The article proves that the main goal of informatization of higher education institutions in the EU countries is to improve the quality of education of future specialists by introducing digital educational resources into the education process. The main tasks of informatization of education are defined. Digital educational resources are interpreted as a set of data in digital form that is applicable for use in the learning process; it is an information source containing graphic, text, digital, speech, music, video, photo and other information aimed at implementing the goals and objectives of modern education; educational resources on the Internet, electronic textbooks, educational programs, electronic libraries, etc. The creation of digital educational resources is defined as one of the main directions of informatization of all forms and levels of Education. Types of digital educational resources by educational functions are considered. The factors that determine the effectiveness of using digital educational resources in the educational process are identified. The use of digital educational resources in the training of future specialists in the EU countries is considered in detail. European countries note that digital educational resources in professional use allow you to implement a fundamentally new approach to teaching and education, which is based on broad communication, free exchange of opinions, ideas, information of participants in a joint project, on a completely natural desire to learn new things, expand their horizons; is based on real research methods (scientific or creative laboratories), allowing you to learn the laws of nature, the basics of techniques, technology, social phenomena in their dynamics, in the process of solving vital problems, features of various types of creativity in the process of joint activities of a group of participants; promotes the acquisition by teachers of various related skills that can be very useful in their professional activities, including the skills of using computer equipment and various digital technologies.

이 논문에서는 교육용 저장소 자원의 체계적인 관리를 위한 분류 모델을 제안한다. 생성되는 자원들에 대한 체계적인 저장 및 관리, 정확한 검색, 그리고 활용성을 극대화하기 위해서는 정확한 분류 체계가 요구된다. 그러나 교육용 저장소 자원을 위한 분류 체계나 분류 모델에 대한 연구는 미비한 수준이다. 이는 교육 자원의 비효율적 관리, 부정확한 검색 및 낮은 활용성 등의 문제점을 초래한다. 상품 정보와 관련된 분야에서는 다양한 분류 체계에 대한 연구가 이루어져 왔다. 그러나 교육 자원 정보와 기존연구 분야의 정보는 서로 다른 특성을 지닌다. 따라서 교육용 저장소 내 자원 관리를 위한 분류 체계 및 분류 모델에 대한 연구가 요구된다. 교육 자원들에 대한 효율적이고 편리한 활용을 위해서는 여러 관점을 반영하는 분류 체계에 따라 자원들을 일관성 있게 유지 관리하여야 한다. 이 논문에서는 교육 자원의 체계적인 관리 및 활용성 향상을 위한 분류 모델을 제안한다. 즉, 교육용 저장소의 자원들에 대한 분류 체계를 다양한 관점에 따라 동적으로 유지할 수 있는 분류 모델을 제안한다. 이러한 목적을 위해 먼저 관련된 과학기술분야 분류 체계들을 바탕으로 구현 자원들에 적합한 분류 체계를 정의한다. 특히 정의된 분류 체계를 동적으로 유지 관리할 수 있는 분류 모델을 정의한다. 제안된 분류 체계 및 분류 모델은 보다 정확하고 체계적인 구현 자원에 대한 관리를 가능하게 하며 또한 활용의 용이성을 향상시킨다.

본 연구는 초 중등 교육자원 아카이브가 부재한 상황에서 기초조사의 성격으로 수행되었다. 연구는 웹조사와 문헌연구를 통해 국내의 초 중등 교육자원의 관리 현황 및 교육자원의 유형을 파악, 이용자를 대상으로 자원의 가치에 따른 아카이빙 우선순위를 선정하는 조사 수행, 전문가 워크샵을 통해 우선순위 선정 및 교육자원 아카이브 체계 구축의 당위성에 대한 토론 및 의견수렴 과정으로 진행되었다. 국내의 초 중등 교육자원은 공공과 민간의 영역에서 많은 양이 생산되나 산발적으로 관리되며 대중에게 공개되지 않아 이용에 불편함이 있는 상황이다. 교육자원의 유형 추출 및 우선순위 선정 결과, 실제 교육현장에서의 사례정보, 교육과정 관련자원, 교과서 등이 보존해야 할 가치가 높은 교육자원으로 나타났다. 이에 대해 전문가들은 교육자원이 가진 가치와 아카이브 수행 기관의 당위성을 근거로 국가적 차원의 교육자원 아카이브 체계의 필요성에 대해 제언하였다. 본 연구는 교육자원 아카이브의 필요성에 대한 인식 제고와 앞으로 나아가야 할 방향을 모색하는 단초로서 의미가 있다.

