이 논문은 사이버교육시스템의 평가방법론을 제시하고자 한다. 사이버 교육에 대한 정보기술의 급격한 발달에도 불구하고 사이버교육환경에 대한 평가 방법론에 대한 연구가 거의 없는 실정이다. 우리는 사이버교육시스템 평가를 위한 기준에 대하여 정의를 하고 시스템 솔루션 선택 및 평가를 위한 방법론을 제시한다. 기준들간의 상호영향관계를 고려하여 사이버교육시스템 평가 과정의 방법을 예제를 통하여 제시하고 있다.

Russia is a country which is interested in mathematics education for the gifted students for a long time. Some aspect of education for the gifted students in Russia (for example, mathematics curriculum of the Russian physio-mathematics school, mathematics education by correspondence for sifted students etc.) has been partially studied. The purpose of this work is to introduce various systems of the mathematics education for the gifted students in Russia, and to draw significant conclusion for systematizing gifted education in Korea. In order to achieve this goal, we analyzed Russian literatures and articles published in Russia by the physio-mathematics school, ministry of education, and etc. In this article, we gave some characteristics of the various types of gifted education in Russia, and the practical curriculum for the gifted education.

Purpose: Since the 1990s, there has been an increasing interest in patient safety and quality of care. As a result, undergraduate nursing students have difficulties in clinical nursing practice such as health assessment or providing nursing skills. The purpose of this paper was to review current issues related to use of simulations in nursing education. Method: We conducted a thorough literature review including related proceedings to identify present issues in use of simulation education in nursing. Result/Conclusion: Simulation education in nursing differs from that in medical science. In nursing education, we need to focus on developing competencies for nursing students, for example, nursing process, nursing skills, and therapeutic communication skills With an increasing number of human patient simulators, we suggest a more careful approach including faculty development, curriculum development, and cost effective strategic planning. We propose a reliable and valid scenario development among nursing faculty as a consortium in the future.

The 18 housewife education experts and managers suggested various elements about the fundamental issues about the housewife education through the open-end questionnaire. In this review we first examine the education's proper direction over the three dimensions of housewife herself, family and society. In the second section, we explore the contents and the specific programs of the education. In the third section, we discuss about the various aspects of program development and operation, for example, the time schedule, program operator or lecturer, and curriculum design. In particular, all the experts and managers emphasizes the needs of housewives and tole of reproduced lecturer. In the last section, we revisit the strategies to vitalize the housewife education. They stressed the proper subjects, the encouraging methods to improve the participation rate and the government support.

Offices of Education in Korea is planning and implementing the BYOD (bring your own device) policy. In particular, the Seoul Metropolitan Education Office promoted the 'Dibud' (digital buddy) policy. Due to the relative newness of the policy, coupled with opposition from the council, it hasn't been fully implemented. This study focuses on a rare example of a high school that experienced BYOD under the Office of Education-led policy in all three grades. This study adapted key variables from the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The regression results showed that both perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEOU) significantly influenced intention to use Chromebooks and students' perceived learning outcomes. Analysis of the open-ended questionnaires revealed that students perceived positive benefits from using Chromebooks, such as easier data retrieval, improved academic performance, and increased learning productivity. Although the majority of respondents said there were no negative aspects to Chromebooks, negative factors included non-academic use, wireless network inconvenience, and device performance issues. The results of this study can provide data and understanding for future BYOD policies, specifically Chromebooks.

Product Life cycle Management (PLM) is an indispensable tool for manufactures to develop competitive products in an efficient way. This enlarges the number of participants for product development who should understand PLM for their supporting activities. However, burdens for developing example products, maintaining complex PLM systems and training prerequisite skills for engineering tools such as CAD systems prohibit an efficient introductory course to PLM. This paper proposes a comprehensive introductory course to PLM that bases on general product development process. In addition, it enables participants to build their example products with familiar Lego blocks and to construct 3D CAD assembly models by using predefined 3D elements. The PLM system for the course provides an intuitive and simple user environment for participants to specify their parts lists, associated 3D CAD models, and product structure of example products. Experiences on a class of the course show it is a valid and efficient education and training method for the PLM introduction.

