건축물기초의 접지저항 추정에 관한 기초 연구 (Fundamental Research on the Estimation of Earthing Resistance for the Foundation of Building)

  • In recent years the developments of the society in information technology so the building is required protective earthing to prevent electric shock and the building is also required functional earthing to guarantee safe operation of dispatch instrument of information. This paper is reviewed about an estimation of earthing resistance that is considered the shape and size of the plate electrode in order to do practical use as earthing electrode of foundation the plate electrode in the foundation of building.

  • 본 논문에서는 인체모형을 이용하여 고압감전실험을 하였다. 케이블을 인체모형이 감싸쥐고 있는 경우와 절연체를 통한 접촉을 임펄스와 변압기를 이용하였다. 이때 인가전압은 22,900[V]이다. 고전압에 의해 절연체가 파괴되어 감전의 위험이 있는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 실험을 통해 분석하고자 하였다. 고전압에서의 직 간접적인 감전형태를 알 수 있었으며 고전압 감전사고를 예방하는 중요한 자료로 사용될 것이다.

  • In recent years, there has been keen interest in phosphor materials responding X-ray. Cesium iodide of the materials is a material with a high $\gamma$-ray stopping power due to its relative high density and atomic number. CsI is noted for its high resistance to thermal and mechanical shock due to the absence of a cleavage plane. To design the structure of CsI detector, we analysed the structure with SEM and XRD and measured UV meter.

  • This paper describes the safety condition of power utilities installed on underground premises when flooding occurs. As advance preparations, the statistical data were investigated based on the rainfall trend; the flooding damage; the power utilities installation; the electric shock accidents, and domestic md foreign regulations pertaining to the power utilities installation on underground premises were also compared and analyzed. After the preliminaries, the safety condition of underground power utilities was inspected at site and the results were reflected on considering countermeasures. Based on the further studies, the regulations closely related to the underground power utilities installation can be modified.

  • The case where a drain cannot flow backwards, a sewer institution can be unmanageable in this, and a mad is under water momentarily by local heavy nin by the climate phenomenon in spite of not being a lowlands belt has occurred well more than recently. By the flooded mea since it is in the state which has some human bodies at hand, when a short circuit occurs in street lighting pole which is the electric institution thing of a road, the danger of an electric shock accident becomes higher. In this paper, it was going to show improvement plan for grasping the brittle factor of street lighting pole electricity facilities through the on-site survey of street lighting pole electricity facilities, and improving this.

  • 송전용 자기 애자에 대하여 산물화염 특성과 송전선로의 환경 검토를 토대로 송전용 절연물에 대한 산불화염 열화특성을 1)내열충격 열화와 2) 열충격 싸이클 열화로 나누어 가속시킨 후 절연물의 성능을 시험 평가하였다. 또한 승전용 자기애자 (254mm, 36,000lbs)를 대상으로 실제 삼불열화 조건을 근간으로 기계적, 열적 환경을 고려한 자기애자의의 수축, 팽창 변위에 따른 계면의 응력거동을 열충격 및 내열충격 시험의 결과와 비교 분석하였다.

  • A mathematical arc model based on the integral method has been developed to study the arc behaviour of $SF_6$ Puffer circuit breakers during high current period. The interaction between the compression chamber and the arc interrupter plays a critical role in determining the arc behaviour. Computations have been carried out for the puffer circuit breaker of Noeske et al.[1]. The aerodynamic behaviour and electrical characteristics of the puffer circuit breaker have been investigated. In addition, the pressure rise in the compression chamber and arc voltage have been computed and the results compared with the available experimental results of Noeske et al.[1]. Special attention has been paid to the presence of the shock.

  • This paper deals with the method of vibration measurement of a gun barrel structure using mechanical filter. When a bullet with high speed is moving within a gun barrel type structure with low bending vibration frequencies, it is difficult to measure the bending vibration signals of the structure. For example, noncontact type sensors such as displacement or velocity sensor are not appropriate for the measurement of vibrational signals because of the movement effect of the equipment frame through the moving structures or effect of the ground vibration. One of contact type sensors such as accelerometer is profitable for measurement of vibrational signals because of its wide measurement ranges. In the case of a gun barrel structure including high vibrational signals like shock waves, however, it is necessary to propose vibration measurement method filtering high frequencies. The purpose of the paper is to propose the proper vibrational measurement technique filtering high frequencies of a gun barrel type structure.

새로운 저항성 누전전류 측정 방법 (A New Method for Resistive Leakage Current Measurement)

  • It is important to measure the resistive component separately from the total leakage current at power distribution line. It is because electric disasters such as electric shock and fire are caused mainly by the resistive component of the total leakage current. In this paper, a new theory for measuring the resistive component separately from the total leakage current is suggested, and is embodied to an actual circuit using operational amplifiers, analog switch and R-C low pass filter. Through experiments for various cases containing both the resistive and capacitive leakage currents, the suggested algorithm is confirmed to be able to measure the resistive leakage current within 4.1% of error even when the capacitive leakage current is much bigger than the resistive one. The suggested method is expected to lower the total cost because it can be realized using simple and cheap devices, and implies the measuring time can be possibly reduced because the resistive leakage current is computed exactly from the signals during only a half period of power voltage.

  • Objective of the study is development of 23kV insulating jackets for protection of workers from electrical shock. The breakdown voltage of Ethylene-VinylAcetate copolymers(EVA) films in insulating oil were measured. Insulating jackets were made by the high frequency welding machine, and withstanding voltage test of these were measured. For breakdown voltage at AC 30kV, the number of EVA film with $105{\pm}5{\mu}m$ thickness was 4$\sim$5pieces. When AC 30kV during 3 minutes supplied on the insulating jackets, those were keep on the good quality.
