규범적 기대와 예언적 기대가 소비자 만족에 미치는 영향: 감정적 vs. 이성적 기대불일치를 중심으로 (The Impact of Consumers' Should-expectation and Will-expectation on Consumer Satisfaction: Focusing on Emotional and Rational Expectancy Disconfirmation)

  • 제품이나 서비스에 대한 소비자 만족은 이성적인 관점에서 어느 정도 성과를 창출하였는지와 감정적인 관점에서 어떤 느낌을 제공하는지에 따라 달라진다. 본 연구는 소비자의 이러한 두 가지 차원의 기대를 이성적 기대와 감성적 기대의 독립적인 기대들로 간주하고, 특정 제품이나 서비스에 대한 소비자 만족간의 관계를 확인하였다. 동시에 기존의 기대불일치 이론을 확장한 예언적 기대와 규범적 기대도 함께 고려하여, 소비자의 이성적인 판단과 감정적인 느낌의 기대불일치가 만족에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 연구하였다. 연구 결과, 이성적인 관점에서는 소비자의 기대를 뛰어넘는 성능이나 경험을 했을 경우, 만족은 증가함을 알 수 있었고, 이 효과는 예언적 기대를 충족했을 때 더 커짐을 알 수 있었다. 반면, 감성적인 관점에서는 소비자가 규범적으로 사전에 기대한 느낌보다 더 좋은 느낌을 얻을수록, 만족이 증가하지만, 자신이 실제로 일어날 것이라고 예언한 기대에 불일치하는 것은 오히려 만족을 감소시킨다는 결과를 확인하였다. 하지만 영향정도의 절대 크기 측면에서 감정적인 느낌 하에서는 규범적 기대불일치가 소비자의 만족에 미치는 영향이 예언적 기대불일치의 영향보다 더 크다는 것을 확인하였다.

어머니의 사회관계망, 자녀에 대한 기대와 아동의 자아존중감 및 정서지능의 관계 (The Relationships among Maternal Social Networks, Maternal Expectation for Their Own Children and Self-esteem and Emotional Intelligence of Children)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the characteristics of maternal social networks on maternal expectation for their own children to examine the path that social networks had an effect on the self-esteem and the emotional intelligence of children through maternal expectation for their own children. The data used in this study were collected from 524 fourth to sixth graders and their mothers residing in Daejeon using structured questionnaire. The major findings of the study were as follows : (1) Among social network characteristics, proportion of friends and neighbors, proximity, direction and interference had a negative effect, and proportion of mothers of child's friends, frequency of contact, intimacy, emotional support, service support had a positive effect on maternal expectation for their own children. (2) Among social network characteristics, proportion of mothers of child's friends had a direct effect and proportion of friends, neighbors, and mothers of child's friends, proximity, frequency of contact, intimacy, direction, emotional support, service support, and interference had an indirect effect on children's emotional intelligence through maternal expectation for their own children. (3) Among social network characteristics, proportion of kin and mothers of child's friends, intimacy, service support, material support and interference had a direct effect, and proportion of neighbors and mothers of child's friends, proximity, frequency of contact, direction, service support had an indirect effect on children's emotional intelligence through maternal expectation for their own children.

An Exploration of Factors Influencing College Students' Academic and Social Adjustment

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of school life and to examine the influencing factors of academic adjustment and social adjustment in university students. This cross-sectional descriptive study by using secondary data from 2,064 subjects who responded to a self-rated student adjustment test. Descriptive, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple regression analyses were conducted. Satisfaction with college selection, expectation for college, satisfaction with college service, emotional stability, and relationships with faculty were significantly higher among male students, whereas confidence in major, support from others were significantly higher among the female students. There was a significant positive relationship between academic adjustment and confidence in major, and between social adjustment and expectation for college. Confidence in major, relationships with faculty, emotional stability, expectation for college, satisfaction with college selection, and commitment to college life accounted for 31.8% of the variance in academic adjustment. In addition expectation for college, emotional stability, support from others, gender, commitment to college life, and satisfaction with college services accounted for 44.7% of the variance in social adjustment for university students. Overall, the results of this study suggest that understanding the levels of expectation for college, commitment to college life, and levels of emotional stability may be important for facilitating their transition and adjustment to university life.

