ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) 시스템의 성공적인 도입 및 운영에 있어 교육은 핵심성공 요인 중 하나로 밝혀져 있다. 그러나 ERP시스템 벤더와 도입 기업 모두 실제 프로세스 처리 사례의 정형화된 정보를 제공하지 못해 사용자에게 효과적인 비즈니스 프로세스 교육 방안을 제시 못하고 있는 실정이다. 또한, ERP 시스템에 대한 벤더의 불완전한 테스팅은 결국 불충분하고 비효과적인 사용자 교육으로 이어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 ERP 시스템의 테스팅과 교육용 시나리오를 작성하기 위한 프레임웍인 SF-ETT (Scenario Framework for ERP Testing and Training)를 제시하고 있다. SF-ETT는 uniERPII를 위한 통합 테스트 시나리오 프로젝트를 통해 정립된 프랙티스 기반 ERP 테스팅 시나리오 작성 프레임웍을 확장하여 설계된 것이다. SF-ETT는 ERP 시스템의 사용자가 실질적으로 이해하는 비즈니스 프로세스의 실체를 기반하여 구성되어 프랙티스(Practice) 정의, 표기 방법, 프레임웍 구조를 제시한다.

오늘의 기업은 내부 조직, 업무 프로세스, 정보기술 측면에서 많은 문제점을 가지고 있고, 대외적인 기업 환경이 수시로 바뀌는 등 어려운 상황에 직면하고 있다. 이런 내부적인 문제를 해결하고, 외부 환경변화에 신속하게 대응할 뿐만 아니라 전사적 자원을 체계적으로 관리하고, 경영을 효율화하기 위하여 ERP 를 도입하고 있다. 이러한 도입 목적을 달성하기 위하여 모기업은 2004년 부터 협력사 경영관리력 향상 및 협력사와의 구매 SCM(Supply Chain Management) 연계를 통한 협업체계 구축을 목표로 협력사의 ERP 구축 및 5대 구축 자금 및 전문 인력을 지원하였다. 또한 시스템구축 지원 뿐만이 아니라 시스템 활용도 제고 활동을 위하여 ERP구축 및 SCM 연계가 완료된 업체를 대상으로 변화관리 컨설팅을 지원하였으며, 매년 정기적인 정보화평가를 수행하여, 문제점을 파악하고 문제점을 제거하기 위한 활동을 수행하게 되었다. 이와 같은 변화관리 컨설팅을 통한 시스템 활용도 제고활동이 정보시스템 전체에 미치는 영향 및 성과가 지대함을 인식하게 되었고, 이에 본 논문에서는 ERP 및 구매 SCM 시스템 구축 후 운영 안정화 및 변화관리 활동을 주요 연구대상으로 하여 변화관리 수행방안 및 수행내용, 변화관리 활동을 통한 성과에 대하여 중점적으로 연구하였다.

Currently, many companies are trying to be more competitive by implementing the most appropriate software package, called ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). ERP can support the company's business process. A repository, which can story and retrieve enterprise-wide information, is a key component of such software package. This paper implements an enterprise repository for the ERP. A wellknown repository standard, IRDS (Information Resource Dictionary System), is employed for the repository architecture. A meta schema that can help develop database, business applications, models, and workflow is proposed. To illustrate the practical usefulness, a real-life ERP prototype is built within the framework of the proposed repository.

Through the recent innovative development of information technology Enterprises have applied ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)system to their company for piling up their management system efficiency. At present the range of its application has been expanded to small and medium enterprises gradually since the ERP system was mainly applied to the large companies. Usually the small and medium enterprises have lower understanding for information management system comparatively than for production system and mostly they do not prepare their own efficient information strategies for the future. In this study, as the ERP system can bring the most efficient results in case it is properly applied to the character of their company we will analyze the character of small and medium enterprises and suggest an appropriate and efficient ERP application strategy to their management system.

