미매각 학교시설용지의 발생원인 규명 및 용지 활용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Cause of Occurrence of unsold School Facilities and the Use of Sites)

  • 학교시설은 근린주거지역의 핵심시설로서 물리적, 사회적으로 중요한 위치를 차지한다. 이러한 학교시설용지가 활용되지 못하는 경우, 규모와 입지의 특성상 지역주민들의 환경을 저해하는 요인으로 작용하게 되며, 지역의 토지자원에 막대한 낭비를 초래한다. 따라서 학교시설용지의 미매각화 현상에 대한 원인을 규명하고, 이를 미연에 방지하기 위한 제도의 마련이 필요한 실정이다. 한편, 발생한 미매각 학교용지에 대해서는 용도의 전환 등을 통하여 빠른 활용이 가능하도록 유도 할 필요가 있다.

  • University dorm basically provides basic housing functions to students, however, it is very important in a sense that it provides students with various functions such as information exchange, cultural experience and learning environments as well. Additionally, continuous effort to improve users' satisfaction and living environments are needed due to the fact that physical environments of dorm facilities have higher impact on students. However, Many students are not satisfied with the physical environment of university dorms and also there is lack of systematic information whereas various functions are required by students. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to suggest the direction of FM services in order for improving students' satisfaction on the university dorm facilities in Korea. Precedent studies regarding the satisfaction or performance evaluation of dorm facilities have been extensively analyzed to extract the dissatisfaction factors that scored below the middle 50%. Secondly, for satisfaction improvement, Korean Standard for Facility Management(KS_FM) have been matched with those extracted dissatisfaction factors to suggest the direction of FM services by rules and regulations review and best practice studies. This research will be useful for university dorm facility managers in planning strategic FM and providing effective FM services to students.

교육용 자동 폐수 정화시설의 설계와 구현에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Design and Embodiment of Educational Automatic Purification Facility of Waste Water)

  • 본 연구에서는 실제의 자동 폐수 정화시스템을 교육용으로 설계한다. 이 시스템은 필터조, 폭기조, 반응조 및 자외선 살균조 등 전체 4개의 부분으로 구성하고, PLC, DC모터, 솔레노이드 밸브, 분사기, 프로펠러, 프로파일, 스위치, 센서 등을 사용하여 구현한다. 또한 이 시스템은 대학 교육으로부터 습득한 전공 지식을 토대로 설계 및 제작되어진다. 폐수처리 시설을 간단하게나마 실제로 구현해 봄으로써 학생들은 창의력과 적응성을 키울 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 이 연구를 통하여 습득한 기술들이 필요 시에 관련 산업에 적용되어 질 수 있다.

  • Under the establishment and operating regulations of school presented only minimum standard for the founding of the school. Therefore, It is intended to suggest the reasonable space standard of the school facility, through comparison & analysis of facility standard in each city and provincial education office. Especially, The facilities standard of Chungcheongbuk-do Office Of Education has been exceeded standardization of architectural space which is proposed the Ministry of Education, and they has made the various learning space reflected creative ideas by designing all of the new school competition since 2000. In order to deal with reacting the changing method of studying like as the examples of Middle & High school in Chungcheongbuk-do, they need to set aside the enough required area for a head of students and the common space which is more than 40% in the total area according to the various learning space, securing the supporting facilities, and break & movement of the students. Moreover, Each of the city and provincial education offices are needed to establish the standardization of proper area for space organization of the planned school throughout upcoming competition.

학교건축 사용자 참여디자인의 효율적 운영 방법 연구 (A Study on the Efficient Operation Methodology of User Participatory Design for School Facilities)

  • The user participatory design process collects users' opinions efficiently through a feedback process such as various user workshops and conferences. When users who actually participated in a design process use the facility in which they were a participant, their satisfaction with the design quality of the facility they use may be enhanced; therefore, user participatory design methods in school construction are deemed to enlarge consistently the interest in a school of students, parents, teachers, and local residents. This paper selected the most appropriate user participatory design methods through an analysis of actually applied cases, and applied them to the empirical exploration process. Also, problems incurred through the empirical exploration process were solved by various user participatory design methods based on actually experienced cases and the results of workshops performed. As such, this paper deduced problems by applying user participatory design methods in practice, and solved problems by executing the empirical exploration process again. Through this, the paper proposed a variety of user participatory design methods for improving school design and raising user satisfaction.