본 연구에서는 하나의 주제에 대한 교육 충실도를 높이기 위해 해석적인 수식전개에 바탕을 둔 이론 강의, 상용 소프트웨어를 이용한 수치 시뮬레이션, 그리고 계산 결과를 기초로 얻어진 설계 모델들에 대하여 제작과 실험을 통해 얻어진 결과를 수치계산 결과와 비교 검토의 세가지 접근 방법을 병행할 수 있는 장소를 일컫는 studio class를 활용한 교육방법에 대하여 전자공학교육 분야의 사례연구를 통해 설명하고자 한다. 초고주파 수동소자의 하나인 저역통과여파기에 대해 studio class 개념의 교육과정을 학부생 및 대학원생에게 적용한 결과를 하나의 사례로 들어 국내의 교육환경에 적합한 studio class 교수법에 대한 효과와 학생들의 전문지식 습득에 대한 이해도의 효율성에 대하여 고찰하고자 한다.

정보영재 교육의 핵심 내용은 프로그래밍을 위한 사고력 신장에 있다. 이 논문에서는 교육 프로그램 모형으로 4단계 - 문제이해, 시각화, 기호화, 알고리즘화 - 를 제안한다. 이 4단계의 모형은 트리 구조를 사용한 되부름의 추상적인 개념을 익히도록 하여 '하노이 타워'의 예를 통해 초등정보영재의 지적 호기심을 자극하고 사고력 신장에 크게 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 초등정보영재라는 교육대상자의 수준과 특성을 고려하고, 프로그램의 유형과 학습내용의 성격, 사고력의 하위 요소를 명확하게 하여 교육 프로그램을 제작함으로써 각각의 주제와 학습 활동에 따라 어떻게 지도해야 하는지를 보다 분명하게 할 수 있다. 학생들이 자기 평가하는 활동을 통해 학습 내용을 보다 심화 발전시킬 수 있으며, 사고력의 신장은 교사의 지도를 통해 보다 강화될 수 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 학생들의 흥미와 동기를 유발할 수 있는 수학적 은유를 활용하여 수업 참여에 도움을 줄 수 있는 교사의 담론 구조를 분석하는 것이다. 이러한 목적 달성을 위해 학생들의 경험과 수학적 개념을 연결하여 설명하는 교수법을 실행하는 경력 교사의 한 학기 수업을 관찰하였다. 연구 대상 교사가 한 학기 동안 수학적 개념과 문제 해결 과정에서 다양하게 활용한 은유 중에서, 일상생활과 수학적 내용을 단순히 연결하는 상황을 제외하고 은유를 활용하는 교수법 개발에 도움을 줄 수 있는 대표적인 수업 사례 2개 차시를 추출하였다. 대표적으로 선택된 2개 차시 수업은 은유를 활용하는 수업 사례 1개 차시와 은유를 활용하고 문제를 확장·적용하는 수업 사례 1개 차시이다. 분석 결과 학생들과의 소통을 기반으로 수학적 은유를 활용하는 교사의 담론 구조는 수학 교육회복을 위한 교수법 개발에 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

The accreditation review against engineering technological education just started in 2010. This study was conducted to get the significant implications for the accreditation of engineering technological education in Korea from the case of USA and Australia which have reviewed the engineering programs for long time. We can identify some differences between three countries. We suggested the three implications for ABEEK. First, ABEEEK needs to provide the definite graduates attributes to achieve. In that point, Stage 1 competency standard of Australia can be a good example which provide competency elements and indicators of attainment as well. Second, ABEEK needs to consult the course-embbeded evaluation for programs to check whether graduates achieve the graduates attributes. Third, ABEEK needs to benchmark the cases of USA and Australia to alleviate the paperwork load.
