This study compares the educational effect using real equipment, virtual reality, and video to improve the educational and training effect of the army and verifies which method of education is excellent. The Army has made a lot of efforts to realize the actual training environment, however, it is increasingly difficult to provide the actual training environment because of 1) restrictions on securing training sites and urbanization, 2) deepening conflicts with the people, and 3) difficulties in acquiring defense budget. To resolve these issues, the use of virtual reality(VR) has the advantage to experience actual battlefield indirectly and could save budget by training in a virtual battlefield environment. In particular, in the case of dangerous or expensive weapons systems, is further required. Hence this paper studies how effective virtual reality is compared to the actual weapons system. virtual reality(VR) education is less effective than actual equipment education, but it is higher than video education. Based on this research result, it will be used as a basic data for the analysis of educational effects based in virtual reality(VR).
Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the perceptions regarding oral muscle strength training for elder people among dental professionals. Methods: The study participants were selected using non-probability sampling methods, as dentists and dental hygienists with more than 3 years of work experience at dental institutions. A total of 15 participants were selected, including 6 dentists, 4 clinical dental hygienists, and 5 public dental hygienists. Interviews were conducted in June and July 2022, and two focus group interviews were conducted for each group. The first round was face-to-face and the second round was conducted through an online video conference. Results: Through focus group interviews, five factors were obtained; lack of awareness, value of training, factors necessary for implementation, performance status, and obstructive factors. It was found that most study participants had a negative perception regarding the application of oral muscle strength training for elder people due to the lack of information and education on the subject. However, the benefit of oral muscle strength training was positively recognized; adequate educational material, appropriate compensation, adequate time, and availability of patients will be necessary for proper training. Conclusions: It is necessary to improve the perceptions regarding the importance of strengthening oral muscles for the elder people among dentists and dental hygienists. In addition, high-quality educational material that can be easily comprehended and practiced should be developed for effective training.

The one-year onboard training, which has been implemented since 1988 according to the STCW Convention in 1978, is a crucial part of cadets' training and education. The choice of training shipping company is important that like a internship. This basic study is for the satisfaction at the shipping companies that trains cadets the Mokpo National Maritime University. The satisfaction for onboard training consists of a conscious, educational and environmental parts with six demographic characteristics and carried out the questionnaire survey of 206 cadets in shipping companies. The low parts of satisfaction are implemented cross tabulation analysis and in-depth interview for realize the reason. In this paper, the satisfaction from environmental part($3.83{\pm}0.75$) is high but conscious part($3.35{\pm}0.86$) and educational part($3.33{\pm}0.79$) are low. In demographic characteristics, male in gender, apprentice officer in duty, others in kind of crew, container in kind of vessel and 30,000~100,000 tons in size of vessel are high satisfaction in general. Specifically, feeding service($4.02{\pm}0.75$) in environment, influence on future vision($3.65{\pm}0.84$) in consciousness, goal for training($3.50{\pm}0.65$) in education showed the highest level in satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is presentation of architectural planning direction and program space of youth training center. For this goal, surveyed the characteristics of youth and local residents who the main user of the center Through this survey, it could be accommodated about the needs of youth training facilities and seek user-centered planning methodologies. To this end, this study conducted a survey of users of youth training facilities in Cheonan-si to suggest the importance of architectural planning direction and space to reflect users' needs and regional characteristics. In the process, this study conducted a consciousness survey and importance influence factors assessment focused on commonalities and differences between youth and adult groups, which are the main user groups of youth training facilities. It is believed that the results of consciousness survey and importance influence factors assessment will be used as basic data to select the scale and programs of space that reflect the needs of users when planning youth facilities and related facilities in the future.

The article proves that the main goal of informatization of higher education institutions in the EU countries is to improve the quality of education of future specialists by introducing digital educational resources into the education process. The main tasks of informatization of education are defined. Digital educational resources are interpreted as a set of data in digital form that is applicable for use in the learning process; it is an information source containing graphic, text, digital, speech, music, video, photo and other information aimed at implementing the goals and objectives of modern education; educational resources on the Internet, electronic textbooks, educational programs, electronic libraries, etc. The creation of digital educational resources is defined as one of the main directions of informatization of all forms and levels of Education. Types of digital educational resources by educational functions are considered. The factors that determine the effectiveness of using digital educational resources in the educational process are identified. The use of digital educational resources in the training of future specialists in the EU countries is considered in detail. European countries note that digital educational resources in professional use allow you to implement a fundamentally new approach to teaching and education, which is based on broad communication, free exchange of opinions, ideas, information of participants in a joint project, on a completely natural desire to learn new things, expand their horizons; is based on real research methods (scientific or creative laboratories), allowing you to learn the laws of nature, the basics of techniques, technology, social phenomena in their dynamics, in the process of solving vital problems, features of various types of creativity in the process of joint activities of a group of participants; promotes the acquisition by teachers of various related skills that can be very useful in their professional activities, including the skills of using computer equipment and various digital technologies.

