CM 전문회사 단장 활용실태 및 개선방안 (Analyzing the Engagement of Professional Construction Managers in Construction Management firm and Its Improvement Measures)

  • 국내 CM시장이 활성화됨에 따라 경쟁이 심화되어 실제 프로젝트 관리를 담당하는 CM단장의 능력은 CM사업 수주를 위한 중요한 요소가 되었다. 이로 인해 각 CM전문회사는 유능한 CM단장의 확보를 위해 현재 담당 프로젝트가 없더라도 후속 프로젝트의 수주를 위해 CM단장을 일정수 대기상태로 확보하고 있으나, 효율적인 활용방안에 대해서는 체계적인 방법이 마련되지 못한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 현재 CM전문회사가 보유하고 있는 대기상태 CM단장들의 활용실태 및 문제점을 분석하고, CM단장의 효율적인 활용을 위한 개선방안을 모색하기 위한 실무적 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구결과, CM전문회사의 현재 대기상태 CM단장 인력수는 적정 비율 및 인력수에 비해 약 2배 정도 많은 것으로 나타났고, CM단장의 선정기준으로 프로젝트의 수주를 위해 프레젠테이션 능력을 가장 중요한 요소로 고려하고 있었다. 그리고 대기상태 CM단장의 보유 및 활용상 문제점은 크게 고용비용 증가와 현장 및 본사 업무지원능력 부족 및 제한적 활용으로 요약되었고, 대기상태 CM단장의 효율적인 활용을 위한 현장 및 본사 기술지원과 수주능력 강화 및 제도개선 등에 관한 개선방안을 제안하였다.

건설업 산업재해발생율 평가지표 개선방안 (A Study of Improvement on Accident Rate Index of Construction Industry)

  • 국내 건설재해율은 1992년 도입된 이후 현재까지 PQ에 '환산재해율' 반영 등을 통하여 건설재해 감소 및 건설업 안전관리 체제 구축에 기여하고 있다. 또한, 최근 정부가 도입 추진 중인 종합심사낙찰제에도 '재해율' 및 '사망만인율'이 평가항목으로 구성되어 입 낙찰제도의 그 영향력이 확대되고 있다. 그러나 현행 건설재해율은 입 낙찰제도에 따라 이원화된 기준으로 산정 및 운영되고 있는 실정이므로 현 시점에서 건설재해율 평가지표에 대한 현황 검토와 효율적 운영을 위한 방안이 모색될 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 건설업체의 재해관리 실무자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여, 현행 건설재해율의 평가 운영에 대한 현황 검토를 통하여 문제점을 분석하고 그에 따른 개선방안을 제시하였다. 연구 결과, 건설재해율 평가지표의 일원화를 위한 산정기준, 평가대상업체 범위 설정, 건설업 공상처리 개선 측면에서의 개선방안을 제시하였다. 제시된 개선방안을 통해서 보다 효율적이고 합리적인 건설재해율 평가지표의 산정 및 운영이 가능할 것이며, 나아가 건설업체의 자율적인 안전보건 활성화 등을 통한 건설 재해 감소 효과를 기대할 수 있을 것이다.

산학협력 활성화를 위한 현장밀착형 교과과정 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Cooperation for the activation-type curriculum development site close)

  • 우리나라 20대의 고용률은 57%로 최근 4년래 최저치에 머물고 있다. 대졸자들이 몰려 있는 25~29세의 실질 실업률은 20%를 웃돈다는 분석도 있을 만큼 청년실업 문제는 심각하다. 이에 따라 산학협력 활성화는 이제 이러한 국가현안을 해결해주는 주요한 수단으로 인식되고 있으며, 향후 정부정책이나 국가지표에서 더욱 관심과 지원을 받게 될 것이 분명해 보인다. 정부는 2012년부터 '산학협력선도대학 육성사업'(LINC: Leaders in INdustry-university Cooperation)을 추진함으로써 기업이 요구하는 인력양성, 실제적인 연구개발 및 기술이전을 활성화시키고 대학-산업체-연구기관간의 유기적인 상호연계를 바탕으로 지역대학과 산업의 동반성장을 위해 다양한 산학협력 선도모델을 창출-확산시키고 있다. 이러한 배경하여 본 연구의 목적은 대학에서 현장밀착형 인재를 발굴 육성하는데 필수적인 현장밀착형 교과과정 개발에 관한 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 전공학과(부)별 실시한 전공교과과정 수요조사 결과를 바탕으로 산학협력을 확산하기 위한 현장밀착형 교과과정을 분석하고 연차별, 영역별 추진방안을 제안하였다.

