Objective : This study aimed to investigate Korean medical students' satisfaction with Korean medicine education and their trust in Korean medicine. It also explored the factors affecting satisfaction with Korean medicine education and trust in Korean medicine. Methods : Based on a total of 381 survey responses, the satisfaction with Korean medicine education, reflection of educational needs, trust in Korean medicine, reasons for maladjustment to education, and suggestions for improving education were analyzed. Results : Satisfaction with Korean medicine education and trust in Korean medicine were generally above average. However, reflection of educational needs was below average. It was found that the curriculum should be rearranged according to the needs of premedical students and medical students. The factors affecting satisfaction with Korean medicine education were gender, academic year, dropout experience, trust in Korean medicine, and reflection of educational needs. Factors affecting trust in Korean medicine were gender, academic year, and satisfaction with Korean medicine education. Conclusion : This study found that satisfaction with Korean medicine education and trust in Korean medicine have a reciprocal relationship. To improve students' satisfaction and adjustment to Korean medicine education, it is necessary to implement strategies to increase students' trust in Korean medicine. In addition, it is important for students and instructors to collaborate on curriculum design by establishing a feedback system that reflects students' needs.

본 연구는 4년제와 3년제 치위생(학)과 학생을 대상으로 한 학과 만족도의 분석을 통해 급격히 증설된 4년제에 대한 교육과정, 실습, 시설 등의 개선을 위한 기초자료로 활용하기 위해 수행되었다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 치위생(학)과 만족도 수준은 5점 만점 중 3.18로 보통인 것으로 나타났다. 2. 학제별 치위생(학)과 만족도는 4년제 수도권이 지방이나 3년제에 비해 낮았다. 3년제 학생이 4년제 학생보다 교육과정 만족도에서 높았으며(t=2.03, p<0.05), 4년제 학생은 3년제 대학 학생보다 교육시설 만족도 (t=-4.12, p<0.001)와 대인관계 만족도가 높았다(t=-3.07, p<0.01). 3. 3년제의 경우 교육시설 만족도에서 수도권 대학이 높았으나(t=5.28, p<0.001), 나머지는 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 4. 4년제는 교육과정(t=-5.39, p<0.001)과 교육시설(t=-5.18, p<0.001) 및 치위생(학)과 만족도(t=-3.98, p<0.001)에서 지방 대학이 수도권 대학보다 높았다. 치위생(학)과 만족도에서 수도권 4년제의 경우 특히 교육과정에서 지방이나 3년제에 비하여 현저히 낮은 만족도를 보인 바 4년제에 맞는 교육과정의 개발이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 교육시설적인 측면에서의 보완도 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose: This research aims to analyze the educational potential and students' satisfaction with the quality of education services distribution in Kazakhstani universities. The conceptual review shows that very few studies on regional development have been able to determine the level of satisfaction with the quality of educational services depending on the university's location. Research design, data, and methodology: The research methodology is divided into two approaches descriptive analysis and qualitative data analysis. The current educational situation and the distribution of educational services in the largest Kazakh universities were studied based on the proposed approaches' use. Statistical data are taken for indicators of educational potential for 2010-2020 from the Bureau of National Statistics. The primary data were collected based on a survey for 2021-2022 in five regions of Kazakhstan. Results: The results showed that there is a gender gap between men and women and regional disparities between the regions of Kazakhstan in the coverage of higher education. The results of the sociological survey revealed that the quality of educational services depends on the territorial location of the university. Conclusions: Based on the results of the assessment of educational potential and educational services, policy recommendations and further research in this area were proposed.

본 연구의 목적은 조리전공자의 조리 실습 시설에 대한 만족도와 입학 전 교육 경험에 따른 대학 생활 적응의 관계를 조사하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하고자 충청권에 위치한 대학교 3곳의 조리전공자를 대상으로 총 200명을 표본으로 수집하였으며, 이 중 191부를 분석하였다. 이에 대한 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인구통계학적 특성 중 남학생과 고학년 전공자, 일반계 고등학교 졸업자의 대학 생활 적응도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 입학 전 교육 경험이 없는 집단이 교육 경험이 있는 집단에 비해 대학 생활 적응도가 부분적으로 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조리 실습 시설의 만족 수준이 높은 집단이 만족 수준이 낮은 집단보다 대학 생활 적응도가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 상호작용 효과의 분석결과는 조리 실습 시설 만족도가 높은 집단의 경우 사전 교육 경험이 없는 집단의 대학 애착 정도와 신체적 적응도가 더 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 사전 교육 경험이 있는 집단의 경우 정서적 적응 및 사회적 적응이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 조리 실습 시설 만족도가 낮은 집단의 경우, 사전 교육 경험이 없는 집단의 대학 애착 정도만이 더 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 사전 교육 경험이 있는 집단의 사회적 적응, 정서적 적응, 신체적 적응도가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 미래 지향적 교수-학습이 원만하게 수행될 수 있도록 전공자의 만족도가 높고 그 기능을 충분히 다할 수 있는 새로운 조리 교육 환경이 계획되어야할 것이다.

