  • This study aimed to compare the differences in sexual function and sexual preference according to demographic characteristics of women, sexual experience, preference penile type, and sexual dysfunction. 72 adult women responded to the survey. 54 respondents were analyzed except respondents who did have incomplete response and no sexual experience. All collected data were analyzed using independent t-test and chi-square test using SPSS 22. In results, Married was significantly higher in intercourse frequency and sexual function than unmarried(p<.05). In economic status, high or middle was significantly higher in the subjective sexual experience and sexual function than the low(p<.05). In subjective sexual experience, high was higher in intercourse frequency than the low, and penile length and type were important(p<.05). preference of glans> penis was significantly higher in subjective sexual experience than preference of glans $${\frac{._-}{.}}$$ penis, and importance of penile girth and size(p<.05). In sexual function, normal function was lower in intercourse frequency than dysfunction, and penile length was not considered significant(p<.05). The results of this study suggest that there may be differences in sexual function and sexual preference according to various causes and can be used as basic data for the development of psychological counseling program for sexual function rehabilitation of women.

  • The purpose of this study is to find the effect of improvement in student's learning attitude when applying portfolio, which is one of the ways for the performance's assessment suggested as an alternative of traditional assessment for the instruction of Home Economics subject. The results of this study were as follows; 1. We have developed the Portfolio materials; teaching and learning plans, the paper of activities of the class, materials of the instructions, and assessment materials from the instruction of total 13 times in the unit of 'making short pants'. 2. The instruction,'Making short pants' with applying portfolio, is very effective in terms of changing student's learning attitude positively - pride, self-confidence, interest, conscience of purpose, motivation for achievement, focus surroundings, self-study, friendship among classmate and etc. 3. The result of analyzing students 'thoughts shows that the majority over 90% of the students showed the positive attitude toward applied portfolio instruction. Here are the reasons that 'it's helpful to study', 'it can be focused better on the instruction', 'it give them satisfaction and couidence' and 'it can be increased abilities studying by oneself'. on the other hand, the negative side of the instruction applied portfolio is that it requires too much time to prepare portfolio materials. there is pressure because of a lot of assignments to do. Based on this result, we are expecting to increase student's interest in the middle school class of Technology and Home Economic and also to achieve development of the method of teaching and learning to enhance student's learning attitude.

  • A higher quality level is generally perceived by customers as improved performance by assigning a correspondingly higher satisfaction score. The third generation index $C_{pmk}$ is more powerful than two useful indices $C_p$ and $C_{pk}$ that have been widely used in six sigma industries to assess process performance. In actual manufacturing industries, process capability analysis often entails characterizing or assessing processes or products based on more than one engineering specification or quality characteristic. Since these characteristics are related, it is a risky undertaking to represent the variation of even a univariate characteristic by a single index. Therefore, the desirability of using vector-valued process capability index(PCI) arises quite naturally. In this paper, we consider more powerful vector-valued process capability index $C_{pmk}$ = ($C_{pmkx}$, $C_{pmky}$)$^t$ that consider the univariate process capability index $C_{pmk}$. First, we examine the process capability index $C_{pmk}$ and plug-in estimator $\hat{C}_{pmk}$. In addition, we derive its asymptotic distribution and variance-covariance matrix $V_{pmk}$ for the vector valued process capability index $C_{pmk}$. Under the assumption of bivariate normal distribution, we study asymptotic confidence regions of our vector-valued process capability index $C_{pmk}$ = ($C_{pmkx}$, $C_{pmky}$)$^t$.

  • All measures related to the safety of the casino facilities guarantee safety of facilities that are targets of security guards, protect lives and properties, minimize risks of artificial and natural disaster and crimes. In summary, plan for responding to safety and accidents should be developed not only for the casino facilities but also for the facilities of annexed buildings, and lives and properties of customers and employees. Determine areas in the casino facilities that are prone to accidents and set around-the-clock guard in the areas or maintain surveillance with CCTV and prevent accidents through continuous patrol. These are the most basic and the most important requirements in safety. In addition, casinos which prompt gambling are causing economic and psychological treats to families. To resolve these social issues, casinos have adopted limited entrance system. To support this system, new forms of machine security systems such as video automatic recognition system of fingerprint pattern recognition system should be adopted too. In addition, security guards in casino facilities need to instill themselves with a sense of ownership as well as a strong sense of mission to do the best for customer security and to protect the company assets and employees and manage accidents that could occur without notice. Security guards should do their best to enable manage accidents that could occur without notice. Security guards should do their best to enable tourists who are on the rise due to increase in advanced country-style tourism and leisurely activities to get the utmost satisfaction from the casinos, and as a leader of private security company, establish the foundation for security based on the characteristics of security in Korea.

