effect on information search. Insight and achievement have no statistically significant effect on information search. Second, creativity, leadership, and insight were found to have a significant effect on the information combination, and the sense of achievement and individual control did not significantly affect the information combination statistically. Third, creativity, leadership, and individual control have a significant effect on opportunity capture. Insight and achievement have no statistically significant effect on opportunity capture. Fourth, information seeking and opportunity capture have a significant effect on perceived entrepreneurship prospects, and information combination has no significant effect on statistically recognized entrepreneurship prospects. This research examined the effects of the entrepreneurship education and role model of university students, which are the subjects of entrepreneurship education activities supported by universities and governments, and suggested implications related to the entrepreneurial potential of university students who did not entrepreneurship immediately because the perceived desire for and the perceived feasibility of entrepreneurship are formed.

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the moderating effect of technology development activities in the relationship between independent variables such as entrepreneurial orientation and technology innovation capabilities and dependent variables. As a result of analyzing the causal relationship between research variables, it was found that the higher the innovation and initiative among the sub-factors of entrepreneurial orientation, the more positive the technical commercialization performance and product completion. Among the sub-factors of entrepreneurial orientation, risk-taking was found to have a significant effect only on product completion. It was found that the higher the technology commercialization capability and technology convergence capability, the higher the technology commercialization performance, the technology commercialization performance. As a result of analyzing the moderating effect of technology development activities, it was found that technology development management ability, a sub-factor of technology development activities, controls the influence relationship between innovation and risk sensitivity and technology performance. In addition, it was found that the involvement in technology development planning controls the influence relationship between technology convergence capability and technology performance among sub-factors of technology innovation capability. Based on the above analysis results, this study made three suggestions as follows. First, the achievements of technology commercialization to achieve the superiority of corporate competition depend on progressive innovation and risk-taking based on entrepreneurial orientation. It is necessary to find a way to build entrepreneurial orientation from within the organization. Second, due to the nature of the ICT industry, which has a fast pace of technological development and changes in market acceptance, technology commercialization performance will be positive when the capabilities, technology, knowledge, and resources that can quickly lead to product production can be organically linked. Finally, corporate CEOs need to further promote innovation and risk-taking through phased and continuous research activities for technology development. In addition, it is necessary to establish a corporate culture that tolerates various strategies and failures so that understanding of technology convergence can lead to technological performance.
Recent studies shows that international entrepreneurship orientation is recognized as a very important tool for improving corporate performance in international business activities. However, these relationships show various research results. Therefore, it can be a very interesting research topic to examine whether these relationships are linear or non-linear when selected as a target in developing country like China. The purpose of this study is to examine whether the effects of international entrepreneurship orientation on the export performance is non-liner type in China's manufacturing firms. And investigated the moderating role of degree of internationalization and market dynamism relative to the relationship between the international entrepreneurial-orientation and the export performance. A total of 478 questionnaires were used for the hypothesis test. The results of this study are summarized as follows: First, there is a J-shaped. relationship between international entrepreneurship orientation and export performance. Second, degree of Internationalization strengthened the reverse J-shaped relationship between international entrepreneurship orientation and export performance. Finally, degree of internationalization and market dynamics show that J-shaped relationship between international entrepreneurial orientation and export performance is strengthened. The results of the study's theoretical contribution and the managerial contribution is as followed. As a theoretical contribution, it is confirmed that international entrepreneurial orientation (J-shaped) and export performance form a non-linear relationship, and it is possible to make an empirical contribution that can newly approach the relationship between international entrepreneurial orientation and export performance. The managerial contribution suggests that China's exporting companies have a higher degree of Internationalization in their international business activities and that the higher the dynamics of the overseas markets, the more advanced the international entrepreneurial behavior should be required to improve the export performance.

The purpose of this study was to examine whether the entrepreneurship education through team learning positively influences the effectiveness of team learning and the satisfaction of entrepreneurship curriculum. To do this, we analyzed the questionnaire data of 149 students who took the entrepreneurship course that was conducted by the team learning method focused on problem solving task among the entrepreneurship courses opened in the venture autonomous major. First, we examined the effect of team learning effectiveness and entrepreneurial education satisfaction on the effectiveness of the team learning by individual's intention for startup, diversity of team members, and supporting activities of assistants as independent variables. For this, hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to examine whether independent variables influenced the effectiveness of team learning, and whether the effectiveness of team learning mediates between these independent variables and entrepreneurial education satisfaction. The results of this study support the hypothesis that supporting activities of assistants will influence team learning effectiveness. However, the hypothesis that individual's intention for startup or team diversity influences team learning effectiveness was rejected. On the other hand, the results of the regression analysis show that individual's intention for startup has a significant effect on the satisfaction of entrepreneurship education. In addition, the effectiveness of team learning was found to be influential on the educational satisfaction, and it was verified that the effectiveness of team learning was mediating between the supporting activities of assistants and the satisfaction of entrepreneurship education. Especially, as a result of the hierarchical regression analysis, it was found that the significance of the supporting activities of assistants decreased remarkably. This suggests that the mediating path that affects the satisfaction of entrepreneurship education is very meaningful through the effectiveness of the team learning although the supporting activities of assistants are partially mediated. As a result of this study, it was found that the supporting activities of assistants are important in the team learning entrepreneurship education and it is also confirmed that the individual's intention for startup is also important. Especially, supporting activities of assistants were found to be an important factor affecting the satisfaction of entrepreneurship education through the effectiveness of team learning. Therefore, I think that it is essential to designing a practical education course that meets individual's intention for startup in the entrepreneurship education of university students and networking with the participation of internal and external experts or entrepreneurs. In addition, I think that it is necessary to think more thoughtfulness about the composition of team members in the team learning, and to provide more meticulous support to the effectiveness of the team learning.