90년대부터 많은 ERP를 도입하여 회사의 전체 업무를 통합시키고 실시간으로 모든 업무를 동시에 처리함에 따라 경영환경과 정보기술의 급격한 변화에 대처하고 있다. 이러한 ERP 시스템을 도입하던 기존의 업무 수행절차와 방법대신 ERP 패키지가 제공하는 프로세스와 기능을 적용하여 기업 내 업무기능을 혁신한다는 특징을 가지고 있어 조직변화를 수반하게 된다. 따라서 효과적인 ERP 구면을 위해서는 기업의 환경에 적절한 구축방법을 정하고 변화관리 이행 프로그램을 필요로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ERP를 구축하는데 어떠한 조직적 환경요인이 영향을 미지고. ERP 구축방법에 따라 변화관리의 특성이 어떻게 달라지며. 변화관리가 ERP 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하기 위한 프레임워크를 제시하고 이틀 근간으로 하여 상이한 구축방법을 통하여 ERP틀 구면탄 두 기업을 대상으로 심도있게 비교 분석함으로써 ERP 구축환경의 특성과 ERP 구축방법에 따른 변화관리 특성 및 ERP성과를 살펴보았다. 연구결과 ERP 구축방법은 ERP 구축환경에 따라 차이를 보였으며, ERP 구축 방법에 따라서 변화기법이 달라진다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 변화관리 방법 중에서도 최고 경영자의 리더십과 현업 직원의 적극적인 참여 및 전사적인 커뮤니케이션은 ERP 구축방법과 관계없이 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 그리고 ERP 구축방법에 있어서 변화관리 활동은 ERP 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 본 사례연구로 얻은 시사점은 ERP의 구현하고자 하는 국내 기업들이 ERP 구축방법을 선정하고 적합탄 변화관리 방법의 전개를 위하여 실질적인 도움을 줄 것이다.6 전문가 그룹을 통해 시범적으로 적응하는 것으로 시작해, 학교 및 연구소를 통한 정보지식 공유 그리고 기업 정보화 솔루션으로 활용 될 수 있다.을 제시한다. 이렇게 함으로써 최대한 고객 납기를 만족하도록 계획을 수립할 수 있게 된다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 계획 모델을 사용함으로써 고객 주문에 대한 대응력을 높일 수 있고, 계획의 투명성으로 인한 전체 공급망의Bullwhip effect를 감소시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다. 동시에 이것은 향후 e-Business 시스템 구축을 위한 기본 인프라 역할을 수행할 수 있게 된다. 많았고 년도에 따른 변화는 보이지 않았다. 스키손상의 발생빈도는 초기에 비하여 점차 감소하는 경향을 보였으며, 손상의 특성도 부위별, 연령별로 다양한 변화를 나타내었다.해가능성을 가진 균이 상당수 검출되므로 원료의 수송, 김치의 제조 및 유통과정에서 병원균에 대한 오염방지에 유의하여야 할 것이다. 확인할 수 있었다. 이상의 결과에 의하면 고농도의 유기물이 함유된 음식물쓰레기는 Hybrid Anaerobic Reactor (HAR)를 이용하여 HRT 30일 정도에서 충분히 직접 혐기성처리가 가능하며, 이때 발생된 $CH_{4}$를 회수하여 이용하면 대체에너지원으로 활용 가치가 높은 것으로 판단된다./207), $99.2\%$(238/240), $98.5\%$(133/135) 및 $100\%$ (313)였다. 각각 두 개의 요골동맥과 우내흉동맥에서 부분협착이나 경쟁혈류가 관찰되었다. 결론: 동맥 도관만을 이용한 Off pump CABG를 시행하여

ERP is a new concept which attempts to combine the applications of BRP and information technology in order to enhance the competitive positions of the firms in a rapidly changing environment. It is expected that a paradigm transition will take place which transforms the current practice of in-house development into the introduction of ERP packages. In response to this trend. ERP introduction strategies need to be investigated. This paper reports the case study of Standard Telecom Co. in successfully implementing Oracle ERP applications package. It describes the background, implementation strategy, project management, benefits, and the critical success factors of the Vanguard Project.

Recently ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) package has been on of important issues in developing information systems in many Korean companies. The main objectives of this study are to analyse the case of implementing ERP system in Samsung Display Devices Co. which is rated to be successful, and to derive significant implications for effective ERP implementation. First, this study focused on showing the detailed roadmap of performing ERP implementation project which largely consists of 5 stages(planning and organizing, visioning. process redesign and mapping, testing and arrangement, and installation and roll-out to overseas subsidiaries), and explaining key activities in each stage. Second, the performance of this project was evaluated on the basis of both process-centered critieria and result-centered ones. Finally, this study intended to discuss and explicate the bottlenecks and the critical success factors in implementing this project. The findings of this case study are thought not only to be useful as a practical guideline in carrying out ERP implementation project but also to provide significant basis for constructing the theoretical framework of effective ERP implementation.

Today, ERP becomes very popular as a vehicle of implementing an integrated information system since this package not only facilitates reengineering but also provides the function of generating consolidated financial statements. Yet a successful introduction strategy on the integrated information system needs to be set up because ERP has weaknesses as well as strengths. The strengths include the prompt reaction to environmental changes, the integrated management of information, the adoption of open systems, and the selection of modules according to functionsl However, the weaknesses of ERP include the provision of only basic functions, the development of package on international standard processes, and possible disadvantages to small and medium-sized firms. This paper is to suggest recommendations on the implementation strategy of ERP as an integrated information system. According to the case study with Firm A that has successfully implemented an ERP package, the most significant advantage of adopting ERP was that Firm A was able to implement an integrated information system for only six months. Finally, this research generates suggestions, such as the importance of the project team structure, the sufficient amount of time for education, and the minimization of the package modification.