  • In the presidential new-year address in January 2, 2009, the President declared that 17 kinds of new driving force of growth that could create high-added value be selected to step up job creation and an increase in national wealth. The Ministry of Strategy & Finance announced plans for the 17 kinds of new driving force of growth after the presidential address. Specifically, that ministry announced an ambitious plan to select health care service named 'Global Health Care' as one of the five service industries that could create high-added value in a move to provide jobs to approximately 7,000 people and produce pervasive economic effects coming up to a trillion and 10 billion won. To attain the goal, several action plans were mapped out to globalize domestic medical institutions, to rearrange the relevant law and system for the purposes of raising awareness of domestic medical institutions among foreign patients and improving their accessibility and post-satisfaction level, and to lure lots of foreign patients through financial assistance. At the same time, the government announced plans to lure severe patients such as those in want of surgery or organ transplant, cancer patients or patients with heart diseases to create high-added value on a long-term basis. Thus, the government announced that it planned to formulate such strategies and to enter an agreement with foreign governments to attract plenty of foreign patients. In fact, however, there are little full-scale evaluation of medical tourism though it's been a year since it was introduced, and there are few actual efforts to implement what the government announced, either. According to the results of the evaluation of medical tourism, domestic hospitals are said to undergo little significant changes after the introduction of medical tourism, which shows that they take a dim view of medical tourism instead of having expectations for that. The medical tourism industries in major Asian countries have been dynamized, and there are several factors of their success. First of all, they are successful in creating new market opportunities by incorporating related industries such as medicine, tourism and IT and in developing medical tourism products and differentiated marketing by taking advantage of their competitive edge. They have offered full-fledged assistance to this sector, and another reason is the improved international credibility of their medical service. If our country fails to pinpoint our problems in consideration of the cases of the Asian countries or to provide appropriate financial aid, our country is bound to lag behind them. Given this reality, how to assess medical tourism and what challenges this sector is confronted with are discussed.

  • This study examined the level of social support for grandparent-headed families and its effects on the grandparents' physical and mental health. For this purpose, the survey data was collected from 141 grandparents raising their grandchildren in Daejeon Metropolitan City. The study generated several findings. First, grandparent-headed families tended to rely on formal support system rather than informal one. Second, grandparent's physical health was found to be very poor that 82.3% of the grandparents reportedly needed some assistance in at least one ADL, and their mean score of depression measured by CES-D was 27.4, indicating a moderate level of psychological distress. Third, among the sociodemographic and stressor variables, grandparents' sex, the number of their children and household keeping burden were statistically significant predictors of their ADL restriction. As for depression level of the grandparents, their monthly income, parenting duration, the number of their children, economic difficulties, household keeping burden and social restrictions were found to be statistically significant. Fourth, grandparents who reported of having more social support from their friends, a higher level of satisfaction of the friends' social support and also of being satisfied with social support from their religious associations tended to experience significantly less ADL restrictions. The more kinds of social support received from friends and social welfare agencies and the less satisfied they were with social support from governmental sector, the higher their depression level was. Implications for social welfare services and programs for grandparent-headed families were discussed.

  • This study is a descriptive research study conducted to investigate the influence of fear of evaluation and test anxiety on social anxiety among nursing students. The subjects were 383 nursing students in a university and surveyed the structured questionnaires for evaluation fear, test anxiety and social anxiety from June to July 2015. As a result, it was found that fear of positive evaluation, fear of negative evaluation and test anxiety were found to affect social anxiety, and these variables predicted social anxiety of nursing students by 30%. The social anxiety of nursing students verified differences according to the economic condition, satisfaction of major in nursing, and academic stress, and that there was a positive correlation between fear of positive evaluation (r=.45, p<.001), fear of negative evaluation (r=.29, p<.001) and test anxiety (r=.29, p<.001). This study is significant in that fear of evaluation and test anxiety of nursing students are verified to be factors affecting social anxiety. We suggest that a social anxiety intervention program be developed and applied for nursing students. Also, it is necessary secure a strategy to apply the intervention program by screening social anxiety of nursing students in advance.

  • This study aims to examine the causality between socio-economic factors and Donate Behaviour. With the 10 years data in Korea Welfare Panel and Panal logit analysis, the analysis has done on the basis of household and sampled 134,500 data. The results of this research as follows: First, in demographic variables, women revealed as they donate more than men(${\beta}=.223$, p<.05). And the more the age grows, the less they donate or volunteer periodically(${\beta}=-.009$, p<.001). Second, in working conditions, paid workers showed less donate behavior than self-employment workers and economically inactive population(${\beta}=-.578$, p<.001). Third, Self-esteem(${\beta}=1.673$, p<.001)and Life satisfaction(${\beta}=1.01$, p<.001) showed significant effect on donate behavior. Lastly, scholarship of father(${\beta}=.211$, p<.001) revealed as significant on donate behavior. However, scholarship of mother did not showed significant effect. Also, the research had some limitations. First, the precision of the variables were not tested. Second, some variables to analyze were not in the data. Therefore, proper considerations on testing the precision of the variables and the method for measuring the missed variables are needed.

  • for the low information goods which will be traded through Internet is impossible to manage with previously existed payment system. The reason is that it's not economic because the management cost is bigger than the benefit of the information goods trade. Therefore, recently, there have been micropaymentresearches such as "Milicent", "PayWord", "MicroMint", and "iKP", etc. Though these methods don't have any problem with the low cost of the mechanism and the satisfaction of adequate security, they have big problem with the use of the unnecessary account and the aggregation of payment bill. The PayHash system which has been developed in this study simplifies the system's mechanism with "one-way hash function" which is used in generation, payment, and verification of the bill. And the system removed the generation and use of unnecessary account by making one customer have one account. The system solve the problem of the payment aggregation by using the last payment hash value and its index. And the system improves its performance by reducing the use of "digital signature" drastically, as well. As the result of this study, the PayHash system made it possible for the participants of the Internet Commerce to trade the lowest cost goods through efficient maintenance.o trade the lowest cost goods through efficient maintenance.