의사결정나무분석을 활용한 노인빈곤 결정요인 분석 (Determinant of the Elderly Poverty Using Decision Tree Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 6차 년도 국민노후보장패널조사 자료를 활용하여 노인빈곤에 영향을 미치는 원인을 규명하고자 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 성별, 연령, 교육수준, 건강상태와 같은 노인의 개인적 특성, 거주지역, 가족 구성 형태와 같은 노인가구의 특성, 근로소득 유무, 임금근로자 여부와 같은 노인 근로적 특성, 그리고 공적연금수급 여부, 사적연금수급 여부, 사회보장급여수급 여부, 부동산 소득 여부, 개인연금형태 수입 여부와 같은 은퇴 후 근로 외의 발생소득 특성을 노인빈곤 변인으로 선정하였다. 본 연구는 6차 년도 조사대상 5,254가구 중 65세 이상 그리고 노인가구를 분류한 후 결측값이 포함된 것을 제외한 총 3,418명이 분석에 활용하였다. 의사결정나무분석 결과, 노인빈곤에 영향을 미치는 가장 중요한 변인은 근로소득 유무로 나타났다. 근로소득이 없는 빈곤노인의 경우 공적연금수급 여부, 교육수준, 거주지역이 그리고 근로소득이 있는 빈곤노인의 경우 임금근로자 여부와 성별이 빈곤에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 확인되었다. 이런 분석결과를 토대로, 노인빈곤을 해소하기 위한 방안으로 Senior re-employment 노동환경 조성, 무료 직업교육 프로그램 개발 제공, 공적연금 수급 확대 및 미래연금수급 안전성 보장 및 강화 차원의 현행 연금제도 개선 필요성, 여성 노인 우선적 고용 및 임금근로 조건에 의한 노인 고용 업체 인센티브 제공 등을 제안하였다.

A Study on the Perception of Image-making Regulations Change of Airline Cabin Crew and Career Decision

  • 본 연구의 목적은 항공사 승무원 취업준비생들의 항공사 객실승무원 이미지메이킹 규정변화에 대한 인식을 알아보고, 규정변화인식, 직업선택동기 및 진로결정 간의 영향관계를 규명하는데 있다. 이 연구에서는 광주, 전남 지역 항공서비스전공 여대생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 2019년 11월 18일부터 12월 13일까지 진행하였다. 총 203부의 설문지를 실증분석에 이용하였다. 수집된 자료는 'SPSS statistics 21.0'을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과 항공서비스전공 학생들은 객실승무원 이미지메이킹 규정변화에 대해 긍정적으로 인식하고 있으며, 규정변화에 대한 인식은 직업선택동기와 진로결정에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 직업선택동기는 진로결정에 유의한 영향을 준다고 나타났다. 결론적으로 항공사에는 채용할 인재를 이해할 수 있는 정보를, 취업준비생에게는 취업을 위한 정보를 제공한다는 시사점을 갖는다. 그러나 이 연구의 표본대상의 지역적 한계, 성별적 한계와 표본 크기의 한계점을 갖는다.

모유수유 실천과 관련 요인 (A Study on Factors Related to the Practice of Breast-feeding)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine and analyse factors related to the actual status and practice of breast-feeding during an infant period to grasp elements detrimental to breast-feeding and, therefore, provide basic information useful for its effective practice and encouragement. Method: From April 1 to June 30, 2001, this study was carried out with the mothers of 337 who were 6 months old, as of the surveyed date, of infants born in 2002 and registered in Seongju-gun Public Health Center, Gyeongsangbug-do Province. The method for its survey included both of the visiting and telephone interviews, and questions were mainly about the mothers' general characteristics(3 questions), infants' general characteristics(3 questions), environmental characteristics of infant delivery( 4 questions), support to breast-feeding(4 questions), understanding of breast-feeding(5 questions), and feeding type during the 1 to 6-month period after birth. Result: 1. The feeding type during the I-month period after birth showed that the breast-feeding accounted for 42.4%, which was higher than dry milk-feeding(30%) or mixed milk-feeding(26.8%). However, it began to be lower than the dry milk-feeding from the 2-month period after birth. During the 6-month period, the breast-feeding accounted for 28.6% which was lower than 56.5% of the dry milk-feeding. 2. The mothers who were encouraged by their delivery clinic to and were educated to breast-feed infants accounted for 55.4% and 41.4%, respectively, which were relatively low. The understanding of breast-feeding indicated that the responses were positive from the view point of mother & infant health, but negative from mother's physical form. 3. It was shown that the lower the educational background of mother(p〈0.05) and the higher the unemployment of mother(p〈0.001), the higher the positive understanding of breast-feeding, and that the higher the entire support to breast-feeding, the more positive their understanding. 4. It was also shown that the lower the educational background of mother(p〈0.05), the higher the unemployment of mother(p〈0.001), the more the experience in breast-feeding at a delivery clinic(p〈0.01) and the faster the initial feeding(p〈0.001), the higher the rate of breast-feeding. 5. The factor having an effect on breast-feeding included a delivery clinic's encouragement to breast-feed(p〈0.001), understanding of breast-feeding(p〈0.01), father's comment on feeding method(p〈0.05) and mother's employment(p〈0.05). Discussion: In order to encourage the breast-feeding, as shown above, it is required, fist of all, to offer pregnant women an education about importance and excellence of breast-feeding and its appropriate method before delivery in advance to result in a positive comprehension of the breast-feeding. To do that, both the publicity activities and program development designed to encourage the breast-feeding must be performed in advance at the government level. In addition to that, the mother-infant space as ‘rooming-in’ available for breast-feeding immediately after delivery must be prepared on the basis of legal and administrative support. Finally, female employees' leave after childbirth must be performed for the purpose of productive welfare and circumstances also be prepared for breast-feeding, such as a children's home at work.

