In education, evaluation is an important element because instructor can judge the growth and development of students, it has been to bring about quality improvement in education. Performance assessment has emerged to overcome traditional evaluation such as paper test, multiple choice test. Performance assessment is an approach to measuring a student's status based on the way the student completes a specified task. Information literacy instruction is aimed at cultivating information literacy. Performance assessment suitable for measurement to status of Information literacy. In order to performance assessment, task should have the first. However, instructor is difficult to develop a good performance task to meet the assessment needs. Therefore, this research aims at suggesting the developmental tool of performance task applicable to Information literacy instruction. The proposed tool is a template type, consists of 4 steps, educational goals and learning objectives, knowledge and capabilities, task types, measurement and scoring criteria.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the Big6 model and the Big6 modification model to find out the characteristics of the Big6 model and to derive implications for applying the Big6 model in the field. For this purpose, the information literacy standards of the AASL and the ACRL were compared with the Big6 model. The Big6 model, influenced by Bloom's taxonomy was analyzed alongside the Big6+3 model, the Big8 model and the modified Big6 model, provided by LG Science Land. As a result, the Big6 model could be used as an information problem-solving model, metacognitive activation strategy, and scaffolding to improve students' information literacy. In addition, it could be used as a model for constructivism, inquiry-based learning, the integration of curriculum, collaborative education, and ICT technology. How teacher-librarians or librarians apply the Big6 model is related to the improvement of critical thinking skills. Teacher-librarians and librarians need to plan situations, subjects, topics, and methods in a systematic and specific way when applying the Big6 model to the information literacy curriculum.
This study was carried out to investigate the utilization status of internet dietary information by gender(boys: 363, girls: 366) in adolescent(middle & high school students). The results were summarized as follows. The internet using frequency of 6-7times per week had 45.0% of subjects and the using time of internet per a time was shown mainly'<2hours(68.5%)'. The main place for internet use was home(79.0%) and favorite search engine was 'Yahoo'(45.7%) and 'Daum'(19.3%). As main purpose using internet were mentioned 'social intercourse'(45.0%) and data search'(24.8%). The organization that offer to reliable internet information was educational institution'(49.4%). The problems in using information site were 'poor information'(26.4%), 'slow connection speed'(22.6%), and 'don't arouse interest'(18.8%). The search experience about dietary information had only 27.9% of subjects and search purpose was 'for homework'(33.3%) and 'for health'(32.0). The satisfaction degree of dietary information was not high. The connection motive to dietary information was mainly 'by site navigation casualty'(55.7%). Only 7.7% of subjects had experience of nutrition counseling using internet, and the motive of nutrition counseling was also 'by site navigation causally'(55.8%). The purpose of counseling was 'for diet'(41.5%) and 'for health problem'(30.2%), and the satisfaction degree of counseling result was very low. As the ask of improvement for counseling site were pointed out 'poor in answer content'(44.8%) and 'lazy answer'(31.0%). The subjects wanted to get the dietary information about 'growth in status'(41.4%), 'diet related skin beauty'(14.6%), the update period less 1 month, and the way of 'free board'(32.3%), 'game'(21.1%) and 'animation'(19.3%) as offer tool. The results of this study showed that although the internet using percent and frequency of subjects was high, they used dietary information very seldom and they are dissatisfied with internet nutritional information. Therefore, the information donor should consider which dietary information was needed and what is the optimal tool for adolescent.
In order to examine allergic disease experience rates of students at atopy and asthma friendly elementary schools located in Chungcheongnam-do and investigate their dietary behaviors, a survey on 250 parents of first to third grade students at four rural-type atopy and asthma friendly elementary schools was conducted. The number of students who had experienced allergic symptoms (allergic group) was 102 (40.8%). their breastfeeding duration was shorter than that of the non-allergic group (p<.001) and the former's weaning foods-feeding had started earlier than the latter's (p<.01). Regarding the eating habits, the non-allergic group was found to have breakfast and dinner better than the allergic group (p<.001). The number of students eating fruits as snacks was largest in the allergic group at 73 (71.6%), and as for the non-allergic group, their rate of eating fruits, milk and dairy products, and cookies and fries was at 25.7%, 22.3%, and 20.3%, respectively. A high percentage of the allergic group ate three times or less per month the animal food groups and dairy products (p<.001). Accordingly, for improvement in dietary behaviors of students who have allergy against food, nutrition education on regular eating, balanced intake of food, adequate intake of snacks and meals for proper growth and development and precise diagnosis of allergy-triggering food are necessary. In particular, as education on food allergy, implementation of practical education such as appropriate nutrition counseling by nutrition teachers is urgent beyond the one-way educational method of school newsletters.
Animation is breathing life into drawings through motion. Animation is formed by the afterimage phenomenon, that is, deviation of sequential pictures in every frame makes a person possibly perceive it as a live video. Consequently, animation is mostly produced using traditional frame-by-frame methods. The study of relations on timing has been a major concern of animation theory. Nevertheless, issues of timing on production outcomes and effectiveness are mostly ignored. Special focus, analysis and leadership studies on timing are addressed on animatics. Creating better timing through animatics, that is writing movies, directing, scheduling and amending storyboard in pre-production stage, eventually shorten time to animation production. This research is centered on animatics as a cutting edge educational courses. This course will introduce students to the animation production skill and instructors to in-depth teaching points. One of the concepts that we want to go for is keeping animatics apart from mere storyboard. In conjunction with the animation theory, this research conducted under the focus of production of animatics will lead to more efficient way of education on animatics.

