학교시설물 유지관리를 위한 공사 분류 체계 분석 (Analysis of Construction Work Breakdown Structure of Maintenance of Educational Facility)

  • Enough school facility maintenance data should be accumulated in a database or data warehouse in order to supply information about school facility correct maintenance budget plan, budget assignment, and cycle and rate of maintenance or replacement. For those, this research analyze the present school facility maintenance practice and budget and construction cost structure. In order to solve the problems, this study analyze the present practice of maintenance and replacement and obtain LCC(Life cycle cost) data, perform expert interview and then establish construction work breakdown structure of maintenance of educational facility by combining work breakdown structure(WBS) and cost breakdown structure(CBS).

  • This study is to find countermeasures of facility space according to the development of new educational program and the opening of education market from the renewal of existing facilities. The renewal is consider as the worldwide trend for enhancing added value of the facilities in economic side of educational facilities as well as educational contents. This study selects six from 94 elementary schools in Kwangju-city to examine our educational conditions, understand using conditions and recognition of existing space and possibility of the recycle. The hypothesis that recognition of existing facility space in school may be varied according to physical conditions of children is made in four sides, six elements and two trends are extracted and then life pattern, size, sense of materials and cognition of three types of passage space are analyzed. Accordingly, this study obtains such results that passage space is life space having strong place concept and there is the possibility of renewal of existing school building facilities corresponding to multipurpose of school facilities.

  • Education is about sharing knowledge and using techniques and skills that can person's ability. the goal is to educate and develop people as a whole. In order to achieve this educational purpose efficiently, our society has many educational courses. The educational facility which can be used in a variety of educational methods should be made flexible. It should provide an environment in which ever student can grow. Being creative, using a variety of methods should help to develop character in people. In order to achieve this, the school's facilities should be future-oriented. It is necessary to research systemically about its changes and feed back according to the social demand, the educational purpose, and the changes of educational courses. This study is intended to present basic material which will be need from now on for the facility of the special classes in jeju city. Elementary schools should consider having a reasonable scale and arrangement pattern. The facility for special classes has to find a way to operate flexibly according to the changes of the class number.

교육 시설 생활인프라 특성을 고려한 지역 프로파일링 연구 - 서울시 광진구 중심으로 - (Regional Profiling by Considering Educational Facilities - Centered on Gwangjin-gu, Seoul -)

  • This study has a purpose to profile local sectors into meaningful groups by using facilities rates of Social Overhead Capital(SOC) for daily life. Comparing SOC for daily life among the meaningful groups, the profiling and comparison results bring the comprehensive understanding about the educational facilities in local sectors. For the research purpose, this study utilized Latent Profile Analysis(LPA) by using variables such as population, road information, SOC for daily life, usage of land, possession of land, and appraised value of land from the 2018 Geographic Information System(GIS) dataset of Gwangjin-gu, where is one of the administrative district of Seoul City. Results showed that there are four latent groups of sectors among 904 local sectors(100 squared-meters sector per each) in Gwangjin-gu. By comparing the four latent groups by using LPA, the results diagnose each sector's status and help to improve the policy about educational facilities. Specifically, by using dataset for SOC of daily life, there are four groups of local sectors and each group has different features. Based on the different features of local sector groups, there can be improved management of educational facilities matching with each group's features.

초·중등학교 민간투자사업(BTL)의 건축공사비의 공종별 비율 분석 (Architectural Work Cost Rate Analysis of Elementary, Middle, and High School Delivered by BTL)

  • 정확한 공사비 추정은 성공적인 프로젝트의 개발에 필수적이다. BTL 사업과 같이 민간투자사업에 있어서 정확한 공사비 산정은 효과적인 예산확보와 파이낸싱에 필수적인 기본 정보가 된다. 공사비 견적의 정확도에 따라 입찰과 제안서의 정확도가 반영되므로 프로젝트를 통한 수익성 여부와 사업타당성을 확보할 수 있다. 본 연구는 정확한 공사비 분석과 활용을 위한 기초적인 연구로써 10년 정도 경과한 초 중등학교 민간투자사업(BTL)의 건축공사비를 분석하여 여러 참여주체들별로 공사를 할 수 있는 건축공사의 공종별 분포비율을 학교급별로 파악한다. 즉, 초 중등학교의 건축 공종별 구성비율을 전체 평균비율, 초등학교, 중학교, 고등학교별로 살펴보고 향후 유사한 공사를 수행하는 경우에 참여주체별로 활용할 수 있도록 하고자 한다.