  • This study is based on the need to reform mixed use plan of school facilities considering the characteristics of depressed downtown area. It started with the object to make a plan by deducting function of place required and corresponded to the characteristics of depressed downtown area in Pohang city. As the result of researching present status and the characteristics of six elementary schools in Pohang which the number of student has decreased, it is found that they are required to have change in the region of depressed downtown area which have fallen behind and obsolete school facilities which idle classrooms have increased and to have reformations of a city are characterized by 5 types as poor life environment, lack of cultural facilities as community institution, poor open-space and ecological environment, non-activation of conventional market and contraction of commerce industry by outflow of industry, transfer of administration operation function and etc. and the region of school under researching shows these characteristics. I planed the mixed use program with factors of local community facility, status of school facility use and depressed area's characteristics. Finally, I propose the mixed use plan of school facilities as the strong point of sustainable development which influences on and be influenced by regional characteristics and structure of city.

  • 본 연구는 공공시설과 교육시설을 대상으로 시설관리자의 효율적인 유지관리 업무수행과 유지관리 주체 간의 원활한 정보교환을 위한 웹기반 건축물 유지관리 이력정보관리 시스템 개발을 목적으로 한다. 시설 노후화와 성능판단의 근거로 활용할 수 있는 유지관리 이력정보 관리과정상 발생하는 문제점을 인식하고 각 시설의 시설관리 담당자 면담조사를 통하여 시설별 유지관리 이력관리 현황을 분석하여 이를 근거로 통합 유지관리 업무프로세스를 도출하였다. 또한 시설관리 전문가 집단의 요구사항을 수렴하여 공공시설과 교육시설의 특성을 반영한 유지관리 업무 수행 효율화를 극대화와 현장실무적용, 유지관리 이력DB의 활용을 유도할 수 있는 건축물 유지관리 이력정보관리 시스템을 제안한다.

사용자 중심의 단설 유치원 계획 및 설계기준을 위한 기초연구 -사례조사와 자문의견을 중심으로- (Basic Study for User-centered Kindergarten Planning and Design Standards -Focusing on Case Studies and Advice-)

  • 본 연구에서는 기존 유치원 교육공간의 문제점 및 시설적 한계를 탈피하여 미래 사회 및 미래 교육의 변화에 대응하여 유치원 교육공간의 구체적인 실행 모델구축을 위한 기초연구로써 국내 사례조사와 전문가 자문 결과를 바탕으로 계획방향(Criteria)을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 누리과정에 대한 고찰과 국내 사례분석, 유치원 전문가 협의회를 통해 유치원 시설계획에 대한 구체적인 기준 개정을 통해 구체적인 실행 모델 구축을 위한 기초자료로 사용됨으로써 추후 교육정책에 따른 긍정적인 효과를 주는데 기여하고자 한다. 주요 연구결과로는 사례분석과 자문협의를 통해 배치계획, 일반교실과 지원시설, 공용공간, 외부공간으로 구분된 시설기준 및 계획방향을 도출하였으며, 향후 본 기초연구에서 도출된 시설기준을 바탕으로 공간에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하고, 체계화를 위한 과정이 필요하다.

  • The deaths caused by industrial accidents during the construction of the mortality rate is considerably higher than in other industries. To prevent such a disaster workers and to minimize unsafe behavior measures to be drawn, and construction companies recently to stimulate the emotions of the workers to participate in voluntary activities are safe. In this study, the construction workers can stimulate emotions and activities on the environment by examining the preferences of the workers on-site management will want to take advantage. This study revealed that the construction workers prefer the incentive most and then working environment.

학교 건축물 평가지표 개발 연구 (A Study on Evaluation Indicator of School Building)

  • It presented the specialty and efficient evaluation indicator and a method which corresponds in each quality classified with 4 fields - an use and the function, the environment and an equipment, the structure stability, an main finishing material from plan side against an existing school facility in order to suit in development of the standard indicator which has become fixed quantity and demand of evaluation method for an analysis of the object school facilities to rebuild. So it presented the method which is the fixed quantity evaluation from economic viewpoint as possible for evaluating the maintenance cost by the expenses involved and durable years increase in rebuilding of objective school facility.