This study analyzed the effect of entrepreneurial competency on entrepreneurial intentions by using the entrepreneurial opportunity recognition as a mediator for middle and middle-aged office workers. The sub-variables of entrepreneurial competency are classified into management competency, technology competency, business competency and funding competency. 222 copies of questionnaires collected from middle-aged and elderly office workers residing across the country centered on the metropolitan area were used for empirical analysis. Based on a simple mediating model with singular mediator using SPSS v22.0 and PROCESS macro v4.0. was analyzed. As a result of the analysis, first, among entrepreneurial competencies, business competency and funding capacity were found to have a positive (+) significant effect on the entrepreneurial intentions, but management and technical competency did not have a significant effect. The higher the business competency and funding competency. Second, it was found that all of the sub-variables of entrepreneurial competency had a significant effect in the positive (+) direction on the recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities. It was confirmed that management competency has the greatest influence on the entrepreneurial opportunity recognition and technology competence has the smallest effect. Third, it was found that the entrepreneurial opportunity recognition had a significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. The discovery of an opportunity recognizing opportunities for start-up is a prerequisite for entrepreneur. Fourth, it was found that the entrepreneurial opportunity recognition mediates between the management competency, technological competency, business competency, funding competency, and entrepreneurial intention. It suggests that opportunity discovery by recognizing opportunities for entrepreneurship is a prerequisite for start-up. As implications of this study, it suggests that in order to inspire middle-aged and elderly office workers to start their own business, it is necessary to have indirect experience with education and to establish and promote a government support system for financing.. Second, It suggests that education on leadership and organizational management is particularly necessary to strengthen the opportunity recognition. Third, it suggests that the discovery of opportunities to recognize opportunities for start-up is a prerequisite for entrepreneur. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare a manual and conduct training on opportunity search, recognition, evaluation, and utilization according to the stage of opportunity development. Fourth, it suggests that in order to strengthen the intention to start a business, ALso, it is necessary to manage both the entrepreneurial competency and entrepreneurial opportunities recognition at the same time. By presenting the practical directions that can be given differentially, we intend to contribute to the provision of practical directions and policy establishment for the promotion of entrepreneurial activities of office workers who can give vitality to the ecosystem.

The outcomes of entrepreneurship studies have been tried to help the entrepreneurs in start-up stages, but the outcomes of the entrepreneurship research are not fully utilized to guide the activities of the entrepreneurs in start-up businesses. To utilize the outcomes of entrepreneurship research for helping entrepreneurs effectively, an entrepreneurship ontology, a systemized specification of the knowledge in the entrepreneurship research, has to be established, Based on the entrepreneurship ontology, the knowledge of entrepreneurial processes can be illustrated, and a diagnosis and coaching system for the entrepreneurs can be built effectively. To establish an entrepreneurship ontology, this study investigates the intellectual structure of entrepreneurship studies by analyzing the contents of top journals in entrepreneurship field, and identifies the relationship among the key concepts through bibliometric analyses based on entrepreneurship corpus, This study suggests a method of establishing entrepreneurship ontology and utilization of the ontology. Through utilization of the entrepreneurship ontology, it is expected to explain the entrepreneurial processes effectively and to improve the rate of business success.
Successful start-ups are driven by opportunities, teams, and the resources needed to grow the business. Systematic business process management is required to maximize the efficiency of business operations. However, the existing entrepreneurial process research has limitations that it is difficult to intuitively and dynamically provide the necessary information for start-up operation, and it is necessary to define necessary information (resources, stakeholders, activities). In this study, we suggest the "Start-up Process Repository System" which overcomes limitations of existing entrepreneurial process research. The architecture for the Start-up Process Repository System provides five layers and enables each layer to interact four interfaces between each layer. This study improves start-ups' accessibility to the start-up business process repository created from the existing repository architecture and increases the utility derived from it by providing methodologies for components that offer useful start-up knowledge.

Korean government recently plan to transform Korean economic system into so called "creative economy" in which entrepreneurial activities play major role. Therefore, a large number of new public support program for entrepreneurs have been announced. On the other hand, there has been growing needs for fairness of economy: large companies are regarded to have abused their negotiating power so far. These two very apparent social trend may require active role of large companies to develop sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem in Korea. In this study, the author tries to review current situation and to find what would drive active participation of large companies as seen in other countries.
