Since the discussion on solving some problems in modern socity began in the late 1990s, the interest in students' character education has increased. This study aims to identify the factors influencing educational needs assessment for character education in Korea. A self-administered survey was obtained from 318 students in a university. Three factors extracted from factor analysis were individual, interpersonal, social character factor. Results showed that the determinants influencing character educations are academic achievement and volunteer activities for individuals character, academic achievement and school activities in campus for interpersonal and social character educational factor. The findings should be of interest to practitioners to develop education programs for students.

Molodtsov [D. Molodtsov, Soft set theory First results, Comput. Math. Appl. 37 (1999) 19-31] introduced the concept of soft set as a new mathematical tool for dealing with uncertainties that is free from the difficulties that have troubled the usual theoretical approaches. In this paper we apply the notion of soft sets by Molodtsov to the theory of BCC-algebras. The notion of (trivial, whole) soft BCC-algebras and soft BCC-subalgebras are introduced, and several examples are provided. Relations between a fuzzy subalgebra and a soft BCC-algebra are given, and the characterization of soft BCC-algebras is established.

Team-members may have diverse backgrounds and characteristics and such diversity is getting increased in teams in terms of demographics(gender, age, and educations) and capabilities(knowledge, skills, and experiences). A meta-analysis of the last 40 years studies, however, concluded that diversity in teams does not have the consistent main effect on team performances. On the other hand, according to theories of selection and socialization, similarity in values, backgrounds, and experiences buttress the positive and effective working environment. Therefore, we conduct an empirical study in favor of similarity in work teams for the sake of team effectiveness. We investigated the importance of the similarity of team-members on IT team effectiveness. Two aspects of similarity, demographic and cognitive, were considered together. The shared mental model(SMM) was introduced as the representative construct for the cognitive similarity. We found that SMM is more important than the demographic similarities on team effectiveness.

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the desiarable selection of nursing. The subjects for this study were made up of 144 R.N. in active service at H. University hospital in Seoul. This study was “Choice of nursing seale”as a tool which was MMPI questionare developed by Beaver（1953）, and was consist of the choice of nursing scals made up to 66 items. The finding of this study related to their personality and their work achievement showed very significant differences： the results of this study are： 1. There was a significance of the difference between the responses of 64 student nurses and 64 College Women in Educations Curricular to Beaver score. (p <.001) 2. There was a significance in Beaver's score between high group(above 82) and low group(below 53) according to head nurses' work achievement score (p <.05) 3. This study had relationship between the personality and the work achievement of nurses. For the reason, I suggest that we had to apply to select the appropriate nurses in Health Field as Hospitals.

This is a report on the fashion education in Itatly. The author looked into the character of education system and the curriculum of the fashion institutes in Italy. This report will be the guideline in the fashion education in Korea. The results of this study are as follows. 1. The curriculum of fashion education should be adjusted to be realistic and to keep the proper balance between theories and skills. 2. The Train for construct tchniques should be given much more weight in the total skill educations. 3. It is demanded that fashion institutes should take efforts to fill the gap between institutes and fashion industries for example field training. 4 It is better to change the sys-tem of fashion education as cultivating the various fashion specialists For this it is necessary to make various cources in the de-partment of clothings.

The functions and their graphs are very important parts in mathematical educations. But there seems be a lot of students studying the functions and their graphs without grasping the meaning of them and without interest with them. We present a learning method of how to match functions and their graphs with outlines of various shapes. That is, outlines of the shapes are assumed to be the graphs of the functions and the graphs will be plotted on the screen of a computer with help of the computer algebra system.

Research papers must be expression given by letter that had fixed types, rules and universal sentence languages to inform many persons about study results until present when these research paper was considered review, oriental medical papers had some problems, as like difficult contents not to inform absolutely, usage of past language, not considerable in logic history and continuity, and have used not fixed types and rules, error of statistical analysis and research construction. Also centered clinic that had trends important treat tools by drugs ,acupuncture and moxa studies. In briefly, papers of korea traditional medicine had some several problems. Oriental medicine has very concerns not only korean but other countries in present and then it will increases much more study in future. For the purpose cope with this concerns korea traditional medicine researchers need much educations of relation department and must recognized much concerns.

The Purpose of this paper is to suggest sustainable strategies of the project for developing large-scale environment-friendly agricultural districts (LSEAD). This study used assessment 3 indicators, efficiency, impact and sustainability of environment-friendly agricultural certification area and farmers, management situations of crop-livestock circulation center, educations for environment-friendly farming, changes of farmer's income and so on. This project has contributed to develop environment- friendly agriculture and model of LSEAD. And for sustainable development of LSEAD, it is necessary to renovate crop-livestock circulation centers, promote organic farming of resource-circulation type, converse to non-pesticide or organic farming of low pesticide one, do active marketing activities, establish a governance system of business projects and so forth.

For the flight education, it needs a lot of money. Most of people become airline transportation pilots after completing a course. Therefore it is important to select superior students who adapt themselves to flight for flying education. At present, students who have a good high school record and SAT(Scholastic Aptitude Test) are chosen, and educated at Hankuk aviation university, department of aeronautical science and flight operation. This research studies the professor's recognition of the relationship between practical flight skills and high school record, university grades, and SAT grades.. On this analysis result, there are significant differences between belonging education, completion and work experience.

The starting point of education is the ancient Greek philosophy. In this paper, we research the Hellenism culture: two famous poleis such as Sparta and Athens. Moreover, we investigate prominent philosopher Plato and Aristotle. In particular, we notice early childhood and female education through Hellenism culture. Finally, we study culture, politics and educations of the ancient Roman in order to compare those of our society.