본 연구는 교육정보화 사업을 통해 현재까지 보급된 초 중등학교 하드웨어, 소프트웨어에 대하여 문제점을 분석하고 교육정보자원 운영의 내실화 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 관련된 문제를 규명하고 내실화를 위한 방안들을 도출해 내기 위해서 본 연구에서는 관련된 이전의 연구자료를 분석하고 설문 조사를 통하여 학교에서 교육 정보 자원의 사용에 대한 현 상태를 조사하였으며 학교 현장 및 국내 유관 부처를 방문하여 면담을 실시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 초 중등학교 교육정보자원 운영의 내실화 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 산출된 교육정보자원 운영의 내실화 방안들이 초 중등학교 및 정부부처에서 관련 정책을 수립하고 집행하는데 있어 유용한 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

본 연구는 교육연구기관에서 생산된 지식정보자원이 기관의 지식관리시스템으로 역할을 수행하는지 살펴보고, 국가지식관리시스템의 방안 제시를 위하여 시도되었다. 홈페이지에서 제공되는 지식정보자원을 '결과의 지식정보자원', '과정의 지식정보자원', '소통의 지식정보자원'으로 분류하고, 내용분석법을 사용하여 메타데이터의 적용 현황, 검색시스템의 구성 현황을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 홈페이지 지식정보자원 관리의 개선을 위하여 표준화된 유형별 메타데이터와 분류체계의 개발, 홈페이지가 기관 생산지식정보자원의 대외 유통 창구라는 인식 고취, 홈페이지 지식정보자원에 대한 다양한 검색기능과 지식지도 제공, 원문 획득을 위한 연계정보 제공, 조직 운영자와 홈페이지 관리자의 기관 홈페이지에 대한 지식관리시스템으로서의 인식, 모바일 환경에 적합한 데이터 크기 분할과 제공 단위의 다양화 작업, 내부 전자결재시스템과 홈페이지의 유기적인 연계 기능을 제시하였다.

The article discusses the results of a quantitative analysis of open educational resources in the field of information technology. Study is based on a study of the content of ten platforms that provide access to open resources (OPs). To achieve this goal, we used the following methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of Internet sources to determine the popularity of educational platforms and resources on them; quantitative data analysis to determine the relative proportion of IT courses in various parameters: the relative weight of courses in the IT field in general and on each platform in particular, the language of instruction, the quantitative content by thematic areas. The following platforms providing access to open educational resources were subjected to quantitative analysis: Coursera, Edx, Udemy, MIT OpenCourseWare, OpenLearn, Intuit, Prometheus, UoPeople, Open Learning Initiative, Maidan Open University.

In the so-called “information society,”the information service function of public libraries is gaining an increasing importance. In order to meet the growing demand for educational information, the Korean government established the Center for Educational Multimedia Research and Development and opened in 1996 the EDUNET as a comprchensive educational information network. In this context, public libraries as social education institutions are expected to provide educational information services by utilizing the EDUNET information resources. The availability of EDUNET will even increase when the librarians assist users with systematic information search services, and digitalize printed materials in the library. For this purpose, it is necessary for them to accommodate new information technologies and, thereby, to raise the level of information services up to that of their users’needs by enhancing the librarians’expertise in helping users search information effectively. In this end, we suggest a financial decision be made to build an oversea educational information exchange system.

우리 사회가 점차 지식기반 정보사회로 변화해 감에 따라 수 많은 지식이 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 이에 많은 교육정보 자원의 효율적인 관리와 활용을 위해 정보시스템들이 구축되어 활용되고 있다. 그러나 체계적인 관리체계의 미흡으로 인하여 각 시스템별로 다양한 코드체계를 사용하고 있다. 이러한 상이한 코드체계는 각 시스템간의 정보공유 및 활용의 효율성을 저해하는 요인이 되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 교육정보 자원의 효율적인 관리를 위한 표준데이터 코드관리시스템을 설계하여 교육정보 자원의 효율적 관리방안을 모색하였다.

국내에서 적용되고 있는 학교도서관 기준을 분석하여 기준별 특이성과 차이성을 조사하였다. 현행 적용되는 기준으로 7가지 학교도서관 기준이 조사되었으며, 분석결과, 예산편성, 교육서비스, 자료, 인력 등 4가지 주요 문제점이 진단되었다. 기존 학교도서관 기준을 검토하여 학교 도서관의 변화에 따른 새로운 학교도서관 기준의 개선안을 제안하였다.

조직구성원의 인재개발을 위한 교육훈련의 관심이 증대되면서 다양한 교육프로그램이 제공 및 보편화되고 있으며, 교육의 정당성 확보와 프로그램에 대한 지속적인 질 관리 차원에서 평가의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 따라서 이 연구의 목적은 지식정보화 사회에서 요구되고 있는 인재개발 교육프로그램 평가준거 개발의 기초자료를 제공하는데 있으며, 국내 외 문헌고찰과 사례조사를 통하여 과정중심 평가모형인 Stufflebeam의 CIPP(Context, Input, Process, Product)모형에 기반한 인재개발 교육프로그램의 평가준거 대영역을 도출하였으며, 이에 따른 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인재개발 교육프로그램의 상황평가 대영역으로 도출한 평가영역은 요구분석, 목표설정, 조직환경이다. 둘째, 인재개발 교육프로그램의 투입평가 대영역으로 도출한 평가영역은 교육프로그램 전략, 인적자원, 물적자원이다. 셋째, 인재개발 교육프로그램의 과정평가 대영역으로 도출한 평가영역은 교육프로그램 관리, 교수 학습 전략, 교육지원환경이다. 넷째, 인재개발 교육프로그램의 산출평가 대영역으로 도출한 평가영역은 영향력, 효과성, 지속가능성, 전이력이다. 이러한 인재개발 교육프로그램의 평가준거 분석과 대영역 도출에 관한 연구결과는 교육프로그램 평가의 체제적 접근에 기초자료가 될 것으로 판단된다.