초기 청소년기의 ADHD 성향과 정서적 음악사용 및 삶의 기대 간의 관계: 대인관계 형성의 매개효과를 중심으로 (ADHD Trait, Emotional Music Use, and Expectation for Future Life in Early Adolescence: Focused on Mediating Effect of Relationship Initiation)

  • 본 연구에서는 초기 청소년기에 있는 중학생의 ADHD 성향, 정서적 음악사용, 대인관계 형성 및 미래의 삶에 대한 기대 간의 관계를 탐색하고, 삶의 기대를 설명할 수 있는 경로모형을 검증하였다. 연구 참여자는 남녀 중학생 347명이었으며, 그들의 평균연령은 13.35(SD=.91)세였다. 본 연구에서는 자기보고식으로 ADHD 성향을 측정하였고, 음악사용 척도와 한국판 대인관계 유능성 척도의 하위척도로 정서적 음악사용과 대인관계 형성을 측정하였으며, 삶의 만족 척도를 변형한 문항들로 삶의 기대를 측정하였다. 분석 결과, ADHD 성향은 대인관계 형성이나 삶의 기대와 부적 상관이 있었고, 정서적 음악사용은 대인관계 형성과 삶의 기대와 정적 상관이 있었다. 대인관계 형성도 삶의 기대와 유의한 정적 상관을 보였다. 매개경로모형 검증 결과, 대인관계 형성이 ADHD 성향과 정서적 음악사용을 매개하여 삶의 기대에 영향을 미치는 연구모형이 아닌 거기에 ADHD 성향과 삶의 기대 간의 직접경로가 추가된 경쟁모형이 채택되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 후속연구나 초기 청소기에서 삶의 기대를 증진시키고자 하는 전문가들에게 유용한 정보를 제공한다.

유튜브 활용 학습에 대한 기대일치, 인지적 태도, 정서적 태도가 유튜브 재이용 의향에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Expected Consistency, Cognitive Attitude, and Emotional Attitude on Reuse Intention to Use YouTube Learning)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the effect on learning using YouTube. The relationship between expectations, cognitive attitudes, emotional attitudes, and reuse intentions was explored. The results are as follows. First, the factors affecting the intention to reuse YouTube were emotional attitude and expectation. cognitive attitude did not show any significant effect. Second, cognitive attitude and expectation agreement were significant variables in emotional attitude. cognitive attitude was identified as a major factor affecting emotional attitude. Third, expectation agreement was found to have a significant influence on cognitive attitude. Therefore, expectancy is an important factor in identifying cognitive attitudes. In particular, the satisfaction of expectations after experiencing a new technology or system, such as YouTube, affects the cognitive attitude. Finally, the main findings of this study were that cognitive attitude was not a variable affecting the intention to reuse YouTube. The reason for this is that YouTube is used as a medium of interest, and it is not used as a medium for searching the main data source for learning. Therefore, in order to activate YouTube learning, it is necessary to convert recognition into YouTube for learning rather than YouTube for play.

임상 간호사의 감성지능, 셀프리더십, 직무착근도가 간호업무수행에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of Emotional Intelligence, Self-leadership, and Job Embeddedness on Nursing Work Performance)

  • Objectives : This study investigated the influences of emotional intelligence, self-leadership, and job embeddedness on the work performance of clinical nurses. Methods : A survey was conducted with 258 hospital nurses. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 23.0. Results : The mean scores were $4.64{\pm}0.6$ for emotional intelligence, $3.41{\pm}0.42$ for self-leadership, $3.11{\pm}0.52$ for job embeddedness, and $3.49{\pm}0.51$ for nursing work performance respectively. Nursing work performance was positively correlated with emotional intelligence, self-leadership, and job embeddedness. Multiple regression analysis showed that the factors affecting nursing work performance were self-expectation, fit, understanding of self-emotion, links, self-compensation, and age. Conclusions : The results indicate that self-expectation, fit, and understanding of self-emotion are very important factors in nursing work performance. Therefore, nurse managers should enhance nurses self-expectation, fit, and understanding of self-emotion by developing various emotional sensitivity and support programs.

The Impact of Emotional Intelligence Orientation on Audit Sustainability: Empirical Evidence from Vietnam

  • The study investigates and measures the impact of the emotional intelligence orientation on audit sustainability in Vietnam. Survey data for this research were collected from 260 auditors (CPAs) currently working in auditing firms, for the period from April 2020 to July 2020. In this study, we have built a model with two dependent variables (Emotional intelligence orientation and Audit sustainability) and six independent variables (Proactive audit vision, Continuous audit development, Dynamic audit experience, Audit environmental change, Stakeholder expectation pressure, Advocacy culture). The research methods used include Cronbach's Alpha test, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmation factor analysis (CFA) and linear structural model analysis (SEM). The results showed that (1) Proactive audit vision, (2) Continuous audit development, (3) Dynamic audit experience, (4) Audit environmental change, (5) Stakeholder expectation pressure are positively related to emotional intelligence orientation. However, Advocacy culture is not positively related to Emotional intelligence orientation. The findings of this study suggest that emotional intelligence orientation positively impacts audit sustainability (similar to the findings by Thapayom, Ussahawanitchakit, & Boonlua, 2017, 2018 in Thailand). The results of this study provide a scientific basis for managers at auditing firms to make appropriate decisions to improve auditing activities in the coming years.