The method of analysis and research is applied in the work methods of managing student activities. Effective forms and methods of student quality management are determined. The model of management of educational process of students is offered. The model is to activate the student's potential, while maintaining the classical educational paradigm. The analysis of features of management of activity of students in modern model of education is carried out.
The purpose of this study sought to analyze the achievement of educational training of IS-Geo's (International School for Geoscience Resources; IS-Geo's) according to the structural relationships between these components by incorporating variables and those that affect learning outcomes from the Learning ecological perspective. Therefore, from January 2014 to December 2015, data analysis was conducted based on the data collected by the questionnaire for class satisfaction, which was conducted after the operation of the educational training program. The principal result is as follows. First of all, Interventions that affect learning outcomes from the learning ecology perspective have resulted in internal factors of both learning motivation and learning development, intermediate factors of both contents of education and learning curriculum, external factors of both learner support and quality of instructors. The structural relationships between the designed factors of performance indicators of interdisciplinary achievement and sub-factors have been influenced in the structural implications of internal factors, intermediate factors, and external factors that affect the learning outcomes of educational trainees who participated in the educational training programs of IS-Geo's. Also, internal factors, intermediate factors, and external factors have directly affected learning outcomes for educational trainees.

The purpose of this study is to determine the clinical nurses' knowledge of DM and diabetes patient education aptitude so as to provide a basis for clinical nurse training with respect to diabetes patient education program. The data has been collected through the questionnaires of 42 items from the Knowledge on DM and each 16 item from the Importance on the elements of diabetes patient and the Recognition for clinical nurses, respectfully. 166 nurses from a general hospital who had participated in clinical nurse training in Sep. 28 and Oct. 4, 2001 were subject to respond the questionnaires. Analysis has been done by using statistical method such as percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan test and Pearson correlation coefficients. The findings are as follows: 1. Clinical nurses' knowledge levels of diabetes 1) The average level of nurses' knowledge about diabetes is 29.37 (right answer- finding rate: 70%), which is intermediate. 2) Amongst the nurses classified by their knowledge levels about diabetes, the group with less than one year career and that with more than 5 year careers are found to have higher knowledge levels. The item with the highest right answer-finding rate was 'Please find the wrong out of the following examples about foot care'. Meanwhile, the item with highest incorrect answer-finding rate was 'what does blood sugar control aims for amongst gestational diabetes?'. 2. Clinical nurses' importance and perception levels of educational training about diabetes 1) There were no differences amongst nurses' importance level about diabetes. 2) Nurses usually had high scores(4.30) in terms of the items related to the importances about educational training. 3) There were quite high recognitions of general characteristics and symptoms about diabetes, amongst the nurse cohorts working more than one year and less than 5 years, and over 5 years, the group belonging to the internal department, that having the previous experiences of dealing with diabetes, and that having their diabetic relatives and other close people. Meanwhile, strangely, the group who identified themselves as 'not good at treating diabetes' had a high recognition level of educational training about diabetes. 3. Relationship between knowledge levels and importance & perception levels of diabetes 1) The higher knowledge about diabetes nurses had, the more importance they recognized. 2) It is found that there was no relationship between knowledge and perception of diabetes. 3) The more importance about diabetes nurses had, the higher perception they obtained. In conclusion, there is an urgent need for systematic educational programs about diabetes including technical aspects, in order to upgrade and improve nurses knowledge levels. In addition, re-educational training should be provided at regular intervals. Further, we believe the nurses with high knowledge about diabetes and interests in the provision of educations for patients can be far more confident, and in return, patients can have better self-management about diabetes obtained through educations. Based on the above-mentioned findings, we would like to make the suggestion: re-evaluation about nurses' knowledge and cognition levels should be carried out after job training programs about diabetes.