사회교육시설로서 여성회관의 시설현황 연구 (A Study on the Architectural Condition of Women's Hall as Social Education Facilities)

  • Recently, women's social activities in our society have been greatly increased and legal system and mechanism of social structure to pursue a society where gender equality shall be realized has been discussed lively in a detail manner. Nevertheless, the rate of social advancement of Korean women shows much lower than that of the western industrialized countries. The aim of this study is to examine such problem and to look for a solution thereof. As the subject for this survey, such social welfare facility as women's hall was selected, and then its state of facilities was investigated. The results from this survey revealed that women's hall, which had been started constructing since 1950s, began to spread out nationwide reaching the 1990s, and that women's hall was greatly used as a major public facility that supports women's social activities in each region, and that women's hall, which had been started as a social welfare facility, was a multifunctional facility performing functions such as welfare, education, culture and community, and that educational function among these had been changed a little by little in the aspect of contents and purpose according to the changes of times, however, education for women was treated as a major important function in the women's hall and operated accordingly.

초·중등학교시설의 노후도 평가 방법 (An Evaluation Method of Deterioration Level of Elementary, Middle, and High School)

  • 시설물의 유지관리란 시설의 구조적, 기능적, 미적성능을 보전하는 것이다. 이를 통하여 시설물을 이용하는 사람들의 일상적인 편의와 안전을 확보할 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 그러나 준공당시의 시설물은 시간이 지남에 따라 노후화되고 초기의 기능을 확보하는데 어려움을 갖게 된다. 현재 시 도교육청은 학교시설물의 유지관리를 비롯한 점검 및 관리를 형식적으로 수행하고 있어 재난발생위험에 적기대응이 곤란하고, 학교 시설에 대한 안전대책의 수립이 지연되는 등 관리가 부실한 실정이다. 또한 교육환경개선비가 배분기준과 달리 산정되는 등 비합리적으로 결정되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 수많은 초 중등학교 시설물에 적용할 수 있는 동일하고 단순한 정량적 지표와 방법을 개발하여 객관적으로 학교 시설물의 노후도를 판단할 수 있는 방안을 제안하고 사례 연구를 통하여 검증하였다.

  • The purpose of this research starts analyzing the case with the United States and Japan and considering the plan form of educational facilities in the advanced country for the improvement of educational facilities in our counties. Japan was managing the educational system which carried out homogeneous till the first stage of the 1970s like advanced nations, such as the educational system of the industrialization age before World War II, i.e., Britain and the United States. The form of an American open school was adopted after the second half of the 1960s, trying the educational system which also globalized the educational system of Japan while the world went into the information society. In the process of the introduction, Japan did not simply imitate a huge open space in the United States. Japan selected the content of the education carefully. And, to do an original educational activity by guidance. The current classroom and multipurpose space were planned as one body. As a result, the environment of the classroom was able to do various studying patterns of individual study and the group study.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the appraising frame and the accreditation system of universities in both Korea and the United Sates, as well as developing a standard plan to appraise 4 year nursing education institutions in Korea. Research design of this study was descriptive comparative research. The results of the research can be divided into six fields, educational purposes, educational courses, students, faculty, facility .equipments and administration.finance in Korea. Then the results were further categorized into seven fields : mission and governance, faculty, students, curriculum and instruction, resources, educational effectiveness and integrity. Thus Korean appraising frames were suggested to have eight fields of standard. The fields are philosophy and purposes of educational institution, educational courses and instruction, students, faculty, facility .equipments, adminstration.finance, educational effectiveness and integrity.

  • As the physical functions of school buildings and the changes in the functions of educational facilities due to social change are increasing, the demand for fundamental and long-term measures for the maintenance of educational facilities is expanding. However, depending on the function of the facility, the maintenance work has been carried out only when it is directly related to the safety problem, or when the request of the school facility manager is requested, rather than supporting preventive maintenance. In this study, we investigate the maintenance process of educational facilities and propose a method to manage the maintenance process of the educational facilities in the unit of space for establishing an efficient maintenance management system.