종합병원 사무직 여성의 직무 및 사회심리적 스트레스가 직무만족, 조직몰입, 이직의향에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of work and psychosocial stress on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and leaving intention in general hospital female office workers)

  • This study tires to examine affects that job and socio-psychological stresses of female office workers influence job satisfaction, organization commitment, and leaving intentions. A complete data are collected by conducting a survey with 240 female office workers from 9 medical institutions regarded as almost general hospital in Seoul. It is analyzed that the relation between socio-psychological stress and job satisfaction, organization commitment, and leaving intentions by using t-test; analysis of variance; correlation analysis; principal component analysis; linear structural equation modeling; etc. The results of this study are summarized as following. First, as it was comprehended by specific characteristics of subjects that the female office workers' level of job and socio-psychological stress, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and leaving intention, there were statistically significant distinctions from their age, marital status, presence of children, position in the organization, type of employment, and monthly average income. Second, this study regarded relationship between the female office workers' level of job and socio-psychological stresses, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and leaving intention. Job and socio-psychological stresses were negatively correlated with job satisfaction and organizational commitment, but the stresses were positive with leaving intention. Third, after evaluating effect that 8 features related to the job stress could influence job stress, the most effective valuables were in order to unfairness in organizational structure, workplace culture, inadequate compensation, and relationship conflict. Fourth, when looking at the overall effects of the job and sociopsychological stresses on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and leaving intention, work autonomy was the most influencing factor of work stress levels. The level of the job stress seemed to be a prevalent impact on the leaving intention and it showed the most negative relationship that path coefficient from leaving intention to organizational commitment and also from organizational commitment to job satisfaction. Based on these findings, it can be defined that the job and socio-psychological stresses strongly influence job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and leaving intention.

이공계 대졸여성의 진로준비행동이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Impact on Job Satisfaction of Career Preparation Behavior of Women Graduates in Science and Engineering)

  • 본 연구는 이공계 대졸여성의 진로준비행동이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 공학계열과 자연계열의 전공별로 직무만족에 차이가 있는지를 차이분석을 통하여 알아보고, 진로준비행동과 직무만족도와의 관계를 회귀분석을 하였다. 이를 위해 한국고용정보원의 '2012 대졸자 직업이동 경로조사' 원 자료를 사용하였다. 연구대상은 2011년 8월과 2012년 2월 전문대 및 4년제 대학 이공계전공 여성으로 본 연구에서는 '2012 대졸자 직업이동경로조사' 원 데이터에서 연구대상인 이공계 전공여성 1,569명의 표본(공학계열; 649명, 자연계열;920명)을 분석하였다. 자료는 SPSS WIN 19.0을 사용해 빈도분석, 독립표본t검정, 상관관계분석, 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 진로준비행동을 고려하지 않고 전공 선택 이유, 대학유형, 대학소재지, 계열만을 통제하였을 때는 4년제 대학이 전문대보다 고용안정성이 좋고 직무만족도가 높았으나 전공 선택이유, 대학유형, 대학소재지, 계열 등의 통제변수와 진로준비행동 변인을 같이 사용하였을 때는 4년제 대학과 전문대학이라는 대학유형간이 고용안정성과 직무만족도에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의미하지 않았다. 이는 진로준비행동을 체계적으로 하여 본인 적성에 맞도록 소신 있게 대학을 선택했을 경우 대학유형은 직무만족도에 큰 영향을 미치지 않음을 시사하였다.