비디오 셧의 감정 관련 특징에 대한 통계적 모델링 (Statistical Model for Emotional Video Shot Characterization)

  • 비디오 데이터에 존재하는 감정을 처리하는 것은 지능적인 인간과 컴퓨터와의 상호작용을 위해서 매우 중요한 일이다. 이러한 감정을 추출하기 위해서는 비디오로부터 감정에 관련된 특징들을 검출하기 위한 컴퓨팅 모델을 구축하는 것이 바람직하다. 본 논문에서는 비디오 셧에 존재하는 저급 특징들의 확률적인 분포를 이용하여 감정 이벤트 발생에 관련된 통계학적인 모델을 제안한다. 즉, 비디오 셧의 기본적인 특징을 추출하고 그 특징을 통계적으로 모델화 하여 감정을 유발하는 셧을 찾아낸다. 비디오 셧의 특징으로는 칼라, 카메라 모션 및 셧 길이의 변화를 이용한다. 이러한 특징들을 EM(Expectation Maximization) 알고리즘을 이용하여 GMM(Gaussian Mixture Model) 으로 모델링하고, 감정과 시간과의 관계를 MLE(Maximum Likelihood Estimation)를 이용하여 시간에 따른 확률분포 모델로 구성한다. 이런 두 개의 통계적인 모델들을 융합하여 베이시안 분류법을 적용하여 비디오 데이터로부터 감정에 관련된 셧을 찾아낸다.

스마트 관광에서의 항공·호텔 온라인 리뷰 이용자의 감정반응 요인이 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Air·Hotel Online Review Media Users' Emotional Response Factors on Intention to Continue Use in Smart Tourism)

  • Recently, the tourism industry faced a crisis due to COVID-19. Smart tourism that combines information and communication technology (ICT) is rapidly growing to overcome the crisis in the tourism industry. In order to revitalize the tourism industry after COVID-19, such as non-face-to-face and non-contact, smart tourism incorporating information and communication technology (ICT) is actively encouraged and promoted. The purpose of this study is to empirically verify how perceived pleasure, perceived awakening, and perceived domination, which are three important variables of emotional response theory, affect the intention to continue use through perceived usefulness, expectation, and satisfaction. The survey was conducted for two weeks from November 1 to 15, 2020. A total of 175 surveys were collected during the period and used for analysis. As a result of the study, first, perceived pleasure did not significantly affect perceived usefulness, expectation, satisfaction, and intention to continue use. Second, perceived awakening had a significant effect on expectations, but did not significantly affect perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and continued use intention. Third, perceived domination had a significant effect on perceived usefulness, expectation, and continued use intention. However, it did not significantly affect satisfaction. Fourth, perceived usefulness did not significantly affect satisfaction. Fifth, expectations had a significant effect on perceived usefulness and satisfaction. Sixth, satisfaction had a significant effect on the intention to continue use. Through this, companies and developers that provide online review content for aviation and hotels should know what part of the content is actually focused on and provide it to customers. In addition, content should be provided in consideration of the emotional aspects that aviation and hotel online review users feel while watching videos.

결혼유형에 따른 배우자 선택 과정의 차이에 관한 연구 - 취업 여성을 중심으로 - (A Study on Marriage Types and Courtship - focused on working women -)

  • This study aimed to analyze the process of courtship form having date and marriage toward women who had job before marriage. The objects were 27.36 years old and had 9.59 months marital life at average. This study conducted structured questionnaires using the reflection of spouse selection procedure. By using collected data through questionnaires, it conducted descriptive statistics, cluster analysis and t-test. The type of marriage would be divided into the emotional marriage group and the implemental marriage group The emotional marriage group had longer dating time and more satisfaction of spouse selection than the implemental group. On value variable, the emotional marriage group had more subjective selection standard and more expectation social and emotional benefit than the latter group. On search variable, the emotional marriage group estimated the relation stability and satisfied the relation with spouse more than the implemental marriage group and expected the less possibility to meet new partner.