본 연구는 조리교육기관의 수강생을 대상으로 교육서비스품질의 하위요인인 공감성, 유형성, 확신성, 신뢰성과 교육만족도 간의 영향 관계를 파악하고, 멘토링의 조절효과로 교육서비스품질이 교육만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 실증분석을 위해 총 381부의 응답 표본을 구성하여 인구통계학적 특성, 수강생 이용 형태, 타당성과 신뢰성, 상관관계, 가설검증을 분석하기 위해 SPSS 26.0 통계 패키지를 사용하였으며, 선행연구와 사전조사를 토대로 선정한 변수를 활용하여 총 6개의 가설을 설정하고 이를 검증하였다. 첫째, 가설 1의 검증 결과 교육서비스 품질의 구성요인 모두 교육만족도에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가설 2의 멘토링의 조절효과 결과로 교육서비스품질의 확신성, 신뢰성과 멘토링에서 교육만족도를 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 교육서비스품질의 공감성, 유형성, 확신성, 신뢰성은 교육만족도를 높이데 필요한 요인으로 학원 운영자 및 담당자는 이를 반영하여 학원의 경쟁력을 높일 수 있게 운영전략이 요구된다.

본 연구는 고교 다양화 및 특성화고 육성 정책으로 인해 상대적으로 불이익을 받고 있는 일반고의 교육역량 강화 방안을 탐색 제시하기 위해 교육수요자인 학생과 학부모들의 일반고 교육프로그램에 대한 만족도와 선호도를 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 장 단기적인 관점에서 경상북도 일반고의 교육역량을 제고하기 위한 시사점을 도출하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상으로는 경상북도 소재 일반고 총 31개교의 학부모 3,383명, 학생 7,953명의 설문 응답결과를 분석하였다. 분석결과 전반적으로 교육역량강화 정책에서 추진되고 있는 프로그램에 대한 만족도는 중간수준이며, 학부모와 비교했을 때 학생의 만족도가 상대적으로 낮게 나타났다. 학교규모별에서는 소규모학교의 교육프로그램에 대한 학생들과 학부모들의 만족도가 높게 나타나, 소규모 학교가 가지는 협동적 학교조직 문화형성의 중요성이 부각되었다. 실천 전략의 선호도에서는 학교규모별, 신분별로 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 향후 일반고 교육역량 강화 전략 수립에서 교육 수요자들의 다양한 요구를 조화롭게 반영할 수 있도록 단위학교별로 전략수립에 자율성을 확대해야 할 것이다.

The data collection and questionnaire survey were conducted from July 1, 2016, to August 30, 2016, and the final analysis was conducted with 273 copies. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS (V 23.0) and AMOS (V 21.0) programs. In order to identify the characteristics of the respondents, the frequency analysis was performed, and the reliability analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were performed for each measurement item. The conceptual reliability (CR) and standard variance extraction (AVE) values were calculated to verify the validity. Correlation analysis was conducted to measure the associations among the derived factors. For the hypothesis test, a structural equation modeling was used to test the jointness and organic causality of the whole model. In addition, an alternative model with a nested relationship with the basic model was set up to test the adjustment effect of the learner's educational environment on the educational satisfaction and behavioral intention. The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of educational environment on the educational satisfaction and behavioral intention of students at a cooking education institute in Busan. The implication of this study is that the operators of educational institutions should recognize the human factors as important means of marketing for the activation of cooking education and select instructors by applying more systematic and objective criteria when hiring instructors. Also, consideration should be given to support programs such as training programs and incentives to develop instructor's abilities. In addition, the positive educational outcomes of students may have a positive impact on financial performance, such as livelihood of other students and sales of educational institutions.

본 연구의 목적은 교양체육에 참가하고 있는 대학생들을 대상으로 감각추구성향과 스포츠만족도의 관계를 알아보고, 감각추구성향의 개인적인 특징이 스포츠만족도에 얼마나 영향을 주는지를 전반적으로 파악하는 것이다. 이를 위해 대학교 교양체육수업에 참가하고 있는 302명의 대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여, 감각추구성향이 스포츠만족도에 미치는 영향력과 성별에 따른 감각추구성향이 스포츠만족도에 미치는 조절효과를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교양체육에 참여하는 대학생들의 감각추구성향은 스포츠만족도의 하위영역인 사회적만족, 정서적만족, 신체적만족, 환경적만족, 교육적만족 등의 요인과 통계적으로 관련성이 있음이 나타났다. 둘째, 감각추구성향의 요인 중 전율과 모험추구가 교육적만족에 미치는 영향력은 남학생, 경험추구가 교육적만족에 미치는 영향력은 여학생이 더 높은 경향성을 나타내었다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the job satisfaction of teachers in urban and rural day care centers. The subjects of this study were 134 teachers in urban(n=68) and rural(n=66) areas. Participants completed an early childhood job satisfaction survey. The statistics used for this data were t-test, one-way ANOVA (Duncan's test), and multiple regression analysis. The study showed significant differences between urban and rural teachers' job satisfaction in the job itself, human relationships, and working environment. The job satisfaction of the teachers in urban day care centers was influenced significantly by the related variables: age of teacher, marital status, education level, educational career, capacity, number of classes, class size, working hours, and the age of the children in class. The job satisfaction of the teachers in rural day care centers was influenced significantly by the above variables. The important factors on predicting the job satisfaction of the urban day care teachers were found to be the age of teachers, educational career, education level, and number of classes. The important factors for predicting the job satisfaction of the rural day care center teachers were found to be the age of teacher, educational career, education level, number of classes and working hours.

Since the competition of higher education is more and more critical, the improvement of educational services is importantly considered. Despite the current situations, there are few studies addressing the relationships between education service quality and its outcomes. As educational service quality plays a key role in improving student satisfaction, universities provides a high level of educational services for students and reinforce their competitiveness through student satisfaction. This research investigates the relationships among IT service quality, business education service quality, trust, student satisfaction and student loyalty. In so doing, the current study establishes a theoretical model to test the proposed relationships. The results further suggest that the indirect effect of the IT service quality and the business education service quality enhances its impact of student satisfaction, trust, student loyalty. Finally, the authors draw conclusions and further research directions.
