Purpose: This research is to find a solution for educational work on high blood pressure control in public health centers by analyzing their current status. Method: It analyzed data from 133 public health centers that had been doing educational work on high blood pressure, through a questionnaire. Also, it developed recommendations by converging opinions from an expert group made of 25 people with nominal group technique. Result: The educational methods of public health centers did not make any approach to get to the goal of the work. The mass media education and campaign activities for the general public had just temporary and passive propensities. In education for patients, it did not use appropriate methods to present management techniques for diagnosis process of patients, medication management, self monitoring BP, and risk factors. Pocket book for monitoring high blood pressure was not focused on self-recording for self-management. The expert group recommended that educational materials for adults should be developed focusing on treatments and observance of risk factors through daily living, and those for children should be focused on basic understanding about diseases, and life style. Conclusion: Presenting direction and strategy of fundamental education work is needed for public health centers by giving them standard educational guidelines of managing high blood pressure nationally, and it is desirable that fundamental frameworks of educational materials should be developed and distributed by professional groups nationally.

The article determines that the study of the development of scientific and didactic knowledge about the educational process in higher education should be built mainly on the basis of qualitative research methods that ensure the identification and understanding of the changes taking place in didactic knowledge, in the unity of their internal and external manifestations. On the basis of the epistemological model of the study of science, a generalized model of didactic knowledge about the educational process in higher education, including didactic relations as a theoretical core, subject of research, research methods and positions of researchers, ways of interaction between science and educational practice, and thematic structures of didactic knowledge; scientific and methodological problems of didactic knowledge about the educational process in higher education at the present stage of its developments due to the post-nonclassical transformation and orientation of research towards the humanitarian ideal of scientific character.

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the Moodle system in the organization of independent work of students of pedagogical profile.The purpose of the article is to analyze the Moodle platform as an innovative element of educational and pedagogical strategies and a component of the educational and methodological content for the self-study of students.Methodology is divided into clusters: general scientific (analysis, classification), ICT methods (modeling, informatization), and philosophical (synergetics). The study revealed the reorientation of Moodle from an auxiliary element to an alternative format in the organization of independent work of student teachers. Prospects for further scientific research determined in the interest of all participants in the educational process in the further development of Moodle as an effective tool for self-education of future teachers.

An accurate evaluation of educational process is a promise for the progress of education, because evaluation provides a meticulous idea of what has actually been achieved as a result of education. However, for all its significance in the educational fields, there are not many discussions about evaluation in South Korea. We believe that in order to overcome this discrepancy, diverse evaluation theories along with a discussion about the merits or demerits or each theory should be introduced in South Korea. We propose that Eisner's educational evaluation model may suggest alternative ways of perceiving evaluation. Eisner's educational evaluation model, named educational connoisseurship and criticism, emerged as an approach to educational evaluation from the methods used in art and literary criticism.

Purpose: This study analyzed the difference in participation motive, expectation for educational institution and educational satisfaction depending on participation level of students of advanced course for bachelor of dental technology. Methods: 81 students of advanced course for bachelor of dental technology from four university were selected by convenience sampling method. To analyzed influence of participation level depending on participation motive, expectation for educational institution and educational satisfaction, regression analysis was carried out. Results: The participation level of the students was found to be influenced by the educational satisfaction, participation motive and expectation for educational institution. Conclusion: Based on the results, it is important to understand the participation motive of the students and to offer satisfaction environment and administrative support for enhancing the expectation for education for educational institution.

This empirical research aimed to identify and compare key success factors in fashion marketing education in Korea as well as those in U.S.A. Employing a couple of statistical methods (multiple regression and factor analysis) on survey data, it was found that the decisive factors in the fashion marketing education differed between two countries. mainly attributable to the difference of goals in the education or to the job orientation of students. Surprisingly it was also found that no educational methods significantly affected the educational performance in both countries, implying that the so called constructivistic ways of leaching/learning was not so effective as expected. In order to improve educational performance in Korea, as far as fashion marketing is concerned, universities needed to increase the class-hours for the course, to provide more supportive educational environment, and to let the instructors used computer/internet facilities for more diverse purposes than now.

The purpose of this study was to establish different levels of learning satisfaction concerning bakery and confectionery institute students in relation to their educational environment as well as to determine the relationships between variables. A questionnaire was distributed to 260 students enrolled in the bakery and confectionery institute at Gyeongju in the Pohang and Ulsan area, and 242 were used in the final analysis. Collected data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 12.0 Windows. Results of this study can be summarized as follows. The students were mostly satisfied with the learning environment and teaching methods of the institute. A significant difference was observed between male and female students for recognizing teaching methods and major recognition. Furthermore, the educational environment and major recognition of students were positively related with learning satisfaction. Therefore, the staff at the bakery and confectionary institute should provide the proper curriculum and facilities for the students.

KORAIL Human Resources Development Center' educational system is changed according to new start KORAIL. So, New master plan for will perform new vision POWER KORAIL 2010 is presented. 'C' Learning, 'W' Learning and 'E' Learning form the basis of these new methods and their principles have been applied ever since. These three independent yet interconnected learning axis were formed in order to achieve balance and harmony, realized in an integrated educational community. This model of education has become the foundation of our educational ideal at KORAIL's HRD Center. Innovative thinking and diligent scrutiny of educational applications and methods at the KORAIL HRD Center will bring about winning 'the war for talent'.

Employing a couple of statistical methods (multiple regression and factor analysis) on survey data, it was found that the decisive factors in the CAD education differed among four countries. Generally speaking, however, educational methods are less important than educational conditions, of which professors and educational environment are dominant factors. This implies that the so called constructivistic way of teaching/learning is not so effective as expected. In order to improve educational performance in Korea, as far as CAD education is concerned, professors need to enhance relationship with industry and universities to support more hardware and software.

The article used a complex system of research methods: observation of the course of the educational process, analysis of literature on pedagogy, teaching methods, modern pedagogical technologies; analysis of the experience of using multimedia in the study of disciplines. The theoretical significance of the article: the definition of multimedia programs is given, the advantages and disadvantages of using multimedia programs are revealed, the basic principles of teaching using multimedia programs are revealed.