The purpose of this study is to develop New-IT internship and to search for the way to reduce quality mismatch and unemployment ratio and to ultimately enhance its effectiveness of university-industry collaboration(UIC) in the field of information technology in Korea. To achieve the goal of this study, we tried to come up with more job creation than working on educational collaboration between university and industry. The survey based on the reaction of companies and interns participating in IT internship program promoted by MKE(Ministry of Knowledge and Economy) shows that intern experience helped them to get jobs and longer intern period gave them to find job more easily. Intern companies preferred to local college students majoring in special technology area related to regional innovation industry cluster. It also found that intern companies wanted to hire interns who had some project experiences and theoretical knowledges. IT Internship program affected students good images about small and medium enterprises(SME) after finishing internship.

In recent years, we can see attempts to take advantage of UCC in a way of the education. But in the precedent studies there are not many guidance plans to help teachers apply UCC in the classroom. The purpose of this paper is to suggest a guidance plan to help teachers apply UCC in the classroom and to analyze the effect of educational using UCC Dramatization learning model on the expanding of students' self-directed learning ability in the information communication ethics education. For this, first, a teacher executes preliminary inspection about self-directed learning ability second, students study about "how to prevent them from cyber crime" using UCC Dramatization learning model. Third a teacher executes post inspection about self-directed learning ability and measures the degree of improvement on self-directed learning ability. The final step is to extract the implications from the analysis of the experiments.
The purpose of this study is ti find out a desirable way to stability and improvement of household economy by studying the changes of consumption level and consumption pattern of urban salary and wage earners' households during the years from 1970 to 1978. For this study, "Annual Report on the Family Income and Expenditure survey" (Published by the Bureau of Statistics, Economics Planning Board) has been used as basic material, and the methods of analysis used here are the time series analysis. We have gained the results as follows: 1) From 1970 to 198, the total income level increased at the rate of 416.2% in nominal price, but only 74.4% in reql price, while the total expenditure level showed 338.5% increase in nominal price, but its real increased proved only 418.2% in consideration of inflation. APC decreased from 95.1%(in 1970) to 80.7%(in 1978). 2) As for the expenditure pattern for the above mentioned nine years, the rate of food expenditure increased until 1975 under the price influence, but it trended to decease there after on . The rate of housing expenditure showed a gradual increase while that of fuel and light expenditure was on the decrease. The rate of clothing expenditure had been on the decease until 1974 but it began to increase gradually thereafter on. The trend of miscellaneous expenditures was irregularly up and down, educational expences being the first rank among them, Non-living expenditure had been constant until 1974 but it decreased a little after that. From the results it was found that the consumption level of the salary and wage earners' household in all cities from 1970 to 1978 was not practically improved because of rise in prices, nor was the Engel's coefficient and the rate of miscellaneous expenditure changed distinctively. However, as the successive decrease of APC suggests the possibility of economic development, we must try to put stress on economy in consumption and on encouraging. This will help run our household economy in safety and stability.
Background : There have been many studies and efforts about quality management in health services, but there were not founded quality assessment on social services. This study was designed for understood level of quality on social service, identified for correlation factors of quality assessment on social services in general and teaching hospitals in Korea. Methods : The subjects of this survey were 80 leaders of social service units. The survey data from each subjects were measured to evaluate level of quality that service provider perceived of sample hospitals. Social worker's attitude of quality assurance activities, perception of quality assurance system in that hospitals were measured. Under the method of one-way ANOVA, t-test and correlation, associated factors of quality assessment in social work service was analyzed. Results : The major findings were as following ; First, the level of quality perceived showed less score, especially the lowest was the score of quality of outcome. Second, social worker's attitude of quality assurance activities showed high score, but quality assurance system of hospitals showed less score. Third, the level of quality assurance system of hospitals, social worker's attitudes of quality assurance activities. Conclusion : The quality of social work service correlated positive hospitals's quality assurance system, social worker's attitudes of quality assurance activities. Therefore, to assure the proper level of quality, qualified for hospitals system of quality assurance, and needed to a educational program for enhanced social workers's attitudes in quality assurance activities.
Background : As an empirical study, current research about the quality of social services carried out in general and teaching hospitals across the country. In the flux of health care reforms and market transformation, the quality of social services in the hospital becomes increasingly significant. Methods : A sample of total 80 hospitals, including general hospitals with one social worker at least and single-department hospital with two social workers or more, were identified nationwide through the registry of Korean Association of Medical Social Workers and Korean Association of Hospitals. The subjects of this survey were 80 leaders of social service units. The survey data from each subjects were measured to evaluate level of quality that service provider perceived of sample hospitals. Under the method of one-way ANOVA and multiple regression, the level of quality in social work service was analyzed. Results : The major findings were as following ; First, the level of quality perceived showed less score, especially the lowest was the score of quality of outcome. Second, the key variables of each hospital which turned out significantly different in quality of social work service were the departmental form of social work unit, unit leader's age, educational level, field experience, and job rank. Third, the level of quality of social work service correlated positively with the field experience of unit leader, the size of social work unit, the job rank of the unit leader. Conclusion : The most influential variables to the quality of social work service proved departmental form of social work unit, leader of social work unit. Therefore, to assure the proper level of quality, social work unit in hospital must be structured single, independent department in which entitled social worker is supposed to supervise and manage. And a leadership-development program for leaders in social work unit are strongly recommended.