치위생과 학생들의 전공교육 및 직업관에 대한 의식 조사 연구 (A Study on Dental Hygiene Students' Consciousness about Course Education and their Occupation)

  • For the purpose of strengthening Dental Hygiene students' confidence and motivation in the Dental Hygiene Department and helping construct proper professionalism, survey on Dental Hygiene students' consciousness of attitude to and satisfaction of the course, career plan and occupation mind set was carried out. 530 three year students in 8 Dental Hygiene academies in Seoul and Kyonggi province were questioned. The results of the survery are as follows:. 1. Dental Hygiene students' motives consisted primarily of employment and a desire for professionalism 25% of them entered the course after one failure in the entrance examination and 17% had family members engaging in the dentistry field 84%, the largest portion, were from an academic high school. 24% had some knowledge of Dental Hygiene, which they had acquired from seniors, friends, and teachers. 2. Patient care and treatment assistance related matters were not considered important in the course. The weak points of the course turned out to be education in computers and foreign languages, but the weakest was the ability of patient care during clinical training. 53% had experiences had thought of changing their major while in the course because it didn't match their aptitude and interest. 3. As for a career after graduation, 49% worried about it Most students wanted to work at a dental hospital or general hospital, The most favored duty was coordination or reception or oral disease preventive work. They wanted to work untill they had a stable living. 68% answered they would get a job at an oral clinic and 70% said they would continue studying for self-realization. 4. Satisfaction with the major was high in students whose aptitude and interest matched the course, who had background knowledge of the major, and who. didn't think of changing the major but would continue studying resulting in statistically slight difference(p<0.001). As to satisfaction with the faculties, it was high in the students whose aptitude and interest matched the major and who didn't think about a career after graduation showing a slight difference(p<05, p<0l). As for satisfaction with clinical training, students whose aptitude and interest matched the major and who didn't consider changing the major answered positively showing a statistically slight difference(p<.001, p<.01). As to satisfaction with the course, it was high in the students who entered with aptitude and interest, who had preliminary knowledge, who didn't consider changing the major, and who didn't think about a career after graduation showing a statistically slight difference(p<.001, p<.05). 5. Occupation mind-set was positive for students who entered with interest and aptitude, who had preliminary knowledge, and who had not considered changing the major showing a statistically slight difference(P<.001). The higher the satisfaction with the major, faculty and clinical training was, the more positive the occupation mind-set was(p<.001).

고등학교 교사들의 물리치료사에 대한 인식도에 관한 조사 (A Survey on the Understanding of High School Teachers about Physical Therapist)

  • This study was carried out to recognize the understanding of high school teachers about physical therapist during September in 1988, The study population was comprised of 511 high school teachers who had lived in Seoul and Kyunggi Province. Mate teachers were $56\%$ and the rest of them were females. In age distribution $45.4\%$ of them belonged to the 3rd decade, in religion $36.2\%$ of them were Christians, and in their carrier $45.8\%$ of them were less then 5 years. The results obtained were as follows. 1. The high school teachers who knew about department of physical therapy is amounted to $62.6\%$ in male and $49.8\%$ in female. The high school teachers ($41.7\%$ in male and $38.6\%$ in female) considered that students aptitude was the most important thing to keep in mind in counselling those who wished to become physical therapists. There were difference in opinion between male and female teachers as to the counselling criteria (p<0.05). 2. The high school teachers who knew that the students would beemployed in sport center and health clubs after graduation amounted to $24.3\%$ in males and in general hospital to $27.1\%$ in female. There was significant difference in the knowledge for their field of employment between male and female teachers (p<0.05). 3. As to the effectiveness of the physical therapy, $41.3\%$ of male and $29.8\%$ of the female teachers responded to 'satisfactory', but indicating no statistical difference both sexes. 4. As for the attitude of physical therapiest, $43\%$ of them answered that kindness and service devotion were the prerequisite for them. There were statistical difference between male and female teachers in concepts about attitude (p<0.05). To the social level of physical therapist, majority of the teachers thought that physical therapist belong to moderate level in social class. 5. Those who considered that the physical therapy was necessary means for treatment of trauma amounted to $73\%$. The reason why teachers thought that physical therapy was not necessary was that it required too long period of time for the treatment. 6. Those who knew fully the job of physical therapist amounted to $55\%$ and the 55. $9\%$ knew that physical therapists work only at hospitals as the therapist and the rest of them misunderstood the job of physical therapist. 7. As for the academic background to be qualified as physical therapist, $76.2\%$ of them said that graduation of Junior College was required, $12.9\%$ graduation of Senior College and the rest of them had no ideas at all. There was no statistical difference between male and female teachers.
