This paper presents an image processing algorithm which gives an sketch effect on the real image taken by CCD camera. The essence of the technique is the expression of shading by the line touch. Several line patterns are developed to emulate pencil drawings, fusains, Indian ink paintings. This algorithm is expected to be used for computer portraits, character development, and souvenirs.

Purpose: The research was to investigate the effect of line dance programs on oxygen saturation level and happiness of elderlies. Methods: Researchers had conducted a series of test to measure peripheral blood vessel oxygen saturation level, pulse and happiness level of 47 elderlies from the D district of G city. Collected data were analyzed with ${\chi}^2$-test and independent t-test, equipped with SPSS WIN 17.0. Results: As a result of serial tests, Pre-test and Post-test of line dance performance showed that oxygen saturation of the Experimental group had significant increase following the program and happiness of the Experimental group also had significant increase following the program. Conclusion: In conclusion, with many advantages such as its easiness to access and emulate as well as its ubiquitousness as an aerobic exercise, line dance cannot only be very beneficial to cardiovascular function and relation of elderlies, but also to emotional and psychological effect, considered as a great breakthrough to improve comprehensive well-being in both physical and mental aspects.

Purpose: Present study was designed to examine the casual relationships among web service quality, customer satisfaction, initial trust and off-line visit intention in hospital website. Research object was limited to web service quality of general hospital. We applied path analysis model in order to test the hypotheses and research model. Methods: Survey tool, that is, Questionnaire had obtained validity through literature survey, exploratory survey and pretest and sample 320 was selected. For statistical treatment of pretest and main analysis, SPSS18.0 and AMOS18.0 were employed and Structural equation model was employed as analysis method. Results: Result of this study shows as follows. Factors of web service quality have an effect on customer satisfaction and initial trust, both of customer satisfaction and initial trust have an effect on off-line visit intention. Also customer satisfaction affects initial trust. Especially, customer satisfaction and initial trust were empirically confirmed as the important factors preceding off-line vis it intention. Conclusion: Therefore, present study shows that customer satisfaction and initial trust are important factors that medium and small size hospitals have to emphasize to raise performance. However, present study has some limitations to additionally research in the future.

본 논문에서는 기존에 제안된 잔향 알고리즘 구조에서 문제점으로 대두된 잔향특성을 개선한 새로운 알고리즘 구조를 제안하였다. 제안된 알고리즘 구조는 초기 잔향을 위하여 탭 지연라인을 사용하여 초기반사음을 충분히 구현하였고, 후기 반사음과 잔향을 위해 nested allpass delay line을 이용하여 잔향 밀도를 높이도록 제안하였다. 실내음향의 파라메터를 추출하여 각 지연 라인의 지연 시간을 설정 및 조절하여 가장 좋은 잔향 효과를 갖도록 계수 값들을 설정하였으며, 제안한 알고리즘을 일반 범용 신호처리기를 이용하여 구현 및 실험 고찰을 통해 기존에 제시된 모델에서의 임펄스성음에 대한 비선형적인 거친 응답과 급격한 음색변화가 감소하여, 고르고 평탄한 잔향 밀도가 향상되어 잔향특성이 개선됨을 관찰하였다.

Objectives : To evaluate the anti-tumor and synergic effect of Bojungikkeehapdaechilki-tang (BJDC) with doxorubicin. Methods : The inhibitory concentration (IC), $IC_{50}{\;}and{\;}IC_{90}$ of single use of doxorubicin and BIDC with their concomitant treatment against Colon-26 (murine rectum carcinoma) cell line were observed using MTT (microculture tetrazolium test) assay. In addition, their anti-tumor effects were also observed in xenograft nude mice models against Colon-26 cell line. Results : BJDC had only minimal direct anti-tumor effect against Colon-26 cell line but it reduced general depressed signs induced by implantation of the tumor cell lines and increased the total WBC and lymphocyte numbers. Conclusions : It is considered or expected that BJDC extract is reducing the critical toxicity of doxorubicin and has favorable synergic anti-tumor effect when administered conconitently with doxorubicin.

We have studied the effect of head of the line blocking (HOLB) on session initiation protocol (SIP) session establishment delays. Our results are based on experiments performed in a test bed and on the public Internet. We used the stream control transmission protocol (SCTP) as a transport for SIP because SCTP can be configured to suffer or to avoid HOLB. Our experiments show that the effect of HOLB on session establishment delays generally starts to be significant starting at fairly low packet loss rates. However, there are scenarios where network conditions are good enough to make the effect of HOLB insignificant.

This study was investigated to observe the cytotoxicity effect of Ligularia fischeri extracts against cancer cell lines including human lung carcinoma(A549), human cervix epitheloid carcinoma(HeLa) and human hepatocellular carcinoma(HepG2) using SRB(sulforhodamine B) method. The ethanol and methanol extracts of 1$\mu\textrm{g}$/${mu}ell$ showed approximately 79.2% and 86.4% cytotoxicity effects on HepG2 cell line and the ethyl acetate fracton fractionated from ethanol extracts showed the strongest cytotoxicity effect with 94% inhibition. The inhibitory effect of ethanol extract on HeLa cell line was somewhat low with 50~56% inhibition, but ethyl acetate fraction showed higher cytotoxicity effect with 91% and 91.9% inhibition on the HeLa and A549 cell line. On the contrary, the ethanol and methanol extracts showed the lower inhibition effects on the normal liver cell, WRL68, compared to human cancer cell lines.

Recently UV laser micromachining processes is widely introduced to meet the needs of advanced components of IT, BT and ET industries. Due to the characteristics of non-contact and high-speed laser processing, UV laser micromachining is applied to manufacture very thin substrate such as polymer, metals and composite. These minimum line width obtained by UV laser micromachining is generally determined from laser wavelength, optical lens and its numerical aperture. In this paper we will show the lens effect of water droplet on the surface of workpiece to reduce the line width when UV laser light is irradiated and focused through the water droplet. Because of the refraction effect generated by the semi-spherical or spherical shape of water droplet, we can find smaller line width. And water droplet could not only protect thermal deformation, but also carry away burr around micro dent. Firstly fundamental theory of minimum line width was derived from relationship between the geometry of water droplet and laser light trace, and then experimental and simulation results will be finally compared to verify the effectiveness of water droplet lens effect of UV laser micromachining process.

Purpose - New technologies allow service providers to integrate all the customer information within and between contact channels so that they can offer individualized services. The availability of new mobile devices enables retailers to interact with customers through countless channels (Rigby, 2011). The objective of this research is to examine customers' attitudes toward O2O (on-line to off-line) services and their intention to use based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Research design, data, and methodology - Utilizing the TAM model, the mediating effect of the users' attitudes toward O2O services on the relationship among perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived risks and intention to use are to be investigated. Results - The result shows that the perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived risks have a significant effect on customers' attitudes toward O2O services. It is also revealed that the attitude toward O2O services has a mediating effect among perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived risks and intention to use. Conclusions - The boundary between on-line and off-line is eroding and various services based on the O2O platform are growing. The results of this study and managerial implications can be applied to O2O platform operators or enterprises planning to sharp on their competitiveness edge through offering variations of service channels.
